Hello consumer helpline,
The order details are given in the form. Here are some of the incidents that happened after i received the order:
1. Upon receiving the product i found it defective for which i complained to amazon. They asked to me to reset the phone and some of the troubleshooting steps i performed with the technical agent from their support. But still it made no difference. They sent an engineer who inspected the phone and promised me a replacement stating that he will update the notes that the phone is defective and needs to be replaced.
2. Once the engineer left i called amazon after 3 hours to check if they have placed a replacement order, but they didn't because the engineer mentioned in the notes that the phone is working fine and no detect found. So amazon denied the replacement as the engineer mentioned the wrong notes (However he had told me that he will file a replacement for the defective phone)
3. When i explained the scenario to amazon, they booked another engineer to inspect the phone again. This entire process took around 5-6 working days. When i escalated to amazon's higher authority, they said that they will provide me the refund and take the return of the phone as there is only one seller who cannot provide the replacement. So i agreed for the refund. Importantly, upon finding the phone defective i immediately packed the phone in the box back and kept it unused.
4. The agent never turned up to pick up the return, however, after calling multiple times to amazon, the senior in the complaints team promised me an advance refund.
5. The accounts team from amazon, added some random account in my amazon account and linked it to my upi id, that too without my confirmation and knowledge. They told that the amount had been refunded to an account number ending with xx55. (Nowhere on the earth i know which account is this and without my consent how did they link my upi id to it, this account doesn't belong to me. I do not have any account ending with xx55) i told them the same thing multiple times but they didn't listen.
6. Finally they asked me to wait for a couple of days and they would verify this with their accounts team, for which they took around 22 days (From 09th sep - 18th sep and then from 18th sep - 01st oct)
7. I am still waiting for the status on my refund but they still haven't done it. They are calling in the gap of 3 days and asking me to wait for more days to resolve it. Once they told that it cannot be resolved and i need to find out the account number ending with xx55 and withdraw the money from it. Which is not at all possible.
8. I am now left with a defective product and my money has also not been refunded. On top of that, amazon has done a security breach by linking an account to my upi id without my permission.
I sincerely want this to be escalated against amazon and others to be aware about the fraudulent promises that the reputed company amazon makes to their customers which they never fulfill up to satisfactory.

    Refer my order #[protected] delsey carlit polyester 68 cm 4 wheels brushed silver medium hard suitcase for which i received a small size kurta shirt. I immediately complained to the amazon customer care who asked me to send images. I sent the quick images based on which the investigation team has superficially checked the wait on the tag and assumed that it was delivered. I contacted customer care again today and shared my grievance. I was asked to send detailed images again. I sent detailed images with the following message:

    Please note; (1) also on the tag the weight is shown as 4.54 kgs, and mentioned luggage, it was packed in a small cover that can contain only the shirt. Hence i am sending it along with the images of the cover and the shirt.

    (2) i didn't break the tag so that it is clear that it is the same cover in which it was sent.

    (3) the wrong product sent is short kurta. 38 cms, 1n, blue, indus route kurta, article number:[protected].

    (4) it is logical to understand that in such a short cover a big suitcase cannot be sent. So it is evident that only the shirt was sent.

    Hence, i request you to re look at the mistake that had happened at your end. It is clear that the suitcase tag was wrongly fitted on the shirt cover and sent to me. Please send the correct suitcase at the earliest.

      I bought one plus 7t on 1st october 2019. It is out for delivery on 3rd october 2019. I didn't receive the product till today. And didn't receive a single call from delivery agent regarding delivery. When i contacted delivery agent he said exchange phone details are not updated so he couldnot deliver the product to me but he uptaded as the customer is unable to contact. I contacted customer service regarding the same issue but they assured that the product will be delivered to me on time. I have waited 3 whole days cancelling all my plans for the product. Today they updated in the app that returning to seller of which i am not intimated anything. When i enquired the customer service they are asking me to reorder again on which the discouunt as previous will not be available.
      I didnt understand where the mistake has been happened but i want my product that i ordered. I dont want any refund of money.

