We ordered lg 21 l convection microwave oven (Mc2146bp, black)
(Sold by: brand authorized sales) costing rs.11400 on 27th nov (Order#[protected]. We received the package by delhivery courier service on 29th nov. After opening the package treo bowls were packed inside instead of our expected product. We immediately contacted customer care raising the same concern. First they confirmed that the order is still not delivered and will be delivered by 2nd of dec while it was showing delivered in app, they told there might be wrong update on app. But when we contacted again saying in app status is still showing delivered, they confirmed the delivery and accepted our complaint. They sent us a mail to confirm it. And conveyed us to wait for next 48 hrs to investigate and get back to us on our complaint. Later when we reached on 2nd to know the update they told that they have initiated investigation and it is going to take 5 more days to have a confirmation about wrong delivery. Now, again when we contacted support they came up with a next date as 9th of nov. Meanwhile they sent us email raising suspision about us that they have seen our order history and it seemed we have larger no of refund cases from us, which is not at all true as we havent returned or replaced anything from amazon before. Last, 12th is the deadline for return of order and we can hear from them on 9th only which might be delayed further leaving us no option for return.

      This is my order no[protected] this order was placed on 26th november 2019 and received on 1st december 2019 within in minute i opened box was damaged completely and received wrong product within 10 mints i called customer care mister ratnesh a attend my call and informed about this issue i ordered one thing but received wrong product he promised me that within 1 or 2 days problem will be solved i ask him to send mail what he said but this executive cheated me asking me to wait for 7 days already to receive the product waited for 6 days and get wrong product and still he was asking me to wait for 7 days. After seeing this mail again called executive and mister abbas attended my call and from the beginning he was talking rudely and simply saying amazon policy aim asking him why should have to wait for 7 days but he was talking rudely i need my money back please take severe action against this online frauds looting money from customers asking us to wait for more days. They are not just listening harassing me completely by saying wait for more days why should i have to wait problem is there end and asking me to wait i request consumer to take strict action and please ask them to refund my money

      • this one is renewed product it’s not a brand new one even in this they are sending wrong product
      • nexvant seller already very worst seller he was cheating customers very badly i will attach screen shot of the seller rating this type of sellers wear encouraging by amazon and cheating customers

        I had ordered for kids trolley suitcase but instead a USB light has been delivered. Submitted the return request but Amazon is not picking up as there some random team is investigating the matter.
        Amazon is trying to fraud consumers here.

        I have not received the product neither my money back.

          I ordered external hard disk from amazon.in, which was a prepaid ordered on 02 Nov 2019. They didn't deliver the product but on 7th Nov they updated in my account that it's delivered and till today its not rectified. When I called them they said that its some issue and asked for more time to deliver. Till today it's not delivered and they just automatically initiated refund today morning without my notice. This is not the resolution in lieu of the problem that I faced, the time I spend, Energy and follow ups I did by calling them everyday. I had plans and promises to gift it to someone when I ordered which became unsuccessful because of the amazon.in. They have failed to the customer service and promise that they do. I want my product. If they were unable to deliver it they should have said within 3-4 days of order and not after a month. I feel depressed and tired because of this and need.

          Amazon is doing fraud like this, they are just using some false seller to show products on their website/app. Customers use their app, they earn money, and at the last they just tell that they can't deliver. I have proof of this, there are many orders like:[protected],[protected],[protected]. This is a scam that amazon is running. I contacted all their customer care numbers and they all are favoring seller as they have contract with them for some money.

            Iam order aproduct on 29/09/19... And cancelled my product on that day.. Because of cost is too high comparing to selling in shops market... And the amount should not be refund till now.. I will call to the customer care they told me there is no issue from my services.. Issue from the sbi bank.. Giving a reference id and call to the sbi customer service..

            I bought hair dryer from Amazon and they provided me a wrong product.Then i returned it and they do not providde me my refund and they said it was fault of citizen co operative bank.

              I have a $14.13 charge on my current visa bill that's listed to be a charge for amazon prime. I'm not a member of amazon prime, at least not to my knowledge. You gave me a free 30-day membership, but i never agreed to join. I hope i won't be using amazon that often. I'm on a fixed income.
              Please refund the $14.13 on my next bill, for i will already have paid this one. Now is this long enough for it to get attention?

