To start with, I would like to inform that I'm the Prime member of Amazon. Reference to my order of product one plus 7T. I have ordered this product
on Sunday (13th Oct) around 10:30pm night and opted for express shipping by paying additional 50Rs even after being the Prime member (ensures 1 day delivery for free) in order to ensure that the product would be delivered next morning on Monday (14th Oct) before 11am. Because I need the product to delivered urgently
I have waited for my delivery till 12 noon next day (14th Oct) but didn't received my order and therefore decided to call Amazon to check the status of my order. The executive informed the status says delivery attempted, after this I have informed the customer care executive that this is the false status as no one have came for delivery and even I haven't received any update or call details about the delivery.
Requested the customer service executive to raise a complaint against delivery company for updating false status regarding the delivery.
After following up continuously and calling the customer service helpline almost around 10 time in 2 days, today (15th Oct) the delivery boy has visited my place around 10:45am and within 5-10 mins took the exchange phone (As i have opted for exchange of old phone against the fresh one) on his hand and rejected the replacement by saying because of the scratch in the screen of the phone, he can't deliver the order and ran quickly to deliver the other orders which he supposed to do before 11am in order to earn extra bonus.
I have informed your customer care executive immediately about this
incident and asked to ensure some other person should come for delivery and examine the status of the phone to be exchanged. Throughout the day I was being assured that the complaints have been launched against delivery
company and the product will definitely be delivered again by 9pm or EOD (15th Oct).
After my 8-9th call to Amazon around 8:30pm today (15th Oct), I have been informed that the delivery of my order got cancelled and the mobile is returning back to the seller.
So there are few things I need the immediate response from Amazon:
1. Being a prime member, why did I have gone through this much of pain just because I was in the need of the urgent delivery of the product that I even willing to pay extra just for the express delivery.
2. Why the same situation has arisen again wherein in previous case I have
ordered for yoga mat and haven't received my order even after 10-15 days of ordering the product and ultimately Amazon have raised the refund request for money refund.
3. Even after continuous follow why everytime I have been assured with
wrong status. I have even asked your customer care executive if he wants me to send the photographs of my phone but he informed that there is no need because the screen is not supposed to be cracked even if it's any scratch on the screen the same is acceptable.
Also after sending the same complaint over email the response I have received is unbelievable wherein they asked me to call again and explain the complete story. Which by chance I did and the same story repeated again.
Even when I was trying writing the strong reviews against the product, I have been blocked to write the review because I have already informed them that I am going to take strong action against them.
I have shared the photos of my old phones to the customer care service and asked to inform where is the scratch basis of which they refused my delivery.