      I had great expectations on amazon but today they proved simply that they dont value their customers

      the issue has been resolved. Amazon people provided the difference amount of the previous order and new order. i also received phone that i ordered again without any problem and also within time.they responded well and solved the issue

      i was informed that the product will be delivered by tomorrow by the customer service over call but on the chat again they are saying i have to reorder it. it is also not updated that it will be delivered.

      my refund is initiated and i have to reoeder the phone paying extra 8k. this is the final solution they gave. very disappointed with Amazon

        I have ordered this product sky bag sb frozen champ 18.0063 ltrs pink school back pack (Sbfrc02pnk) date 20 sept 2019 from amazon india they status showing delivered 28 sept 19 but product not delivered to my address when i complain they not take responsibility after status is show delivered.

        I request to send another pcs of that bag but still no response.

        Very low quality customer service in amazon india.

          Hello my name is pawankumar ganesh shah. I had made some transaction on amazon for they detected it as an unauthorized details. I am also using upi on amazon linked to my primary bank account from boi. I sent them many emails and called the customer service regularly. I also added my money to the amazon.in account but i am not able to order anthing for they are immediately cancelling my orders. Once i was succesful in ordering on 5 sept 2019. But rest the orders not happening i am now stuck with amazon pay balance not able to redeem on my email i'd. They have looted my money. Please help me i don't want to use amazon.in for their worst association. They ask me bank details related to card from bank. Bank says it is third party and it is not relevant to collect such details from us.

          They are asking me the billing details and last 2 digit number everytime for i provided the details also same on upi amazon. But they do not understand it. I have been struggling four more than 2 months now.

            I have purchased a smart mi led tv from amazon. Tv delevered on the date of 02/10/19. But its free installation not provided by amazon till now. Many times complaint registered in amazon customer care but installation not provided till now. Amazon mailed me regarding installation, but wrong contact number was provided of technician two times, they are deneid to provide installation service of tv. Very very poor & bad services provided by amazon & its service partner companies.

              Amazon blocked my account by accusing that i asked for return of product. On 26th sept i purchased prime for 3 months now they are not letting me to avail this. I have requested them many times to unblock but they are not replying my emails. This was my new account and for no reason they blocked my account. Plz help me regarding this issue. They are not letting me order too. When i contacted customer service they are saying i asked for lots of refund but i only canceled the product.

                I ordered samsung m30 s mobile in amazon on 30-sep-2019 (Offer is 1000 rupees cash back in amazon wallet will reflect after 3 days of shipping of the product and sbi card 10 percent instant discount)

                As per above offer instant discount received but cash back not received

                I called to customer care
                In 1st call she said to me that is for prime members (But our colleague has not a prime member but he got the cash back on same product)
                In 2nd call he questioned me where you seen this offer and asked me to send the screen shots through mail offer related ([protected]@amazon.in) after sending the mail no response from amazon cs team.
                In 3rd call she asked me above all and finally she asked me cash back received product order id

                Screen shots enclosed which i was sent to cs team

                They are prolonging the issue but not getting the exact reason

                      I purchased panasonic led 40 inch from amazon company via ordered no.[protected] of rs 27049 on dated 18th jan 2019 when this product delievered to me i found the product is damaged and suddenly i registered my complaint against received product on next day amazon executive picked the said product from me and after onwards i given many complaints for refund of the said product customer care given different different excuses and said your refund will be processed shortly sometimes said your refund will be issued by cheque and sometimes said your refund will be given in my bank account.

                      After sometimes amazon closed my account and said we can not issued me refund because amazon closed my account i given them many complaints but amazon does not listen me.

                      From feb 2019 to till dated 05th oct 2019 amazon did not issued me refund against the returned product and they are still holding my money in there hand.

                      I am requesting to registered my complaint against amazon.

                      Once Amazon was saying that Amazon issued me refund on 22th Jan 2019 and on the other hand they said they can not issued me refund.

