I ordered one plus on 29th under one day delivery option and still as of today (3rd oct 2019) i have not received the same. After several escalations and calls they are asking me to wait till 5 oct 2019 and saying then after they will get me replacement or refund. My point is after 5 oct 2019 how can there be replacement if festive offer season ends on 4th oct and all products will be sold out. That means they are asking me to wait till 5 oct 2019 to receive refund money.

    Actually I bought a bag from Amazon I said that the delivery will be on 1st October but they didn't delivered me and I contacted them on 2nd October so many times they told that they will deliver it by 2nd October evng but they didn't delivered it .when again I contacted them for the product they are saying to order it once again ..and I even got a e mail that I will get my order in few hours .so please take action towards Amazon..

      Sir, i bought an amazon alexa on july 10th of 2019 but due to some issue i returned it with in the companies policies on 21 july, as companies gurantes the rufund to be in your bank account with in 3-4 buisness days but due to some concern it get delay and acc. To amazon india they transferresd the refund on 24 of august but i have not recived yet so i reqest you to take appropriate action my

          Received this iPhone 6S via an Amazon reseller today (2 OCT 2019). The unit is refusing to charged up after 6/8 hours of continuous charging. The charger seems OK (tried with other Apple devices)

          Have used many apple products at past but never faced this.

          My guess is, few unscrupulous sellers are selling bad/broken/refurbished iPhones via online channels (such as Amazon.in) without much QA.

          Look at 1* reviews for this item - 13% for Apple products. Unbelievable.

          Before these unscrupulous FBA sellers damage Apple brand here, please take necessary action.

            I have purchased one book for aprox 11000 which I got in a very bad condition, after discussing the same with their vendor I have returned back to him which got delivered back on 05/Sep. its been a month I'm struggling for refund but whenever I ask for refund I get a reply that they have not received the book back.
            since I have sent the book through DTDC, I have shared the DTDC DRS report along with delivery status which says successfully delivered on 05th.
            but still neither that vendor and not amazon is returning my money back.

              I have purchased Nokia 7.1 Blue 4 GB, 64 GB expandable on 25th September 2019 Order No #[protected] and already done payment of 12, 193 and expected delivery was 26th September 2019 I have received notification of product delivered on 5.42 PM on 26th September but I have not yet received my product. As checked with Customer Service Team of Amazon they assured to wait till 28 September as package is to be expected to delivered as it was not delivered on said date I again raised complaint on 28th September 2019 they said matter is under investigation team will contact you before 1st October 2019 then I received call from Customer care saying that investigation is done product is delivered but it is not delivered to me and they confirmed that re- investigation is in process till 6th October 2019.

                  The order was supposed to deliver 1 oct the guaranted date and now they are saying it will arrive 3 oct.

                  And they are ignoring me on the chat support and on the call they are still saying that you have to wait for 24 hours.
                  I want my order as soon as possible and today itself.

                    I bought a hp laptop from amazon on 29 september.

                    Amazon product description page mentions that it has ms office lifetime edition, but contains only trial version.

                    Even discounting several performance related issues, this blatant suppression of facts is unethical and wrong. And the reason i decided to buy this item was that i wanted a genuine inbuilt ms office in my laptop.

                    This type o[censored]nethical behaviour is not expected from amazon.

                    I want full refund of my money.

                      Am an amazon customer. I cancelled a vapourizer on 20 th of september. I received a msg telling my money will be refunded shortly. But till this day i didn't get that money back in my account. I did online transaction. Today also i cancelled two products, one safari trolley bag and a college bag because, the date of delivery is too late. Totally it costs more than 4500 inr. I want to know whether i will get refunded of all the three items which i cancelled

                          I have ordered product from amazon first it was showing delivery date as 1st october 2019 but without even attempting delivery, delivery agent marked it as delivery attempted.

                          I had word with customer service they told me wait till 9pm and your product will get delivered. At 9 pm i again connected with customer service and they told on 2nd october 2019 you will be first prefrence.

