I purchased bluetooth i7 from amazon on 26/09/2019and done full payment by upi pay but order was cancelled on 27/09/2019and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected]
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do

    I respect the amazon company because this company is believable to the max costumers and i also. But today i have faced the problem with delivery boy during exchange of phone.
    I have purchased a oppo reno 2 phone with exchange offer.
    Today the delivery boy examine the phone and told that if you will replace the white strip crome then i will take it. And the same has been told by the amazon main dealer of suratgarh. As per the instruction i have changed that items. My phone does not have any issue till now. But at the end when i have came here to giving this phone for exchanging then the delivery boy deny to accept. Delivery boy told me that "uper se mna ho gya hai". After that i have talk to the main dealer, they told me that i have send the pic to main office they deny. My question is that why they have denied if my phone is good condition. I have not get the exact reply from your side.
    At the last i have told one thing to amazon company that costumer is not going to happy with this activities performed by the amazon. And for positive response from the costumer towards the amazon company, do the right action and response which is known to me. I have also attached the pic of my phone with this complaint.

    my phone pic is attached with it which has been denied by the amazon delivery boy with the concurrence of main amazon person of Suratgarh. before rejecting of the phone delivery boy asked the exchange money of this phone.

      I collected my article from amazon distributor and found outer cover of the product was already broken. Seems like someone knowingly broken to check the article inside. When asked to the amazon distributor he was like it may due to trapped in hook. But trapping in hook doesn't loosen the packaging like this. Also, the article is not heavy to be handled by hook.

        I ordered a product and to be deliver it in one day delivery my order id is[protected]
        I have paid extra rs.100 for one day delivery and i haven't received the product as per the condition
        And even the delivery agent was unreachable...
        I tried contacting the agent but his phone was switched off and i directly got the message that i wasn't reachable though i was waiting at home for delivery all day as it was urgent care

          This complain is on the behaviour of the delivery boy. I ordered a camera and it was delivered today and the payment type was cod and the amount paid was 20150 to the delivery boy and then we gave the full payment to the delivery boy and after few hours he is calling me and telling that you gave only the half pay emend and you need to give the remaining money

            It was to be dispatched today by mr monu with mobile [protected]. He argued with the watchman as the product was to be delivered on the 10th floor. Then he asked for 1500 rupees to get it on the 10th floor. So i denied and asked to do it 1000 rupees. He got angry and ran away with the product. Now he is not receiving the phone and said that he will not deliver today. He said he will deliver after 2 to 3 days. I have an occasion at my new residence. I need it urgently. He also talked very rudely with me. Please ask him to deliver today.

              I have order 2 of airdots and i received 1 defective
              I amde request on that day so the send confirmation about pick up on later that day.
              From that day today i am facing issue
              Every morning i get message about get pick up and after no on come and need to talk with customer service every day
              And i live alone so no one will be home
              And i am taking leave to return product
              They have alo wasted my 4 days

                I ordered a laptop from amazon india on grand festival days and it was defective. The display panel had dead pixels on it. So i requested for a replacement and they sent a technician to my house and he told that it cannot be repaired and also he told that he had sent a report to the amazon for the replacement. So when i contacted amazon they are now telling that my shipping address got deactivated so they cannot provide replacement for it. I i attached the image of my invoice as well.

                  I am writing this complaint against amazon who is cheating their customers. Because of diwali season, amazon has offered discount on multiple products. On 29th sep, i purchased amazon echo dot and wipro wifi enabled smart led bulb of rs1999/-. They mentioned on their app assured delivery on 3rd oct and on the same date it was showing as "out for delivery". However till date i haven't recieved a single call from their delivery partner about the order to get delivered. Without any call they mentioned on their website that "item has been rejected by customer". How can i reject the parcel when i never received a call?
                  Despite the fact i am the prime member of amazon but they do not care about their prime members as well. Till now i have called them n number of times but they never did a single call for follow up. Everytime when i call they are saying it will get delivered within 2-3 hours. Today morning i called them they said we apologies you would have to wait for 24 hours to get it delieved. What the rubbish... They are just lying and making fool of their customers. They said to wait for 24 hours.. What should i wait for.. Items are in transit and refund has been initiated by them. What should i wait for? For my money or waiting for them to make me fool again?

                  I don't want refund, i want the items which i ordered with the same price. I paid 1999/- earlier for both items but now echo dot is only showing as 2499/- and white led bulb is showing for 842/-... Why do i purchase of this much amount if i was getting the same on lower price.

                  I want the items back with same price, kindly help me with the same.

                    Hi team,

                    I had placed an order from amazon on 17-sep-2019 the purchase was made for bluetooth speakers of jbl charge 3. There was a quality issue with the speakers hence i made a request for return on the next day.

                    The amazon pick up boy took the product from me on 19-sep-2019. The same day the pickup boy called me and said that the speakers which i have collected, i will be hand over again to me, but the guy did not return me the product. Next day another pickup boy came and said i have come to pick up the return when i said him yesterday guy had come to pick up but he has not returned me the product yet.