                        I bought noise x5 ear buds which are not working properly and amazon customer care is not answering.
                        First day it worked well but now they stop working sometime while playing.
                        I tried to complaint 5-6 times but i felt helpless.
                        U called their customer care and they told to wait. After sometime they hang-up the call. I want to replace or refund of my product as it is under guideline of the company.

                          This is my second letter my name is sultan urooj, i had ordered a havells bt5151c li-ion cord and cordless beard trimmer without adaptor (Black & red) sold by: cloudtail india of r. S 749.in amazon on 29/9/2019.
                          Order #[protected] /at this address : sultan urooj alias chunmun, 4c/3 (Near ahmad memorial school) nihal pur, prayagraj (Allahabad), uttar pradesh 211016, india, phone number: ‪[protected]‬, delivery date was 4/10/2019

                          But matter of sorrow is that on 4/10/2019 at 7 pm i received amazon delivery boy call by this no [protected]. He asked my exact location i explained him my location, he then told me that he would deliver at 8 pm but now i have not receive my consignment and on amazon site it is being shown, as a delivered one at 8.0 7 pm, tracking id:[protected].

                          Today (On 5/10/2019) i once again call the respected delivery agent and after several call he told me ”consignment will be delivered today (On 5/10/2019) “but so far i have not got my consignment.

                          Sir please address this issue and get me my consignment (Havells trimmer)

                            Amazon Prime is waste it wnt deliver in a day they make false promises

                              I purchased bluetooth i7 from amazon on 26/09/2019and done full payment by upi pay but order was cancelled on 27/09/2019and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected]
                              But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                              Same behaviour by branch also.
                              Don't know what to do

                                I respect the amazon company because this company is believable to the max costumers and i also. But today i have faced the problem with delivery boy during exchange of phone.
                                I have purchased a oppo reno 2 phone with exchange offer.
                                Today the delivery boy examine the phone and told that if you will replace the white strip crome then i will take it. And the same has been told by the amazon main dealer of suratgarh. As per the instruction i have changed that items. My phone does not have any issue till now. But at the end when i have came here to giving this phone for exchanging then the delivery boy deny to accept. Delivery boy told me that "uper se mna ho gya hai". After that i have talk to the main dealer, they told me that i have send the pic to main office they deny. My question is that why they have denied if my phone is good condition. I have not get the exact reply from your side.
                                At the last i have told one thing to amazon company that costumer is not going to happy with this activities performed by the amazon. And for positive response from the costumer towards the amazon company, do the right action and response which is known to me. I have also attached the pic of my phone with this complaint.

                                my phone pic is attached with it which has been denied by the amazon delivery boy with the concurrence of main amazon person of Suratgarh. before rejecting of the phone delivery boy asked the exchange money of this phone.

                                  I collected my article from amazon distributor and found outer cover of the product was already broken. Seems like someone knowingly broken to check the article inside. When asked to the amazon distributor he was like it may due to trapped in hook. But trapping in hook doesn't loosen the packaging like this. Also, the article is not heavy to be handled by hook.

                                    I ordered a product and to be deliver it in one day delivery my order id is[protected]
                                    I have paid extra rs.100 for one day delivery and i haven't received the product as per the condition
                                    And even the delivery agent was unreachable...
                                    I tried contacting the agent but his phone was switched off and i directly got the message that i wasn't reachable though i was waiting at home for delivery all day as it was urgent care

                                      This complain is on the behaviour of the delivery boy. I ordered a camera and it was delivered today and the payment type was cod and the amount paid was 20150 to the delivery boy and then we gave the full payment to the delivery boy and after few hours he is calling me and telling that you gave only the half pay emend and you need to give the remaining money

                                        It was to be dispatched today by mr monu with mobile [protected]. He argued with the watchman as the product was to be delivered on the 10th floor. Then he asked for 1500 rupees to get it on the 10th floor. So i denied and asked to do it 1000 rupees. He got angry and ran away with the product. Now he is not receiving the phone and said that he will not deliver today. He said he will deliver after 2 to 3 days. I have an occasion at my new residence. I need it urgently. He also talked very rudely with me. Please ask him to deliver today.
