This has happened to me for the fourth time now... Despite being a prime member i am not receiving the products the next day for all the orders i make with a guaranteed delivery of next day...

So i ordered the product on 3rd of oct with a guaranteed delivery of 4th but haven't received it. When contacted the customer support they said that it will be delivered by 10th...
Now if i paid for the prime and they are not delivering in time should not they be penalized and i be compensated?

The product did not get delivered on 4th and the tracking shows they attempted delivery, it's a blaten lie...and they also have the odacity to do this...what are my legal options?

    I have ordered two products from same id on 30.09.2019, and i have received one product, karcher vacuum cleaner on given time, and for philips product till date i am getting only delays and new dates only, and without any information and calls, all times customer care people are giving me new stories only, i want same product any how condition, always from customer care persons i am listinig new stories, some says coz of couriers services to your area, then how i get vacumm cleaner, i have not cancelled the order and i am going to file fir against amazon.

      I received 30rs from amazon pay but, 5 days are successfully completed but not yet received my 2269rs from your side... Can u please help me
      Bank is saying it's 3rd party application we can't help please contact amazon.
      It's emergency plzz plzz... Resolve it asap.

            Phone delivered to wrong person as my friend was not at home who wanted to cancel the order nd when the order came i received unfortunately from her side. Now when i'm getting agree to have it i saw that it's camera quality is not gud and the phone has hanging issue also so many uninstallable apps are give which covers 1 gb and regarding this when i called to amazon customer care they are not treating me as a customer. I m just fed up of amazon i just want to return the phone and get refund. Otherwise want to replace the product with redmi7 for that i can pay extra but i don't want this. Accep t the request otherwise i'll have to take further action against amazon in court. This is not fair what is happening with me i'll take legal action against amazon. I want the refund.

              This id regarding order #[protected]
              I called amazon customer service regarding changing address of delivery. The executive said the delivery address cannot be changed whereas you can order another item to the delivery address where i wanted to be delivered and he would rise cancellation request for me on the above mentioned order. As he said i placed another order on the different address.
              But on 3rd-oct i received message like the above mentioned order will be delivered today. I trusted amazon service and though he has cancelled the order. But it was not cancelled and i was misguided. Then i tried calling the delivery agent but his number was off. Then after i left office, he has delivered it without my presence. Now amazon is not accepting the return request. This is unethical.

                Dear sir

                A refund of 535 rupees was successfully processed on 25 sep, 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

And on 21/9/2019 amazon saying that they have initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money amazon sent this reference number 0p1jdl3q0000k0m44wj3 and told me to fill charge dispute form, i visited bank twice and filled the dispute form but bank of india is not able to track that reference number bank saying that sometimes reference id generates without successful transaction so contact amazon and ask for recheck the transaction but amazon is not helping me on it so please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent, my transaction card no.                     I have ordered samsung galaxy m30s on 29th sep 2019 on 30th i got stone inside the vivo box. Immediately i have called the customer care and raised complaint they said they will investigate the matter and will do the needful. Yesterday all of a sudden i have received a mail stating the delivery is proper they cannot refund the amount nor product. It is completely pathetic the company is playing with customers money and harrasing customers like this. There is no proper investigation done please do look in to my issue on priority. I am ready to file a police compliant if required.

                      I have ordered a mobile case for my new mobile from amazon app. I have given my office address as the delivery location. I didn't get the delivery till date, but in the app it is showing that the product is delivered to security guard, whereas we don't have any security personnel at the building. And they won't send you sns with delivery person contact number so that we can contact also. When i tried to complain about the same in app, there is no such provision. When i called the customer care number, they kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I had created a business seller account on 18Sep2019 with Amazon. Further to this, I purchased a phone for my business vide order numbered[protected] using the same login on Amazon.in website.

                                  When I received the package from Amazon, I was shocked to see that the invoice did not carry my GST number, which was already provided and verified with Amazon at the time of creating my account.

                                  When I further called the call centre (at around 11:00 AM on 3 Oct 19), they informed me that the purchase was a retail purchase and there is no option for adding a GST number. I wish to inform that it is mandatory that GST details are added for a purchase if requested by the buyer and it is illegal for a company to refuse giving an invoice to a buyer with GST details.

                                  I was further advised by the call centre to return the package and they asked me to place a request online. However, the online request was not entertained on the website even after trying multiple times for over 8 hours and when I had a call back with Amazon (at around 9:00 PM on 3Oct19). They further informed that as per policy, I would not be allowed to return the product as it is a mobile phone.

