I'm lochan sharma. I have ordered mobile phone at amazon on 12/10/2019 but i cancelled ordered on 13/10/2019. They message me about refund back but yet know i haven't received my money back. They gave me reference number (233704) about refund. Please help me about my refund when i'll get my refund in my account.
Please solve my issue as early as possible.

    I ordered a product name hyper x ddr3 8gb ram with order id[protected] and received a package on saturday 19 oct by paying cod amount of rs 2595. The packaging seems a little odd as it is repacked somehow and feels light in hand. But i got shocked after seeing empty packaging and till now amazon did not help me in the matter. It is not the small amount what i pay to amazon yet they are not ready to take any responsibility in the matter and their customer support is far worse than what one can imagine.

      Sir i am supriya mondal i purchased a product from amazon on 25th september. Some problem of item so i return my product and refund on 26th september. But the 309 rupees not credit till now into my sbi upi account. The refund reference number is #[protected]. Please help me sir and refund my 309 rupees. I have many time going to bank and contact sbi tollfree number but the authority is not attend my query. The authority told me he will not doing anymore for me they also told me contact amazon customer care. Please help me sir.

        Sir I ordered from Amazon and cancelled my order on the same but didn't get the refund amount in my bank account the order of rs677 and rs499 I cancelled both order on 11 Oct 2019 they said to me the amount takes only 2 to 3 days to refund in your account but I didn't get it

          This is to bring to your notice that i am a customer who has been proud buying products of amazon

          I am writing this mail with high disappointment and resentment due to unfair business and lack of commitment of amazon,

          I have paid rs 13, 499 to order "seagate external hard drive 8 tb" order #[protected]and received a confirmation mail stating that it will be delivered by oct 18 2019,

          Post order, i was waiting for the product for 2 days and in between these days i have not been communicated any information or intimated about the product,

          On the day of delivery, i got to know that the product is cancelled. And they are said the money will be credited to my accound then to re order the product. Right now the product price is increased 1500 which is not possible to pay more. Since i paid the product its my right to get the product as per the concern. Because of their delaying i cant take the blame on spending additional 1, 500 rupees. Kindly make the arrangement for replacement of the product.

            I bought a la-z-boy recliner on 30th sept 2019 and after delivery kept waiting for someone to be sent for installation... After being tossed between amazon and the seller i was finally told after 10 days that amazon can not arrange for installation and they initiated a return... It’s 10 days more and am still waiting for a return pickup despite calling and begging the customer care everyday.in the meanwhile amazon is sitting over a huge amount of my money and my house is occupied by this big piece o[censored]seless furniture. The worst experience so far... Pathetic service and paid harassment.

                  I returned my amazon order which i have paid via upi id and according to them my refund was initiated. I never got my amount credited to my account. Amazon customer service is so poor. They just gave a refund reference number[protected] and said they can't do anything more. They asked me to contact my bank. I contacted my bank customer care. They were worst in cooperating. I called them three times and every time they denied to take my refund reference number and said they don't know what refund reference number is. They said it's all amazon's responsibility and they can't help me in any way. Amazon is asking me to talk to bank and bank is asking me to talk to amazon. And now i just don't feel like having an sbi account or do any online shopping through amazon.

                    I had cancelled one of my order on 12.10.2019 for which a reference no. For refund which is[protected] was issued but not received the money.                       The shoes I ordered has been returned and the money is refunded to my account but I have not received the refund.please check this.
                      However the delivery man took my jeans also to return but there is no track of jeans and has not been returned as per the site.
                      My amount is stuck and I am disappointed with your service.
                      Also, when I tried reaching your customer service I couldn't connect and my account has been temporarily blocked.
                      Please take it seriously and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        Few days back i ordered shoes on 6cot from amazon and then i return them on 12oct and they refund initiated on 12oct after the 8days i still didn't received my refund and bank of baroda customers care services says they don't see any amount credit between 12 to 18 in my account so i request to you please solve my problem.

                          But i didn't received it yet.
                          I want to complain about it.
                          Amazon india is saying that they had issued the refund but i didn't received it yet.
                          Bank is not responding about my complain.
                          If they won't take action i will take a legal action. So please respond me.

                            ‌i ordered samsung galaxy m30s on monday[protected]... The delivery address is in tirupati... On the website it says the delivery 2-4 days ontime delivery... But it failed as the parcel is still in transit as i am leaving my hometown today for my job. How can i trust amazon on delivery time... As i am very much upset what to do...                               I have transaction rs 3287/- through amazon pay from paytm bank to bank of maharashtra. Regarding transaction i call many time amazon they customer care just told like please wait 24 hour, 48 hour and 3-5 working days.
                              Initial 20 days status was show pending but today when i checked it status shown successful but i didn't get refuns as well as transction on bank of maharashtra.
                              I call amazon customer care they told contact with bank of maharashtra with ref id. I called but they (Bank of maharashtra) said sorry there is not any transaction in your account at this amount rs 3287/-. I call again paytm customer they told amount is deducted from our bank please contact with amazon. I call again and again with amazon as well as paytm bank but i didn't get any solution. I need money please please help me.

                                I have one charge on my bank card for 14.00 and one for 14.00 on my chase card i do not understand why i have two different charges.                                     I placed order to Amazon for 8 items. While ordering they committed for delivery by certain date. Before that date they return back the items without intimating to me. This is a cheating case after 100% payment made. They are telling lie. I got sms that item is getting delivered on 19th October. After tgatvsuddenly git another SMS on 18th night that item is returned back. As per me it is a cheating case after paying 100% money.
