I have booked a phone on 2 Oct 2019 with full payment through credit card at option of pick from store options but store owner told me that he dont Recieved article.After my several & continuous fallow up with customer care they stick on that product was picked up from store by customer .Nobody help from Amazon. So please help

    My return reference id is.[protected]
    I cancelled my order on 2nd of october and today is 12th october,
    But still the refund is not credited in my account.
    I contact bank but they said that they don't have any type of system that can trace reference id
    And i also contact amazon 7-8 times but every time they gave me different dates.
    I wait almost 10 days but every time amazon customer care executive told me to wait 48 hours.
    I also send them my bank account statement.
    But still after 10 days no progress...

    And the amazon executive also told me that Amazon already initiated refund but if it is not reflect in your bank account that is your problem.

      Payment to this, was rs. 11, 500.00 which was paid on delivery, this morning at 10.25 am on dt:12-10-19,
      To delivery boy mr. Bhaveshbhai parmar
      From... Amazon, opposite lalbhai bhajiavala, g i d c road vallabh vidyanagar, anand - 388001, gujarat.

      On delivery, my father who is 75 yrs old, found a moto mobile, with torn stickers on it, no charger nor instruction paper attached to it. My parents were shocked, and were not even able to eat their lunch.

      The delivery boy has taken the money & has dumped an old, used mobile with my parents.

      I am attaching with this mail, detailed photos, videos & my conversation with the above mentioned local amazon dealer.

      I am ms. Pinkel rathod, daughter of mr. Harris l. Rathod.
      I will be glad if your sincere personnel can intervene in this matter, and solve this problem, which has caused a lot of anxiety, high bp and time to my very senior & sick parents, who need a mobile phone urgently.

      Please, send us at earliest, the mobile which we have ordered.

      I am looking forward for your quick reply and action. This is my parents & mine, first experience with amazon, which is totally disappointing.

        On 1 october 2019, i ordered mi band 4 and a digitek dtr 550lw professional tripods for cameras; those items had to be delivered on 4 october there were coming in the same package because i ordered them on the same day. On 4 october 2019, i received the package which had only the tripod but not the watch i immediately called the customer care of amazon, they said they will handover this case to the investigation team, and find out what happened. I also sent them an email saying the same (The photos of important emails are attached below). When i called them after three-four days they said that the investigation is complete and a refund cannot be initiated, they also said that the items have been packed tightly and sent. But that was not the case i was saying them that i did not receive the watch but they did not accept and said that they could not help and hung up the call.in the mail, they accepted that the package was empty but said that refund was not possible

          My name is abhijeet kumar saha i have purchased amazon prime subscription this month from amazon.in of ₹999 but i cancelled within 24 hours so amazon has deducted my ₹80 and they refund remaining amount. I register complain and filed customer dispute form through customer care. They said that this problem will be sort out with in 7th october and they refund my deducted amount of ₹80. But neither i get refund nor my problem get resolved. I have also called to customer care of amazon but they refused my problem initially they said that you will be get your refund but now they refused to accept my problem please help.             I order for 2 mobiles 1 was mi a3 and 2 was redmi 7a but i recieved only 1 mobile phone mi a3 in packet. Redmi 7a is, missing in shipment not received after contacting amazon no help from them. They said that why i complaint on social media so we are not help you further social media team will help you what a foolish please help me amazon. On 30 sept i ordered 2 mobile phones 1 is mi a3 and 2 is redmi 7a. But on 3 oct i received only 1 handset mi a3 in packet. When i tracking shipment it's shows both mobile please help me amazon.             On 9 oct reply from amazon customer care that the concern team will call me in 6 hours but after 24 hours no response from them
            When i call customer care on 10 oct they tell me why you post on social media so now we cannot help you further so please contact higher authority we are unable to surve you
            I dont know what to do and who will help me i am thinking that its my fault / mistake to shop on amazon

              I would like to bring to your kind attention to provide the resolution of the issue faced by me with amazon.

              I placed order for a mobile at amazon on october 1st, 2019. Order id :- #[protected]. An attempt was made to deliver this product on saturday 5th october. As i was not aware of the delivery being preponed and done early morning on saturday as the initial delivery date was 9th october. I missed out on the delivery call, and without my consent delivery agent rejected my order and marked it "rejected by customer". Which is absolutely incorrect legally & did not even try to make 3 retries as per company policy.

              As i checked on amazon.in for the delivery status i was shocked to see the status as rejected by the customer. I contacted the customer care instantly (Within one hour of claimed delivery attempt) and intimated them of the wrong status, they constantly assured me of delivery on monday but nothing happened. Then i went to twitter hoping of response and quick help, all the help i got was "we have taken feedback and it will not be repeated" instead of any attempts being made to correct the issue.