                                  I was further informed by Mr. Subhash about the following details:
                                  1. The account was created as a seller account on 18Sep19 with my business details updated.
                                  2. Seller account is created only for businesses and not for retail customers
                                  3. Retail account cannot be used for selling items on amazon.
                                  4. I have not created any other login with Amazon.
                                  5. Billing and shipping is to my company.
                                  6. The purchase was made through the same login that was created for seller account.
                                  7. The purchase has been classified as a retail purchase by Amazon

                                  The above statements are clearly contradicting as the statement 1 through 4 states that the login belongs to a business as it was created as a seller account. He then states that the billing is on a company and finally mentioned that GST input / GST invoice cannot be given as the purchase has been classified as a retail purchase.

                                  This is a clear case of a coverup of a huge error by Amazon in mapping my account as a retail account when it was created for a business purpose. They are clearly shirking responsibility to correct it and give the rightful input and cornering a small business like mine and showing the might of being a large corporate organisation without an opportunity for a redressal.

                                  I hence request the honourable forum to direct Amazon to do the following:
                                  1. Issue a GST invoice with the GST details of my business as provided to them during account creating
                                  2. Else direct Amazon to refund the amount by taking back the phone.
                                  3. Issue a compensation of INR 25, 000 to my company for wasting my time when I tried to get the issue resolved and them showing their high handedness of not wanting to rectify a problem on their end.

                                    Just to give in a nutshell as i have a feeling u are deliberately trying to avoid giving the refund and return the item.

                                    I ordered 2 gifts for my in-laws.

                                    One was a mobile phone which was liked by my mother in law and other was a karaoke system which my father in law did not like. He did not like the performance and therefore i arranged a call for refund twice with him. Your guys made him look like fool and chatted but no return. I called up and waited for 20 minutes but you did not come on line. One person kept on asking 'u want to speak in english or hindi' and then music. Later i spoke on the chat with vishnu which looked like i am talking to alexa. This was for an hour

                                    You made me go round in circles. When we have not liked it for performance what is the issue?. Do u want me to post it on social media and everywhere. This is the first time amazon has done like this to us.

                                    Seriously something is wrong with you guys. Just refund the monies, we have other item to order on amazon while this sale lasts.

                                    By troubling us u are not going to get anything but bad mouth and bad publicity.

                                    The system is not producing the right sound quality. The customer representative from the technical team ( Suman ) has said we cannot replace it.

                                    If the performance is not good, it is not good whether it is Philips or Samsung or XYZ.

                                    Do u need to go to National consumer Redressal forum???

                                    Please see the refund policy written in bold on the main page which is misleading. Even on the second page Amazon India is silent that i[censored] don’t like the product what do u do? They should say non refundable except in case of damage in transit rather than saying refundable within 10 days

                                    Amazon receipt also says returnable upto 12 th October 2019. How can they mislead people like this and saying the product is returnable when they don’t have the intent to return.

                                      This is suchismita pradhan. I ordered one shoe from amazon on prime, which suppose to deliver today before 9pm. I tried to reach delivery agent, he did not pick my call, by 8.30 pm, i got notification he tried to attempt delivery, which is not true. Whole day i am in my home & my contact number also reachable & when i tried to connect him after that he diconnected my phone, which is totally unprofessional. I don't find the reason after paying such huge amount of money for prime delivery, why i am facing such type issues again and again. If you don't fulfill customer service, then why amazon gave a false commitment. I believe amazon service is going down day by day & making customer fool. I don't find the reason why amazon entertain such type unprofessional delivery agent. Its fifth time happen with me in bangalore same area. After multiple complain against them, don't find amazon take some serious action. Either amazon a lier or amazon service is going down day by day. Pathetic service by amazon

                                        I have ordered Xiaomi Mi A3 with resisted account of [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered on 29th and expected delivery date was 30th Sept with ORDER #[protected]. I called around 30 times to amazon people since 3 days but no one is able to deliver my product. Every time every people says that they will deliver by today, they had forwarded the query. Today morning i spoke to lady she was saying somehow they are not able to track the product but she will try to redeliver by today by in my orders its showing that it will get delivered between 6th to 9th. Amazon people are just making fool o[censored]s, they took money from us and not delivering our product. Going forward i will not order any product from Amazon and will share feedback on social networking website and also not recommend in my circle to order product from Amazon infutre.
