book Name : Tantu : The loom of Life. Received in a bad condition from the seller on 15-11-19. Looks like a second hand book. Return approved by seller. But seller is not responding. Amazon seems helpless.

Not responding emails, except sending stereotyped replies.

    Contact number [protected] of agent by you is saying me that he is not coming today for delivery and cut the call and then I call him return but he didn't receive and then I call him with another number he received and saying me that my parcel is not with him, today my order schedule for delivery, so kindly deliver my parcel today itself.

      A refund has been made by amazon on 3 october may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

        Hey,

        I cancelled a product from amazon on 7th october 2019.
        On the 10th of october 2019, refund of rs. 16999/- has been proceded by amazon.
        My product order number is[protected].
        "the reference number of the refund is - 223616.
        After 7 days, the refund has not been received yet.
        I talked to customer care regarding my issues but they didn't help me.
        Also, i visited the bank.
        The bank is saying no amount has been received by them. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
        I need the bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible

          My name is saurabh pathade (Mob no. [protected]) and i had ordered riding jacket of rs.6999/- (Damn venom motorcycle riding jacket) in amazon on 09/10/2019 and after 12/10/2019 i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 12/10/2019
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (1cvhqwzm0000k19y9b3c) and told me to fill charge dispute form but my bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.             Amount paid in advance through bank for the product in sept-2019. Received only veg cutter but not received chopper board as per order. Subsequently returned veg cutter and has been acknowledged by the co. To my dismay as of date not received the replacement of my ordered item of veg cutter of 2 in one chapter board but on the contrary the company has closed my complaint without delivering the item in spite of received my payment in advance.

              I had ordered 2 oracle cards from amazon and paid the amount, till today the product hasn't been delivered and the customer service very conveniently says the product must be lost. If i set an inquiry it will further delay the delivery. I have already spoken to the customer service thrice and no resolution has been made. It has been over 19 days and there are no correspondence from amazon

                I purchased a diakin 1.5 tonn ac from amazon on 28th sep worth rs 48462.00. I had cancelled the product long back as per the policy. I am yet to get the amount back to my account. Amazon is not taking any ownership to refund and they dont have any tracking information of the product. Currently the product status shows as "product might be lost". Its a big amount and i am struggling to make my payment.

                On 17/10, they assured me of a resolution by eod however nothing was done. On 18/10, they said it was a false promise made by them.

                  I have booked sandisk ultra dual 16gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive ordered on 16 october 2019 order#[protected].
                  The product was never delivered to me nor the delivery person called me for the pick up.
                  I have not cancelled the order or request for return now today on the day of delivery when i checked the website it is showing as delivery returned.

                  If amazon is not able to provide a product then why are they conducting the indian festival shopping is it just to increase the site visit counts.

                  I have ordered an mobile also the next day, if this repeats again then i am going to approach the consumer court.

                    I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] and amount is 548. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 10 of oct but still i have not received it.

                      I had ordered samsung eb-p1100bsngin
                      10000mah lithium ion power bank (Silver) on 2nd oct-19. Full payment has been made already.

                      On 9th oct evening i got message product will not be delivered. Before that no out for delivery messages received neither any call received from delivery boy.

                      I have rescheduled it on 17th but still no action taken from amazon. Called many times to customer service centre they saying will be delivered. But i don't know when this product will be delivered
                      This is not at all acceptable. With this type of issue everyone will thought before ordering that product will receive or not better not use amazon.

                            My product has not been delivered to add bt same was marked as delivered on 10th oct. I enquired wth courier, he confirmed tht product is wth him & will b delivered later tht day bt same was not done so i calld again next day bt he was not picking up my phone. So i calld cc, who askd me 2 wait until 12th so i waited bt still it was not delivered so i called cc again and they have rasied an investigation and askd me 2 wait for 5 days so after waiting for 5 days the told they cant help anymore as per their investigation product is delivered but its not delivered to the given address. Also when i enquired to whom it was handed over, they gave me name of a person who was not even in the city, so how come that person took delivery? They have started reinvestigation and asked me to wait for another 3 days but i am not very sure about what extra they will do this time so raising a complaint here.

                              I have booked a mobile oppoa7 from my amazon account and paid for same.

                              On dated 4.10.19 i have got a massage with otp that item is arriving toaday.

                              But no man contacted me... When i checked my amazon a/c then there showed item has been delivered.

                              I contacted in customer care where theg assured me it is due to technical error and wait till 10.10.19.

                              But after expiry of due date i again call... Then they lodge a complaint and tell me to wait 17.10.19.

                              When i again cal they informed me that item has been delivered on given address.

                              It is a cheating... I am regular customer... Delivery boy always contacted before delivery... But in this case...

                              Why no body contacted and demanded otp...?

                              If anyone contacted me then why amazon refused to share his details..?

                              Why amazon is not tracing the mobile with imei...?

                              I have been cheatet... Amazon is a big company but going go become a big lootera..??

                                Sir.. I have purchased a mobile oppo a7 from my anazon account on 29.09.19 and paid on line

                                It has to delivered from 01.10.19 to 10.10.19. But on dated 04.10.19

                                A massage come with otp that item out for delivery... I was waiting but no call or delivery boy contacted me.

                                When i open my amazon account then shocked... It was showing item has been deliverd...

                                I have contacted in c care... A lady tell me due to some technical problem it showing delivered... Please wait till 10.10.19.

                                When given time expired and did not received my booked it then again call in customer care then they replied we going to investigate. On 17.10.19 when i contacted then they informed item has been delivered at address. And refused for further giving any information.

                                Sir delivery boy 100% contacted before handing over the item... But in my case no body contacted me... No body ask about otp... Then how it may delivered??
                                If they contacted me then share his no. With me... Amazon why refused to share details. Why amazon not tracinng the mob. With imei...???

                                It is a big scam... Amazon should maintain their reputation... And try to help customers and should take acton against victims.

                                Amazon please help me.

                                  This is shilpa i have ordered for liberty gliders shoes size 11 mrp 799 from amazon in september 1st week and got a 12 size. I placed an exchange saying that the size is wrong and got a replacement with again size 12. This time i placed a return order and the very next day morning 10 am the delivery agent arrived and picked up the parcel. But in my orders it never showed the parcel is picked up or any refund initiated.
                                  If an amazon agent wantedly cheats the customer and the product doesn’t reach the wear house how am i responsible. More over when i contacted the customer service thrice the customer executive (Shyam) suggests me to go through a detailed search at my house itself as he thinks i haven’t returned the product.
                                  Firstly the delivery agent cheats me and the customer care executive insults me. I condemn both their behaviour and expect amazon to take responsibility for this and initiate a refund of rs 799/-.

                                      Company is using excess of plastic for packing the products, means where the product can be packed in small bags they are providing huge bags which is unnecessary and can be avoided. Today where we are taking steps forward to reduce the use of single use plastic, by providing such huge bags it seems companies are promoting the use of plastic irrespective of the fact whether they are recyclable.

                                        Hi sir,

                                        I had ordered a jbl speaker from amazon. When i opened the package the speakers were missing. The delivery agent was there when i opened the package. He agreed that the package is missing. But amazon refusing to accept and not sending me new package or refund.

                                        I have a call recording in which amazon guy is agreeing that the package was missing. Still there investigation team is not willing to accept that i have not received the package and saying that it was delivered.

                                        Please help as i have lost all hope to get my money or the package from amazon
