This is an Amazon Prime Now order I placed via the prime now app. Usually, the delivery guy hands you the groceries and other items ordered in a bag. The delivery guy called me in the morning, I opened the door and saw, he didn't have a bag and instead he had placed all items my door mat outside the house. There were 13 items.
I picked up one item from the floor and while I was checking if it is dirty from placing on the doormat, the delivery picks all items and places them on my doormat inside the house.
At which point I ask him, why he has placed things on the DOORMAT, and they is not the place to keep these things, he says, he has no time, i ask again, but how can u keep these things like vegetables and groceries on the doormat, he says twice, he has no time, and he leaves.
Thereafter I call the customer executive, and say, I refuse to take this order. He is says he will get back to me on replacement/refund in 48hours.
I have the items placed on the doormat, which I refuse to accept and which I cannot use at all and which I cannot keep in my fridge till anybody decides on replacement. I contact customer care via email and get the same reply.
I am made to keep this groceries at home for no reason and there is no response to the problem from customer care on replacement/refund.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Now they've cancelled my order,
But now I claim for the hastle I faced,
I wasted three days at home where I could have earned my daily bread,
I claim for my loss