                    Later on, i raised this concern to amazon customer service, where i was assured that my refund would be credited in next working 7 business days which did not happen in any case. I tried to callback amazon multiple times but i did not get any proper answers from them. It's been more than 3 weeks i am chasing amazon as well as the 1st pickup boy to get in touch and seek for my concern to be address. The guy never picks up the call and keeps his phone switched off.

                    I am hereby requesting you to please intervene and look for best options or i will further sue amazon for such instance.

                      I received the above material on 3 oct 19 and same day i requested for refund and cancellation of product as it was a damage peice. Soundbar internal speaker is having problem. The date for pickup was scheduled on 4th oct bet 1 & no body turned up to pick. I waited for a day & wasted my time as i had to go out for work. Today 5th no body turned up.

                        Sir i want to notify you that my refund of 1650 rs has been initiated on 18/09/2019 regarding my product but refund is not credited in my account till now then i talk to amazon customer care and they told us that ur transaction has been credited on your bank so i want to my refund of 1650 immidiately and please contact me early about this complaint.

                          I ordered fossil watch worth approx 11800/- but i recieved a blank box no watch in the box so i complaint immediately but they told me they cant do anything they delivered right packet just tell me one thing whats my fault in this i just need the watch... Because i spent money on that. Its reallly pathetic and first time i face this really a bad service

                            Today on[protected] morning i got sms that my order will be delivered today. I got one number to contact him. I suddenly contact him and request to order my product as early as possible. He also respond me to give early delivery of my product. But now since 15:23 pm he was unable to deliver my product. I am afraid now about tempering with my product. Even i was called him so many times. But he was giving me personal reasons for late delay. Kindly reply me with my order reference.

                                Amount not credited to my account even after complaining amazon about it

                                Refunded date -30/9/2019
                                Amount to be refunded-rs.949.00
                                After several calls they are either complaining on the bank as not refunded the amount we have already refunded the amount, if i call the bank customer care no they are telling we have no access to the track the reference no and are asking me to go to the home branch, but the home branch people are telling that you should contact the customercare number. So no one is responding regarding this issue.
                                Hence kindly see to it the issue gets resolved

                                    I had ordered a combo of amazon echo dot, wipro smart bulb & a fire tv stick from amazon during their great indian festival. I have received both echo dot and smart bulb in proper condition but not the fire tv stick. Amazon has said that according to their enquiry, the product has been delivered. At the time of delivery they did not take our signature or anything to verify the delivery.

                                      I had ordered an item from amazon of which i had paid via amazon upi and after cancellation i didn't get my refund back. And on the second part the customer care numbers which are provided by amazon.in are not accurate, you can't get any help regarding your refunds.
                                      They don't entertain the refunding customers. I tried contacting their helpline numbers and didn't get any help from them. Then i also visited thier chat section there too i didn't get any help. It tooked half and hour and there also no customer care executive attended my query.
                                      Seems like they just trying to fool innocent people by this policy they are looting people's fund. By not returning them back to the customers after the cancellation.

                                      Same problem to me. I have paid the amount online and ordered things for Rs. 2053 vide Order No.[protected] on 9th August 2020 in Amazon.in. As per the Tracking ID[protected], the items reached Chennai on 17th August 2020 and left Chennai to Pondicherry ( my place) on 21st August 2020 at 2.00 A.M.. But Till 5th September, 2020 I did not received my package. I do not know what happened to my parcel after it had been left Chennai. i tried to report it to Amazon by different ways. But NO RESPONSE from Amazon. Then I returned my package and ask for refund. They say that money will be refunded after the receipt of package. I do no t know where is my package. Whether it had been lost on the way or The Amazon Company is now on the way of Looting customers's money by tricking like this. No response and NO CUSTOMER CARE now a days in Amazon. I do not know what happened to my money. Swollowed ????????

                                        I had placed an order for a philips trimmer (Id[protected]) which was to be delivered on 2nd october. Since the past 3 days, i have been taken for a joy ride by your delivery boys who don't pick up the calls. Thrice they claimed to have "attempted delivery" (Once even at 11.14pm, screen shot attached)
                                        After calling the customer helpline number over 10 times (Have all the call recordings) and messaging them constantly over the last 3 days (Check the message log) and also registering a complaint yesterday, i was told by the delivery agent today that " main busy hoon, kal karunga delivery". (Recording available). When i called customer service, i was told the parcel is being returned because i refused. Wth!
                                        Since the past three days, i am calling and messaging like an #. I am a surgeon and yet i remove time. I am travelling abroad for 20 days on monday which is why i needed the trimmer.
                                        1) why was a lied to that the delivery was attempted when no one came? (Multiple calls and messages from your end i have received apologising for the same)
                                        2) who the hell authorised to return the product? (Can't be me, since i am still writing this)
                                        3) if i have to reorder the prices have gone up. Will you guys pay me the difference?
                                        4) most importantly i have to travel on monday for which i needed the product. Had you guys said we are not capable of product delivery earlier, i could have bought the product from flipkart at the same price.
                                        Not only have you guys wasted my time and energy, you have treated me like # and made me feel like a beggar who has been given freebies.
                                        Is that how you treat customers? Your attitude towards your customers is pathetic. Do you take your customers for granted?
                                        I hope i get a solution to this failing which i'll have to go the legal for since you have cheated me, lied to me, wasted my time and energy and caused me mental agony.
