Its really ashmed of the people who are working with amazon, they do not have customer services ability to handle a case.. I havw order a phone, they promised me the phone will be delivered by 5th october, somehow they sent message it is coming one day prior but then after this i havent received any update. From past 4 days i am asking for help, they only stated that the phone will be placed by eod or deleiver agent will contact you in next 2 hours. I tried to communicate with manager and they hang up on me.

I want to know why this much worst support team?
1. Why the product was attempt to delieved 1 day prior without information, and also updated you attempt to connext me which is not true and then no second attempt till now?
2. Why fake promises?
3. Do you ever think with a requestor prospective? Why and when we order the product? Dont you think requstor also consider day date time and place.
Due to application fault i was not able to place the order from prime.. And till now prime membership is promising to deliever the order in next 2 hours?.. Then why cant already placed order can be expedite???
3. Prompting to pay more 80 rs to deliver the order faster.. Why???
4. This is staright partiality between the prime memebership and normal, i have 2 accounts and looking at difference.

For your info.. Flipkart do better delivery services than you.. All orders are placed on date, before date and delay also.

I am here connecting with you 3 times in day and still no resolution.

Worst management is disconnected call in my face.

Worst experience, my money arr stuck, my scheduel has been disturbed.

Suggest never shop expensive things from amazon

      I have got the product on 3rd oct 2019, still now i am unable to use this product due to technical problems with dish network, for this i have requested amazon for refund my money you people told that it is seller product and need to contact but still now nor seller nor amazon is ready to resolve my issue nor refund my money.
      Dd channels which are free of cost as per trai even this also i am unable to see through dish tv.
      If you people want my money no problem i will give but dont cheat customer from either side that this is seller product we cant do anything, more ever my calls also disconnecting while approaching amazon.

        I ordered one product on[protected] amazon orderid[protected]), product supposed to delivered as per tracking details (Tracking i'd:[protected]-2019 that day not receive the any phone calls, but got message as per customer request product delivery delayed. Then next day also i got the message out for delivery[protected] i am not received any calls reg delivery, eve i got same message as per customer request delivery delayed. From this incident, amazon fooling the customers, update fake tracking details.
        Now showing it will arrive thursday[protected].
        Last 3 years i have the trust aboutamazon delivery, but now i loosethe trust against amazon,

          I was purchasing hp laptop with Toshiba laptop in greatindian sale, I am from Sagar Shimoga district but the company is not providing any exchange on this, and they are fooling people with this offer.i want these cheat to be punished severely
          Stop billing me for Amazon Prime I am not signed up for it, don't want it. credit my credit card.

            I have ordered the Sanyo 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper, SI/SO-15T3SCIA, White) on 29 September 2019. Order number[protected]. this item should be delivered on 5 October 2019. but still, now there is no update for us. but on the amazon page, it is showing they tried to delivery it on 5 October, but I didn't get any call or message regarding this product. I want to know where my product is if it is the nearby location in the delivery center we can pick up the product by providing id proofs.

              I ordered samsung galaxy m30s on 29/09/2019. The item was out for delivery on 3/10/2019. But still today (07/12019) i did not receive my product. I contacted customer care more than 20 times. But no use. I ordered this mobile for exchange. Amazon is delivering daily two times in my apartment. I asked both the shift guy. The response is negetive. One of the guy even told they are not accepting and avoiding the item which is on exchange because it is time consuming. Now what is the solution. This is total mismanagement by amazon india. I am very much disappointed since you are holding my money. By this way u are making money and become world no 1.. This how you are looting people.

              The product was out for delivery on 3rd October at 7.57 am. At 9.36 pm I received the message telling that delivery attempted. Even I was available at the delivery address throughout the day.

