I ordered a item from bomaby shaving company, i had paid additional money to get it immediate basis. I ordered on 21 and deliver by 24 finally.
The address of pick up store, they have refused my order because they are not existing amazon pick up store before 1 month. That's why they refused my order. That's not my fault i want to get by today.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My refund not me provided after order cancel
Order samsung m10s refund 6349rs not me provide cancel date 15 October 2019 so fast provided my refund amount
Amazon will attract you with prime membership . Don't go there. No assure delivery. Pathetic Customer service.
Escalation team Shivam and Debharga are also fraud.
Deliver old, damage and expired product.
Go for other sites.

    I have ordered and received boat rockerz 261 sports wireless earphones on aug 13 2019 and after 2 months the outer part of the earphone has damaged but it is working fine. Since it is within the warranty period, i would like to get it replaced. Attached the photos of earphone, invoice and warranty. Kindly let me know if any other information required.

      I had ordered through amazon business for my office ikea stools and after receiving the stools i found that the mrp mentioned on the product is 420, while amazon has sold it for 600 rs including gst.
      On inquiring how amazon has sold the product beyond the mrp price they seem to be unresponsive and seem like they are taking this very lightly.
      Despite uploading the proof on the mrp printed on the product amazon has not taken any action or provided any clarification over the pricing.
      Under the consumer goods (Mandatory printing of cost of production and maximum retail price) act, 2006, it is malpractice to sell or be a platform that helps to sell products beyond mrp.

        I ordered this product on 23rd of october and paid extra money to deliver it by 25th of october but after paying the final amount amazon changed the date to 30th october for delievery. If they are delivering it on 30th october then why they gave me the option to deliver it on 25th october. This way, amazon is trying to rip off the customers. I called the customer care 2 times and they dont want to help the customers.

          I had placed this order on 21 sept 2019 and had paid extra for 2 day delivery. The payment was done online. I got an email after two days saying that the order had got delivered and the same was being reflected on amazon site. But when i checked from the recipient, she had not received any package. So i immediately got in touch with the customer service executive soujanya on chat. He asked me to wait till 29 september 2019. However, still no package got delivered. I mailed on the customer care id asking about the complaint status. I was asked to upload my aadhar card copy which i did. After that nothing has been done regarding this matter. It has been almost a month now.

          No initiate from amazon side has been seen till now. Mails recd from them are not at all convincing and leaves one unsatisfied

              On 30 sept 2019 refund amt of rs 1487 was initiated to my bank account
              (Refund reference # 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2km2z) by amazon but it's 23 oct still the amt haven't been received in my account i asked my bank customer care but they told they haven't received any notification and could not track the refund status, it's nearly to be going a month but still amt isn't received.

                Someone sent me a fake lucky draw gift and demand us for pay advance money almost 60000 rs and call me for verification of details. I request you to be alert and cautious of such fraud. So that no such incident happens to anyone else. You are requested to thoroughly examine such offers before accepting them. I humble request to amazon that please take some strict action to such fraud person. So that people rely on such online platform.

                  A refund of 4983.25 rupees was successfully processed on 02 october 2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number- #[protected] but
                  nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    I have purchased one plus 7 being a prime member on 21st oct. The delivery tat was to be in 1 day however despite following up with your customer service for 2 full days, i have learnt delivery will happen only on saturday.
                    The delivery agents update wrong information that the customer was not contactable while they have not picked the calls.
                    This was a birthday gift and i have had multiple chat sessions which is your cs. Also note on asking the escalation matrix the lady ramya did not share and stated that i could complain on a link which never appeared after the chat session.

                    Kindly assist with a quick resolution to the same.

                    Purchased from Amazon, delivered on 24th July 2019. not working for the last 15 days. few days back put a feed back as well, do not know where to lodge a complaint for repairs as is still in warranty, after few days the warranty on electronic parts will expire.

                        I did not receive a phone call from the company regarding this. I called the company when I was about to buy the phone but no phone reached the company and finally I got the phone. I tried to talk to the company after getting the phone but still did not get the phone. Then after a few days I clicked on the call back to the website and then I got a call from the company then I talked then the company said the Guaranty is expired for change the product so we can do something. Then I said I would go to court then the company said what to do we can do something. So please sir can you help me.

                            A refund has been made of Rs.639 on 03/10/2019 by amazon.in, but it has not credited in my bank account till now.Refund reference number is# 173522. So kindly resolve my problem. Many times i have inquired about this by going bank. But they are saying you should contact you costumer.And in this regard i have contacted to costumercare many times .But they are not sesolving my problem.

                              I tried to do bill payment of bsnl landline on 21st september 2019. As amazon asked me to revise the payment of rs. 774/-as the first one hasn’t gone through, i did the payment again using my sbi debit card. Later i found out that the card has been debited twice for the same. I contacted bank. But i haven’t got my money back. I hope amazon can help me in this regard.

                                Amazon agent called my parents for delivery, my mother asked him for total amount, he was not ready to answer the question and replied in inappropriate manner. As an agent he should speak to consumer politely, but he shouted like anything.

                                  Order for this item was placed on 26th august 2019 with payment through card. On a phone call on 29th august 2019 conveying that payment is failed and need to make payment through imps to account details sent to my email id. Same day another payment was made for same item. It was assured that payment made through card will be reverted to account in couple of days. But after lot of persuation, customer care chats, emails, phone calls the amount was credited to account on 9.10.2019. Further even after payment through imps, the order was cancelled by seller on 13.9.2019 and despite customer care chats, phone calls, emails, the same is not yet refunded.

                                  No response from Amazon or from seller so far. Its 2 months now my money is blocked.
                                  I buy laptop 3/10/2019 lenvo company. but my order cansel seller. i will pay amount 39990/- threw dabit card idbi bank. but my paymet not refund till now.

                                    For the above order, i wish to make an official complaint.

                                    I ordered phone samsung m30 on 15th oct & the delivery was expected on
                                    17th oct. He came with order a day in advance on 16th oct, i told him,
                                    Being a working day i am not available & he can deliver the same on
                                    Saturday 19th oct.

                                    Now on 19th oct, to my surprise i get a message that this order is
                                    Delivered at 5.20 am, however i haven't received it yet. This is extremely
                                    Frustrating!

                                    Please note that i bought the phone in exchange of my old phone, as i
                                    Told him to come on 19th oct morning at 10 am, i had uninstalled all the
                                    Applications & formatted my phone too. Now for past 2 days i am feeling
                                    Completely handicapped.
                                    I called your customer service team thrice in last 2 days & i have not
                                    Been provided with any solution.

                                    How can the order be marked as delivered when actually it is never
                                    Delivered??

                                    Not an experience expected from a professional organisation like amazon!
                                    More importantly, not an experience amazon wants to have for their prime
                                    Customers!

                                    Please update me on order delivery if possible, else i am feeling
                                    Helpless anyways!

                                      September 28th i have ordered mobile from amazon its a emi order, they not attempted to delivery and without knowing me they returned the product. But i also contacted the amazon customer support. They told me your refund initiated you will get it in your payment method.

                                      But when brought from amazon side they gifted the cashback. That the cashback amount deducted from my previous payment.

                                      I have contacted the bank they told me your emi is not cancelled.

                                      Now, i not received the ordered product but i need to pay emi amount including.

                                      Amazon totally stealing my money using high tech fraud concept.
