    I ordered total three items from amazon on Dusshera puja offer.
    i paid all amount.
    In that only one item got delivered and other two returned back to the seller
    without acknowledge me.when i call the customer care they didn't give any proper reason.Later they refund the amount of one item that is also not complete amount.And still they did not return the amount for other item.
    Please help me on this.

        Kindly arrange to refund my amount as i need money urgently as it is pending from last ten days.

          I have ordered a Samsung galaxy m30s and received a redmi 7. Even after entering correct OTP, the package I received was of different unique id but with all my correct details, name and address.

          Still Amazon customer care people are not accepting there mistake of sending a wrong package with correct name and details.

          Customer care support is not ready to even have further conversation on this issue. They are just telling that we have send the correct product.
          If product was correct, how my unique id got changed which is printed on the package not separately pasted. The unique id and OTP was send by Amazon over mail. If that is not matching, what is the customer's fault in that case.

          They are not able to handle orders during sale time. Amazon was know for its best service. Now it's being degraded day by day.

          I have wasted 16k shopping from Amazon with no fault of my own.

          Amazon should respect there customers.

            I made a order no.[protected] on dates.05.10.2019 and delivery due date was 07.10.2019 but on due date item was not delivered and after due date i saw that item deliver status displaying that delivery attempted which was automatically updated by the Amazon service thereafter I call to customer service care for this, they replied that your item will defenatally deliver on next day dated-08.10.2019, but till now item was not delivered .finally I have to cancelled this item.keep in your knowledge that your delivery service is very poor and cheap, meanwhile your customer support service is also lazy and third class not to proper attend the customer grivances.

              I have order one plus from amazon last week it was to be deliver by this wenesday but I keep on calling customer care every day know the status as the every day you customer care promise it will be deliver by today it was not deliver I have taken 2 days leave to wait for my order which it cost 20000 rs
              not they are saying order return to seller can you please file case for compensation as you guyz are terrible even it is not taken into action I have go to consumer forum or police station

              Amazon India Amazon Shopping Amazon.com Amazon India Sellers Amazon.in Pathetic customer service, I ordered a phone on amazon and requested for a reschedule on delivery on the day of order. I was told by the agent that it will be delivered on the requested date, but there was no synchronisation in the process and the delivery guy came to my house next day. I again requested for the reschedule on customer and was told that it will be delivered on the requested date. Ultimately delivery did not happen on the requested date and we were told it will be delivered on next date. Next date we continuosly requested for the delivery and was told lies that it will happen by EOD. At the end of the day and 100s of customer service calls we see update on the app that the product is returning to seller. We requested for reschedule and followed up continuously. The delivery guy lied that he made several attempts and could not contact us to deliver, as a result of which the product was sent to seller irrescpective of several requests and calls from us. It is WE, the customer at the paying end. Horrible service Amazon India. Worst customer care. Full of lying sellers and delivery guys. Not expected, will never order anything from amazon in future

                Arrived with broken bottles, so was taken back by courier
                A) amazon sent automatic email that 3 delivery attempts made and package taken back - wrong
                B) online orders displays as delivered - wrong
                C) amazon call center mentions delivered, then checks and confirms that taken back due to broken bottles
                D) on being asked how amazon compensates customers for inconvenience, was told “actually the product was delivered on time, it’s just that it was broken” - insensitive, silly, and all possible negative adjectives for poor customer service

                  मैंने 01/09/2019 को HP का cartage मंगाई थी जिसका ऑर्डर नम्बर[protected] कीमत 1118/-रुपया था और 06/09/19 को delever हुआ परंतु cartage वर्क नहीं कर रहा था फिर मैंने उसे रिटर्न किया जो कि ecom express के माध्यम से 08/09/19 को pickup किया गया और Amazon के wharehouse मे 19/09/19 को पहुच गया परंतु अभी तक मेरा Refund नहीं दिया गया है जब मैं Amazon से बात की थी तो मुझे 09/10/2019 तक का wait करने को कहा गया लेकिन फिर भी मेरा Refund अभी तक नहीं दिया गया है! Amazon बहुत ही fraud and cheating कर रहा है अब इसका camplain मैं counsumer फॉर्म मे करूंगी एक तो समान डुप्लीकेट बेचता है और जब refund माँगों तो amazon अपनी औकात दिखा देती है!

                    I had ordered for Nokia 6.1 plus black 64 GB memory 6 GB ram on 29th September 2019. I have not received the product till 10th October 2019.

                    Multiple contact with customer care were made by me.

                    Multiple times promises were made that product will be delivered but I am yet to receive the product.

                    I would like to complain against Amazon company for not delivering me the product which I have paid for.

                      I ordered a product of 11, 999 through paytm payment bank debit card on Amazon on 28/09/2019 and cancelled it due to some reason on 30/09/2019 and got an mail from Amazon that refund is initiated and will be refunded in 4 working days with the reference number # 0R9X0LO90000K0OCO1ZA but time period is over and I didn't get my money back so I called Amazon regarding this and they said contact to bank we have initiated this but when I contact to paytm payment bank they said they have not got any money to refund there is nothing like that contact to Amazon they didn't refund that it's like Amazon says we did contact to bank bank says we have not received contact to Amazon where should I go please help me please

                          After discussion with amazon team member her name is Kajol, she confirm me that you will receive 1000RS cash back after delivery of your mobile and it will take 2 business days please find the attach file for your good reference.

                          Still I didn’t received my cash back of 1000RS yet, i want to register a complaint against Kajol one of the customer support employee and amazon company due to giving false commitment to amazon customer.

                          Awaiting for your prompt action and a quick response for the same thank you.

                            Dear sir,
                            I was applied for the job on Quikr.com a job was offered by career solution in amazon India at the post of data entry operator job location Lucknow dated 16 Sep 2019.
                            I had paid the consultancy fees (1500), document verification (5500) and security fees (8000). all of these transaction was made online every receipt has been enclosed in photo.
                            Every thing was ok but when amazon hr was again demanding for 10k for account opening in axis bank so I refused to pay and I demand of the training and reference letter that after I will pay 10k. but amazon hr refused to to do so he said without account opening my file cannot be process further. but I was not agree to pay any more without any proof of joining letter. then he cancelled my file and said to refund all amount on 3 Oct 2019 but till date 10 Oct 2019 he gave me such dates but he is not refunding money.
                            So plz make consideration about by information provided below and make them to refund me the money.

                                  First Amazon failed to do the return pickup and cancels on the last date, later on, asks for self-return. All the vendors have denied sending the gold items. Today, their customer service is unreachable and disconnecting the call multiple times after keeping on hold

                                    Order number[protected], i placed an order for "sampri 6 pack abs exerciser machine with 20 different modes for exercise fitness"on amazon on 22nd sep and paid inr 3, 498 online. They delivered a damaged product as shown in image 1. After which we requested the replacement which amazon scheduled for 30th sep. From 30th sep till 5th oct amazon keep rescheduling the delivery automatically without informing customer.in this duration every time i call amazon customer care they assured that replacement will be done in next 24 hours but again it never happens.

                                    After 5th oct, they informed me that replacement window has been closed and only return and refund is possible, however it has been 5 days, and i have called 3 times in this 5 days period, and every time i have been assured that pickup will be done in next 24 hours but it never happens.

                                    I and my wife are really frustrated on the behavior of amazon on this, there fore i request you to please refund my money and amazon can keep trying for pickup whenever they have time.
