My order is a two day delivery order. And my order get late/delayed. But the amazon display expect delivery two days more. I think it would be delivered by 9 oct but on that day my order was cancelled without my permission. I called customer care, the order was cancelled by "you" and we can not able to redelivery again. I also ask for rupee 1000 cashback offer, they tell me to send me screenshot. Who takes screenshot while browsing offers. Amazon customer support try to make me fool.

    The world class shopping website “amazon” is doing fraud with me. They providing the discounts in the products all are fake. I have faced the big issue recently. I am sharing the details below:

    I was searching online deal on 1 oct 2019. I have seen a boat stone 1000 bluetooth speaker, yonex mavis 350 nylon shuttlecock & grandeur onion hair oil with other product in a very good discount were showing in amazon. I have ordered for this. I have received the confirmation email for this order and delivery date were on 09 oct 2019. I used my card to pay for the item. But after few day i. E on date 09 oct 2019 i have received message for undeliverable the order & the package is returning to seller.
    I have talked to amazon they are saying there were damage error with this product at the delivery end. I told them to send me same ordered with my purchase amount but they are unable to send my order & say we will returned your money. Same thing happened with me some early days before i ordered product from amazon. This happen twice with me that means they are fake, they used my money. Who are the seller? I have ordered amazon only i know amazon and they are only the responsible for delivering my product. What does this means, amazon providing the discounts in their product any of them with fake sale. How people can believe on amazon. People should not believe on amazon until they get the product in hand. Amazon can cancel any order any time..? This is totally unprofessional way they are doing. I want my product which i have ordered i don't want my money back.

      Artical reached in chandigarh on 6 oft 2019
      But i did not recieve my order yet.
      Please help me. I tried to call them and amazon delivery agent did not call me and update status delivery attempted.
      This is soo absurd. I am waiting for my order and no one is responding. Sab chutiaaaaa rkhe huy ha amazon me seriously disappointed behavior of amazon..

        The purchase have been done on 4 of october 2019, got delivered on 9 - october - 2019. The seller was active trade international in amazon platform the contact details of the seller - email id - [protected]@activetrade.in, and the mobile number to contact the seller is +91 [protected], this was provided in a card which was inside the product box itself. Amazon told me that they won't able to help me on this particular issue faced by me on this seller as they told me from seller side, the seller should issue a confirmation letter that showing seller is not ready to take any responsibility against the issue i'm facing. As amazon telling like this, so what i will do now? As if i check the seller, the seller denies to take the responsibility of paying me the amount which will cost me in i-care center. Because this is only because of the hiper-drive got connected with my brand new macbook pro 15 inch and till today, from the time of purchase i connected the hiper drive to my mac and my mac got damaged by giving high heat and not turning back on. After contacted by the hiper drive seller from another number +91 [protected] and threatened and warned me from purchasing hiper - drive products any longer, and they will never bear the cost for service given by i care of apple company.

          I have orderd chocholate form amazon and my order number is[protected] and my total amount is 2186 today i have recived a parcel packaging is very poor there is no bubble packging and box taped only in center and box also damage and inside product was melted when i compland this in customercare they says saller side product please help for my refund i want my refund i dont want this product tack your product amazon i dont want please refund my money.

            Actually what was happening with amazon is they will give some estimated date to deliver the product and agent will call us saying that your order will be delivered soon say like in next 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we will again call him and he will say same thing again and again and drag the time till 10 : 30 pm. Post that when we call him he will never lift the phone and after few minutes we will get the status of our changed to delivery delayed we will try to deliver next working day.

            Again we will wait for one more day even though our order is at nearest hub when informed customer care they will again say that we will deliver your order by eod. As customer who has patience like me still waits till evening and even though order status is not updated with latest status again we will call customer care he will ask same repeated questions and finally says we will try to deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours.

            I hope you understand the situation. I am strongly believe that i will get some help on this matter.

            Regarding this i have already reached jeff ceo through email but no response yet. Just now i have called customer care again same answer saying that your order will be delivered within 48 hours

              I have ordered (First) an Mi 7 mobile vide Order #[protected] on 3rd Oct but till date I have not received the mobile. On 4th I have received call from Mr.Nikhil G from your office and he assured me that this package is still in Ahmedabad and will be attempted again for delivery but to the surprise I have not even received an single call after that and now I find that the package is not returned back to Amazon.

              Is this the way Amazon or it's is delivery partner working ?
              Is this the way customer is dealt with ?

                Amazon reports, falsely, that '' Delivered Saturday.Package was handed directly to the customer.Signed by: YATEENDRA SINGH JAFA''. Its non delivery already reported to Amazon on 6 Oct . Amazon replied that its associate would contact me, which it has not so far done. Please refund this money. I have no wish to deal with this seller in future. Money involved is petty, but a false statement that delivery was signed by me is outrageous. I was not even present at home on 6 Oct throughout the day.

                  This is an Amazon Prime Now order I placed via the prime now app. Usually, the delivery guy hands you the groceries and other items ordered in a bag. The delivery guy called me in the morning, I opened the door and saw, he didn't have a bag and instead he had placed all items my door mat outside the house. There were 13 items.
                  I picked up one item from the floor and while I was checking if it is dirty from placing on the doormat, the delivery picks all items and places them on my doormat inside the house.
                  At which point I ask him, why he has placed things on the DOORMAT, and they is not the place to keep these things, he says, he has no time, i ask again, but how can u keep these things like vegetables and groceries on the doormat, he says twice, he has no time, and he leaves.
                  Thereafter I call the customer executive, and say, I refuse to take this order. He is says he will get back to me on replacement/refund in 48hours.
                  I have the items placed on the doormat, which I refuse to accept and which I cannot use at all and which I cannot keep in my fridge till anybody decides on replacement. I contact customer care via email and get the same reply.
                  I am made to keep this groceries at home for no reason and there is no response to the problem from customer care on replacement/refund.

