I m the prime member and buyer of amazon since from 2014, blocked my account since from 14 days. I called 30 times to customer care they never bothered on my problems & they were committed with wrong and fake statements on re activating my account, every day I called their standard default commitment is 24 to 48 hrs, even after 500 hrs. they are not activated my account, due to account block i am unable to access my purchased product invoice...

Delivery of the mouse was made but on checking it was found to be defective. On operating its switch, the red neon light was flickering once and then extinguishing on repeated attempts. On line complaint was made the very next day and your office decided to replace it through courier who will deliver the new one and pick up the old one in its original packing. The replacement date was initially shown as 8th or 9th Dec. ( I don't exactly remember)....
