My product was never delivered to my address but the status changed to delivered. When i called cc they agreed to refund but it's been 20 days am still waiting for my refund. Amazon has a worst customer service and they don't even care about customers. Am never gonna use amazon again and i would share my experience to as much as possible i would definitely ask my contacts not to use amazon.

    I am prime member customer of amazon and for that i have paid annual fee to amazon. I have ordered approx rs. 2700. Grocery and other item on 06 oct 2019 with expectation of delivery within 2 or 3 days, as per their policy. I also confirmed by the amazon.
    Till date my order not delivered and also they have cancelled few orders from their side, then i talked with customer care of amazon and neither they have given satisfactory reply nor credited my account.
    Due to this i have requested cutomer care to credit my amount but they denied i am monetarily and mentally cheted by company. Plz look at the matter

I call the executive then he told me a it's added if our amazon pay account balence is 1500 rupes. After 1500 rupes he told me refund this amount our bank account my company not policy

        On sept 18th 2019 around 12:10am my account is hacked and they have changed email id and display name. Ordered 3 gift coupons from my account using my amazon pay balance. I have noticed this next day and changed email id and passwords. Called amazon customer care to get some help on this and they said to change password (Which everyone do post hacking) and can't help on my amazon pay loss.

        Seriously i didn't expected this kind of response from amazon. My sincere advise to everyone is don't use amazon pay. Accounts are being hacked when we have amazon pay balance (I credited 5000/- in amazon pay day before hacking).

        Amazon you provide extremely good service in good delivery but security of our amazon accounts is huge doubt.

                I ordered from raj sarees women's cotton traditional bengali handloom tant saree without blouse piece (Off white) and the shipping by amazon transportation services and the tracking number is[protected].

                Amazon delivery agent (Phone: [protected]) this guy had delivered the parcel on the roadside two times before. I think amazon is having home delivery before the guys used to deliver at home. The parcel details mentioned above and the number mentioned above he called me at 5:30 pm in the evening and told he is inside the l&t office as i know the office is closed by 5:30 pm. Anyhow he called me again in and around 7:30 pm and asked me to come on the earlier roadside place where he had earlier delivered the previous parcels. I denide to come over roadside place then he said to come out of you house, i said ok. After he came to the roadside he called me again and said to come to the earlier roadside place and it is fare from my house. I told him to come to home as he has bike, i shall guide you but he denied and asked me to come on roadside place he told he is alone and is been night also. He handed the parcel to some unknown guys and went off my wife had gone to recieved the parcel as i was not well. Even i had tried to call on the number he didn't picked the call. Next time if the guy doesn't delivery the parcel at home i shall let the parcel go back.

                Very poor customer delivery boy debuted on the amazon delivery team.

                I am really very disappointed with the way delivery boys make the customer harassments. Kindly make a note of it.

                  My name is ashishkumar patel,
                  I ordered 3 items in great indian festival, i. E. Mobile, shoes, wireless headphones.

                  During order time, amazon had accepted delivery on pincode 388245 but when these items reached nearby my area, they updated status that product is not deliverable at this pincode.

                  They have not called for a single time and returned the product.

                  After that i raised complain but amazon is not able to resolve my complain.

                  Very poor customer executives deputed in amazon.

                  Now i am getting these items in higher rates. All these due to worst amazon.

                  Please resolve my complain and provide me these products in the same rate.

                    I have ordered samsung m30s on 4th of october, 2019 i supposed to get it on 5 th but till 10th i am not able to track the delivery and no response from the customer service. On 10th they told me that please cancel the order and go for new order we will provide the additional benefit form our side due its our mistake just cal after booking new phone and tell me the canceled order number, we will provide the cashback. But once i ordered the phone and called to customer care they are saying that our customer service provider said a wrong information to you no cash back is possible. This is how there are cheating the customers.

                      I have ordered shoes through online cash payment on my address but the delivery boy says you come and collect according to his address not on my. Amazon is great site but due to such delivery boys we are not satisfied. Also the way of talking was very rude and bad. He said he have no issues he will cancel the order.                         The delivery of a tiffin box was to be done for which the delivery boy messaged at first instead of calling. I checked the message immediately but there was no one standing at the given location. After sometime he called and told me that he was waiting. But he did not come at the provided location and was waiting at some other place at some distance. On being asked to come to the location given he said that he won't come there and cut the call rudely.

                          As said by the Amazon customer care the product was damaged during transit and they are saying this after 6 days when it reached my city. This is not fair You should have replaced the order instead of cancelling and refunding.

                              I cancelled my order on 2nd of october and today is 12th october,
                              But still the refund is not credited in my account.
                              I contact bank but they said that they don't have any type of system that can trace reference id
                              And i also contact amazon 7-8 times but every time they gave me different dates.
                              I wait almost 10 days but every time amazon customer care executive told me to wait 48 hours.
                              I also send them my bank account statement.
                              But still after 10 days no progress...

                                On delivery, my father who is 75 yrs old, found a moto mobile, with torn stickers on it, no charger nor instruction paper attached to it. My parents were shocked, and were not even able to eat their lunch.

                                The delivery boy has taken the money & has dumped an old, used mobile with my parents.

                                I am attaching with this mail, detailed photos, videos & my conversation with the above mentioned local amazon dealer.

                                I am ms. Pinkel rathod, daughter of mr. Harris l. Rathod.
                                I will be glad if your sincere personnel can intervene in this matter, and solve this problem, which has caused a lot of anxiety, high bp and time to my very senior & sick parents, who need a mobile phone urgently.

                                Please, send us at earliest, the mobile which we have ordered.

                                I am looking forward for your quick reply and action. This is my parents & mine, first experience with amazon, which is totally disappointing.

                                  On 1 october 2019, i ordered mi band 4 and a digitek dtr 550lw professional tripods for cameras; those items had to be delivered on 4 october there were coming in the same package because i ordered them on the same day. On 4 october 2019, i received the package which had only the tripod but not the watch i immediately called the customer care of amazon, they said they will handover this case to the investigation team, and find out what happened. I also sent them an email saying the same (The photos of important emails are attached below). When i called them after three-four days they said that the investigation is complete and a refund cannot be initiated, they also said that the items have been packed tightly and sent. But that was not the case i was saying them that i did not receive the watch but they did not accept and said that they could not help and hung up the call.in the mail, they accepted that the package was empty but said that refund was not possible

                                    My name is abhijeet kumar saha i have purchased amazon prime subscription this month from amazon.in of ₹999 but i cancelled within 24 hours so amazon has deducted my ₹80 and they refund remaining amount. I register complain and filed customer dispute form through customer care. They said that this problem will be sort out with in 7th october and they refund my deducted amount of ₹80. But neither i get refund nor my problem get resolved. I have also called to customer care of amazon but they refused my problem initially they said that you will be get your refund but now they refused to accept my problem please help.                                       I order for 2 mobiles 1 was mi a3 and 2 was redmi 7a but i recieved only 1 mobile phone mi a3 in packet. Redmi 7a is, missing in shipment not received after contacting amazon no help from them. They said that why i complaint on social media so we are not help you further social media team will help you what a foolish please help me amazon.                                       On 9 oct reply from amazon customer care that the concern team will call me in 6 hours but after 24 hours no response from them
                                      When i call customer care on 10 oct they tell me why you post on social media so now we cannot help you further so please contact higher authority we are unable to surve you
                                      I dont know what to do and who will help me i am thinking that its my fault / mistake to shop on amazon
