    I had ordered 2 devices and i have received neither of the of items were actually delivered to me. I contacted customer service and they said it's delivered and they can't do anything, whereas i never received a call to confirm or anything before the delivery was made. I simply recieved a mail saying the order was delivered and that's it. Please help me as i spent a lot of money and i need it for my college.

      I have ordered a micromax tv which was scheduled to deliver to mumbai by 6th oct. But on 6 th some one called and his network is not fdeasible and we tried back. He said product will be delivered tomorrow. Next day i got some agent sms number which i called he said iam on leave call my supervisor. We tried his number and said in 5 min we will get back to you. Later i got a mail form amazon your delivery is cancelled will initiate a refund. Wihile check with online in orders mention member is not acceptedthe package we will process the refund. When i try to call the contact center they mention refund is not initiated we will escalate to high authority and will get back in 24 hrs.
      I have experienced the worst situation with amazon. When i ask for the cc agent who cancel my order they don't have any info in system.

      Very pathetic delivery process for amazon

        Amazon making false commitments - all the products were sent back to the seller without any attempt to call me not deliver the product...
        My name is bhupesh, i order ordered samsung galaxy m 30 s mobile and the expected date of delivery was 04 oct but still not received the product.

        1. Day 1 : courier guy came to my place and he was not aware of scanning the product and take back the mobile.

        2. Day 2: amazon app shows out for delivery then later false status the delivery attempted, when call to amazon call center they mentioned - wrongly out that status.

        3. Day 3 : again the guy is out for delivery, still waiting for delivery.

        Multiple call has been made to amazon call center - same reply - we have filled the escalation form and sad part is mobile already factory reset - no much option as of now.

          Hi,

          I ordered a product from amazon and made online payment while ordered. After couple of days i received mail that product has been successfully. But the thing is before or after delivery of the product i didn't even get a single or or information about the product. When i contacted amazon customer care the way of their response is not good. They simply say that they have delivered the product successfully to the given address. But i enquired about the same but it didn't delivered. I even asked to proof to whom they have delivered it but amazon customer care failed to respond nd resolve issue and simply says they cannot do anything on this. Then whome should i contact for this and what about my payment which has been done initially while ordering the product. Being a reputed online service company amazon, this is a very pathetic experience i am facing now.

          I wanted to raise compliant here due to irresponsible behaviour of amazon customer care service. I request you to kindly check and do the needful.

            We ordered philips home nebulizer in amazon, but when received the parcel, we were really disappointed, inside of the parcel there is some other brand instead of our ordered brand, we immediatly contact customer support, but no respone for solution. Brand variations also there price variations also there, still amazon mouth is still closed, different amount also yet to credited to my account

                I got your email letter and i thank you for showing concern and assurance to me for my consignment (Havells bt5151c li-ion cord and cordless beard trimmer /order no #[protected].

                Here i can say to you with hundred percent conviction that nor me neither my family members, friends or neighbors have received above mention consignment because today (6/10/2019) itself i once again phone to the your delivery agent (Mob number: [protected]) and he again assured me to deliver my consignment today but so far at this late night i have not received that.

                Therefore sir if your agent has not delivered my consignment, how can anybody received that. So i hope your prompt action would get me my consignment sooner than later.

                          I had ordered samsung galaxy m20 on 1st oct, being a prime user i was supposes to receive the order on 3rd oct but i had my office. So, i called the deliver person to deliver the phone in the evening after 5, but inspite of telling he tried to deliver in the afternoon and blamed me for non delivery.
                          Since it was an exchange and deliver order, i had already paid the remaing amount over the exchanged price. I was told my order will be delivered the next day i. E 4th oct, but its already been 6th oct, no delivery was even attempted. I was compensated with 1 month prime extension and rs.100 gift card but that was for 1 day delay in delivery. Its been 7 days since i placed my order. This is so pathetic being a prime user and not receiving order for over a week.
                          Amazon is doesn't care about its customers. I speak to customer care 1 hr everyday, where they only educate me about their policies which they use to defend themselves. I still wish someone talks to me about my concern.

                            Hi today your delivery boy called me at 2: 22 pm and he told me that i was trying to call you but you are not the answer the and also he is saying that you answered the call but you said that it was wrong number. I called him when i saw missed calls from him.
                            I was not answered his call and he was showing attitude at me and he was talking rudely.

                              Hi, i had ordered for a oneplus 7t mobile from amazon on 4th october. And delivery was supposed to happen on 5th october. But when i called the delivery guy, he said he will deliver it in 30min but he did not showup for whole evening. And at the end of the day i could see the status is updated as could not connect to recipient.
                              When i enquired on this the customer team asked me to wait for couple of hours but till now there is no update for the order.
                              Amazon india have a disappointing delivery service, if they cannot deliver it on time then they are not supposed to fool customers with fake delivery dates.

