So here is the back story of my order.
I ordered, "Godrej 580 L 3 Star Frost-free Double Door Refrigerator" from Amazon on 28th October 2019. I received the product on 31st October 2019 and that was a damaged product.
I requested for replacement of the product(I went through a lot of processes to get it done.)
Finally, they agreed to replace the product, however, I had a very bad experience with the customer support team, so I requested them to cancel the product assuming that if again I receive the damaged one I have to contact them and explain to them what I did last time. it's a hectic process.
Then I got a call from Amazon I think on 4th November saying that I will get a good product within a week.
I asked them if they can deliver it before 8th November 2019 it's okay for me.
The reason I asked them that the current refrigerator which we are using is broken, the door and body got separated and we have to remove the door apart if we need to take out something from the fridge.
On the Amazon app, it was showing it will be delivered on 12th November 2019. I waited until 12th and that didn't happen.
From that day daily I am calling Amazon guys to cancel the product and refund the amount so that I can purchase the product from the nearby store.
Every day they used to say some different storied for me that it will happen within 3-5 days.
There on it continued and I still didn't receive any refund.
Every day I used to call them and even I have requested a call from there top management for I think 4 times and I got the call only once.
So finally it's been 30 days and still, I didn't receive any refund.
In this entire process, I lost 5 years Comprehensive warranty which was available on that product as a Diwali sale. it's my loss now which will around[protected].(https://onsitego.com/shop/refrigerators/plans/[protected]/).
I have contacted the nearby store and came to know that there is an offer going on HDFC card, so if I buy the product within this month I will get 2500 as cashback.
So I am looking for compensation of 15000 from Amazon.

Updated by Phani Nandigam In the beginning, I didn't ask them to drop an email with all the conversations that happened in the call.
Since it was taking so long, so later I wanted some proof so I asked them to do so. In the image, you can see the number of times I have contacted Amazon. Every time I call Amazon they send a feedback email.
Forgot to mention that the cost of a refrigerator is 53, 497/-.
Please do something, I am pissed off with there service and I need compensation for this.
