I received one ray ban eye wear frame on - 06.05.2019 and returned on - 09.05.2019. I returned my item to amazon seller gmr airport city, r g i airport city so, pin - 500108 as per amazon return policy. I paid rupees 7, 174.00. Order number #[protected]/21.04.2019. I returned my item through india post. The seller received my item on -12.05.2019 as per my postal tracking number. Due to my repeated requests the seller not respond.       I ordered one United colours of Benetton navy blue shirt from Amazon 3-4 days back and then on 16th of October I cancelled the order and the order was prepaid through my account and after cancelling the order I have not get my refund yet... And I talked to the executive and they are saying that within 72 hrs I will get my refund but today is the third day i haven't get my refund. I want refund within 2 days

        I had placed an order for purchase of amazon fire tv stick 4k with all new alexa voice remote on 3rd october 2019 bearing order no.[protected] and paid the full amount upfront for inr 3, 999 with a promise to deliver the product on 5th october and i kept receiving a text alert that the product is out for delivery but from 5 to 8th october no delivery took place with tracking id[protected] and finally on 8th october the status on the website changed to delivered while the product was actually not delivered to me.

        The issue was raised with the customer service team on 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th october repeatedly and it was acknowledged by the customer service team that the product has not been delivered and it is a technical glitch and they assured that an investigation will be launched.

        On calling up the customer service on 16th oct i was informed that the internal investigation has been completed and the product has been delivered whereas we never received any call nor the product.

        It is quite frustrating that an organization like amazon will resort to such unethical practices where i have been charged the full amount and neither the product has been delivered nor has any resolution been arrived at.

        I purchased a phone from amazon with exchange, but amazon boy cancelled order with exchange. I accepted my product is gud to exchange but i was paying amount of exchange. This is not justice for me, i ordered for urgently need, i regreted to order from amazon.

          I had ordered acer laptop on 15-oct-19. Also paid rs. 100/- extra for one day guaranteed delivery. Payment has been made already.

          Next day on 16-oct i got message regularly about product shipment and product is out for delivery n all..

          Than i got message that product will be delivered on 17-oct. Still i waited outside my office till 10:30pm on 16th oct

          But on 12:00am it's showing that ordered rejected by the customer, and shipment is going back. How's it is possible. I didn't even receive a single call form the delivery agent, about the product. I asked the number several times from customer care, but they also didn't help me. Now i have no clue about my product that where it is. I also told them that provide me the warehouse address of amazon so that i can pick it by myself, still they are not providing details.

          Not acceptable at all. They had sent message that they will deliver the product by today or tomorrow. But now they have sent the product back to the seller, and after calling to them, they are saying they have request a replacement. Why to replace the product from Chennai when the product is already Delhi's amazon warehouse. Now they have given the 2 days timeline, even after I had paid for one day delivery charges.

          Frustrated service. Product comes again and they asked the replacement product. How can I give the product to them when I haven't received that. I am going to sue on amazon for sure.

              after two days i cancelled this order but money not refund my bank account
              I had recived an ordered from Amazon product name Dr.Morpen strips and after all I refund my order at 12/10/19 but unfortunately I had not received my money .It was not reflected in my account.
              I had ordered a bracelet worth Rs 409 and it ensures item will be delivered on 23 Oct But I didn't get delivered yet.

                I have a reund issue from amazon and corporation bank, i am unable to understand who cheated me in this case amazon or corporation bank.

                  I have ordered motorola mobile but received a landline phone, and when i requested amazon that correct part is not received, but they are denying and saying that mobile phone has been received by me which is not true. Also i have the proof what i have received but amazon is not sorting out, i can't distribute my money to anyone for their mistakes, now i don't want to buy anything from amazon and i need my money back.

                        I have placed an order for lenovo laptop on 4th october, 2019. The estimated date of delivery was before 12th october, 2019. Amazon pushedythe date to 14th october without notifying. Even after taking followup with amazon twice, i was assured that the order will definitely be delivered by 14th october.                           Hi

                          Item desription : sporto fitness steel weight 20 to 100 kg weight plates, 5 and 3 ft rod, 2 d. Rods home gym equipment dumbbell set

                          Actually when i saw that item name and images attached to it that item is steel made (All the weight plates and rides) so i ordered that is high price aprox 57000 but i when i received that item i fond all item are plastic made excluding rod.
                          I requested a return for this item but seller told that their is no pick up facility to return that item and i need to return the parcel with my own cost. When i investigate the price to return the item it will cost me 4500 approx.

                          Seller found a best way to fool people by sending fake item to customer because they know they will be fail to return these heavy weight item with high return cost.
                          By using this way they are earning 2 to 3000 profit bu sending fake item

                          So my question is who will pay that return cost of 4500 rs on 5700 rs item.
                          Will amazon will return me that 9500 rs for this item?
                          What is the way to get refund for postal charges?
                          How much will i get after sending back the item?

