Ordered ONBN® Tempered glass for my OnePlus 6 phone. Amazon India sent me a different item which was for Samsung S6. Now it is not eligible for return or replacement. My money got wasted. Since I am a student I can't afford to waste my money for their mistake. Kindly do the needful.

    Hi amazon,

    Order id[protected]

    I purchased a smartphone (Honor 10 lite 6gb, 64gb) from amazon on 29th september 2019. The order id for the same is:[protected]. I do not know why but from that very day onwards i never saw the product move. Till date it did not get dispatched and neither it will be. As from experience i am saying. Each week the status of the order gets updated to 'preparing for dispatch - arriving by wednesday/tuesday'. Then finally the day arrives - wednesday (Day i am supposed to get product). On that day also status shows 'arriving today'. But it never got shipped prior to that. So when the day gets over, again the expected delivery date is updated to next week's tuesday or wednesday. So this is what goes on and on like a loop. I have contacted customer service multiple times mostly via chat and also via call. I also emailed to you guys but none of it worked. Each time when i talk to customer care, they tell me as follows (Ordered by date) :
    1. You will get the product in the mentioned date. I request you to please wait till the timeline is over.
    2. I have noted down feedback in this regards. Our concerned team will work on it and get it solved by 48 hours. So you can expect cancellation of product after that.
    3. I have lodged a complaint regarding this and we will revert back in 3 business days. This is the maximum time frame that we need you to wait. Be assured that either your product will be dispatched or it will be cancelled.
    4. I have checked that a complaint was lodged regarding this. And it has been 3 days since it had been updated. I am re lodging a complaint and i will personally take care of this. Do not worry. I assure you that it will be cancelled in 3 days. All i am asking you is to wait for another 3 days and trust me it will be solved. (This one gave me some hope but did not work)
    5. (Finally today) sir i request you to trust me on this that the product will be shipped and delivered in the mentioned time frame. Do not worry sir. I will look into this with my team. I just want you to wait till the delivery date (Which is tomorrow)

    So these are all the stupid experiences i had with customer care. The item is clearly in stalled position. It won't go forward or backword. I am also a software engineer so i know what happens at times like these. The process gets broken, this is what causes such product not moving in either direction issues. Gradually now i am starting to give up on my rs 10000. I may never get that money only. None of your customer care people can go out of the box to help. All are very incompetent. I did not mention a few of the horrible customer care experiences i had relating to this order only. Ps: i have contacted you guys more than 30 times now. Overall i had the worst possible experience with amazon. Anyway please try to be of some help. I really need the product to be cancelled now.

    Hope i could make you understand everything. Thanks. Let's see if i get my money back.

          I ordered a clublabtop reversible sleeve size of 15.6"with m/s. Arrario retail pvt. Ltd. Through amazon on 05/10/2019 wide order no.[protected]. They send a sleeve size of 10.5". It is not suitable for my laptop which is purchased through amazon itself. Hence i returned it and request for a correct size of 15.6". Till now they have not dispatched it to me. Please be kind enough to take necessary action in this regard. I am trusting on amazon will do it without further delay. Even it is represented 2 times even no reply is given by them. Please make to send the ordered material without any further dealay

            I have purchased a Ultra wet grinder on 14th October 2019 from Amazon and received item on 19th October 2019 and the received is defective Item( Defective item it's not unfortunately happen, this is intensionally send by seller as
            1. For 3 pin plug negative pin is not there.
            2. Grinder down part is open and so parts were removed.
            3. Out side part is samshed and damaged. When I spoked these things the Amazon team is replying like these might be happened in shipping. But my question is like if above are happened due to shipped then from where the thermocal is attached with plaster. So it clear understanding that Amazon is compramising with seller and sending faulty or duplicate product or used product or item missing from the boxes, if Amazon is not compromised with sellers they have minimal quality check before sending to customers like out box condition or properly sealed or not?)

            They said they are going to initiate full amount back, but i did not received full amount, they have initiated partial amount only. I do not understand why the Amazon is doing like this to customers.

            Around 3000rs was lost by trusting and purchasing from Amazon. Please never buy any items from Amazon they are cheating the customers.

            When I purchased any item from Amazon I need to return it back as the received item will be defective or used or not item in the box or duplicate brands. Very rare find genuine is received when I purchased it from Amazon. AliExpress or some other eCommerce sites are
            Very far better than Amazon.

