I order an electronic product from 'amazon.in', which is "boat stone grenade portable bluetooth speaker (Charcoal black) on 27/09/2019 by upi payment of rs. 1499.00/- but unfortunately i cancel the order on 29/09/2019. Then it shows on my order section of the amazon.in that the refund money will be credited in my bank account in 2-4 days. When its not credited in my account i call their customer care many times and they are continuously saying that they released my refund amount of rs. 1499.00/- on 29/09/2019 but didn't credit in my bank account till date. They also send me an email with contained the reference no of the refund but there is not mentioned that my refund amount was been released successfully. I also contact my bank customer care they also says that if the money is not credited yet then its the fault of amazon.in.
I am being harassed by the company named: amazon.in for 20 days and above please help me to get my money back.

    Hi team,

    I have ordered a washing machine from amazon india with order number[protected] on 28th september, 2019. It has been delivered on 5th october. However the product has multiple dents on it (Defected product), which was first of all not expected.

    I had a talk with amazon customer care and with their suggestion i sent them snippets of defected product and asked them to replace the product asap.

    The customer care representative affirmed and it is mentioned in amazon's policy that the product will be picked in maximum 4 days and once it is picked they will check and refund/replace for the defected product as needed.

    I stay in mumbai and wanted to gift my mother, who stays in small town of rajasthan, a washing machine as our old machine is not working and its been more than 2 weeks there has no action is being taken by the company associates. They are just false promising and now i am tired of sending them emails to get a track on it.

    This is totally disappointing from a company like amazon.

    I here by request you take a strict action on the company and its associates for showing negligence in dealing such issues. My mother has to wash the cloths with hands from past 3 weeks and not even sure till when it will continue.

    I also demand a serious penalty and compensation from the company for mental harassment, i am going through every day by keep on sending those mails and for physical harassment, my mother is going because of the unnecessary delay and negligence of company.

      Provide continue to your parcel is arriving today show information in amazon apps with otp and delivery agent contact, delivary agent no call to me, i have call to amazon delivary agent then agent talking, your parcel not available, why provide information to your parcel arriving today, but parcel not available to delivery agent end, and transaction is pripaid transaction, so parcel not received to my end i have cancelled this parcel because my mind is disabled. Please refund me next amazon sale before end of day, i will be booked new order

      Parcel arriving today information and parcel available to delivery agent. But agent talking to me parcel not available, delivary related not call to me, so why send SMS with otp and agent contact. But parcel agent not calling me why. The I have cancelled package. Money problem because pripaid transaction. Mobile not at my our end. So please my refund credit in my account before two next day. Because 21 Oct to 25 Oct Amazon sell. I will order new Mobile.
      Please don't provide fake information with sms because my two-day west because wait delivary parcel

        I purchased a product from amazon on 29/09/2019 worth rs. 1548 and made the payment through my canara bank debit card and returned it a day after. I received an email communication from amazon on 03/10/2019 that my refund has been processed with reference number 0r8ud3tg0000k0obnlbk. It's been more than 15 days now and the refund amount is still not credited to my account. The bank executives are saying that if amazon would've processed my refund it would've been credited to my account by now, but it hasn't. Both the parties are blaming each other.

        I contacted bank customer care, bank branch, merchant customer care but nobody is able to help me as the merchant is saying we have processed your refund and bank is saying that we cannot see any refund against the said reference number. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem. Please credit my refund amount asap. I am attaching the copy of email received from amazon, application filed with bank branch and chat communication with amazon.

          This is one of the worst shopping app i have ever used i just want a suit a file against it for my inconvenience i ordered a digital watch and wrong delivery took place for two times and again they are in responsive... They have to take a action from now i will never suggest any one to use it, it is just a useless and time killing shopping app. If it is in my hand i will complain to government to banned this app..

