Here is the initial email which was sent to amazon india customer service: hello,

I do not have any specific feedback for your first line representative kavyashree because the supervisor (Brian) i have spoken to has the same level of knowledge as that of the first line representative. I do not understand the reason for putting hierarchy in place when both first line and supervisor has the same level of knowledge and repeated the same exact word.

I am really very disappointed with the way order #[protected] has been handled. First of all this order was supposed to be delivered by 5th-6th october 2019 but i haven't received it yet. The last update on the order was on 3rd october 2019. When i contacted amazon customer support today both first line (Kavyashree) and supervisor (Brian) had the recorded answer that for any order we add 5 days as buffer period and if it doesn't get deliver we refund the amount. They were unable to answer the simple queries which i had, which are as follows:

1. Ok, i agree you add 5 days to delivery timeline but what value add you are bringing by doing that? I don't see any updates on my order, no proactive follow-ups with seller, no compensating factor for the delay. Then why you need extra 5 days?

2. According to your executives if the order does not get delivered in extended 5 days period they will initiate the refund. Let me ask you this, is this a resolution? I don't think so, you are just reverting the situation to the point it was before i made the purchase. So basically by refunding my own money you want to portray you are customer centric. Obviously getting own money back after period of 10 days wouldn't be delightful experience for any customer.

3. I could have ordered the samething from some other site but i ordered from amazon because i trust your customer centric approach but this incident definitely doesn't look like you adhere to that approach.

4. Cancellation was always a option for me i could have cancelled and got my money back much earlier. Why would i need to wait for 5 days unless you are doing any value add?

This incident clearly shows the lack of process that you have in terms of managing your sellers and addressing your customer requirement. Very disappointed.

    I have ordered one book stating mrp rs 260 on the site with rs 32 discount at rs 228. When i received the book the mrp written on the book is rs 240 and 260. I want full justification from amazon that why this happened and i want refund also. I know this is not a huge amount but if we don't complaint for small one then big problem can also happens in future. I have attached the photos for reference.

      On the 25th sept 2019, an order with amazon india was placed for item: able microwave oven membrane keypad model no :ce73jd | b01m5hjrmv (Ab378.) the product was delivered to me on the 30th sept 2019, after checking it was found that it was not compatible with the my micro-oven, so immediately we placed a return request, which i added on the attachment... I waited for 5 days there was no pick up, again i called on the 4th october initiated a 2nd pick up request, this time they promised that the pick will be done with the next 24 hours. According to amazon's terms & condition, it the time the reverse pick up is not done no refund will be processed. Again on the 11th october night 2 o clock i called them & this time they said that they would escalating the case to their seniors & promised again a pick up with the next 24 hours, which again, was never done. Sir, i'm totally exhausted & frustrated with this kind of customer service, think of it, that there are so many customers how have been facing similar issue & amazon enjoy's the money of such customer. I request you to please help me out in this case.

        I have delivered pramukh fashion semi stitched kurti combo pack offer but received parcel with open pack. When checked, the items were not as shown on website (Color, & mismatch). I requested return on same day but even after 3days nobody has come for pickup. But every evening i received message that parcel was not ready so couldn't pick it. Why fake messages are transferred??

          I have ordered for kodak tv of 30, 000 on 30th sept 2019 and it was promised to delivery on 5th oct 2019 but after 11th oct 2019 also product is not delivered yet.
          And also the status in the tracking was put as i have requested for late delivery and i never requested for late delivery.
          Even when i call and ask for status with customer care even they are not able to tell correctly where is my product and when will it be delivered, they just tell wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs it will be delivered. I am calling them past 5 days they are giving same answer just to wait.

            Yesterday i've got a call from amazon hr, as you've got an email regarding job application. He said to go through the application and send the qualification docs and proofs. Today, he told me to deposit charges of 1700 and salary creation amount of 5000. I've deposited the amount of total 6700/-. After the payment they're not even responding. They've sent me courier pictures and dress pics via email. Please, help me to get refund from those cheaters.