              On this wednesday when i called customer care they assured me of helping me with placing a replacement and in mail gave me assurance that they will help me with the case. Then when i called customer care on friday (Yesterday) they said they were not able to do it via the system and asked me to call back again today to place the request for putting in a replacement request. When i called today they absolutely rejected the claim of a replacement and said it cannot be processed now as the refund is issued. I have been constantly misled by your own customer support team here without anyone of them helping me out.

              Sir, i am forced to use amazon pay (Inr1000) (Offer on the product) which is not my mistake that amazon credited before delivering my package. And i have to pay my credit card 1000 bucks out of my pocket which shouldn't be the case. If amazon fails to deliver package i should get the whole amount back which i paid. Which as per my understanding might be legally incorrect as well.

              Throughout the week i have stressed to amazon customer care i do not want refund correct this and ship my product. But now as my order is not delivered i find amazon legally incorrect and responsible.


              I am really frustrated and sad because of such a bad experience.

                I recently purchased samsung m30s mobile from amazon. Got delivered by 7th october 2019. There was a problem with microphone not supporting to few apps. They ask me to replace phone and again i am facing same issue. And now amazon denying to refund. First they said if same problem occurs we will refund the process. And now they said we cant help it. This is not the way to handle client tht to genuine one.

                  I am a prime user of amazon. I have ordered one product from amazon india website. When the product delivered to my address, i noticed it was damaged so i informed amazon about the same. They sent a technician for inspection, the technician also agreed about it and he informed amazon to place a replacement order. Amazon placed a replacement order, informed me too. But since 8 days i am waiting for my order to exchange with a new one, amazon is not going delivering it. I informed their customer service many times but they are also not in the mood to resolve my problem. Today amazon informed me that your order is cancelled you will not get a new product. Amazon service is so pathetic they wasted my time, my money. Again i am requesting to amazon india thorough this platform to please deliver my product (New product) asap and take your damaged product back.

                    Sir i had ordered 2 products from amazon on 29 sept i had cancelled it which was about 450 rupees and the payment was done online from that day till now i didnt get my amonut reflected back in my account. I had called to customer service they told that they had intiated my amount but i didnt get yet and i had spoken to bank customer service also please help me regarding this its almost 12 days please get my amount back in my account

                        Took Orders and always Cancel themselves. I placed an prepaid order on this fraud app of so-called Amazon India. The sellers didn't even dispatched the order and yesterday I received an email that your order has been damaged during shipping and returning to the seller and I will get my refund within 7 days. Today I made a call to Amazon's Customer Care Service but he was helpless and given silly excuses that Our server is down. I asked him "I don't want My Money back infact I want My order should be delivered successfully as soon as possible" but he was helpless as always.

                          Hi consumer complaints.

                          I recently ordered an amazon brand - solimo cygnus engineered wood tv cabinet with drawers (Espresso finish) in the great india festival sale. I got the ordered delivered on the 07th oct. However, no one turned up for assembly. When we complained about it in customer service, i was promised that it would be assembled in 24 to 48 hours. But today, the 12th of oct 2019, i received an email from amazon which suggest me to re-schedule the assembly date. When i went to do it, the nearest date i see is 21st of oct, which is too late. Amazon is not willing to cancel the order even though they are not able to complete the installation in the next three days.

                          The customer service representative was blaming me for not selecting the installation date. As per the order, it stated that the assembly would be done in 24 to 48 hours after the order is delivered. I see several reviews which suggest that other people experienced the same. Kindly look into this. This is not acceptable.

                            I have ordered shoes from amazon and it marked delivered by amazon though it not received by me, i have raised costumer complaint but they keep saying, it got delivered successfully and not sharing any details or authenticity of delivery.
                            Moreover i have shared details of delivery person who visited main gate but not came to house.
                            I believed that it will be sorted before if amazon didn't assure me and waited for 9 days as it's hard to check 9 day records.
                            Still i have checked details of security and found, shivam rajput has attempted delivery 2 time on 3rd at 8:40 pm but he did not complete and 4th on 12:20pm.