                          Today morning i got email saying redelivery attempted without even contacting or visiting my address. Now customer service saying wait till evening or tomorrow you will get delivery. They are not even sharing customer details.

                          It's totally frustrating and i don't understand whom to contat, where is my product.

                              Last night i have a ordered a digital product asus zenphone 5z which was a renewed product it's showing offer price around 14999, so i ordered it at the time of payment it's debited 16789 why?
                              It's 1700 for delivery charges.
                              So morning same product i checked you only see the price which it's showing on the payment page.

                                  28th September I have ordered the mobile from Amazon, am Amazon prime member so they mentioned the guaranteed delivery date as 30th September.

                                  I have mentioned delivery location as my office address, office working hours as 9 to 6pm

                                  When 30th September my other order arrived in the same address early but I have ordered mobile not yet have received so I waited for it
                                  After my office working hours.

                                  Near 8pm no one contacted me so I have left the office without received, but 9pm after delivery contacted me and I told him it's my office address I have waited for you I tried calling you but always it's your number busy.

                                  Then 1 October the same thing so many times I have contacted delivery boy he is not attempting my call and not answering

                                  And also I waited for him after my office hours overed 7pm not yet received any call from him after leaving office he contacted me am said I leaved office and near to my home but asked me to back to office and get it the package but my home to office 18km distance how is it possible to again back to office if I back it's wasting money for everything prime member ship, petrol, and my time.

                                    I have a urgent order of my phone, which my friend has ordered for me and give my contact details as receiver. I received a call from delivery guy on said time however due to some emergency i was not available at mentioned address and since it was an exchange deal i could't ask anyone to pick it on my behalf.
                                    Now i spoke to delivery guy and informed him about my situation, he agreed to deliver the product next day however i still recieved no of calls from amazon/amazon delivery (Not sure) to recieve the package and since i has some personal issues i answered only two to deliver it next day.
                                    Now today i am waiting since morning and didnt receive a single text for my product.
                                    Very surprising is customer care people is not at all helping and informed. All they sayng is product will get deliver like some memorized lines.
                                    Even i am aware that product will get deliver, question is when and in a sitaution when some is escalating the problem dont amazon has some process setup to communicate the urgency. I am not asking any vip treatment, all i am asking is urgency of situation where i ordered a phone on exchange deal and since amazon delivery has assured me that they will deliver me the phone on agreed time, i have reset my current phone and waiting for them to deliver my new one. I am a it employee and smarthphone is kind of neccessary requirement for me.

                                      When i call them they said the second package will come soon but no update.

                                        My product was musclepharm wreckage preworkout.
                                        As soon as i recieved the product from amazon i opened it it was supposed to be powder but it was all exposed to moisture somewhere in their warehouse and transportation.
                                        So i contacted amazon as this product was not returnable and they told be that i should contact the manufacturer and if they wont help then i should contact back to amazon.
                                        I contacted musclepharm and they told me that amazon has a return policy and i should just return the product, so i told then that this product is non returnable and musclepharm told me that they cannot do anything in this regard as all products are packed in secure environment and that this is not their mistake.
                                        I contacted back amazon and told then this and they said that they will investigate the issue and reach me back with a solution after 5 days.
                                        I called on the 5th day and the customer service agent from amazon india said that they will give me a refund because i recieved a damaged product and it is non returnable and that i should contact them again the next day.
                                        So i contacted them again the next day and my call was then transferred to the specialist team and they told me that the product was delivered to me in the right condition and their was nothing wrong with it as they have checked and sent the product and that they can’t help me.
                                        How could they know if the product wasnt all clumps inside the box as it was sealed when i recieved it.
                                        When kept in moist conditions protein supplement powder tend to stick together so why should i bare something that is not my fault.
                                        Its been almost one month now since i am contacting amazon and they have failed to help me.
                                        Please help on this issue

                                        Cheating by sending a product which is going to expire in two month and manufactured on 14/01/19 order id no.[protected]
                                        Amezon inesehat my refund on 14th August but I can't receive my payment somewhere stuk my payment so find it and give my payment soon