            I had purchased a product (Getko with device monocular telescope 40x60 high powered monocular scopes dual focus optics waterproof/anti-fog spotting scopes low night vision telescope for outdoor hiking, hunting, camping) from amazon for rs. 749/- on 7th october and it was delivered on 11th october by delivery boy named manoj whose mobile no.[protected], i was paid 1000/- manoj but he hasn't money rs. 150/- to give me back so he was told me that he will transferred the same amount to my amazon pay account but till today no any amount received me by any form and his mobile also not working so it is the matter of amazon's reputation

              I had ordered washing machine during duing the navaratri sale. The order was delivered on 10 the of oct. The product was damaged (There is a dent and some part has come out) and raised the replacement request and the customer service people told they will raise replacement request and give a callback. Waiting for 24 hrs did not get any call and again called the customer service and that time they are saying the replacement request was not raised since the person who spoke 24hrs ago did not had right to raise replacement, how will we know whether person is authorised or not? Again the person told he raised the replacement request. Therewas no update till that time no one told there is no product available. Next day again when i called they are saying there is no product available for replacement from the seller. Now if i check in the amazon app i can see same seller selling the same product will more money. How can a seller can sell same product and not give replacement? The seller is also amazon seller cloudtail india. Amazon is only managing that cloudtail india seller right. Why cant they replace my defective product instead of selling to some other customer with more price?

                  My name is atish verma, i have ordered mobile phone redmi 6a (Black, 2gb ram, 16gb storage) amount rs.5, 999.00 on 9th june 2019 order#[protected] which to be delivered by 11-13 june as according to it's delivery date, i was waiting for it's delivery on 13th june suddenly without any call or sms about product has been out for delivery it's status showed that your product has been delivered, then i call to costumer service regarding complaint then they asked me to wait for investigation period regarding delivery for upto 26 june after 26 june they told me that according to our investigation your product has been delivered to you safely, but i haven't received any product so i asked them to refund my money as i don't got my product and if there investigation shows product has been delivered to me then provide me proof of delivery as they haven't taken any authorized signature of me which they used to take at delivery time, nor they have send me any sms regarding product has been out for delivery.                     My refund of 2979rs initiated from amazon but not received in my axis bank bank account
                    Refund initiated on 11 october 2019
                    Payment mode= debit card
                    It happend same with me in december for rs 673
                    Same situation cancelled order
                    Refund for sbi account debit card

                    I have noticed that whenver we cancel orders on amazon it traps money. But not in case of return refunds.
                    Amazon is ditching people.

                    It is my hard earned money i want it back any how.'

                    I want strict action to be taken on amazon on a very early basis, this is not the way amazon is trapping money from people.
                    And in a very easy manner they say that our 5 working days are exceeded
                    Kindly contact your bank. This is not done.
                    Moreover they should give money back in amazon pay wallet in such cases. And i am 200% sure it is not bank that is denying payments. I feel that it is a amazon's clever policy to cheat people.
                    Because it only happens with cancelled orders not with returns refunds. Some trap planing is for sure there. I want strict enquiry on it.
                    It is not a small amount.
                    Flipkart never does that in any case.

                      I have placed a return for an order on 12th oct (Order no.:[protected].
                      I have a message in orders section as

                      "we're sorry we missed your pickup sun, oct 13 - it's been rescheduled for the next working day. You'll get an sms when the delivery associate is on the way."

                      Still no one turned up to collect the product, and no status regarding the refund. Its already been a week since i placed the return. Please let me know the status and make sure an associate turns up to pick the order.

                          I have a balance of 1493 showing locked in amazon pay. I have not been able to use it since july because account (Siddharth. [protected]@outlook.com) is inactive and kyc is not happening because of following reasons:

                          1. I live far from my permanent address and going there for physical verification is not possible. Amazon doesn't even do physical verification there.

                          2. My current address is rented. So, i can't get my address proofs updated for this address just for amazon. I don't intend to live here more than a couple of years.

                          Please give a solution. I have spoken to your customer care for hours now and that too multiple times. No resolution yet. Surprisingly, my other account (Siddharth1988. Knit. [protected]@gmail.com) is marked active and kyced even though same challenges apply.

