I have not received he refund for my order which i have cancelled on 3rd oct 2019... I have complained them for my refund many times... They were saying that refund will deposit by monday... But not received till wednesday... I have made transaction through bhim-upi the order was of 799 rupees... Order no[protected]... Kindly provide my refund...

    I had ordered a Caprese Purse, 2 pairs of footwear and 2 clothing stuff I.e. a Vaamsi kurti and a Rare Top in the month of August 19.
    I was supposed to get all my refund by 1st week of September but till today I haven't received it.
    I had paid the amount through Phonepe i.e UPI ID.
    My bank ia SBI.
    I have tried to contact Amazon customer care but they did not helped me in expected manner.
    The amount was near ₹3000/- which is quite a huge amount for a common man.
    This kind of fraudulent behavior is unexpected and it's the worst ever experience with Amazon.
    Other apps like flipkart and myntra make the refund immediately. But Amazon seems to be hopeless and helpless

      Amazon is such a fraud company.
      I have ordered a phone and now they are not replacing my product as they delivered a defective product. and now they are saying you will get a refund and also with 2000/- less, why why I should bear that 2000/- loss I want the replacement of the product only.and yes customer care is seriously a shameless persons to talk.
      Seriously they don't have any sense of talking.

      I know they will say they can refund but they will not refund complete amount as this is not in there policy and all. Everytime they came with new policy when they need to pay to customer.
      I suggest everyone DNT purchase anything from this fake amazon.they always treat customers like nothing because they do not need to pay when customer already paid to them and then customer has the only option to suffer.

        To start with, I would like to inform that I'm the Prime member of Amazon. Reference to my order of product one plus 7T. I have ordered this product
        on Sunday (13th Oct) around 10:30pm night and opted for express shipping by paying additional 50Rs even after being the Prime member (ensures 1 day delivery for free) in order to ensure that the product would be delivered next morning on Monday (14th Oct) before 11am. Because I need the product to delivered urgently

        I have waited for my delivery till 12 noon next day (14th Oct) but didn't received my order and therefore decided to call Amazon to check the status of my order. The executive informed the status says delivery attempted, after this I have informed the customer care executive that this is the false status as no one have came for delivery and even I haven't received any update or call details about the delivery.
        Requested the customer service executive to raise a complaint against delivery company for updating false status regarding the delivery.

        After following up continuously and calling the customer service helpline almost around 10 time in 2 days, today (15th Oct) the delivery boy has visited my place around 10:45am and within 5-10 mins took the exchange phone (As i have opted for exchange of old phone against the fresh one) on his hand and rejected the replacement by saying because of the scratch in the screen of the phone, he can't deliver the order and ran quickly to deliver the other orders which he supposed to do before 11am in order to earn extra bonus.

        I have informed your customer care executive immediately about this
        incident and asked to ensure some other person should come for delivery and examine the status of the phone to be exchanged. Throughout the day I was being assured that the complaints have been launched against delivery
        company and the product will definitely be delivered again by 9pm or EOD (15th Oct).

        After my 8-9th call to Amazon around 8:30pm today (15th Oct), I have been informed that the delivery of my order got cancelled and the mobile is returning back to the seller.

        So there are few things I need the immediate response from Amazon:

        1. Being a prime member, why did I have gone through this much of pain just because I was in the need of the urgent delivery of the product that I even willing to pay extra just for the express delivery.

        2. Why the same situation has arisen again wherein in previous case I have
        ordered for yoga mat and haven't received my order even after 10-15 days of ordering the product and ultimately Amazon have raised the refund request for money refund.

        3. Even after continuous follow why everytime I have been assured with
        wrong status. I have even asked your customer care executive if he wants me to send the photographs of my phone but he informed that there is no need because the screen is not supposed to be cracked even if it's any scratch on the screen the same is acceptable.

        Also after sending the same complaint over email the response I have received is unbelievable wherein they asked me to call again and explain the complete story. Which by chance I did and the same story repeated again.

        Even when I was trying writing the strong reviews against the product, I have been blocked to write the review because I have already informed them that I am going to take strong action against them.

        I have shared the photos of my old phones to the customer care service and asked to inform where is the scratch basis of which they refused my delivery.

          Made a paymet through upi for the product but amazon is denying that he has nt recieved any payment and teĺling to cordinate with paytm, paytm is saying the amount successfully sent to amazon. Eventually made twice payment for getting the product but still my 1st transaction is not refunded either by Amazon or paytm.sharing the screeshot.