              I ordered sofa set from amazon on 2nd oct-19 vide order no.[protected] for rs.24950/- which is as on today not yet dispatched by amazon courier center till today that is 11-oct-19. Whenever calling customer care they are answering me wait till 14th oct-19. I ordered for dusehra festival which is already spoiled. I borrowed money from friend on interest to buy sofa set to enjoy festival. I made lot of calls and send mails but they said it is stuck somewhere and not shipped yet.

              I dont understand amazon has in house transport facility still why it is taking too much time. Who will compensate pain given to us for doing shopping with amazon.

              I purchaed during offer period, now price of sofa set is also increased, i can not afford now to buy another product from market. Now diwali also is very near by.

              I really got frustrated waiting longer. My family also shouting me for doing online shopping. This shopping really gave mentally tension and spoiled festival mood. I am paying monthly interest of 5% to my friend for borrowing money just for enjoying festival which is waste now.

              Still hoping that the product will be delivered at the earliest in good condition so that at least we can enjoy diwali festival.

                  Dear all,

                  I order on 3 october a samsung m30s mobile phone, i got the message that phone will received by 4th october 9 pm, but not phone delivered some external reason, same reason on 5th & 6 october, finally 7th october at 8.30 pm packet reached at my place but when exchange process is going on i opened the packet and very shocked to see there was a gionee company 800 rupees basic phone in packet, i did'nt received the packet, then call to amazon customer care, they said this order is cancelled, refund will initiated, today is 5th day still refund not initiated and same time my creditcard settlement date came on 10 october, so i have to pay creditcard bill, but not get the phone. This product seller is stpl exclusive online, this phone i bought under exchange, that why the seller doing the wrong things with us.

                      An order dated 4.10.2019 was placed with amazon.in vide order no[protected] for redmi y3 (Elegant blue, 3gb ram, 32 mp selfie camera, 32gb storage, 400mah battery redmi-y3-gblue-32g-d) hsn 8517 with unit price rs 7, 141.96 and a payment of rs 7999.00 was made vide credit card. The delivery boy called upon me on on 5th october 2019 and said he is on the way. Within another 2 minutes i receive an information that the package has been delivered. However after contacting amazon customer care they said that nothing can be done about it as the status shows delivered. The delivery boy has blocked my number and not taking calls and amazon has said that they cannot share the delivery signatures and details and also asked me to go for a legal recourse. The item was sold by darshitha aahshiyana pvt ltd of thiruvalluvar tamil nadu who cannot be reached for confirmation.

                        Sir i am sanchit kumar mishra and i had ordered samsung galaxy m30s on 29.9.2019 and paid it's amount by my debit card and next day i had cancelled it on 30.9.2019 and i was aware that the amount will reflect in your account in 3-4working days. So i had waited till 5 october and on this day i made a call to customer care and they said me that please wait till 7 october we had refunded your money on 30.9.2019 and it will take time till 7 october to reflect in your bank account. Then also i had waited and again on 8 october i had made a call to customer care and they said that sport sir for this your money will be reflected before 10 of october. And i had waited till 10 octoberagain my money was not reflecting in my account. Then to i had call customer care today (11.10.2019) and they said that sir i am sending a reference no. Related to your refund and if you will go to the bank then they will reflect your amount in your bank account. So today (11.10.2019) i had the to the bank with that reference no. And then bank had tell me the this reference no. Is invalid and they had not even did any type of refund to this account. After that when i am trying to again call to customer care they are not responding my call i had called them atleast 10 to 20 times but there is not a responds of a single call. I am sending the email sent by them. So sir please take and strict action towards them to refund my money.

                          I have placed an order for an i phone xr and paid extra money for the item to be delivered before the schedule time but they have not delivered the item by the time they have promised and charged for that time.
                          I just want to take you in consideration that this type of fraud amazon is doing these days, taking extra money for the delivery and not delivering at the given time. They are just cheating the customers and accumulating money.
                          Please take proper action against this type of fraud companies.

