      My order no is #[protected] dated 11.02.2023.

      I was informed of delivery on 16.02.2023. But I received it only on 19.02.2023.

      In between, there were many fraudulent attempts by delivery persons.

      I got my first OTP on 13.02.2023. Then I got more OTPs on 16th, 17th & 18th.
      But suddenly, I get an email on 18.02.2023 at 18.29hrs as an attempt failed. They did not attempt and falsely put it as an attempt failed. It's false. I attended the call from them and the number is [protected]. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com. In fact, I called almost every day nearly 20 times and how can a number be engaged for all the attempts?

      The most shocking one is I got an email from Amazon market on the 18th at 10.08 pm asking me to share my experience with Amazon when the item was not at all delivered. It's ridiculous on the part of marketing to send such an email without even knowing what is happening in the ground.

      Then I got yet another OTP on the 19th.

      The package was delivered at 03.26 pm.

      The worst part was that I planned plumbing work on the 17th and 18th of Feb. The plumbers came and went back because the material was not delivered as per your schedule.

      For the agony & stress, I went thru, because of your poor logistic management, I suffered set back in my health.

      Hence I need a financial compensation of Rs. 50000/= ( Rupees fifty thousand). Please expedite at your earliest.

        14 feb 23 - I bought Oneplus 11 phone from amazon to gift my mother with exchange of her old iPhone.
        15 feb 23 - the product was delivered after full inspection of my old device. As soon an I opened the phone box, I plugged in charge to fully charge the batter. i kept it for 15mins and the phone was super hot and when I tried to power on the device I found that the volume buttons were also not working ( not physically pressing ).
        16 feb 23 - I called amazon and conveyed 3 issues with that product.
        1) the box was slightly tampered ( not a much problem for me since I was interest in product not box)
        2) the battery was getting hot and not giving enough backup.
        3) volume up and down buttons were not working.
        In response to above problems amazon executive told me that:- A technician from OnePlus will visit my door step and verify that the device is defective. after that he will submit a report to amazon and then a replacement of the device will be provided.
        17 feb 2023 - OnePlus executive called me and made me install some app and run test via the app. he then made me do some changes and settings and told me to restart and reset device and told me that he will call me tomorrow.
        18 feb 23 - I waited for his call but he didn't call.
        19 feb 23 - he called in evening and asked me if problem was fixed. i told him no. then he told me that for the verification of the same he has 2 options:-
        1) Oneplus will arrange a pickup from doorstep in 7 days and the will verify the product and return back after 7days of pickup.
        2) (He recommended this one) I will personally have to visit the service center in Ghandhi Nagar, Jammu & they will verify the defect in product.
        he than told me that he will call me on 21 feb EOD.
        20 feb 23 - I went to the service center. i told them my problem and my reference and conversation that I had with oneplus team on 19 feb. the person in charge there told me:-
        we don't have any procedure like that. i can only make a job sheet if you want to clam a warranty ( he said it will take not less than 30 days for your device to come back.). he again referred me saying that i should talk to amazon for the replacement.

        i then called Oneplus and asked them about the report. they also told me that there is no such process & that you should talk to amazon for a replacement.

        i again called amazon and the lady told me that :- i didn't have to visit any service center and i shouldn't give my phone to anyone for 7 days. and that the technician visit should be made at my doorstep and device should be verified in front of my eyes. she also told me to wait till 23 Feb 23 and assured me that by 23 feb she will generate a replacement request and by 26 feb 23, the replacement will be done. but she faild to give anything over the mail.

        i am working as a fresher in a company and I spent my 3 months salary to buy my mother a new mobile phone.
        but amazon & oneplus are referring me to each other like a football. i am mentally harassed by both amazon and oneplus. i have done every thing they have asked so far just to cooperate with them. but now I feel like i am in dark don't know what to do. i have developed anxiety issues over the last 5 days.

            I have buy one shoe from amazon but i received fake product.
            Same was conveyed to their customer care and after all the checking they pull it back but now they refuse to return my money.

              Maine Amazon ke prime membership ke liye Airtel ka 3359₹ wala 1 year validity recharge kiya jisme mujhe 1 saal ka Amazon ka prime membership milna chahiye par Amazon wale bol rahe hai ki apka prime membership aapke kisi aur account par active hua hai
              Jab ki mere pas koi aur account hai hi nahi uske alawa wo bol rahe hai ki ek hi number 2 account hai aapke lekin inko ye pata nahi ki agar hum same number pe dusra account banana chahe to nahi ban sakta existing number ka error ata hai ye baat maine unko batayi tab bhi nahi maan rahe hai bol rahe hai ki address me aapne house no. Kya daala hai batao
              Ab inhe mai bar bar bataa raha hu ki maine address me house number dala hi nahi aur na kabhi mai dalta lekin maan nahi rahe hai aise hi issue create karke meri baat taal rahe hai aur last me airtel se puchho aisa suggest kar rahe hai
              Aisa pichhle 2 month se chal raha hain

                My name is Abhishek Gautam and I had ordered a product from Amazon of Rs. 1696/- on dated 02.02.2023 and I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 07.02.2023 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 74766513038305004600540 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India told that they are not able to track any transaction with this reference number. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                      Placed online order from amazon on 18th Feb 2023 and supposed to be delivered on the same day by 9PM. My order ID:[protected].
                      out of 14 Quantity Jockey products, only 1 Jockey Short Sleeve Vest Thermal product is delivered, rest of the products are missing / Not delivered.

