This is suchismita pradhan. I ordered one shoe from amazon on prime, which suppose to deliver today before 9pm. I tried to reach delivery agent, he did not pick my call, by 8.30 pm, i got notification he tried to attempt delivery, which is not true. Whole day i am in my home & my contact number also reachable & when i tried to connect him after that he diconnected my phone, which is totally unprofessional. I don't find the reason after paying such huge amount of money for prime delivery, why i am facing such type issues again and again. If you don't fulfill customer service, then why amazon gave a false commitment. I believe amazon service is going down day by day & making customer fool. I don't find the reason why amazon entertain such type unprofessional delivery agent. Its fifth time happen with me in bangalore same area. After multiple complain against them, don't find amazon take some serious action. Either amazon a lier or amazon service is going down day by day. Pathetic service by amazon

    I have ordered Xiaomi Mi A3 with resisted account of [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered on 29th and expected delivery date was 30th Sept with ORDER #[protected]. I called around 30 times to amazon people since 3 days but no one is able to deliver my product. Every time every people says that they will deliver by today, they had forwarded the query. Today morning i spoke to lady she was saying somehow they are not able to track the product but she will try to redeliver by today by in my orders its showing that it will get delivered between 6th to 9th. Amazon people are just making fool o[censored]s, they took money from us and not delivering our product. Going forward i will not order any product from Amazon and will share feedback on social networking website and also not recommend in my circle to order product from Amazon infutre.

      My oder I'd[protected] have ordered Samsung galaxy M30s on 29th sep the next day on 30th I got a stone inside the vivo box. I got completely shocked and called customer care they said they will immediately look into and help. All of a sudden today I got a mail stating the order was delivered with intact condition. Further refund replacement is not possible. How dare this is completely unfair for reputed company like amazon. It is basic common sense how come vivo box can be sent and when wrote mail to customer care I have attached the pics. Please helpme in getting my product or refund. And please some help me in file this case legally.

        Hi i ordered phone from amazon & with the pickup of old mobilephone as exchange applied . the Delivery guy took phone for the office for checking my old device . The delivery guy & other office person are not educated or not good .They are not able to tally model no which i provided was 100% correct for exchange . any one if google it that mobile no will get that model name. The same concern was told to customer care & they said me that you are correct & i am taking complain against it & promised me your phone will be delivered by 9pm today which not happened. I have not refused the package as it is false mentioned in tracking status. Kindly take strict legal action against Amazon for
        harrashing customer.

          Hi Amazon,
          Let me elaborate the issue I faced with your customer care team.
          I have ordered for a smart TV and the scheduled a TV installation also with Amazon. On[protected] am to 11.30 am
          Till now the installation team has not arrived and done the work. As you mention in the order there should be any Adult should be in presence at home, so I have applied Leave and was waiting for the technician till evening.
          But I cant see any one.
          Ok that’s fine…
          I thought Amazon customer care will help me on this, so I contacted to the concern team. They gave me a beautiful reply that “ sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated the issue and pls wait for 48 hrs”.
          I spoke with two of Amazon customer care person, and they replied the same .. Then I asked him to patch the call to any of your next level .(senior/lead/supervisor…anyone). He replied that he has no Authority to do that

          Here my question is :
          1) When a customer comes with a issue, and if he is not satisfied with the answer given by cus.service guy, then who has the Autority to give the contact details of next level escalation?
          2) When I schedule for TV installing with Amazon, and if it is not done at that scheduled time ? who is responsible for time delay.
          3) If I raise a complaint and I should wait for 48hrs?after 48 hrs even though issue is fixed, I have lost 48hrs, how amazon will compensate my time?
          4) In my case I have taken leave and was waiting for the technician to install. The job is not done as per the commitment. As per your term I have to wait for 48hrs to install the TV. Does Amazon asking me to take leave for another 2 days?
          5) I have an account with Amazon in US as well as India. But I never faced this issue with US, it only happens in India.
          6) This is the value of Time given by Amazon?

              I had a trial of amazon prime. I decided i didn't use it enough to have the prime. I cancelled my prime subscription. For the last four months i have been charged $14.03 on my bank of america credit card. I want this cancelled again immediately and the last four months of being charged put back on my credit card. Thank you for taking care of this, very quickly.