              I have ordered Herbalife products. As per Amazon there was 3 packing of 1 kg but have received of 200 kg instead of 1 k packing. that is fraud with customer.. you are giving 200 package instead of 1 kg.. This fraud with customer and also you are not taking return this product.. please send me another 800gms on priority.
              I ordered products in Amazon it is showing as delivered in your orders but I didn't receive the product. I raised complaint in costumers feedback but no one responded.
              No one is responding. And they are cheating

                Wednesday 7 th october delivery boy reached my @ 9;15 am without any prior call as the order was cod he asked me cash to which i denied so he gave me a bar code for vpa i did the payment of 929 through vpa than he asked me for 100 rupees i asked why he ran away with the parcel and said payor i won't deliver the parcel, what the hell is the problem you took the payment and not delivering the parcel isnt it a fraud, not expected such things from amazon kindly refund my payments, i am sorry i used amazon and thanks for canceling all of my order placed, will never use amazon ever again kindly refund my payments

                I am purchase new headphone from amazon website for Rs. 499 and after the return or refund period is complete that headphone stop working. I informed to the amazon but no response from that side.

                  Sir, i ordered 2t-shirts of rupees 598 from amazon and i could not receive the order due to some reason but i already paid them 598 through online phonpe app upi... I talk to the amazon they said that they have already initiated my refund by 2nd of october but haven't received my refund yet..

                      I had ordered 2 devices and i have received neither of the of items were actually delivered to me. I contacted customer service and they said it's delivered and they can't do anything, whereas i never received a call to confirm or anything before the delivery was made. I simply recieved a mail saying the order was delivered and that's it. Please help me as i spent a lot of money and i need it for my college.

                        I have ordered a micromax tv which was scheduled to deliver to mumbai by 6th oct. But on 6 th some one called and his network is not fdeasible and we tried back. He said product will be delivered tomorrow. Next day i got some agent sms number which i called he said iam on leave call my supervisor. We tried his number and said in 5 min we will get back to you. Later i got a mail form amazon your delivery is cancelled will initiate a refund. Wihile check with online in orders mention member is not acceptedthe package we will process the refund. When i try to call the contact center they mention refund is not initiated we will escalate to high authority and will get back in 24 hrs.
                        I have experienced the worst situation with amazon. When i ask for the cc agent who cancel my order they don't have any info in system.

                        Very pathetic delivery process for amazon

                          Amazon making false commitments - all the products were sent back to the seller without any attempt to call me not deliver the product...
                          My name is bhupesh, i order ordered samsung galaxy m 30 s mobile and the expected date of delivery was 04 oct but still not received the product.

                          1. Day 1 : courier guy came to my place and he was not aware of scanning the product and take back the mobile.

                          2. Day 2: amazon app shows out for delivery then later false status the delivery attempted, when call to amazon call center they mentioned - wrongly out that status.

                          3. Day 3 : again the guy is out for delivery, still waiting for delivery.

                          Multiple call has been made to amazon call center - same reply - we have filled the escalation form and sad part is mobile already factory reset - no much option as of now.

                            Hi,

                            I ordered a product from amazon and made online payment while ordered. After couple of days i received mail that product has been successfully. But the thing is before or after delivery of the product i didn't even get a single or or information about the product. When i contacted amazon customer care the way of their response is not good. They simply say that they have delivered the product successfully to the given address. But i enquired about the same but it didn't delivered. I even asked to proof to whom they have delivered it but amazon customer care failed to respond nd resolve issue and simply says they cannot do anything on this. Then whome should i contact for this and what about my payment which has been done initially while ordering the product. Being a reputed online service company amazon, this is a very pathetic experience i am facing now.

                            I wanted to raise compliant here due to irresponsible behaviour of amazon customer care service. I request you to kindly check and do the needful.

                              We ordered philips home nebulizer in amazon, but when received the parcel, we were really disappointed, inside of the parcel there is some other brand instead of our ordered brand, we immediatly contact customer support, but no respone for solution. Brand variations also there price variations also there, still amazon mouth is still closed, different amount also yet to credited to my account

                                  Here i can say to you with hundred percent conviction that nor me neither my family members, friends or neighbors have received above mention consignment because today (6/10/2019) itself i once again phone to the your delivery agent (Mob number: [protected]) and he again assured me to deliver my consignment today but so far at this late night i have not received that.

                                  Therefore sir if your agent has not delivered my consignment, how can anybody received that. So i hope your prompt action would get me my consignment sooner than later.

The mobile set was delivered on 29/09/2019 but as per the advertisement shown in the site amazon india has not given the instant cash back refund of 10% till date.
