I had order Wall sticker 'tree', vinyl 49cm*4cm*4cm on 30/07/2019

Order total- Rs 219.
Instead of Rs 219 amazon delivery boy has taken 750 rupees from my old mom, as she was not aware of my ordered good cost.
On the next day i Immediately call amazon customer care executive they given us assurity, after investigation that difference amount will transfer within 7 days.
Till today i have called many times to customer care they have prompt reply" Sir investigation is going on"
Even i contact to local amazon delivery agency, the guy said " Sir we doesn't get any revert from Amazon".

It's almost 80 days passed away, still haven't received any update.

    Yesterday Amazon India started there great Indian festival for prime consumers, I tried to order tcl 55 inches tv (Rs. 34, 999/-)from 12 p.m. on 20.10.19, but everytime it showed your pincode not deliverable and I tried with all my friends address too in Chennai, but all pincodes are not deliverable only, but when I tried normally to purchase for same tv with higher price (Rs. 43, 900), it was deliverable to my pincodes. Finally at around 7:00 p.m. I can able to make payment at great Indian festival sale for the same tv Rs. 31, 783/- was done for the same and I received email invoice with order number as confirmation for the same and delivery date of 26.10.19, but today it was cancelled and when I contacted customer care, they are simply telling your payment from your bank side doesn't made, but yesterday when I contacted Amazon customer care they told payment was made and product will be delivered as emailed. For the festival season, I tried to buy a TV and celebrate it, but in vain depression only waited for me. I am true Amazon buyer, wished to everything from Amazon, but now a days they are simply luring people as marketing gimmick. Yesterday full day wasted on this. Take necessary action regarding this and uphold the Justice for me

      Ordered an iphone xr through amazon prime account on oct 20 and i was told that the device will arrive on oct 22. But when i was in the office, i got a call that the delivery boy is going to deliver the phone on oct 21. And when he came, he didn't come to the building to deliver the phone and instead asked me to come on the road to take the device. When i went there with the exchanged iphone which i had factory reset, he asked me to set up. So, i asked him to come upstairs and give me 10 minutes, he didn't come and left away. Moreover, his language was abusive.

      How can you guys hire such people for delivery? I'm going to take strict action against this misbehavior.

        I am very disappointed with Amazon Delivery Services since 4th Oct'19 i had ordered but still the product has not been delivered yet. If you guys(Amazon) are not able to deliver the product then why you accept order. Worst Experience with Amazon. Now i will never order any product from here and also recommend my friends and family that never order any product from Amazon. WORST WORST Company.

          I've ordered a book against track id[protected]. I got a miscall alert from amazon agent buguda (Mob-[protected] & contacted him to receive my package. He told me that you parcel has missed so you try again. A msg i received that it is returned to seller. So again i tried it with net banking. Rs 197 has deducted but order failed. It shows the carelessnes of amazon agent of buguda. I don't like to transect with this careles company. Send back my deducted amount of rs197. Simran patnaik mob-[protected]

            I was placed a order in amozon on 4th October and cancelled on 9th October by some reasons. They said your refund in prosess wait 3 to 5 business days. Still i didn't get my refund plz help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
            Yesterday I was called amozon customer care they said ask your bank .i called bank coustemer care they said your refund is not recivied plese contact and ask amozon customer care.

              I want to replace product as one of earphone is not working at all. It started getting slow after 3 days o[censored]sage and finally it got stopped. I have reviewed customer reviews on Amazon about your product and had strong belief that it is long lasting but I really disappointed with the quality. I really want to mention that my usage is quite low around 3-4 hours a day and there isn't any drop off happened till now. Still it started getting slow day by day.

              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Please send someone to replace the product as soon as possible at the same address.
              Hope customer satisfaction and reviews are important for you and I don't need to regret choosing your product to purchase.

                The Seller "Priyarchika hub" (FSSAI number-[protected]) on Amazon India is selling products higher than MRP and also dispatching expired products. I had ordered Aswini Adhuna Hibiscus Shampoo - 500ml on 14th Oct 2019 via Amazon (Order#[protected] for which I was charged INR 340 + INR 99 for delivery.
                I received the package (19th Oct 2019) which included 450ml shampoo & 80ml shampoo.
                Both together priced at INR 219 (INR 180+INR 39) against INR 340 charged by seller.
                Further the 80ml Shampoo bottle had an expiry date as Oct 2018.
                Need action here.

                We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Vikas Bhatia ("Complainant") and find that the Complainant had ordered for Aswini Adhuna Hibiscus Shampoo - 500ml ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Priyarchika Hub ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and has requested for a refund.
                It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs.439.00 as requested and required by him was processed into his bank account on 24th October, 2019 vide refund reference number [protected].
                In case the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
                The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
                Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
                In view of the above, the issue stands closed.

                  Hi,

                  I have purchased aqua grand plus crown ro+uv+uf+tds with mineral cartridge water purifier which is having free installation. After placing the order it is delivered. After product delivery amazon india has not providing me the installation information. When the very first time contacted the customer service they have provided [protected] number is not even in working.
                  When i contacted amazon second time [protected], [protected] [protected]@rocareindia.co.in third time they have given [protected], [protected] forth time they are saying this product does not have free installation service and asking for a screen shot of term and conditions which is existed before placing the order. When i am trying to open product link site is redirecting to error page. I want an immediate action to be taken againest amazon india and aqua grand.

                        Order#[protected] has replaced but the stitching of replaced goods were was open. It was usable. I request to the delivery man to take back but he was not agreed and told me to make again replace request. I am not getting replace option for this return goods to my order history. I purchased many goods but this experience is worst to me. I request to take back that sandel from me which is not used and send me back the cash to my amazon a/c.

