I had ordered a mobile phone and was promised the delivery within one day i.e on 16th September. The delivery person came, he checked my current phone which was due for exchange, and then denied giving new packet. Then he said he has fulfill some formalities, and wasted 20 mins scanning bar codes. Finally he spoke to someone through his phone and said Madam I cannot deliver your packet. I called amazon customerservice, but ### did not give a satisfactory response, instead kept on giving standard statements like do not worry, we will give you your order in 3-4 days.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Sumit Kumar, I have placed a order for the Sandisck Memory card from the Amazon but when I opened the product I found only adapter not the product and now they are not giving me my money back.