                            Its more than 12days completed but still there is no such response from amazon
                            Every time they told we already initiated your amount but still not credited in my account.

                            please refer screen shot, in that there is no such bank name, reference number, or not any specific item details,

                            Even i called to Bank customer care they told they have not recvd any refund request

                              I had ordered dresses from amazon in sept 2019 and i returned few of them. A total of rs. 1402/- was refunded by amazon on 1st oct 2019 but there is no credit in my bank a/c till today i. E. 11th oct 2019.
                              I contacted amazon's customer care, they said that the amount has been refunded from their side on 1st oct only and told me to contact my bank.
                              I, then, contacted my bank and as usual they also replied that there is no refund from amazon on that date.
                              It is very disgusting from both the amazon., being the biggest online shopping site and a bank with such a large customer capacity.
                              Therefore, its my humble request to plz resolve my issue asap and credit the refund into my account.

                                I ordered a relatively expensive monitor on 1st oct 2019 from amazon india, for my business, which is a photography company. The order delivery date (See screenshot) was between 3rd and 10th october. On the 8th of october i checked the tracking of the shipment, it said 'yet to be dispatched, so i opened the customer care chat and requested them to take notice (See screenshot). So i also asked him what would happen if it wasn't delivered on time, he didn't reply to that. The customer care execute, assured me that it would be sent within 24-48 hours. And that was it. Today i. E the 10th of october, whilst i was desperately awaiting my monitor, as my pictures have to be delivered by saturday, i checked out my delivery status and was in for a shock, it says delivery date "tuesday, your shipment has be shipped"! I'm currently in a bit of a soup rn, how do i deliver my images to my clients? If it isn't delivered on time, my business name will be affected, as we're and always have been punctual when it comes to our delivery of images! The irony is, i, a small business can deliver my images on time, but you, amazon india pvt ltd, a multi billion dollar business couldn't even notify me that my product was late and/or wouldn't be shipped on time. You tell me amazon india, what would you do if your sellers didn't deliver their products to your warehouses on time? How much would you fine them? How angry would your customers be? How pissed off would your management and administration be? Take a long hard look at these points and you will be in my shoes.

Sir my name is sultan urooj and i got your email letter dated 6/10/2019 about (Havells bt5151c li-ion cord and cordless beard trimmer (Order no #[protected] which was never ever delivered to me but shown delivered on my amazon account.

                                  In aforesaid email letter dated 6/10/2019, you stated and assured these two facts to me : "if you’ve checked and still can’t locate the order, i’d request you to kindly wait till 8 october 2019, for me to get a confirmation from my team regarding the delivery status.

                                  This is the maximum time we provide, for the courier team to deliver the order. If in case, the order isn’t delivered by this time, we consider the order to be lost and will immediately process a replacement or refund as per customer’s request".


                                  Sir 8 oct has gone by 9 & 10 oct are also gone by but i am not having my consignment information or replacement or refund information.

                                  Therefore sir i request you to clear the matter so that i can place the fresh trimmer order in your coming great indian festival’s time span.

                                    We have ordered wonderchef appliances 4 days before but while receiving we observe that one of the product was defective it is slightly damaged from side

                                      I ordered on 1/10, delivery date was 4/10 but i didn't get my order at all. I cancelled my order on 9/10 but the refund is still not initiated. They say they will initiate it once the order reaches the seller. But it's not happening.

                                      This amazon sale was a scam. See the number of complaints on this page regarding refund. All consumers are requested to consolidate on twitter against amazon and participate in hashtag #banamazon. Let's bring this company down like zomato. Don't let them get away with your money.

                                        My order confirmation no.#[protected]. Ordered 2sets of 4pics but get only one set of 4pics nd bill made for 2 sets. Amazoñ should check d item as per order then ship it. Asked delivery boy how complain to co?. Has he have any phone no? He denied. Company should take care and match dproducts as per given order.
                                        It is good i checked in front of delivery boy if not so i would have gave double money, nd i have to struggle with you