            Please remember that if you buying any item from Amazon you wasting or lossing your money and no one will respond properly. You can see the response of Amazon to this complaint.

                I ordered product of 16999₹ from amazon on 28 sep 2019 and payment is done by atm card and i was cancelled that product to amazon on 30th september. They told amount is transformed they are sent rnr no - 0r8ud3tg0000k0oblzgt but still amount is not credited to my account. It's nearly one month over stil amount didn't reflected in my account. I was visited the the home bank maneger told with this number we can't check the status of refund please go through the amazon. So please go through it.

On 17 oct 19 Amazon refunded the money. But I didn't get it in my PNB debit card. I called back Amazon many times but they are saying to lodge Charge dispute. I doubt that it will work.                     I am writing this mail to you because I am struggling to get the refund of courier charges. I was promised to get the response in 24 hrs, its NOT at all happening. After writing repeatedly, I am NOT getting response from seller, [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in.

                    The received product was in very bad condition, like the old one. I was asked to return it to seller. I was told by Amazon People and seller that arrange the self pick-up. After receiving the product, courier charges will be refunded. Initially, I was NOT ready for that. But after insisting by seller and amazon people, I did it. I also informed amazon that BlueDart Courier charges of 4530/-. I was told that to go ahead with this, and submit the receipt. I was told the its under A-to-Z policy.

                    I was told that product cost as well as courier charges will be refunded back to me by seller. I did it. The bed was delivered back to seller on 27-Sep by Bluedart courier. The product cost is refunded to me. But, I am struggling to get the refund of courier charges. I had already talked to Amazon customer support mant times, looks like, NOT able to solve this issue. You can also look all the mail correspondence to amazon and seller.

                    I have sent courier receipt, tracking proof many-many times to seller as well as to [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in I am really frustrated now because of all this.

                    I am facing all these issues. I request you to look into this.
                    Even, repeatedly, in every call, Amazon customer support person told that I don't need to be worried, it will be solved, wait for 2 working days etc. But, now, I ask, when it will be solved. Is this issue being taken seriously by customer support?

                    Now, I request your assistance towards solving this issue OR please guide me how to go ahead.

                    Again, I am attaching the courier receipt, delivery confirmation.

                      I have placed order for this TV unit set and it’s been delivered to my home. TV set was packed properly but after two days technician came to install the TV set at home and told that his system shows that TV already installed before the delivery date and also the TV unit from inside seems to be used before delivering as all the packets from inside was opened. The technician told as this TV set shows installed he can’t install it again. Now we are struggling with Amazon and SAMSUNG to initiate refund or replace the TV. As Samsung says it’s already installed because delivery happened by Amazon and they misused there process and used TV before installing here. And Amazon says it’s Samsung’s responsibility. Why can’t Amazon investigate more on this as they have all the details of TV Unit number and who delivered the TV. How come it is possible that TV got installed on 1 OCT and delivery happened on 20 OCT. Clear case of fraud. Think 1000 times before ordering

                          I had cancelled an order from amazon.in on 30th September 2019, and I was told by amazon.in that my refund amounting- Rs. 2190 has been initiated on 2nd October 2019 and I will get the refund within 2-4 working days, but I didn't get.
                          Then, when I asked amazon.in about the refund, they told me that my refund period was- 02/10/2019 - 11/10/2019. After that they gave me a refund reference no.- 475694, which was needed to give it to my bank and then bank will take care of my query, but the bank said I must contact amazon.in regarding my refund because bank can't help me with it.
                          Till now I haven't got my refund money.

                            I bought a product order no.[protected] from amazon and payment with cod due to some defects. Product returned on 19/08/2019 and for refund i gave bank account number and ifse code i. On 20/08/2019 there was a mail amount of ₹349 the refund was initiated by amazone and has also given a reference number[protected]. But my account has not been refunded.
                            For this i got contact in my branch but he did not give any information and he flatly refused. And both amazon and bank of india are denying their responsibility

                                  I purchased a candy floss machine received on 20.1.19 and there was a warranty for one year . Vender was Godskitchen

                                  i used the machine hardly a few times and the warranty period was over.
                                  The machine stopped working and contacted the vendor to repair the appliance and I was willing to pay the repair charges .

                                  The vendor flatly refused repair the same even though I was willing to pay the charges . Since this is an item that is not repairable by normal kitche equipment repair shops I am left with a non-functional machine .

