Dear Sir,
I was introduced to this platform through an add through Instagram and WhatsApp message for part time job. First they made me add Rs.200 to their account and successfully transfered back Rs.450. Then they made me recharge and amount of 1000 and again 100 and after task completion transfered 1500 successfully to my account. After this started the fraud practice. They alloted me similarly a 6 task and asked me to recharge by starting with Rs.500 and then it increased till it reached Rs.1, 30, 000. Now they tell me its freezer and I have to pay again 63, 000 to unfreeze it.
Please help me to get my money back. I had to lend the money from friends and family to complete thinking it will be refunded.

    I received SMS from Amazon pay later today that rs - 1499 /- deducted from my pay later to one Amazon prime membership fee. I don't even know Amazon prime membership and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my pay later .. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this

      I ordered [Order No.[protected]] the Air Quality Monitor, via Amazon on May 6, 2023, and received my order on May 10, 2023. However, upon unboxing the product, I noticed that the product Air Quality Monitor ‘ was missing from the packet and that it was filled only with thermacoal strips. It was a very bad experience for me. When I contact Amazon's customer support team immediately, They said, "We registered the complaint. We will resolve this issue in 4 to 5 days, so you must wait until May 16th. I'm contacting them after May 16th. They said, "We're not responsible under the amazon's policy. We don't care about this issue." My money is gone.
      Please. Check, and help me get my money or missing product back. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to enjoying the complete product soon.

        I ordered TV wall mounts made payments. When the delivery person gave it, I noticed from the very cover that it was something else..When I told him, he said i only have " return" option and left. In my app, I marked it fas wrong product delivery and agreed to exchange for wall mount . However the customer service person with whom i had a chat, modified it to return and scheduled it for today (16th May BETWEEN 7 AM AND 7PM- DEADLINE OVER PRODUCT NOT COLLECTED) HENCE PREFERING A COMPLAINT, WANTING TO ENSURE AMAZON OR ITS SELLERS WHO GOO[censored]P DO NOT GO UNPUNISHED. At around 3PM the Amazon person who came REFUSED TO TAKE THE ITEM INSISTIND ON WALL MOUNT- WHAT A JOKE I AM SAYING I GOT A WRONG PRODUCT BUT HE INSISTS THAT HE CANNOT ACCEPT ANYTHING BUT 'WALL MOUNT'. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IN HALF HOUR I COULD SEE HIS "REJECT" AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE . STILL IT IS NOT UPDATED ! Is it deliberate or just mistake? Ehy Amazon doesnt have details of what customer must do if wrong product is delivered. IF THESE ARE HAPPENING REGULARLY IT IT NOT TIME TO ALSO FILE file a criminal complaint of Cheating (u/s420 of IPC ETC ) so that the warring seller or the delivery persons are made accountable ? AMAZON SEEMS TO BE TOO CASUAL IN ITS APPROACH TO CUSTOMERS AND DONT THEY NEED TO BE MADE TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES?

          I cancelled an order with id #[protected], on 1st of mayOf amount Rs.1336 and Rs.1549. But haven’t received the refund till now. In the app it is showing as refund processed but it hasn’t credited to my credit card till date.

            I have ordered a realme pad tablet costed Rs 11999. But received a wrong product. I have raised a complaint to Amazon regarding this but they are updated that they are not able to provide any further support regarding this. I have a video proof o[censored]nboxing the product. What should i do now?

            Of late these incidents seem to be more frequent in Amazon . Amazon seems not address this serious issue. As your purchase amt is high, Why dont you try to file a criminal complaint against them ? it may set a precedent .
            As the amount is huge, maybe you must prefer to lodge a criminal complaint .

              Delivery issues in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The delivery agent denied the delivery to the after reaching the location. We requested him to deliver at a mentioned delivery address, away from the location where he had called from. He quoted he is new delivery person (we have been getting delivered many products from Amazon earlier), and he is already at the mentioned address. He was very rude. We told I am not available at home (parents were available at delivery location) i am at Chennai, how will i come and collect it. He said i cannot do anything i am already here, so i told i will have to cancel the order. He said you go ahead and cancel.

                Respectable Sir maim before few days I watch add amazon part time online jobs in facebook.i contact the link she is jusufi she telling me I'm the recruiter in amazon and I will guide you first of all you will registration in refferal no.when I'm done she is asking me deposit $20 to temporary I give you reward you can make withdraw.when I make withdraw is incomplete then ask me complete the order and recharge so I lost my $262 and can't make my withdraw she is asking me again to again deposit some money and get withdraw but I complete 6th order and I make my withdraw.when my withdraw is incomplete she told me deposit again he is a last order.Sir maim help me to return my money back.plz

                    Sir i am kirti .a person who give me whatsaap for part time job .first he said that do process for this job 200rs. .i do it completely then i do tha task complete.i was try to withdrawl my money but it didn't after he said for next task then i do withdrawl then i next recharge 2000rs. Then he told to do task two times he said to recharge again and again to complete task .i do it. many times for withdrawl my money then i spend 1 lakh 30 thousand amount then my amount gone frozen and did not withdrawl I lost my amount. And then today he told me your amount is unfrozen but you spend 20 thousand then you withdrawl your amount then i refused then he told me then you loss your all money. So sir please refund my total money safely.