                              My name is suraj gond. I had booked an order from amazon on 3 oct 2019, hanumex green backdrop background 8x12 ft for studio - camera accessory, whose order no. #[protected]. There was a cloth of 8 x 12 feet in this order, but the wrong order was sent to me which was 8 x 10 instead of 8 x 12. There was no leveling or packing of the hanumex brand together. It was just an ordinal product that was sent to me to cheat.
                              When i complained to amazon customer care, it was confirmed to me that we are sending you a new order whose order is no. Is
                              #[protected] which you will get in two days and hand exchange will be done with the previous order.
                              But this order was delayed. And last october 8 i suddenly had to go outdoor due to some urgent work. I called customer care and asked to reset the order. Just a minute after this, i get a message that your order has gone out for delivery.
                              Then i neither received a call from a courier nor a message from a courier.

                              I went to amazon's website and checked my order status, then wrote that you should contact the courier in the next or else your order will be returned. When i called about this back in customer care, he said that you can not get this order now. Nor did they give the number of that courier, they said that now you will get the refund after 3 days, but i say i do not want a refund.
                              When i checked the order status after three days, i found that it was written order was exchanged. When i wanted to call custoimar care, the option of calling is disabled for me. I can no longer call amazon in any way
                              If you don't call it amazon's cheating, what else?
                              I want my product and that too the original one.

                                  I purchased a ambrane power bank from amazon in 29th september at 999/- payment reference number[protected]

                                  I will cancelled the order on 30th september. Amazon reply me the refund will automatically credited to my account in 2-4 days. But refund not credited to my account then i will contact to amazon customer executive they said that refund will issued on 2 oct & gave me the same reference number which is generated when i paid to amazon against order[protected]

                                  Even i have done a couple of call to customer care & discussed that issue but they are not solve my problem even i ask give me email id for official contact to amazon they give me [protected]@amazon.in
                                  Where only one way communication is done.
                                  Every time diffrent customer executive talk with me & saying same thing that refund process have been done, now contact bank for not refunded money.

                                  I also contact to my bank they shown me how the transaction number is same for transaction done in different dates for different amount

                                  29/09/19 - 999/- order payment
                                  02/10/19 -949/- amazon refund payment

                                  It is common sense how it is possible i[censored] paid your friends 1000/- & your return you your 1000/- every time diffrent reference/transaction number is generated by bank bcoz same reference numbers are used twice..

                                  So amazon makes their customers fool..
                                  Amazon services is very poor not having official mail for two way communication

                                  I attached my bank statement screenshot where the reference number is clearly shown which generated in 29/09/19 against order payment.

                                  I have all backup of amazon customer executive chat, mails, call recordings.

                                  Amazon not giving me response to solve my problem, please help me

                                    Agent from amazon called abdulrahman said that he will give refund for no reason and now he has cancelled the order and now those # are blaming me that i have cancelled.

                                    I have it cancelled or received the call from no one and i waiting for it for weeks and month.

                                    And not only this there are lot of agents who lying and cheat customers and i'm long term customer and these people all they need is money! Just remember that hard working money if they cheat this way then that money will take them to hell and there will be no peace in the life.

                                        Here is the initial email which was sent to amazon india customer service: hello,

                                        I do not have any specific feedback for your first line representative kavyashree because the supervisor (Brian) i have spoken to has the same level of knowledge as that of the first line representative. I do not understand the reason for putting hierarchy in place when both first line and supervisor has the same level of knowledge and repeated the same exact word.

                                        I am really very disappointed with the way order #[protected] has been handled. First of all this order was supposed to be delivered by 5th-6th october 2019 but i haven't received it yet. The last update on the order was on 3rd october 2019. When i contacted amazon customer support today both first line (Kavyashree) and supervisor (Brian) had the recorded answer that for any order we add 5 days as buffer period and if it doesn't get deliver we refund the amount. They were unable to answer the simple queries which i had, which are as follows:

                                        1. Ok, i agree you add 5 days to delivery timeline but what value add you are bringing by doing that? I don't see any updates on my order, no proactive follow-ups with seller, no compensating factor for the delay. Then why you need extra 5 days?

                                        2. According to your executives if the order does not get delivered in extended 5 days period they will initiate the refund. Let me ask you this, is this a resolution? I don't think so, you are just reverting the situation to the point it was before i made the purchase. So basically by refunding my own money you want to portray you are customer centric. Obviously getting own money back after period of 10 days wouldn't be delightful experience for any customer.

                                        3. I could have ordered the samething from some other site but i ordered from amazon because i trust your customer centric approach but this incident definitely doesn't look like you adhere to that approach.

                                        4. Cancellation was always a option for me i could have cancelled and got my money back much earlier. Why would i need to wait for 5 days unless you are doing any value add?

                                        This incident clearly shows the lack of process that you have in terms of managing your sellers and addressing your customer requirement. Very disappointed.