                I ordered phone on 30th they promised to deliver it by 2nd oct then they shift it to 3rd now they are shifting it to 6th and the location of the product while iam tracking is very near to me after some time they change it to the facility centre the customer care executives is not listening to my complaint and today morning they said me that your product is misplaced by us so it will take some time for that Amazon is treating their customers as fool they didint value for our money and its prepaid and today evening the customer care executive said that cancel the order if you have problem

                  My amazon.in account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                  After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong
                  I have also provide all the details to amazon.in by mail and fax but still my account is locked.

                    I bought Sony TV below model which came along with offer -

                    Sony Bravia 123 cm (49 inches) 4K UHD Certified Android LED TV KD-49X8000G (Black) (2019 Model) | with Oakter Smart Home Kit Offer

                    However, there was no OAKTER smart Home Kit delivered along with TV. When I reached out to Customer care, they mentioned Sony has not sent the offer product itself.
                    They asked to wait until technician turn up and mention on the job card for the missing item.
                    Sony Technician turned up for installation, however mentioned that SOny is not responsible for sharing the additional offer as such and cant mention the same on the JOB card.

                    I have tried to reach out to Amazon more than 5 times, and after speaking to multiple executive who kept on transferring the call and finally disconnecting the call without giving any answer.

                    I am okay with the TV and want to keep it. However I also need the missing offer product for which Amazon is not even answering.

                    Either send me the missing offer product or replace my complete parcel.

                        I have ordered 2 times on Amazon on 24-Sept-2019 and actual estimate date of delivery is 27-Sept-2019, but on that day it has shown delivered but haven't received items yet. So I have raised complaint with them and they requested me to wait until 03-Oct-2019.But nit received today also and I have contacted and they now informing me they will refund the amount or else make replacement of products. But due to their mistake i was not able to make received items for on time delivery. For replacement of products the delivery will take another more 2 days. But as a customer i was suffered for not receiving items on time. I request them to compensate me for the loss of time I have experienced

                          Which i bought a mobile from amazon, once started to use the mobile not satisfied with the quality and performance, so planning to return it back to the amazon as the item is eligible for 10 days return or replacment.

                          While trying for return the item, it's arranging the call back but they are not accepting and arranging the return and refund. Their answer is if it's physical damage or wrong item then only they can take it back.

                          I gone through their return policy but no where i found the condition saying that if customer not satistfied with the product they can not return the product.

                          Also amazon advertising if we are satisfied with the product with out asking the question they will take it back and refund the money.

                          Amazon is trying to cheat the customer. My order number is[protected] dated 21/09/2019.

                          Please take it up with the concern person to get the return and refund.

                          It should not get repeated for any other customer like me.

                              Failure in refunding the money after the recharge through amazon pay became unsuccesfull
                              I recharged my airtel mobile number using amazon pay they took the money but the recharge was unsuccesfull, but they didnt yet refunded the money
                              I contacted with the customer care with 4 or 5 times they are not responding anything about my issue. I lost 149 rs. Please do anything to help me

                                I booked samsung m10s mobile from amazon great india festival offer. I paid already and got inbox message on my mobile number [protected] with pin on 03.10.2019 for out of delivery. I called 4 times on the number given in message but the agent said your packet is not with me. Suddenly at 11:16am i got another message that your packet not delivered and reattempt on 04.10.2019 due to "i tried and not reached you.

                                Please notified the said points
                                1. Not receiving any calls from any agent to delivery.
                                2. When i contact on the number given in inbox message on my mobile the
                                Agent said"i dont have your packet"
                                3. These delivery issues with me happened twice in this seasons.

                                Worth and pathetic service. If amazon not able to manage kindly stop the overloading ordered and reforms your delivery system.

                                  I ordered one plus on 29th under one day delivery option and still as of today (3rd oct 2019) i have not received the same. After several escalations and calls they are asking me to wait till 5 oct 2019 and saying then after they will get me replacement or refund. My point is after 5 oct 2019 how can there be replacement if festive offer season ends on 4th oct and all products will be sold out. That means they are asking me to wait till 5 oct 2019 to receive refund money.

                                    Actually I bought a bag from Amazon I said that the delivery will be on 1st October but they didn't delivered me and I contacted them on 2nd October so many times they told that they will deliver it by 2nd October evng but they didn't delivered it .when again I contacted them for the product they are saying to order it once again ..and I even got a e mail that I will get my order in few hours .so please take action towards Amazon..