            My AMAZON pay emi account was locked after 1 year because i completed kyc via otp. 2 weeks ago I have completed full kyc by submitting doccuments. I see my approved and available limit as 60000 but cannot use because its locked. Even after timely repayments and closing loans before the emi date why its still locked. Please reinstate the account asap.

                In view of above mentioned subject matter, deeply regret to inform you that, i had received a notification in my mobile that i am eligible for taking any product on every product on amazon india but and all the payment process will be via paytm and cash paid during the process of shopping and no COD. I did the payment via through paytm on respective product and after that i contacted to customer care of amazon and asked about my product but they told me that there no such offer given by them and all was fraud and someone has created this fake link and taking money through paytm on the name of amazon and it is not understand why the amazon company is not taking up any action against the individual or team if they are using the most favorite online shopping company logo and details and why they are silent.

                ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT MY SHOPPING ARE ATTACHED (SCREEN SHORT) FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE AND FURTHER NECESSARY ACTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

                  I have bought steelbird sb-33 7wings gust dashing open face helmet
                  From amazon.in on 4th october, 2019 but i have not received it yet. But today i found that the item is returning to seller without any notice and not giving me refund till date
                  It is not good for any company to serve like this.

                      The issue is about amazon's policy regarding "pay on delivery" (Pod) orders when the order is undelivered.

                      When a pod order is undelivered even after the buffer period of a week or so, post delivery committed date, the item is automatically considered by amazon to be "lost in transit".

                      Now issue is that if it were a prepaid order amazon replaces or resends or re-orders the item lost in transit. However, it were a pod order amazon customer service representatives are unable to replace or resend or re-orders that item lost in transit because amazon's computer software system based on its policy does not permit it.

                      This policy is unacceptable. Why treat pod different that prepaid order? What about the wait time that customer/consumer has waited?

                      This policy should be changed and internal computer software systems updated to provision for pod lost in transit orders to be replaced/re-sent/re-ordered.

                      I want my order fulfilled/delivered.

                      Amazon advised courier ECom Express does not provide delivery person's name or contact number when order out for delivery.

                      Amazon also doesn't seem to penalize ECom Express courier for Lost in Transit and undelivered items/orders.

                          I ordered a power bank from the amazon app and i had applied 2 coupons which were to give me a cashback of rs.750 additionally with rs.100. I only received rs.100 as cashback and now they are telling they won't give me the rest of the cashback by telling falsely that they had sent the coupons to collect in our email id but it was a coupon code to apply at the checkout and i was made eligible as per the screenshot. I called customer care many times and they said that it is mandatory that you'll get the cashback as you're shown eligible. They kept me waiting for two weeks and now they are telling some false things. Many of my friends also ordered several items using these coupons and they neither collected the coupon. Amazon has previously also cheated me and clearly this time as well. I hope i would be provided with appropriate help. Order #[protected].

                            I ordered boatstone bluetooth speaker along with two other products. Other products were delivered while speaker was missing from the box. I called customer care and they opened an investigation regarding this. After 5 days of investigation they claimed that they have delivered the product and denied any refund/replacement. I am at total loss of rs. 1999/-.

                              I have bought redmi 7 lunar red on 01/10/2019 order id is[protected]. And i got a defective phone that it has network issues i contacted to the amazon customer care services. They tell me to install an app but that app showing that the phone has not any issue and it is working well. I want to replace my phone but amazon technician is making excuses to deny replacement of the phone. It has 10 days replacement policy if we found any problem than it should be replaced but amazon is making fool by making an app that doesn't work. They are making fool customer through this app and not giving replacement.

                                Since last friday (11th october), my orders are returning to seller. Online status is that agent could not contact me over phone. First of all, my phone is in good condition and network alright. I have received many calls over my phone. On 11th october, i connected with amazon delivery agent and he stated that he was not going to deliver the product; his subordinate will deliver and he will connect me. Nothing happened that day. Next day another delivery agent assigned and he did not pick up my call. Then i rescheduled the delivery on monday (14/10/2019). I had talk with delivery guy over phone as i called him. However, he did not deliver.in the evening again i called him; he stated that security did not allow him to enter my company premises as he did not have identity card. Tuesday again another delivery agent assigned. His phone was always switched off. Still products were not delivered. Each and every time, the site is updated that delivery was attempted, which is a wrong statement. I am puzzled with the situation as those products were baby safety products.