                          Please reply me asap other wise i will file a fraud complaint against seller and amazon for selling fake product and not taking it return back

                              I had ordered a Caprese Purse, 2 pairs of footwear and 2 clothing stuff I.e. a Vaamsi kurti and a Rare Top in the month of August 19.
                              I was supposed to get all my refund by 1st week of September but till today I haven't received it.
                              I had paid the amount through Phonepe i.e UPI ID.
                              My bank ia SBI.
                              I have tried to contact Amazon customer care but they did not helped me in expected manner.
                              The amount was near ₹3000/- which is quite a huge amount for a common man.
                              This kind of fraudulent behavior is unexpected and it's the worst ever experience with Amazon.
                              Other apps like flipkart and myntra make the refund immediately. But Amazon seems to be hopeless and helpless

                                I know they will say they can refund but they will not refund complete amount as this is not in there policy and all. Everytime they came with new policy when they need to pay to customer.
                                I suggest everyone DNT purchase anything from this fake amazon.they always treat customers like nothing because they do not need to pay when customer already paid to them and then customer has the only option to suffer.

                                  To start with, I would like to inform that I'm the Prime member of Amazon. Reference to my order of product one plus 7T. I have ordered this product
                                  on Sunday (13th Oct) around 10:30pm night and opted for express shipping by paying additional 50Rs even after being the Prime member (ensures 1 day delivery for free) in order to ensure that the product would be delivered next morning on Monday (14th Oct) before 11am. Because I need the product to delivered urgently

                                  I have waited for my delivery till 12 noon next day (14th Oct) but didn't received my order and therefore decided to call Amazon to check the status of my order. The executive informed the status says delivery attempted, after this I have informed the customer care executive that this is the false status as no one have came for delivery and even I haven't received any update or call details about the delivery.
                                  Requested the customer service executive to raise a complaint against delivery company for updating false status regarding the delivery.

                                  After following up continuously and calling the customer service helpline almost around 10 time in 2 days, today (15th Oct) the delivery boy has visited my place around 10:45am and within 5-10 mins took the exchange phone (As i have opted for exchange of old phone against the fresh one) on his hand and rejected the replacement by saying because of the scratch in the screen of the phone, he can't deliver the order and ran quickly to deliver the other orders which he supposed to do before 11am in order to earn extra bonus.

                                  I have informed your customer care executive immediately about this
                                  incident and asked to ensure some other person should come for delivery and examine the status of the phone to be exchanged. Throughout the day I was being assured that the complaints have been launched against delivery
                                  company and the product will definitely be delivered again by 9pm or EOD (15th Oct).

                                  After my 8-9th call to Amazon around 8:30pm today (15th Oct), I have been informed that the delivery of my order got cancelled and the mobile is returning back to the seller.

                                  So there are few things I need the immediate response from Amazon:

                                  1. Being a prime member, why did I have gone through this much of pain just because I was in the need of the urgent delivery of the product that I even willing to pay extra just for the express delivery.

                                  2. Why the same situation has arisen again wherein in previous case I have
                                  ordered for yoga mat and haven't received my order even after 10-15 days of ordering the product and ultimately Amazon have raised the refund request for money refund.

                                  3. Even after continuous follow why everytime I have been assured with
                                  wrong status. I have even asked your customer care executive if he wants me to send the photographs of my phone but he informed that there is no need because the screen is not supposed to be cracked even if it's any scratch on the screen the same is acceptable.

                                  Also after sending the same complaint over email the response I have received is unbelievable wherein they asked me to call again and explain the complete story. Which by chance I did and the same story repeated again.

                                  Even when I was trying writing the strong reviews against the product, I have been blocked to write the review because I have already informed them that I am going to take strong action against them.

                                  I have shared the photos of my old phones to the customer care service and asked to inform where is the scratch basis of which they refused my delivery.

                                    Made a paymet through upi for the product but amazon is denying that he has nt recieved any payment and teĺling to cordinate with paytm, paytm is saying the amount successfully sent to amazon. Eventually made twice payment for getting the product but still my 1st transaction is not refunded either by Amazon or paytm.sharing the screeshot.

                                        requested from Amazon India to refund my money they refunded total amount in my bank account but
                                        Till now I did not receive any refund money

                                        My order not received me and show on Amazon your package return without inform me
                                        I have a charge from this for 12.99 monthly I do not want this crap! I don't even know what it is!! STOP!!! I am too old for this crap & cant afford my money to be took !! I need every penny I make to survive!!! NOW STOP!!!
