Hi,

The worst collection agents, Murali ([protected]) called me directly and threatened me saying "I'll come to your house and make you pay the amount".

I've been due only for 8 days and asked for due extension for 2 days.

Axio customer support is not even ready to listen to my concerns. Their reply "sorry for the inconvenience sir we cannot stop collection activities kindly make the payment as soon as possible. Thank you for reaching axio"

    I ordered a product of qty 4, each items is bundle of three different related items, 4x3 =12 items.

    What I got is 1x3 = 3 items.

    I raised a complaint on this and they say, it's delivered. They say, there is nothing they can do about it. Please help me. This seems a big scam.

        I saw posting online job part time from Amazon india in instagram. So I was registered with my mobile. They gave some tasks to finish first they slowly start with 100 rs and I paid finally it went up to 4.5 lakh and they freezeed it they are asking more and more to pay as I am b. Tech student I don't have any amount that to huge amount 4.5 lakh borrow from freind. Pls do needplful to me and unfreeze my amount. As I m student I kept for my education and I was depressed and attempted suicide pls I request you to release my amount. It was happend on 03/04/2023.pls refund my amount back

          Hi joined this platform 3 days ago i autograb three orders and received payment but now i was told in order to continue playing i must deposite the money to continue playing and i did right after depositing the money i was block and the guy vanished not answering anymore

            We bought 2 quantities of 20 grams carat Lane gold coins from Amazon, where the item was shown as prime product and we ordered the items trusting Amazon prime.

            There was an update on the item in Amazon portal that the product is shipped through Shree Tirupati courier on 21st March . Product was out for delivery from 27th April but was not delivered on 27th or 28th March.We contacted the courier based on the information provided in Amazon website and found the mobile number mentioned in the address is wrong. We have received the product from Shree Tirupati courier on 29th March 2023. Instead of gold coins, copper bull item was sent and the same is reported to customer care on 29th March 2023 at around 3pm. Unpacking video of the same is available as proof. Customer care executive informed us that the shipping tracking still shows the product is yet to be delivered and call back once the product delivery update is completed in Amazon portal.
            There was no product delivered but update till 1st April 8pm

            On 1st April evening we received a message that a DTDC courier will be delivered. An hour later a DTDC courier was delivered and the item we received is 2 bitcoin copper coins. Video of the same available as proof. On 1st April we reported the same to customer care but no resolution till date. We tried contacting the seller number mentioned on both the packages but no response. All the proofs pertaining to the order is available.

            DTDC courier was done on 29th March after we informed customer care. Looks like the seller received the update that customer have reported receiving fake products. DTDC tracking can confirm the same.

            Amazon customer care told us on 1st April, we will do an investigation n send the update by 7th April. No update was sent by mail but when we called customer care that we did investigation and the package was not tampered so we will not refund.

            DTDC doesn’t accept any jewellery and the value of the product mentioned was 500/- in DTDC courier. Without even doing a thorough investigation how Amazon customer care executive informs that no refund will be done and refund window is closed on 4th April . Currently the seller is removed from Amazon platform and customer care says they don’t have details of seller. Monetary loss, mental tension, time is spent but no resolution.

            Expect the case to be reinvestigated and refund the amount

                It has been 3 months but till now I have not received my money nor any solution. This is our hard earned money. I did not Get any e-mail from Amazon side yet. Really very irresponsible behaviour for customers

                  I purchased Go warranty 4 years extended warranty from Amazon on 28 March 2023 worth 6400 INR, but Go warranty doesn't provide any extended warranty or any resolution so I request return and refund from Amazon on 2nd April 2023. The order is delivered to me by go warranty via email so there is not physical product, so I contact Amazon to resolve this and they assured me that i will get my return process completed till April 6, but till now I didn't get any update. So I contact them now they giving me same excuses that they gave me earlier. So I'm in big trouble. Please help me on this matter

                        What you show on net, and what you supply in reality

                        Grievance stands as follows

                        1. On your net you said, this mini microscope lens size is 35 x 40 mm. But what you supplied, the lense size was found only 1 inch by 1 inch.ie 25 by 25 mm. Why such miss leading information on your net, which amounts to cheating to people.
                        2. The zoom capacity you mention was 60 X. But in reality, it is not even 30X.
                        3. We have another magnifying glass, having capacity of 28x only but zooms far better than your supplied mini microscope. Obviously proves, your claim of 60 x is false and misleading.
                        4. Being constrained, we applied for return but what you did, as your app shows, our return was turned into replacement at your will, a totally wrong and illegal step at your end, not acceptable at all.
                        5. Under the circumstances, due to misleading and exaggerated information, refund back our money.
                        6. We attach hair with a PDF file consisting the order ID detail and the return request which you converted into replacement request.
                        7 we hope we would not be constrained to take up the matter, to the consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.

                            I ordered for Bharata 600 BC boardgame but the product never come and Amazon system says that i rejected it. This is so frustrating.. they promise items for one day delivery and they are never available. The status will show as on the day till the day of delivery and then it would change to damaged or refused status. The same thing happened with a smart watch that I didn't get even after placing orders thrice. Last time, I ordered 3 watches and yet i got the same message of damaged good again and again for all of them. Now, the same thing is happening with the game. My kid has been eagerly waiting for it to come and the seller didn't bother to deliver. Instead they told a lie and said that I refused to take it. It happened on the same day when i already recieved 2 products from Amazon but only for this I got the refusal note that too at 10 pm. When i call the customer service, it revolves around the IVR and only confirms about cancellation and return. It never connected me to any representative. There is no way to raise a complaint when this happens as the system doesn't allow us to voice our concerns.

                                  Dear Amazon,
                                  On 2nd March, 2023 I made an order from Amazon of three crop top combos. Two combos were having three tops each and one combo having two tops. On 6th March, 2023 I received my package from Amazon early morning. I opened my package, Package contained only single combo of two tops. Rest two combos were not there. Also the package was having Bill of all the three combos. I immediately called the delivery agent to check if my other packages are there with him or not, he said no mam. After delivering, all the three combos were showing delivered. I waited till evening. Then I contacted costumer care of Amazon, told everything about the package, so the Amazon agent raised the investigation against the seller, and asked to contact again on 10th March. I contacted on 10th March, they told me to wait again till 15th March, But due to some reasons I contacted after 23rd March and got to know from costumer care that they can't refund my money because they have delivered complete package. Being asked for more information, they only say we can't do anything as investigation has been completed and rest we told you.

Amount charged is 19, 995 inclusive of rs. 2142.32 as GST. The MRP on th watch is Rs. 15, 995 inclusive of all taxes.