                                I bought (King-denim shree kmt enterprises full sleeves comfort fit regular collar blue jacket for women) (Order #[protected] and nifty women's slim fit jeans (Jean_1317_gry_grey_28) (Order #[protected] which delivery date was 5 oct,. It is out for delivery on 3rd october 2019. I didn't receive the product till today. And didn't receive a single call from delivery agent regarding delivery. When i contacted amazon service agent he said we are trying to best also miss behaviour sagar who talk with me as a customer care executive. I contacted customer service regarding the same issue but they assured that the product will be delivered to me on time. I have waited 3 whole days cancelling all my plans for the product. I waited for a day & wasted my time as i had to go out for work. Today 6th no body turned up...

                                  Reg.[protected]. Supposed to be delivered on oct3rd and was not delivered till oct6th. When contacted customer care i was told it was delayed due 2 incomplete address. Thw address was correct ly. We were not contacted by the delievey person also if they wanted to confirm the address. This is a complete lie. The item was a bday gift. And was expecting to be on time. Whenevet i call custoner support they only apologoze and say it wil be delivered soon but never happen again. Amazon service are pathetic.

                                    Hello consumer helpline,
                                    The order details are given in the form. Here are some of the incidents that happened after i received the order:
                                    1. Upon receiving the product i found it defective for which i complained to amazon. They asked to me to reset the phone and some of the troubleshooting steps i performed with the technical agent from their support. But still it made no difference. They sent an engineer who inspected the phone and promised me a replacement stating that he will update the notes that the phone is defective and needs to be replaced.
                                    2. Once the engineer left i called amazon after 3 hours to check if they have placed a replacement order, but they didn't because the engineer mentioned in the notes that the phone is working fine and no detect found. So amazon denied the replacement as the engineer mentioned the wrong notes (However he had told me that he will file a replacement for the defective phone)
                                    3. When i explained the scenario to amazon, they booked another engineer to inspect the phone again. This entire process took around 5-6 working days. When i escalated to amazon's higher authority, they said that they will provide me the refund and take the return of the phone as there is only one seller who cannot provide the replacement. So i agreed for the refund. Importantly, upon finding the phone defective i immediately packed the phone in the box back and kept it unused.
                                    4. The agent never turned up to pick up the return, however, after calling multiple times to amazon, the senior in the complaints team promised me an advance refund.
                                    5. The accounts team from amazon, added some random account in my amazon account and linked it to my upi id, that too without my confirmation and knowledge. They told that the amount had been refunded to an account number ending with xx55. (Nowhere on the earth i know which account is this and without my consent how did they link my upi id to it, this account doesn't belong to me. I do not have any account ending with xx55) i told them the same thing multiple times but they didn't listen.
                                    6. Finally they asked me to wait for a couple of days and they would verify this with their accounts team, for which they took around 22 days (From 09th sep - 18th sep and then from 18th sep - 01st oct)
                                    7. I am still waiting for the status on my refund but they still haven't done it. They are calling in the gap of 3 days and asking me to wait for more days to resolve it. Once they told that it cannot be resolved and i need to find out the account number ending with xx55 and withdraw the money from it. Which is not at all possible.
                                    8. I am now left with a defective product and my money has also not been refunded. On top of that, amazon has done a security breach by linking an account to my upi id without my permission.
                                    I sincerely want this to be escalated against amazon and others to be aware about the fraudulent promises that the reputed company amazon makes to their customers which they never fulfill up to satisfactory.

                                      Refer my order #[protected] delsey carlit polyester 68 cm 4 wheels brushed silver medium hard suitcase for which i received a small size kurta shirt. I immediately complained to the amazon customer care who asked me to send images. I sent the quick images based on which the investigation team has superficially checked the wait on the tag and assumed that it was delivered. I contacted customer care again today and shared my grievance. I was asked to send detailed images again. I sent detailed images with the following message:

                                      Please note; (1) also on the tag the weight is shown as 4.54 kgs, and mentioned luggage, it was packed in a small cover that can contain only the shirt. Hence i am sending it along with the images of the cover and the shirt.

                                      (2) i didn't break the tag so that it is clear that it is the same cover in which it was sent.

                                      (3) the wrong product sent is short kurta. 38 cms, 1n, blue, indus route kurta, article number:[protected].

                                      (4) it is logical to understand that in such a short cover a big suitcase cannot be sent. So it is evident that only the shirt was sent.

                                      Hence, i request you to re look at the mistake that had happened at your end. It is clear that the suitcase tag was wrongly fitted on the shirt cover and sent to me. Please send the correct suitcase at the earliest.

                                        I bought one plus 7t on 1st october 2019. It is out for delivery on 3rd october 2019. I didn't receive the product till today. And didn't receive a single call from delivery agent regarding delivery. When i contacted delivery agent he said exchange phone details are not updated so he couldnot deliver the product to me but he uptaded as the customer is unable to contact. I contacted customer service regarding the same issue but they assured that the product will be delivered to me on time. I have waited 3 whole days cancelling all my plans for the product. Today they updated in the app that returning to seller of which i am not intimated anything. When i enquired the customer service they are asking me to reorder again on which the discouunt as previous will not be available.
                                        I didnt understand where the mistake has been happened but i want my product that i ordered. I dont want any refund of money.

                                        I had great expectations on amazon but today they proved simply that they dont value their customers
