My Amazon pay balance of ₹3000 had been stuck in my account whit is on hold. I m trying past 3 months to unhold it but no response from amazon. I have done more than 100 of mails to account specialist team. No one is helping me out regarding this problem. Amazon service team is not helping me in this issue.

    I ordered groceries from amazon and the order got returned.. Its been 10 days now and refund didn’t reflect in account... Amazon is saying they have processed the amount of 2713.57 in my account but still i did get the amount... They have given me the return reference number 902660.. And asked me to contact the sbi bank helpline.. I contacted thm but they refused to entertain my request as they said amazon is third party and if they had refunded the amount thn it should hv come to my account.. Now both are blaming each other and no one is solving my issue

    I am Sumit Kumar, I have placed a order for the Sandisck Memory card from the Amazon but when I opened the product I found only adapter not the product and now they are not giving me my money back.

      I bought an item from Amazon which was returned, the product was received by the facility on 2/9/19 but I have not received a refund, talking to the Amazon support I recieved a Refund Reference Number for the transaction[protected]. Calling the bank customer care and visiting the bank has been of no use .

        Sir,
        I booked an samsung a50 mobile that was scheduled to deliver on 11th sept. No body came to deliver my product on that day however i received a call from the delivery team saying that due to technical problem they won't deliver the product and i need to cancel. When i talked to the customer care they said that the product would be delivered on 12th on which i requested them to schedule it for 13 as i was not in town on 12th. On my request the same was scheduled for 13th but again i did not receive any call and my product is still not delivered. On 16th i call up amazon customer care and requested them to cancel my order but my request was turned down saying that i have to wait till the product gets delivered. On this i wanted a confirmation which they refused to give. This is a complete harassment to a customer. Kindly look into it. I have been a loyal customer to amazon for quite a long time but now considering this level of service i am very disappointed and feel like i have been trapped.

          I had placed an Order for purchase of 16 items worth of Rs.996.05 bearing No.[protected]. 15 Items are delivered on 13.09.2019 as against 16 items thereby short by one item (Poha- Organic Rs.70/-). Moreover, despite I asked for invoice for the items, a lady on delivery job neither provided it to me nor it was available inside the packaged bag. This is something appears to be ridiculous. Please look into it.

            Amazon standard has gone done completely.. I haven’t received my order yet (That is monday) and they have updated status as delivered and signed by security. When complaint they ask you to wait and do nothing about it. I am a prime customer and only advantage is we are supposed to get order in 2 days but they deliver products at their own time. I don’t have dress for my kids birthday now

                I have purchased a product online from amazon india.
                Details are :-

                Product was found defective as soon as it was delivered but we requested the return. Yet there was noone sent to pick the faulty product.
                Product was purchased on 23rd august 2019 and today it's 15th september2019 and still they havent returned the money.
                I have compalined couple of times in amazon complaints but no one helps me.

                  My order was cancelled on Amazon (order details in screenshot attached) Order no[protected]. I called their customer care 4-5 times, each time they put my call on hold for 5-6 minutes and say that they will refund the amount but they are not refunding.

                      Myou complaint is regarding return pickup courier agent first of he doesn't know how to talk to ladies in was not at home while the pickup was scheduled so my mom was giving the return to him so he knew nothing about the rules and on that he was continuesly shouting like the dog barks if he is confused about something he should clarify the things first with his senior officials but instead that stupid was continuesly shouting and arguing with my mom in middle of all neighbours all neighbours were watching it's so humiliating and disgusting that such # are kept for the job which don't have any professionalism nor the manners that how to talk to a lady so it's my humble request to amazon please take some strict actions against these # or otherwise i will make sure that in future these things happen i will sue the person and the amazon at the consumer court for misbehaving and irrespective beheavier so as i mentioned the whole issue please do something about it soon or else i have to take some actions

                        My order[protected] this is delayed and everytime your team ask to wait one more day. Is this your pattern to feed your customer. Highly disappointed from your working style. Flipkart is far better than you. They meet their commitment. Your customer care executive was not able to understand my situation not helping me none of the executive helps me to resolve my issue

                          It says 10 days returnable on first page when you buy. I bought printer on 8 th september 2019 and realized that i made mistake because it was not suppported on mac os. I asked amazon to exchange with other printer which is supported or return given you mentioned 10 day return policy. They are not accepting to exchnage, or refund as they say for printer we will return only if defective

                            I have reached you so many times for return powermax fitness mft-410 4 in 1 multi function manual treadmill. I have returned this product under return period. But seller has denied to return this product because as per him this only under replacement policy. As per amazon trademill is under 10 days return only policy, i have attached snapshot of that. When i bought this product the product was under 10 days returnable policy, now seller has changed to 10 days replacement only.
                            I have seen many seller doing that and am attaching snapshot of 1 products which has changed his policy under 15 days. I am buying products from because of amazon trust but this time it's giving me nightmares. I really want to return this product, product is unused and packed.
                            Your customer care executive are giving me different answers every time one your customer executive said that this product is 100 % under returnable and refund will be issued to you for sure, now they have started denying too. If product is not under returnable policy then why there were return window on amazon. This is last time i am contacting you because i am definitely complaint in consumer forum for this. Product is not chip so i can let it go. Please solve my issue and create return for this.

                                  I ordered a xbox one game.. Was suppose to be delivered on 13th but not yet received.
                                  I tried calling but unable to reach any advisor. The ivr replied your package is out for delivery and sent me a confirmation text with delivery guys number. When i contacted the delivery guy, he does not have such package with him. Tried reaching on fb but no reply, tried reaching on call but no help, no help on website nor on app.

                                    Before 3 months tried to purchase products, but till not delivered. Somany times complaints to your customer care because without our permisdion order cancelling unnecessary.. Till now we didn't got product as well as payment refund, when we called customer service they told same thing, we need to order another priduct, before 3 - 4 months the same thing was happening, we ordering some one canceling.. Till now we didn't get any proper solution regarding this issue.

                                      I had ordered one bosch aquatak125 1500-watt high pressure pump. While making payment

                                      I had swiped my debit card but i received a meesage from amazon that there was a payment failure. Than again i swept my

                                      Card & the payment was made good. A message was received by me about this, my account was debited by rs 9999/ &

                                      Balance was reported by my bank after deduction of rs 9999/.

                                      Today when i received two parcel of bosch aquatak125 1500-watt, which i accepted,

                                      Than i saw my statement that deductions were made twice in this matter, & one payment be returned. (Rs 9999/=).

                                      I have applied for returned of one parcel today itself. Another issue is that i had to open both

                                      The parcel, as the 1st parcel had been received with little bit damage (Near water gun placement) aplastic edge has been

                                      Broken.

                                      I have jio internet which is not working, many a times it is unpredictable, that work on internet

                                      Will be successful in our area. I request you to please look into the matter & payment may be reversed.

                                        Hello, i shopped at amazon for a total amount of 4307 rupees in the month of april. After returning the item, i got the refund of 4307 rupees in the month of june. But recently, in the month of august, the amount got reduced again from the bank. Please help me with the problem as i need my amount back. The amount was not initiated by me. I also contacted amazon and they said to file this compliant form.
