I have placed an order for book on amazon on 14th sep 19, the expected delivery was not later than 17th oct 19, in between requested amazon for early despatch, they expressed their inability,
Finally showed the product was despatched on 12th oct 19 stating will be delivered by 17th oct 19,

Blue dart-tracking id: [protected] (The wrong id it is not @ my specified address in mumbai, belongs to someone else of jaipur)
But finally, the track id was not giving any results on blue dart tracking, believe the id provided was wrong, when i approached amazon, they said they can't help, just they processed the refund on 12th oct 19.
No concern about customer's interest, no responsiveness, i have lost my eagerness to study by cia because of the amazon and his seller-sunrise book store
How come despatch and refund processed on the same day?
Reasons unexplained by amazon. Asking to make a new order
Who will be held responsible for the loss of my time and the incidental cost incurred by me in anticipation of order (Book delivery)
How can i loss be compensated?
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Lakshminarayana Chowdhury Adding One more image, it states how the seller and Amazon, cheated by giving a wrong Waybill/Courier Number to me. my delivery address is at Mumbai, whereas the POD is given of someone else, which was despatched and duly delivered at Jaipur. this is intentional misleading by Amazon to me.
