Actually i m very disappointed, i order samsung galaxy m30s and redmi 7a during dp festives, i paid 20797 rs, but my order is cancelled by customer care without any giving any information. I called many times, no one responds. Patna bihar. I also called to delivery boy many times but they didn't receive my call.. Very frustrating for me. I want product, no money.. This is not a good way to cancel the item. They said 2 phone bis damaged। how it possible.

    I purchase a 2 jackets and money debited 1598 from my account but after some minutes my order automatically cancelled and got email that your refund will initiate shortly and same day my refund was processed and got reference number also but now 10 days are over till now i have not got my refund amount (1598) in my bank account. Amazon going fraud day by day i contact to bank also but they told no information from amazon showing. Please please if you're reading this so please advice your relatives to not use the amazon for online shopping. And please help me to get my refund please we belongs through middle class family and we know the value of money how the comes from working hard. Please help me

      We purchased a mobile from amazon. Mobile doesn't work sim card not detected in mobile. We context costomer care for resolve this issue. But by inspection my problem is not solve. So we want to go consumer forum for resolve my complaint. Now i am suffering from hypertension last 15 days. The returning policy of amazon is very bad. We want to replace my hand set from amazon.

        Purchased LG washing machine on 27th Aug It was not working properly so asked for inspection service and it was done twice and finally that inspection person said yes its defective & it will be return but still Amazon has not taken any action on it. Called many times for it but not getting any response.m really disappointed with Amazon refund policy. Now getting irritate to call them again

        People are there. Recd below attached mail from Amazon still not taking any action.

        Not yet resolved still I have machine with me and not yet received cash back also. Still I have been calling to them but not getting any response 5 days back I talked to executive and he said will exchange that machine or will refund ur money. And after that they have not taken any action. Really pathetic amazon people are

          I placed an order for a laptop on[protected] at amazon india. After a long wait of 9 days today[protected] i got a message from amazon india, saying that the product will be delivered by today itself. The message had a mobile number of the person to contact about the delivery. When i called the person in the mentioned number, he informed me that, he is not the concerned person to contact for my order, but at the same time time he put a word that somebody else will deliver the product by tomorrow. My doubt is, if he is not the concerned person, how can he say that, it will be delivered by tomorrow. When i tried to to inquire further he disconnected the phone.

          There was another order for a wireless gaming mouse and for that too, i got a message in the early morning with a contact number. When i tried to contact that number, the message from the mobile service provider was "the number does not exist". Amazon is really great. Thank god, at-least they hadn't given the number of some deceased person.

          The pity is that, there is no way to know the amazon local facility in trivandrum or any delivery related office, so that in such a pathetic condition of amazon delivery system we could collect the order from their delivery point.

          It seems ordering at amazon is like dealing with a ghost.

          After waiting for the whole day till 6.00 PM, in the height of arrogance of amazon India, they sent me a message saying they could not contact me on the phone. I never switched off the phone. There were incoming and outgoing calls from my mobile. Their message simply shows their disdainfulness, because of their money power and muscle power.

            On 27.09.2019 i had ordered for three items 1. Friends underpads premiu large size pack of 10 - rs.205
            2. Baby wet wipes with aloe vera
            3. Bioteque bio neem margosa anti dandruff shampoo. Total amount of ordered items charge was 641 (Shipping extra) was debited from my account.
            Unfortunately the amazon agent was unable to deliver the items and items were returned back. Today i got the refund only for two items (2nd and 3rd) rs. 436/- for one more item (Friends underpads) refund was not done.
            Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                  Ordered dry fruits from amazon pantry on 27th sep, order#[protected]. The delivery agent called on 30th around 9:00 pm. As the address was commerical (Delivery is supposed to be before 6:00 pm only), and i have already left office, asked him to come back tomorrow. Same night, after an hour, he tagged the item as delivered. Contacted amazon immediately, but they said it will be delivered in next 2 days. Till date no delivery. Raised a complaint with their team and the answer i got is that it was delivered.

                  How can you deliver the item at 10:00 pm on commercial address, when the office is closed?

                    I am a amazon prime member, i purchased two product from amazon, one of which is due to delivered in jodhpur city, rajasthan on 4th oct 2019 and other is 7th october 2019 but i don't know why without being actually delivering the product they marked the product as delivered. It was not an low cost item but it's mobile phone. After several complaint i have left no option but to take legal action against them.

                        My order is a two day delivery order. And my order get late/delayed. But the amazon display expect delivery two days more. I think it would be delivered by 9 oct but on that day my order was cancelled without my permission. I called customer care, the order was cancelled by "you" and we can not able to redelivery again. I also ask for rupee 1000 cashback offer, they tell me to send me screenshot. Who takes screenshot while browsing offers. Amazon customer support try to make me fool.