                                  I requested help from amazon and questioned whether a vendor on their website can sell an appliance without reponsibility to repair the same after warranty period ? Amazon has neither reponded nor helped me in this matter

                                    Dear amazon team,

                                    Very unpleasant experience this time and felling like i have been cheated by you guys.

                                    On 20 oct 19 - i bought the iphone xr handset on 20th oct 19 from amazon.in (Order id[protected] i bought the handset under offer, “5% instant discount + 5% reward points” offer on amazon pay icici bank

                                    On 20 oct 19 - before making a purchase same day i have called your customer care and asked i can see 5% instant discount upfront, however is 5% reward points (Amazon pay) is eligible on this product and on emi transaction, so your executive confirmed that yes sir don’t work buy this product. You will get this i can see this very well on the offered page. (Kindly refer the recording)

                                    On 20-oct 19 – i bought this product.

                                    On 21-oct 19 – i got the delivery.

                                    On 24 oct-19 – i got my icici bank statement and there was first emi charged in credit card bill however in amazon reward summary i have not got the benefit of - 5% reward points (Amazon pay) balance.

                                    On 24 oct-19 – i called icici amazon pay customer care and they confirmed me that since this was a emi purchase hence you are not eligible for 5% reward points (Amazon pay) balance you may contact amazon customer care.

                                    On 24 oct-19 :- today i have called, amazon customer care and spoken with one of the representative he still confirm yes you are eligible for this offer and you will get this in next billing cycle m then i made him understand this bill is generated after transaction as i have also been charged for the first emi in credit card statement received today, so he asked me to speak with icici bank regarding this as per him, icici bank have come to amazon for this offer benefit, he also requested me to visit the icici bank branch, i requested to transfer the call to the customer care, his answer was they will also confirm the same thing what i am saying. (Kindly refer recording)

                                    On 24 oct-19 :- finally he have transferred the call to the lady named selvia (Lady with full of attitude), she also confirmed that same thing that this reward will be credited in next billing cycle and when i have informed him same thing bill has been generated after this transaction and i have been charged for the same, so after putting my call on hold for a long, she came back and confirm sir since this was emi transaction you will not be eligible for this reward back. Also she confirmed even though if someone have done the miscommunication still we can only give the feedback to the person and don’t do anything beyond it, finally she confirmed is there is anything else i can help you with and disconnected my call,

                                    Here i am sure these people cannot be onroll employee of amazon, they may a bunch of outsource agency doing miss communication with customer and not understanding the customer paid.

                                    Now i am enclosing the screenshot of the offer, where it is clearly mentioned, 5% reward back is eligible for emi purchase as well, now to reconfirm if i am not missing anything i have called your customer care and reconfirm from them before making a purchase if anything is hidden here, i am having icici amazon pay card through which i have made the payment and i am the prime customer.

                                    Hence it is requested to please credit 2000 amazon pay reward point in my account, else take back your handset i don’t want to deal with the people who don’t really care for their employees.

                                    Also i am looping icici bank here as i have been stucked between to big giants (Banking and ecommerce giants) and no one ready to take the ownership here.

                                    I applied for the Amazon Pay ICICI Credit card and my application number is[protected]. I had to scheduled appointment for the KYC three times. All the three times agent came to my place and took the required documents including the KYC. An agent also took hard copies of my KYC. But after a long wait I am getting update from the Bank that my Aadhaar KYC is not completed. But all the three times the agent took the images of the both sides of my Aadhaar Card. I personally sent Images of the both sides of the adhaar card at [protected]@icicibank.com three times. But then also the status showing same result and if I call at the toll free number the executive informs me that my application is on hold due the the incomplete Aadhaar KYC. I don't know what is going on. Please find the attachments from my sending emails. If they don't want to approve my card then they can clearly cancel my application. Why they are giving false report? I am an West Bengal State Employee. All the documents are completely authentic. Then also they are showing such behavior. I have two more credit cards. But I didn't have to face such problem in the past. Please solve my problem as early as possible.

                                      Since a 15days back I placed a order by prepaid method and complained many more times and no response from the customer care every time saying it ll get solve within 24-48 hours like this it has been a week already by complaining.
                                      And hopeless amazon site won’t display seller details over website.
                                      It’s like customer should die by paying money these amazon team won’t help over anything.
                                      Shame less amazon team worst experience ever I suggest nobody should struck over paying prepaid method in amazon.
                                      Shame less website running this AMAZON.
                                      Fed up a lot 🤦🏻‍♂️