                          I don't want to loose my money just because of this stupid situation. Kindly resolve.

                              I've been caaling amazon from 5th oct to request for the pickup of my jbl speakers which is being delayed everytime. Evertime i call customer support they reschedule the pickup. When i call them they say that the poduct is not verified and ny return gets cancelled. How could the product be verified when nobody comes to verify it? Highly disappointed with such a big hosting brand. Never expected this out of amazon.

                                I bought a laptop on 28 september but that was a defective laptop i raised a complain for that and with in 24 hours technician came to my house and sent his report that its a defective product and after that they issued me a replacement laptop but i didn't received any replacement laptop from them and deliver agent never came to my house and whenever i called him whether he will ignore my call or disconnect, then i cancel my order but don't know why the same delivery guy was scheduled for my cancellation return product and he did this thing again he was not responding my call, lot of time i raised complain to schedule my pick up and return my laptop but they always keep scheduling this and that delivery guy is not coming at all now what can i do with defective laptop it cost me around 33000 i need my hard money back

                                  I have ordered echo dot with free bulb. Both products were dispatched separately so customer executive said that i will not have to pay any amount at the time of the bulb so when the bulb arrived i didn't pay and the courier boy took back the bulb, i immediately contacted customer care and they said i was given wrong information i have to pay the amount for bulb so i reseduled the the delivery for the same day and the said that it will be delivered on the same day only but at night i was informed the ordered cancelled. Why such careless executive, i want an action against it.

                                        ORDER #[protected] : Our Deewali Gifts - Stolen, , Lost. Misplaced or Not sent By Vendor? Purchased on Amazon, only one of the Six Pieces Paid for Delivered yet Amazon site says all 6 are delivered

                                        ON 15.10.2019 We have ordered 6 piece of a particular product to distribute the same on this Diwali to close family.

                                        We were delivered only one piece of this October 17, Since I was not home and our son was not aware about the entire thing and the size and dimension of the box, he accepted it without any doubt.

                                        WE tried to contact raise the complain on Amazon several times and its not easy to get connected to their customer service number. Today we finally sent a message to the customer service when our son who was taking of the entire thing came back home. Our son even managed to connect with the customer service and speak to one representative there. He says the matter of non-delivery of the entire consignment will be “INVESTIGATED” and we will be informed next week.

                                        Our bigger concern is that we have very limited time to gift it to the family. Why can’t a company the size of Amazon just pull the person out for delivery for our package and check with him about non delivery of the entire consignment. If the matter is pending at the vendor’s end we should be informed of the same as well and arrangements to deliver the remaining items should be made without delay.

                                        If there’s a fraud or theft somewhere involved, we are in a bigger problem and we loose the shortlisted gifts to family and have to work on shortlist and procurement on the new gift.

                                        Another related concern is that the one item we received, even this one has the main function part, the Halogen lamp broken.

                                        Can we request someone senior at Amazon to please investigate the matter without delay and arrange to get our gifts to us right away.

                                        We are stressed and want to avoid the exercise of short-listing, selection and purchase of the gifts once again. We have sent complains and made several calls to Amazon. Yet, they are sitting pretty and all attempts to make them do something on this due to urgency are stonewalled.
                                        I was on the phone with a senior customer service executive Alok and after a great deal of persuasion he refused to do anything about it for now and even applied that all six pieces of our order are delivered to us. Can there be bigger insult on injury. If you have horrible delivery system, horrible investigation system and do not do anything when the customer are left in a lurch, at least have some way to escalate the matter to find a solution on priority. No, Amazon will rather apply that the client is a liar and trying to steal from them. Or short delivery is another way to make money for them?
                                        I really hope they have some way eliminate these short deliveries and better and faster way to eliminate these delays.
                                        Clients don’t have time and patience to deal with your horrible service and insults and more so in the festival season.