                      All products are under 1 tracking number, when delivery person asked for OTP I share with him, all products marked delivered but delivery person gave me only 1 product. when I questioned delivery person, he told me he got only 1 product that he delivered.

                      I request a refund to my source account.

                      when I try to raise a complaint, customer service team is not ready to take my complaint and disconnected my call repeatedly without providing solution. Again I got connected through chat they are not ready to provide investigation complaint number and ended chat with out providing solution (Agent Khalid)

                      I have attached invoice and chat screenshot for evidence.

                      I have raised a police complaint on this issue, at Uppal police stations.

                        My name is Richa Kalyani.I ordered Chewers freshly baked veg dog biscuits pack of 12 from Amazon but at the time of delivery only 2 packets were found inside the box and that too in damaged condition.I called the Amazon customer care and told them about both of problems with product.But they didn't listened to me properly and told me to wait till 18 Feb since they had registered my complaint.So i called Amazon on 18 seeking for a resolution but customer care team told me that there is nothing that can be done in my case and no replacement and refund will be given.I requested them again and again that I have not received my full product and delivered product is also damaged but they didn't paid attention and said they can not do anything on their behalf. I requested that atleast pay concept to my case or connect me with your senior or share his email address.But despite all my requests they disconnected my call very rudely.I really can't believe that Amazon is providing such type of customer care service who disconnect the ongoing call with out even listening to their customer. Everytime I called Amazon customer care each executive gave me different information .It is really disappointing that because of Amazon poor customer care service i am suffering and have lost my product as well my money.But i will not accept their resolution I want either my full product or my refund.Please provide a solution for my problem.I am attaching the invoice of my ordered product and images of damaged product i have received.Regards

                            I had ordered a cosmic byte Keyboard through its website but when i received that item there was actually hair oil in the keyboard box, after mailing to cosmic byte they showed me cctv footage of my parcel and it didnt happen from their side, so it was frol amazon agents please giveee meee myyy refundd i have a video o[censored]nboxing images and the hair oil bottle i received has a weird seal sticker on it which obviously i cant produce mail me on [protected]@gmail.com

                              Hi,
                              I have ordered Slide on Jan 6, Order #:[protected]
                              As its size was smaller I ordered another one and returned this one.
                              Now they are not picking it up, even after requesting so many times.
                              The pick up get cancelled every time without any reason.
                              Tried calling customer care many times, they create a new pickup request but it gets cancelled.

                                I ordered lava blaze 5g(renewed) mobile from amazon on 1st feb .on 6th feb when packet was delivered by deliveryman i looks like small size .i complaint to amazon helpline at time of delivery i hold the delivery man for providing small packet but helpline person assured me of refund and told me to free deliveryman .i have the full conversation recorded as proof. further when i opened the packet it was just tiny usb cable (video proof).now after 12 days amazon is delaying refund date after date on mails if solution dont come early i have to file case againt amazon as i have sufficient proofs

                                  I ordered a FEGSY Adjustable Knee Cap Support Brace on 02 Feb 2023 and money is Debit and then I cancel the order on next day and they initiate my refund but didn't recieved in my bank account till yet. I talk both to bank and Amazon customer care but it didn't work.

                                    Returned the above item on 02/02/2023 and haven't received the refund of Rs.7999 yet. After contacting the Amazon customer service multiple times, the are claiming that I have returned the item without serial number but I have returned the right item as is without even turning on the device.. I would like to get a full refund of the item.

                                        I'm totally disappointed with the service that Amazon customer support, provided .. the reason why Iam getting back to you .

                                        I placed order in Amazon order id[protected].
                                        I'm so excited for the order to get delivered, I paid additional charges for the one day delivery, as soon as the product is delivered., , I opened the Amazon box .. the box inside the product is slightly damaged . And I called Amazon that the product in accessories is missing of the lighting cable. They said me to wait till 17th Feb for the investigation.., in the meanwhile they asked me yo provide the picture with the piece of paper with mentioning Name in it .
                                        The same is provided to them and now, I called Amazon regarding the status of my complaint.., for the replacement of the item . They are saying . Nothing can be helped from our end .. I requested to kindly help me for the replacement if not the return ..
                                        please help me on this . The product of item is costly . I trust Amazon and placed the order . But now I'm disappointed with the service that they are not helping me out ..