                Few months before I bought Boat Bass Heads 225 in Ear Bass headphones with one button mic(red)...it has warranty of one year but before that its one side is not working...I tried to contact boat customer care also ur Amazon customer care executive ...bt I am not getting solution ...I don't understand where to go and wht to do ...I think in Nanded there is service center also i tried to find...plz help...as we have purchased from u ...so i will expect from u to solve my problem...                   I ordered (Order #[protected] 9 products from amazon last month, i got this shipment last week tuesday, that products is not satisfied, becouse i ordered 7 jeans, its totally wrong size and shade colors, then i ordered stainless steel strap but i got leather strap watch and watch dial glass is broken.. Then shoe is look like already used one, the bottom side is lots of scratches. All items had completely incorrect sizes and details its totally rs:9617.00 please help to refund my money.

                  I raised complaint to amazon cs team and i requested to return this products.. Last month 20th the delivery courier service agent is fully checked the each product and picked up the package.

                  When i knew the status of the product i took photos of each product, i already sent the pictures to amazon cs team. I have attached all items pictures and the return pickup challan copy.
                  Please review and refund my money..

                      My amazon account is blocked because i mistakenly typed wrong credit card details.
                      I have contacted amazon customer service at least 40 times but they are not responding well. They asked me some details which actually i can't give because i don't have that details. How could i gave them such details which i don't have?
                      I have also contacted through email but same thing.
                      Its like i am catched in a vicious cycle of email, call &chat of same thing to different customer executive. Address verification always want same details which i gave them at least 50-55 times.

                      I have also some money in my amazon pay balance. Which i unable to use because my account is locked.

                      Hope from here i will get some relief and help.

                        I bought $76.11. Certified refurbished fire hd 8 tablet (8" hd display, 16 gb) - black.

                        Order#[protected]. I bought it with a mastercard 2967. I sent back for a refund of $62.40 but still today i don't see any refund on my capital one credit card. When i return the device, they say the refund would be done when it arrived. Since then, nothing happened.
                        The only refunds i can see from amazon on nov. 16 are $7.17 and $6.41.

                          I bought "amazon basics double door folding metal dog cage with paw protector, 48 inches" purchased on 24th of november and placed a return request the same day. Since then i am doing follow ups on daily basis and everyday amazon is cancelling the return pickup, i have called amazon daily "daily" and they tell me that it will be picked up next day. The last time i called amazon, their executive told me that they will issue a refund in advance if the item is not picked up within 48 hrs and now the time period has completed and i called amazon and they asked me to wait again for 48 hrs.

                          The return period of the product is 10 days and it's been a week now, they are trying to surpass the return time period by delaying the return pick.

                          They are using false practices.

                          If the issue is not resolved here. I will take it to social media platforms.

                          Now again your another executive named "Gitanjali" told me to wait for another 48 hrs.would I be getting an update or shall I ask Jeff bezos via Twitter or Facebook .I know people tends to threaten but I will ask him if Amazon didn't resolve this

                              I purchased one ifb washing machine from amazon india under the promotion offer of 1000 rupees cash when purchase is done with any prepaid mode. To fulfill this condition i ordered using credit card. When product was delivered and installed but cashback was still not credited. After that i raised this issue with amazon customer service team umpteen time but to no avail. 3 times they asked to wait for 7 working days hence spent almost one month in this process yet no resolution done.
                              Now i am compelled raise this issue in this forum to get the refund of 1000 rupees cash.

                                I have bought a lenovo laptop for my home on 5 may, 2019. The product has one year of warranty. Today when i checked the warranty period online on lenovo's website using my serial number. I found that that the warranty has already been expired on 27 august, 2019. Another issue is, with this laptop, they were providing a built-in dvd drive. Though we never felt the use of dvd drive. So we haven't tried to use it. But few days back, accidently, i tried to use dvd drive, i found that there is no dvd drive in it. I had talked to lenovo customer support. They told that there isn't any dvd drive coming with this model laptop. I have sent a screenshot of the product detail to them. They told that lenovo has given the wrong description about the product and delivered a wrong product as compared to their product description. Now, the conclusion is i have paid 58490 inr for a wrong product with expired warranty.

                                    On nov 27th there was a debiting of money of rs. 959.09/- which was done without my notice. I checked everything was there any order done by me or amazon prime got renewed but there was none because my amazon prime renewal date was on jan 2020. So this was an unauthorized transaction please see to it and i need my money to be credited again to my account. Thank you.

                                      I bought this product on the 16th november with tracking no: cg[protected]in with india post. On the 26th november the tracking says it was delivered to kuknoorpally so this is not jaisalmer which is the delivery town. Since i found this out on the 28th november i have been arguing with amazon.in cs and then today with animesh (Cs manger) that i want a refund and then yesterday the seller is sending out i believe a new on (On the same tracking details so animesh says) which will be with me between the 4th to the 8th december. They do not believe that the item was already delivered to another address and animesh who is supposed to be helping turns out to be the least helpful of the lot. As of today as i paid with my uk credit card i am putting in a dispute against amazon and the seller.
