I order on 3 october a samsung m30s mobile phone, i got the message that phone will received by 4th october 9 pm, but not phone delivered some external reason, same reason on 5th & 6 october, finally 7th october at 8.30 pm packet reached at my place but when exchange process is going on i opened the packet and very shocked to see there was a gionee company 800 rupees basic phone in packet, i did'nt received the packet, then call to amazon customer care, they said this order is cancelled, refund will initiated, today is 5th day still refund not initiated and same time my creditcard settlement date came on 10 october, so i have to pay creditcard bill, but not get the phone. This product seller is stpl exclusive online, this phone i bought under exchange, that why the seller doing the wrong things with us.
Please arrange the refund urgently,