                    Tried calling to CR but the CC didn't connect my call they wasted my more than one hour ... They said will arrange a call back within 18 to 24 hours,
                    But it's been 3 days after the call...no response,

                    I don't think Amazon has intension of fixing my issue

                    Kindly do the needful
                    Again the delivery guy says I'm not available where I'm literally waiting for at my door whole day,
                    Now they've cancelled my order,
                    But now I claim for the hastle I faced,
                    I wasted three days at home where I could have earned my daily bread,
                    I claim for my loss

                      Hi team today i have receive my amazon order from amazon grocery store against (Order[protected] but the delivery person's behave was very rude and he denied to come at the door step and apart from this he ask my father to come down and take all the material which we had ordered.                         Dear team,
                        A very bad experience from both sides of amazon service... Delivery and customer support service..
                        Tried to call the delivery agent at the given pin, he refused to admit that he had the parcel for the day and soon after msg was received that delivery cannot be made will try next working day... But no msg after that till date. Called customer support he told to have register the request and will be delivered within one day, but again no msg and no order delivery. When i checked the status on website, it was showing returning to seller again without any information. Just wondered how it could be..
                        Please requesting you to arrange for this oder delivery soon asap.

                          Ordered Ceiling Fan from Amazon on 30th September, On 2th October it shows as delivered, while it wasn't delivered at all. Now Amazon india is Not even bother to look into this from 15 days i am waiting for the simple fan. Neither they are giving me my refunded money, nor they are giving me new product. Their Customer Care is So Pathetic. Least idea about any matter.

                          Kindly Help me Recover my money.

                                Hi,

                                So i ordered this phone samsung m30 (Order #[protected] and received the same on 2nd oct. This was a gift which i bought for one of my friend on her birthday.

                                That is when the problem started :
                                1. The phone was restarting again and again so, i tried entering a replacement request.
                                2. As per the procedure i was supposed to contact tech team and they were supposed to schedule a technical inspection.
                                3. I did my part and asked for a quick inspection, and the person told me he can arrange one for 3rd oct. But when he sent me the link there was no slot available for 3rd so i had to choose one on 4th.
                                4. On 4th when i called the inspection guy, he said he will not be coming and the company will reschedule the inspection date.
                                5. On 5th the person visited and did the inspection, but even after his go ahead no replacement was raised.
                                6. I had to call the customer services 4 times in a row just to get the replacement in place.
                                7. The customer service person that i talked with on 5th gave me an eta of 1 day, but no confirmation was release for me.
                                8. I called the customer services again on 6th and then the email and replacement order was sent my way.
                                9. I was told by the person that i talked with on 6th that it will be a hand-to-hand replacement. But, when i contacted the service center again today 8th oct, the person told me that this is not hand-to-hand replacement and i will have to return the product on 10th and after that only they will provide me on an eta on the replacement order.

                                I know how difficult it is to handle the replacement requests but it cost me a lot. Just imagine if you give someone a birthday gift on 2nd and the same is not working. You are following up again and again and you are getting "a whole new response" every time from the customer care. Every new response was in conflict with the old one.

                                I need someone to please take action here and get me this issue resolved as soon as possible. Its been really a very bad experience for me.

                                Also, i would like to know how will the amazon india can improvise on this, just so that it won't ruin someone else's birthday.

                                  The late s supplied are different from the pictures shown . The colours are dull and not suitable for the dark coloured doors as shown in the picture. I have ordered for two numbers but the packet contains only one though I have paid for two items. I have also another 3 numbers of the same item. Though I have received the package I have not opened it, as the I am not satisfied with I have received through my first order for two items. I request amazon to cancel the two orders, one containing two items and the other for three items, take back the items and refund me the money to my credit card account.

                                        I have placed an order for Rs. 40000/- firstly they delayed my order and when i call to delivery boy he havent picked the call. i called him more than 50 times since morning 8:40 AM. He picked the call at night 9 PM as he is playing dandiya and ask me to call amazon.

                                        After that Amazon says that we are offline for the day so we will deliver the product tomorrow.

                                        And on next day i received the product missing, then i again i talked to customer care and had conversation with them more than 2 hours. After shouting they placed a replacement order and then again i received the complete product but again new issue found, product battery is not working well.

                                        As according to reviews and videos, battery have a backup of minimum 10-13 hours a day, but in my product its only 5-6 hours after full charge.

                                        And when again i asked amazon to return my product and refund me than they said the issue has been handled by special team so we will arrange a call back.

                                        Then i said ok arrange a call, now see wht they have done.

                                        1. Connected a call and put me on hold for 20 minutes.
                                        2. After that they said again arranging a call, then i said ok do again, but the same.
                                        They again put me on hold for 11 minutes.

                                        I asked on chat what is this, then they said they cant take any action as concern team will have to look into this and we cant take any action.

                                        They inderctly forces me to go for a legal action.

                                        This is not the first time i faces the issues. Most of the time amazon treats customers as FOOL.

                                        EIther refund my full amount or i will file a complaint in Consumer court.

                                        Earlier also i have placed a order for charging cable then also they sold local bluetooth instead of that.

                                        Concern is this is how amaozon treats his clients.
