      I placed an order for an Apple Watch Ultra on April 16, 2023, through Amazon, only to receive a wretched piece of Chinese garbage the very next day. What followed can only be described as an agonizing nightmare of epic proportions as I attempted to return this abomination and obtain a refund from Amazon. I have endured countless conversations with atleast 25 agents, each time being fed the same infuriating line that they need three more days to reach a resolution.

      To add insult to injury, Amazon shamelessly deceived my bank and thwarted my chargeback attempt by falsely claiming they issued a refund on May 21, 2023. Well, it's been an exhausting 18 days since then, and I am still unable to extract a simple Refund Reference Number from these swindlers. As a result, I now find myself facing penalties on my credit card, penalties that Amazon, of course, refuses to cover.

      In all my years, never before have I been forced to grovel after an e-commerce platform for weeks and months on end, just to have something as basic as a refund resolved. As if their gross incompetence wasn't enough, it seems they've gone a step further and blocked my number, effectively cutting off communication via phone call. Emails to them also fail. My current loss stands at an astounding Rs. 80, 000, thanks to these despicable scammers. Shame on the Indian Amazon team for such gross incompetence.

        Am highly disappointed with the service we have received for being a long-standing customer with Amazon India. I am reporting this on behalf of my mother who is an elderly diabetic patient and customer service has caused co much of mental stress over the past few months.
        I had made a transaction with Amazon on 23 August 2022 for Rs.2534. The order contained multiple products and I have returned all the items. Amazon did refund me for few items on 8, 13, &22 September 2022 however they did not refund Rs.369. I have literally made ample number of calls and all I have been told is they have received incorrect item, they are not ready to disclose what the item is and all the staff are rude, they would just hang up the phone when asked more questions. I do NOT have any item from Amazon and my money is stuck with then which they are refusing to refund. I have spent hours and hours talking to Amazon and got no help. I again called up Amazon recently who is again telling the same and refunded refund, hung up the call. I should at least know what was the incorrect item. I have even contacted delivery person who picked up the items and he says all items were returned to Amazon. And if this is not the case something must have gone wrong with that single item. Customer care team does not seem to care for Customers and they keep hanging up the calls. There is no empathy, you keep declining refund without even understanding the problem. I request this matter to be looked into as a matter o[censored]rgency. What could a possible middle class elderly person do with Rs.369 which Amazon has refused to refund with no fault of ours. On my recent contact I was in formed, that I am calling after 6 months and nothing can be done, however the concerns was reported when it occurred.
        I appreciate your help and response. I do understand your busy schedule. I could only hole senior leaders to first listen to customer and not ignore.

              My name is Pawan. my smart watch is not working properly since last month. I bought this watch from amazon on 11th march 2023 and received on 13th march 2023 after replacement .                 Hi team- This to inform you i have order on 28 may 2023,

                2 items of order [protected].But watch (Casio Vintage Series Digital Grey Dial Men's Watch-A-158WA-1Q) not received in amazon packaging box. Neither delivery guy handed over any other package but in order details showed that both items are delivered which is wrong.

                  I made all the necessary payments these people wanted, I spent over 60K which I took from colleagues and friends, they told me the payment has been processed and I should patiently wait for my money to clear in my bank which will be in the morning. I have not heard back from these people, please help.

                    Complaint and refund

                    I had ordered a watch from Amazon on 6th May 2023 and I received an different colour than what I had ordered. I had Ordered dark green and received blue.

                    Hence I returned the same product that was picked up by a guy on 18th of May 2023.

                    I ordered a Logitech G402 Wired Mouse on May 9, 2023, for 2195 rupees.I received the other on May 11th, 2023, and I got a different model, like the wireless version of it, so I complained about it, and they said they would investigate and asked us to call after 8 days. I called again, and they said they would pick up the item and refund my amount within 5-10 business days. Today is May 29th, 2023, and I have called again to them, and they are saying I sent the wrong item, and now they can't do anything about it, but they are the persons who sent me the wrong item. They delayed with the investigation, and now they have the wireless mouse and my amount. I have tried asking them to connect with their supervisor, but they are not ready to connect with them. Please initiate my refund amount to the same source i have paid.

                            I have booked a DELWIN Shoes on[protected] Order #[protected] and the item received on[protected]. On opening the parcel I astonished to find that a used-up chappal moreover a different from the item I have booked inside the parcel. I have already provided photo and video clip of the defective product in the Amazon's complain zone. I then and there processed for replacement of the item with the new one as I booked. The matter is now under resolve and the replacement is ordered which is now on the way. This is not desirable from Amazon, being a reputed and established online retailer.

                              I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon regarding a recent purchase of a Samsung phone, which has been plagued by persistent heating and hanging issues. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter with Amazon, I have been met with poor customer service and a refusal to comply with their own refund policy.

                              On 4th May 2023, I placed an order for a Samsung phone through Amazon. To my disappointment, the phone exhibited severe heating and hanging problems from the moment I received it. In an effort to address the issue, Amazon provided a replacement phone, which unfortunately suffered from the same defects.

                              According to Amazon's refund policy, I am entitled to a refund by returning the faulty product. However, Amazon representatives have repeatedly made excuses and have refused to initiate the return process, causing undue inconvenience and frustration on my part.

                              To address the recurring issues with the phone, Amazon arranged for a technician to visit my location on four separate occasions. However, to my dismay, the technician only inquired about the phone's condition over the phone without physically examining it. As a result, the technician inaccurately reported that the phone was functioning properly. This approach raises serious concerns about the integrity of Amazon's assessment process and further exacerbates the problem.

                              I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter through direct communication with Amazon, but their responses have been unsatisfactory and have failed to provide a resolution. This has left me with no alternative but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Forum to address this issue and protect my rights as a consumer.

                              I request the following actions to be taken by the Consumer Forum:

                              Initiate an investigation into Amazon's failure to comply with their own refund policy and their disregard for consumer rights.
                              Facilitate the return and refund process for the faulty Samsung phone, ensuring that Amazon adheres to its obligations.
                              Conduct an impartial evaluation of the phone's condition by an independent expert to validate the heating and hanging issues.
                              Impose appropriate penalties on Amazon for their negligent customer service and violation of consumer rights.
                              I have enclosed copies of all relevant documents, including the order details, replacement request, and technician visit reports for your perusal and reference. I kindly request that you consider this matter with urgency, as the continued delay and lack of resolution have caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.

                              I trust that the Consumer Forum will diligently investigate this complaint and take appropriate action against Amazon for their misconduct and failure to uphold their responsibilities.                                   I have ordered apple ultra watch with order no.[protected] on 17th April of starlight colour but I received midnight colour, same time I called coustmer care and asked for exchange or refund, they asked me to open the product as per policy and share images, I told them the colour is different and clearly written on product on box them why to open still they told as per policy it is mandatory same time I opened the box and shared the images, after continous folloup with coustmer care they processed the return and pickup was done, but till time the product is showing in return in app and the specialist team is telling that you have sent wrong product, I replied them with unboxing video, images and satifyed them, also they have not returned my the product as mentioned in mail with tracking no., also the seller has uploaded 2 invoices of same amount, same product on same day on GST portal as seen as I use business app, it is clearly seen that seller has cheated me, this is going from last 1and half month as amount in higher I request to settle it ASAP
