I have placed mi ledtv in amazon and the same is out for delivery for three days. Without calling simply sending message like "customer has requested for reschedule and reattempt on next day". This happens for three days and finally product returned to seller.
I called and chased but no use.
Next time, i placed one more tv after discussing with amazon. This time they promised also.
Again same thing happened. I called almost twice a day and no use.
Next - third order.. Same thing..
Is amazon really want to deliver or just collecting money from customers in sales.
No action and same thing again and again.
I have order number and everything for those three.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Satheesh Reddy L. ("Complainant") and find that he had placed and order for Mi LED TV 4C PRO 80 cm (32) HD Ready Android TV (Black) ("Product") from the independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that the refund worth Rs.10, 349.10 as requested and required by him was processed into his original mode of payment on 29th October, 2019.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

    We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Anand Hogade ("Complainant") and find that he had been facing problems with his recent purchase of Prima Wooden Study Table Desk and Chair Set for Boys and Girls (Green) Set of - 1 ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from the independent third party seller, i.e., on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for refund of the amount paid.
    It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.2, 899 as requested and required by him was processed into his bank account on 16th October, 2019 vide refund reference number[protected].
    In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he/she is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
    The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.

      Day 2 after our conversation:
      Except the print - return process started - nothing else in sight. No further message. Mlc - management lack of coordination - prevailed per haps. Even though virtually process started as early as 25tn oct 2019, and 7 days passed already and deadlines are passing backward sooner, its time dgm to director level informations shall pass, lest 6000 cr loss may not mitigate apart from initiating measures for hard core rectification. This message shall put people concerned in proper spectrum. I will let the progress known tomorrow subject to my proceedings under reservation. Thank you. K. Rajaram. Irs harassed customer.

      Confused management of indian amazon

      Package stink bad odor. Package wood damaged photo sent. Out of sympathy ordered for replacement. It was ordered for replacement to be delivered on 28th oct 19 but never an inch moved; and customer care, amazon.in& cloud tail did never bother about till 29th in spite of many emails to cs and chennai agent ; cancelled the order out of actions of sellers. Some where now in the remote corner now i see cancel order refund as well as simply stating this order may not take place till 4th nov!!. Sent sms to pick up damaged on 26th and cancelled it in the evening and later state till 31st not possible. Confused. Management of amazon.in. Amazon usa name being down trodden.

      Product is secondary the management is prime. Where u do not wait to receive the reply and avoid customer criticism but wants only bouquet well do not do business but dictate bossism. I do not share your view at any cost as product review is simple good or bad, but businessman does count with the integrity.           upi payment failed money debited more than 11 days passed

          I had purchased a red mi note 4 through amazon on[protected]. I purchased this product as a fresh one. By using this mobile i had faced the problem of network and i can't make any phone calls. It's shows as emergency calls. And the slot 2 is not working. Due to this problem i had contacted the red mi service center palarivattom. After checking checking the mobile they told me that it was a refurbished smart phone and the warranty of the phone had finished already. And they are not providing any service. After this i had contacted amazon for this issue and they told me to buy a sevice denied letter. The service center is not providing me the service denied letter. I am not getting any service from amazon or red mi.

                I requested an urgent delivery from amazon and paid extra cost for it. Since, morning i was tracking the shipment. At first, i was given the no. Of a delivery agent who refused of having any shipment for my address. I complaint to amazon through online chat and was provided with the no. Of different agent who not only refused to deliver on or before 11 am (Which was given by the amazon itself) but also told that he's new and i can't expect him to deliver my package on that time and said he will only be able to deliver after 4-5 hrs (Way later than expected time). The location he gave was maximum 15 minutes far from my delivery address which he said is 4-5 hrs away. I complained amazon again and meanwhile contacted the agent again who again refused to come on time. I requested him to please come. Then also he came post 11.

                I wanted an urgent delivery that's way paid extra. the agent was sceptical of the route and hence I shared my live location with him to be able to guide him. But still all my efforts didn't prove futile to get my product deliver on time.

                We have perused the complaint received from Mr./Ms. Yashoda ("Complainant") and find that the Complainant is concerned about the delay in delivery of Lenovo Legion Y7000 9th gen Intel Core i5 15.6 inch FHD Gaming Laptop (8GB/1TB HDD+256 GB SSD/Windows 10/NVIDIA GTX 1050 3GB Graphics/Black/2.3Kg), 81 ("Product"), purchased from the independent third party seller, i.e., Appario Retail Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                It is submitted that the delivery of the Product is subject to various factors like climatic conditions, traffic congestion, and geographic distance. Although, all endeavours were made to deliver Product to the Complainant within tentative time frame, occasionally deliveries are delayed for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
                It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs 150.00 was processed into his Amazon Pay Balance as a goodwill gesture and one-time exception, without admitting any liabilities. Such refunds should not set any precedent.
                Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

                  सर, मैंने amazon से indian terrain का nevy color का trouser खरीदा था जिसका order नंबर
                  [protected] है। मैंने 7 सितंबर को product आर्डर किया और 17 को product deliver हुआ। 30 सितंबर को मैंने amazon को फ़ोन करके product की समस्या से अवगत करा दिया था कि trouser का कलर उतर रहा है लेकिन amazon की तरफ से बताया गया कि प्रोडक्ट original है fake नही। अब स्थिति यह है कि तीसरी धुलाई में प्रोडक्ट का कलर जा चुका है। amazon इस बात को स्वीकार ही नही कर रहा कि मैंने फ़ोन किया था और स्थिति से अवगत कराया था जबकि amazon के पास कॉल की ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग उपलब्ध है।

                    We have perused your complaint received from Mr. Ganesh Savarkar ("Complainant") regarding the order placed by him for one V.R. Enterprises Mount BM38 Advance Star RO+UV+UF Water Purifier, 12 L, Blue ("Product") vide order ID[protected]"Order"), from the independent third party seller, i.e., R.K. Distributions ("Seller"), on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
                    Basis which, we find that the Complainant had already cancelled the order for the Product even before it was shipped by the independent third party Seller.
                    It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. Rs.13, 328.22 as requested and required by him was processed into his bank account on 30th September, 2019 vide refund reference number 905948. It is stated that the Complainant had already been informed him about the issuance of refund for the said Product on 11th October, 2019.