                                    This is regarding the boat charger which i have purchased couple of weeks back.
                                    While purchasing there was an option that i can avail discount if i provide the delivery address to my nearest store and i have selected the option.
                                    But when i went to the landmark and tried to search the store name, i have noticed that there is no such store available also i enquired with nearby areas but everyone told the store of such name is not available.
                                    Even i am not able to track the store by map or by google also the mobile number of the store is not valid.
                                    I always purchase from amazon and such kind of service is not acceptable from amazon.

                                      It is really convenient for us to shop online, when in comparison to go to the market and buy product.
                                      Online shopping has made our lives very easy and convenient. It saves us lot of time. This has been my belief since 2015, when i decide to get associated to amazon.in. Till 03rd october 2019. Since then my entire perception has begun to change. I never opted any other online shopping websites, always been a dedicated and loyal customer to amazon.in and the reward for that is commendable.

                                      On the 3rd oct’19, i ordered a future nonstick cookware – 7 piece, the packet got delivered, i believe i took the delivery and when my wife opened the carton, to our surprise or shock, i have no idea what should i say here, we found a baby diaper packet for pampers, we immediately raised a return request.
                                      We understand sometimes it happens due to any confusion, however amazon is a big company and considering the credibility you people hold in the market this shouldn’t happen. The only reason we initiated a refund, because, fewdays prior to that, my wife monica dutta ordered a belt for me on my birthday. Guess what!! When the package was delivered, my mom took the delivery, she had no idea what was the ordered product and what is delivered. When we check, it was a shock to us. Instead of belt worth 1200 rupees, the item was a 6 inches plastic scale for kids. We raised a return and the item was picked and after couple of days, the item was delivered and this time, (Adding to the frustration) it was an erazor. We got so pissed, we cancelled the order and got a refund. Now, when we already had such bad experience with deliver of item with amazon, on 26th sep’19, it was not even a week later, we again got cheated by amazon. We raised a return, somebody came to pick the item, and after seeing the item, and when it does not match with the order summary, the executive who cameto pick the product, called somebody in amazon customer service and then said, they cannot pick it, as they are unable tp fetch information at that moment, so will come back after 30 minutes and pick the item. No-one came.
                                      Again we called amazon and raised the query and they sent somebody else after 3-4 days, and the person who came this time, also said, he need to check the invoice, and i said this is exactly the package has come, in a sealed carton box, there were lot of hard –paper packed around pamper’s package, and the package was slightly teared open. He then again called amazon and said he will pick it up ion sometime, i was such a fool fell for fake commitment. He also never came. Next day i called and spoke to some girl – ms sushmita and she escalated the case and connected me to a gentleman named “jai”. He said he will have the package pickedup on the 13th by any mean and if the package is not picked, the refund will be processed. We waited till 13th oct’19 and and amazon was so consistent in their way of handling customers, by making them feel, online shopping is a big mistake and customer has no value and they can be treated anyway you like!! On the 14th oct’19 my wife called and spoke to ms daakshayani and these representatives are so good for nothing they don’t even try to listen and understand what a customer is speaking about. They just have to follow the verbiage “ i apologize for what has happened and i understand” we have been calling amazon and wasting our time speaking to these representatives or supervisors (If they really are). Daakshayani transferred the call to bunty a escalation desk supervisor, after a long heated conversation with my wife, he said he will arrange the pickup at any cost before 1 pm 14th oct. Nobody came!! Wow, didn’t know, amazon could be so consistent in customer dsat. I called amazon and spoke to somebody in escalation desk and they said by 4 pm somebody will come. Yes finally somebody came and i just couldn’t believe, again the representative said, its not in his purview to take care of this, his senior will come and pick the itemby evening. No body came!!

                                      This had become an harassment, look at our transaction history, so far 2019, i have ordered more than 100 items and this is what you guys are treating us. You guys have such a pathetic customer service executives who lacks knowledge of how they have to handle situations like this. With more than 10 calls to the customer service, all i have got is, lot of fake commitments, humiliation, frustration and highest level of dsat.

                                        My name is jickson i'm purchased following item from big billion days 2019. Every time amazon notification belongs to product details and item details finally i recieved product are entirely different from amazon adds. But costomer care compelling me to re order, and amount they refunded. But my right i'm purchased displayed product with particularly value. They can't ship that product, and their authorities should penalize for wrong product description and shiping. But their persons says amazon pay balance is their own offer, not my money. Finally i'm contacting appalette authority and that person only told amount refund and not about their own products assurance and commitment, please note the problem is not solved yet, i need judicial notes and help
