Dear sir,
I was applied for the job on Quikr.com a job was offered by career solution in amazon India at the post of data entry operator job location Lucknow dated 16 Sep 2019.
I had paid the consultancy fees (1500), document verification (5500) and security fees (8000). all of these transaction was made online every receipt has been enclosed in photo.
Every thing was ok but when amazon hr was again demanding for 10k for account opening in axis bank so I refused to pay and I demand of the training and reference letter that after I will pay 10k. but amazon hr refused to to do so he said without account opening my file cannot be process further. but I was not agree to pay any more without any proof of joining letter. then he cancelled my file and said to refund all amount on 3 Oct 2019 but till date 10 Oct 2019 he gave me such dates but he is not refunding money.
So plz make consideration about by information provided below and make them to refund me the money.

        First Amazon failed to do the return pickup and cancels on the last date, later on, asks for self-return. All the vendors have denied sending the gold items. Today, their customer service is unreachable and disconnecting the call multiple times after keeping on hold

          Order number[protected], i placed an order for "sampri 6 pack abs exerciser machine with 20 different modes for exercise fitness"on amazon on 22nd sep and paid inr 3, 498 online. They delivered a damaged product as shown in image 1. After which we requested the replacement which amazon scheduled for 30th sep. From 30th sep till 5th oct amazon keep rescheduling the delivery automatically without informing customer.in this duration every time i call amazon customer care they assured that replacement will be done in next 24 hours but again it never happens.

          After 5th oct, they informed me that replacement window has been closed and only return and refund is possible, however it has been 5 days, and i have called 3 times in this 5 days period, and every time i have been assured that pickup will be done in next 24 hours but it never happens.

          I and my wife are really frustrated on the behavior of amazon on this, there fore i request you to please refund my money and amazon can keep trying for pickup whenever they have time.

But till today date they haven't refunded my amount (1, 296.00). I have contacted many time to customer care but no response.

                I was don the order to amazon on 28/09/2019 and after 15 minuts i was cancel that order and i got message from amazon that my refund is in proces its will cradit to my acount in 3 to 5 working day but i have still not got my refund back and amazon saying the refund has done from they side and its stuck in bank so i hafe to filup the charge disput from to my bank i hope i will get my money back soon

                  I ordered a gaming chair on mon 30th September. The delivery was out on Friday and never reached. All the agents I called asked me to wait till the end of the day and then 2 of the agent asked me to wait for 48 hours and then after 48 hours I again waited 48 and yet no update. I paid 10k for this product and none of them seem to care

                    Ordered onida 6.5 kg washer only during great indian festival. The product reached the city and on 4th october status updated as out for delivery. However i did not received any contact no of the delivery person. Whole day i have waited and suddenly at 6:45 pm the status updated as 'delay delivery on customer request'. Though i have never recieved call from delivery person.
                    I have raised complaint with amazon customer service and they assured my order will be delivered soon. Next day i have again checked with customer service and they said i have to wait for 48 hours for next update. Again they assured product will be delivered. I have also checked with the delhivery (Amazon shipping partner) and they also assured product will be delivered. Now suddenly the i can see product has been returned. Checked with amazon customer service and now they are saying as the product was damaged it has been returned and refund will be initiated. Nowhere in system it has been mentioned the product was damaged. Also if the product was damaged why it was not returned immediately. From 4th october to 8th october status was 'delay delivery on customer request' and then it was returned.
                    Please look into this issue and don't give us false assurance.

                      I've ordered trimmer and wireless bluetooth as a prime member. Which supposed to deliver with in 3 days. It didn't delivered.
                      I called to customer service and end up in the same answer "sorry for the inconvinience". Like that multiple calls happened and escalated many times and finally the product came on a holiday which i explicitly mentioned not deliver on that day.
                      Immediate next day the answer from amazon received that there are no items in stock and cancel the request or order new one and wait for few more days.
                      Completely frustrated with amazon

                        I had placed an order for new mobile however the same has still not recd at our end. The courier persons are very rude did not call or made an attempt to redeliver.

                        7th morning the courier person called to inform he is at our door to deliver. Knowing that no is there he called me in my no and threatened that he will cancel the order. To my plea that i will be at home in afternoon after my work as a school teacher he retraited he would cancel the order.

                          I ordered richpicks 12 slots wood covered leather brown watchbox (Pi447) from amazon on 24th may 2019 and returned it because of quality issues and also it was tampered.
                          A delivery boy picked up a product on 29th may 2019, but no refund initiated till date. Amazon is showing message as "refund will be initiated once product received" also customer care is not helping in this case.

                          I have attached the screenshot of the message i received on 29th may.

                              I ordered a lenovo legion y450 laptop on the 30th of september. Even after waiting till the expected delivery date didn't receive my laptop. On the last day of arrival i received a message from amazon that an delivery attempt was made but till this day haven't received a single call and moreover when i tried contacting the deliver person his phone came switched off multiple times so how was a delivery attempt made. Even after 3 days and calling the customer care for 4 times no progress, updates were made. I was assured that my product will be delivered by 9th october's evening. As of now the situation remains the same as still i haven't received my product. Even after complaining multiple times such poor service has been provided by amazon. I am highly disappointing and sad to receive such kind of treatment.

                                Iam not able to make any booking in amazon.
                                Orders being cancelled automatically in few seconds when i book.
                                It was for more than 1 month.
                                I spoken to many people in amazon customer care
                                And i simply waited for many no of 24 hours committed by your customer care people
                                But my account not released from hold till now
                                Due to this i lost amazon festival deals..
                                I have subscribed amazon prime too..

                                This is the first time iam facing issue in my account. But sad part is, it was not solved for more than a month.

                                  Actually i m very disappointed, i order samsung galaxy m30s and redmi 7a during dp festives, i paid 20797 rs, but my order is cancelled by customer care without any giving any information. I called many times, no one responds. Patna bihar. I also called to delivery boy many times but they didn't receive my call.. Very frustrating for me. I want product, no money.. This is not a good way to cancel the item. They said 2 phone bis damaged। how it possible.

                                    I purchase a 2 jackets and money debited 1598 from my account but after some minutes my order automatically cancelled and got email that your refund will initiate shortly and same day my refund was processed and got reference number also but now 10 days are over till now i have not got my refund amount (1598) in my bank account. Amazon going fraud day by day i contact to bank also but they told no information from amazon showing. Please please if you're reading this so please advice your relatives to not use the amazon for online shopping. And please help me to get my refund please we belongs through middle class family and we know the value of money how the comes from working hard. Please help me

                                      We purchased a mobile from amazon. Mobile doesn't work sim card not detected in mobile. We context costomer care for resolve this issue. But by inspection my problem is not solve. So we want to go consumer forum for resolve my complaint. Now i am suffering from hypertension last 15 days. The returning policy of amazon is very bad. We want to replace my hand set from amazon.

                                        Purchased LG washing machine on 27th Aug It was not working properly so asked for inspection service and it was done twice and finally that inspection person said yes its defective & it will be return but still Amazon has not taken any action on it. Called many times for it but not getting any response.m really disappointed with Amazon refund policy. Now getting irritate to call them again

Still I have been calling to them but not getting any response 5 days back I talked to executive and he said will exchange that machine or will refund ur money. And after that they have not taken any action. Really pathetic amazon people are