                      Its a damaged product, and i raised a complaint to amazon for refund, the amazon executive will create return pick up within 24 hrs and every next day they will cancel it. Till now the item is not picked up and refund is not iniated. Please check into it.

                          I recently placed an exchange order at amazon.in on 25th oct 2019 with delivery address being: gurjit singh s/o harvinder singh, vpo mulewal khehra, tehseel: shahkot, distt. Jalandhar, punjab 144702.

                          I got a callback from the delivery agent on 28th saying that i have my order ready for pickup at their main location (Which is around 4 to 5 km away from my house, the delivery address). So i asked the agent whether the order will be delivered to my house address which was posted as delivery address but i was told that i will have to goto their office for pickup. I told her that i will not be able to come pickup today or tomorrow and if she will be able to hold it for me, she said yes, that should be fine.

                          Next day (30th oct) i get a call from the same office, this time its a guy. I told him the same thing and he assured that i will be able to pick it up the next day. My friend went there the next morning with the phone that was supposed to be taken as exchange... The guy at the office destroys the screen protector and gets him to remove all passwords and stuff only to tell him that they have cancelled the order and he won't be able to pickup the phone. My friend puts me on the phone with the agent and i am told that i should be calling amazon support and they will be able to reschedule the delivery. I did that and the customer service rep tells me that there is nothing wrong with the order and that my friend should go there again and pickup the order. My friend did that and he's told the same thing, so i put the amazon customer support on conference with the agent and the rep tells me that they can't be talking to the agents directly but they have filed a report against him for asking you to come pickup the product instead of delivering it to my house address. And while all this is happening, there's a supervisor there who basically tells me that he can't do anything because this is not his but the delivery agent's fault and that i should be calling back whenever the owner is back to swear at him.
                          After all this my friend comes home and i get a notification saying that the order is rescheduled for delivery so i call customer support again and i am assured that i will have the product delivered at my doorstep before 9pm the same day. I kept waiting but no one showed up and i got a notification the next day saying that the order has been cancelled. So i call the support number again and this time i am just told that i will have to re order the phone.
                          So after going through all this without any of my own fault, i still went ahead to order a new phone, only to find out that its not available anymore and after talking to customer support again, i am just told that no supervisor or manager can help you in this situation, amazon will not offer anything to make it upto me.
                          What i want is either another phone with at least 6gb ram and 6000mah battery at the same price or a discount of around 5 to 6000 on another product and i will be more than happy to do business with amazon india. As a matter of fact, i am willing to purchase upto 3 devices at the same time.

                            I order an item from amazon during sale period but they just delivered the empty box so i raised a complaint where team says that they have taken the complaint and soon come with the resolution. But its been 13 days now and every time they are just increasing the timeline and the worst part is on 28oct 2019 they promised me that i will get the refund on 30th oct and when i contacted on 30th they again told me tgat they are working on this and i have to wait more.

                            Is it some kind of joke for amazon for just doing fake promised.

                            Being a prime and regular daily basis customer i deserve son quick action but they don’t care and just ignoring.

                            I thought amazon will take prime customer priority but i’m wrong they don’t care anything.

                              On 25 october 2018 i ordered fossil rose gold dial stainless steel women's fashion watch - bq3036 from amazon. While i was going through the payment process i had accidentally selected a different delivery address and i wanted to change it. So i cancelled the order and re-ordered. The order was made on a monthly installment basis (Emi). When i checked my credit card statement i was being charged for 2 orders instead of 1. I tried reaching amazon customer support and it was purely pathetic they were not able to do anything. The support staff does not even know how to navigate the amazon website. And i only received one watch. I also checked with my credit card provider and they told me that the payment has been done and the money is with the vendor.

                              So in a nutshell the money was also deducted from my credit card for the cancelled order and only one product was delivered to me. I have been trying to reach and call every support that i could but they are all useless. I just want my money back.

                              I purchased boat earphones of super extraa bass on 3rd sept 2019 and now one of it is not working. Only one bud is giving sound. It has 225 bass heads and it only took nearly 1 month and it's not working. And there is variation in sound quality please help me.

                                Order #[protected] order a pair of shoes a fulfilled item and seller sent the entirely different shoes from what was ordered twice and then amazon instead of being ashamed of their service failure they are delaying the refund of the same this all seems deliberate malafide intention and unethical business practices without any fear of prevalent laws.

                                  I had ordered a bed on 13th october and the delivery date was shown as 19th october. It didn't arrive so i called the customer care and told them to cancel it and initiate a refund, as it was a pre paid order. But it's been two days, today is the third day and i haven't been contacted yet regarding the refund or anything. This is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. Please look into the matter at the earliest. The tracking id for the bed is [protected] and the supplier was supposed to be jr steel furnitures.

                                    I order a hair dryer before order it shows delivery in 2 days but when i do payment by online and payment process is compelete it shows delivery after 7 days and it. Has been now 10 days i don't get my product yet. I get two things regularly a morning message. Your product will deliver today in morning and one message in evening that we could not deliver your product today that's solve i got this things from 3 days.. Such a bad delivery from. Azamon and they don't think about their customer they just need money when u do your payment they don't know who are you plz don't buy any product from. Azamon