                          The world class shopping website “amazon” is doing fraud with me. They providing the discounts in the products all are fake. I have faced the big issue recently. I am sharing the details below:

                          I was searching online deal on 1 oct 2019. I have seen a boat stone 1000 bluetooth speaker, yonex mavis 350 nylon shuttlecock & grandeur onion hair oil with other product in a very good discount were showing in amazon. I have ordered for this. I have received the confirmation email for this order and delivery date were on 09 oct 2019. I used my card to pay for the item. But after few day i. E on date 09 oct 2019 i have received message for undeliverable the order & the package is returning to seller.
                          I have talked to amazon they are saying there were damage error with this product at the delivery end. I told them to send me same ordered with my purchase amount but they are unable to send my order & say we will returned your money. Same thing happened with me some early days before i ordered product from amazon. This happen twice with me that means they are fake, they used my money. Who are the seller? I have ordered amazon only i know amazon and they are only the responsible for delivering my product. What does this means, amazon providing the discounts in their product any of them with fake sale. How people can believe on amazon. People should not believe on amazon until they get the product in hand. Amazon can cancel any order any time..? This is totally unprofessional way they are doing. I want my product which i have ordered i don't want my money back.

                              The purchase have been done on 4 of october 2019, got delivered on 9 - october - 2019. The seller was active trade international in amazon platform the contact details of the seller - email id - [protected]@activetrade.in, and the mobile number to contact the seller is +91 [protected], this was provided in a card which was inside the product box itself. Amazon told me that they won't able to help me on this particular issue faced by me on this seller as they told me from seller side, the seller should issue a confirmation letter that showing seller is not ready to take any responsibility against the issue i'm facing. As amazon telling like this, so what i will do now? As if i check the seller, the seller denies to take the responsibility of paying me the amount which will cost me in i-care center. Because this is only because of the hiper-drive got connected with my brand new macbook pro 15 inch and till today, from the time of purchase i connected the hiper drive to my mac and my mac got damaged by giving high heat and not turning back on. After contacted by the hiper drive seller from another number +91 [protected] and threatened and warned me from purchasing hiper - drive products any longer, and they will never bear the cost for service given by i care of apple company.

                                  Actually what was happening with amazon is they will give some estimated date to deliver the product and agent will call us saying that your order will be delivered soon say like in next 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we will again call him and he will say same thing again and again and drag the time till 10 : 30 pm. Post that when we call him he will never lift the phone and after few minutes we will get the status of our changed to delivery delayed we will try to deliver next working day.

                                  Again we will wait for one more day even though our order is at nearest hub when informed customer care they will again say that we will deliver your order by eod. As customer who has patience like me still waits till evening and even though order status is not updated with latest status again we will call customer care he will ask same repeated questions and finally says we will try to deliver your order within 24 to 48 hours.

                                  I hope you understand the situation. I am strongly believe that i will get some help on this matter.

                                  Regarding this i have already reached jeff ceo through email but no response yet. Just now i have called customer care again same answer saying that your order will be delivered within 48 hours

                                    I have ordered (First) an Mi 7 mobile vide Order #[protected] on 3rd Oct but till date I have not received the mobile. On 4th I have received call from Mr.Nikhil G from your office and he assured me that this package is still in Ahmedabad and will be attempted again for delivery but to the surprise I have not even received an single call after that and now I find that the package is not returned back to Amazon.

                                    Is this the way Amazon or it's is delivery partner working ?
                                    Is this the way customer is dealt with ?

                                      Amazon reports, falsely, that '' Delivered Saturday.Package was handed directly to the customer.Signed by: YATEENDRA SINGH JAFA''. Its non delivery already reported to Amazon on 6 Oct . Amazon replied that its associate would contact me, which it has not so far done. Please refund this money. I have no wish to deal with this seller in future. Money involved is petty, but a false statement that delivery was signed by me is outrageous. I was not even present at home on 6 Oct throughout the day.

                                        This is an Amazon Prime Now order I placed via the prime now app. Usually, the delivery guy hands you the groceries and other items ordered in a bag. The delivery guy called me in the morning, I opened the door and saw, he didn't have a bag and instead he had placed all items my door mat outside the house. There were 13 items.
                                        I picked up one item from the floor and while I was checking if it is dirty from placing on the doormat, the delivery picks all items and places them on my doormat inside the house.
                                        At which point I ask him, why he has placed things on the DOORMAT, and they is not the place to keep these things, he says, he has no time, i ask again, but how can u keep these things like vegetables and groceries on the doormat, he says twice, he has no time, and he leaves.
                                        Thereafter I call the customer executive, and say, I refuse to take this order. He is says he will get back to me on replacement/refund in 48hours.
                                        I have the items placed on the doormat, which I refuse to accept and which I cannot use at all and which I cannot keep in my fridge till anybody decides on replacement. I contact customer care via email and get the same reply.
                                        I am made to keep this groceries at home for no reason and there is no response to the problem from customer care on replacement/refund.