                      Aaj Amazon ki taraf se ek delivery boy aaya mera paarsal lekr. Wo mujhe apni jaga par aane ke lie force kar raha tha. mainne kaha mujhe bukhaar hai. Amazon ki guide line mein likha hai ki paarsal consumer ke door per jaakar dena hai. Aur is se phele meesho Myntra bhi aye unhone kabhi na asa issue btaya jo aj Amazon ke delivery boy ne btaya. Delivery boy ne kaha mujse uske pass gadi hai. Toh mene pucha car hai. Kyu ke usne ye nahi bola tha wo bike se aaya hai ya car se. Aur mere ghar se 2, 3 minutes ki walking per car parking hai. Toh meri ye intention thi. Lekin usne bola tumhein koi sence hai. Aur pagal choode wali baat kar rha hai. Ye bol kar wo chale gaye.
                      Unka issue ye tha ke bhid wala area h. Jaha meri location hai asa waha kuch nahi. Aur is se phele bhi toh delivery boy parcel door tak dekar gae. lekin us delivery boy ko hi sirf dikkat thi.

                        My product was not return and instead off another product is returned which is costly.
                        Company doesn't help me. I want my product return and get my face was back.
                        I request for watch return and pick up boy takes the face wash and my refund initiated for watch.

                          Have received an incomplete product on dated 16.04.23 most of the parts were missing have asked for return 02 times, have communiacted the same through mail and telephone but still item not picked up or refund issues.
                          Though the packet was sealed but accessories was missing even the motor was also not there.

                              I had paid 1.26 lakhs for the supply of 6 Shesha mom double bed followed by another Rs.19821/- for the supply of another Dopuble bed at Promotion rate.After deduction of all promotion I had paid Rs.19821 /- to the account of Amazon India not to any individual person or company.It was promised to supply all the beds by 08/05/23. But nothing was received.It was also mentioned by Amazon India that if the beds are not supplied by 8th May, 23 than they will start refunding the full amount.Here is nothing to do with the seller.The Seller had provided dummy transit voucher of only one item, which can be varified from the web page of Delivery Courier Service.Inspite of my repeated complaints to the Amazon People mainly the Customer care people they take it very casually with a note that dont worry we are looking after it but so far nothing has been done .No action is being taken to refund my full amount (Rs.1, 26000+Rs.19821) so far.

                                I ordered a ' Giotto 32oz Plastic Leakproof BPA-Free with Time Marker & Straw Drinking Water Bottle to Ensure You Drink Enough Water Throughout the Day (Ombre Green, Purple, Large, Pack of 1) ' on 4 May 2023. The online payment of rupees 288 was already completed.

                                On 10 May 2023, when I checked for tracking details, it showed that the product was delivered to the customer at 12 am on Monday 10 th may Monday. However, the product was not delivered and the tracking details also seemed absurd. It appears to be a fraud.

                                  I lost almost 250000 i invested all my fund to the online account but i didn't get single rupee back. she is telling u should recharge completely to with draw the amount plz return my amount back i am help less now. i asked the manager regarding this, she told its completely custodian amount it will be safe. after recharging 50000 they will pay complete amount, plz help me regarding this

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am writing to bring to your attention a recent delivery issue I faced with Amazon. I had ordered a monitor (Order ID:[protected] to be delivered to my doorstep, but to my dismay, the delivery person refused to deliver the product and instead asked me to come and collect it from their location.

                                    I was informed that the delivery person had reached my address, but refused to deliver the product citing reasons that were not valid. I was shocked to hear this, as I had paid for the delivery charges and had expected the product to be delivered to my doorstep.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Amazon and would like to express my grievances. The reason for ordering the product online was to avoid the hassle of physically going to a store to purchase it. By asking me to come and collect the product, it defeats the purpose of online shopping.

                                    Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that the product was returned to Amazon due to the delivery person's negligence. This has caused inconvenience and frustration to me as a customer.

                                    I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen to any other customer. I request you to please make arrangements for the product to be delivered to my doorstep. Now I have received a message that your amount will be refunded soon. With whose permission you have cancelled the order. Who asked you for the refund??and who asked you to cancel the order?

                                    I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter at the earliest. Or else i will seek the help from consumer court and i will be filing a complaint against amazon India and the delivery agent.

                                      I'm Lokeshh from Chennai, TamilNadu.

                                      I have ordered two items on Amazon for my Girlfriend birthday. It shows delivered. But I haven't received it yet. Tried chatting and called customer care. They say it has been escalated. But no update after that. The birthday got over and I'm still yet to receive an item. This is really frustrating.

                                      I'm still surprised that how can a delivery agent do that without even contacting me. I guess he simply dropped off the parcel somewhere. This could have been prevented if they had OTP for delivery because the delivery cannot be completed without getting the OTP from me.