                          I ordered a box which was supposed to be 20 cm but got the smaller specs 12 cm
                          I went ahead and called the amazon services they said they will not replace my product... And only thing they can do is return it... Now i already have like 3500 stuck with amazon which they are not giving me back... And they want me to make it 4500... Only way amazon gives money back is if you ask for it in amazon pay balance... Which i just found out has a expiry date... You get your refund back but you have to use it within specific time... Terrific isnt it... It just vanishes.. Poof... But they had courtsey to accept that they made a mistake... They had me update me refund account like 4 times... But still there is no sign of refund... And now i have more 1000 stuck in there

                            Hi amazon,

                            Order id[protected]

                            I purchased a smartphone (Honor 10 lite 6gb, 64gb) from amazon on 29th september 2019. The order id for the same is:[protected]. I do not know why but from that very day onwards i never saw the product move. Till date it did not get dispatched and neither it will be. As from experience i am saying. Each week the status of the order gets updated to 'preparing for dispatch - arriving by wednesday/tuesday'. Then finally the day arrives - wednesday (Day i am supposed to get product). On that day also status shows 'arriving today'. But it never got shipped prior to that. So when the day gets over, again the expected delivery date is updated to next week's tuesday or wednesday. So this is what goes on and on like a loop. I have contacted customer service multiple times mostly via chat and also via call. I also emailed to you guys but none of it worked. Each time when i talk to customer care, they tell me as follows (Ordered by date) :
                            1. You will get the product in the mentioned date. I request you to please wait till the timeline is over.
                            2. I have noted down feedback in this regards. Our concerned team will work on it and get it solved by 48 hours. So you can expect cancellation of product after that.
                            3. I have lodged a complaint regarding this and we will revert back in 3 business days. This is the maximum time frame that we need you to wait. Be assured that either your product will be dispatched or it will be cancelled.
                            4. I have checked that a complaint was lodged regarding this. And it has been 3 days since it had been updated. I am re lodging a complaint and i will personally take care of this. Do not worry. I assure you that it will be cancelled in 3 days. All i am asking you is to wait for another 3 days and trust me it will be solved. (This one gave me some hope but did not work)
                            5. (Finally today) sir i request you to trust me on this that the product will be shipped and delivered in the mentioned time frame. Do not worry sir. I will look into this with my team. I just want you to wait till the delivery date (Which is tomorrow)

                            So these are all the stupid experiences i had with customer care. The item is clearly in stalled position. It won't go forward or backword. I am also a software engineer so i know what happens at times like these. The process gets broken, this is what causes such product not moving in either direction issues. Gradually now i am starting to give up on my rs 10000. I may never get that money only. None of your customer care people can go out of the box to help. All are very incompetent. I did not mention a few of the horrible customer care experiences i had relating to this order only. Ps: i have contacted you guys more than 30 times now. Overall i had the worst possible experience with amazon. Anyway please try to be of some help. I really need the product to be cancelled now.

                            Hope i could make you understand everything. Thanks. Let's see if i get my money back.

                              Refund of Rs. 999/- has been made by amazon on 08th October 2019 regarding a product Order number is[protected].
                              "The reference number of the refund is # 233833
                              But, the refund has not been received yet.
                              Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So I need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                              I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna take some legal action.

                                    Device procured has issues with heating being on call even for 5-10 mins and on charging as well.. It gets heated very quickly and i feel heat waves near my ears. Secondly the listening aid isn't working well.. With a little phone movement while talking the volume changes and i'm unable to hear well due to sound issues.. Overall experience with the phone isn't good even though it's purchased in first week of october 2019

                                      I order an electronic product from 'amazon.in', which is "boat stone grenade portable bluetooth speaker (Charcoal black) on 27/09/2019 by upi payment of rs. 1499.00/- but unfortunately i cancel the order on 29/09/2019. Then it shows on my order section of the amazon.in that the refund money will be credited in my bank account in 2-4 days. When its not credited in my account i call their customer care many times and they are continuously saying that they released my refund amount of rs. 1499.00/- on 29/09/2019 but didn't credit in my bank account till date. They also send me an email with contained the reference no of the refund but there is not mentioned that my refund amount was been released successfully. I also contact my bank customer care they also says that if the money is not credited yet then its the fault of amazon.in.
                                      I am being harassed by the company named: amazon.in for 20 days and above please help me to get my money back.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have ordered a washing machine from amazon india with order number[protected] on 28th september, 2019. It has been delivered on 5th october. However the product has multiple dents on it (Defected product), which was first of all not expected.

                                        I had a talk with amazon customer care and with their suggestion i sent them snippets of defected product and asked them to replace the product asap.

                                        The customer care representative affirmed and it is mentioned in amazon's policy that the product will be picked in maximum 4 days and once it is picked they will check and refund/replace for the defected product as needed.

                                        I stay in mumbai and wanted to gift my mother, who stays in small town of rajasthan, a washing machine as our old machine is not working and its been more than 2 weeks there has no action is being taken by the company associates. They are just false promising and now i am tired of sending them emails to get a track on it.

                                        This is totally disappointing from a company like amazon.

                                        I here by request you take a strict action on the company and its associates for showing negligence in dealing such issues. My mother has to wash the cloths with hands from past 3 weeks and not even sure till when it will continue.

                                        I also demand a serious penalty and compensation from the company for mental harassment, i am going through every day by keep on sending those mails and for physical harassment, my mother is going because of the unnecessary delay and negligence of company.
