On 18/08/2019 Amazon refunded 154.72 rupees into my sbi account. But even after waiting for 1 week that amount has not been reflected into my account. For your help I have also got the reference number against which the amazon has processed the money[protected].
Please give my money into my account.

    I order a bag and cancelled it on amzon and did my transaction through my debit card. Cancelled the item before i received it and still i didn't received my refund. The amazon customet serive given me the reference number of[protected] and the order id was[protected]. I am complaining because i didnt got my money still and completed more than a 45 days

      The phone is heating whenever we put on charging. Also the display is very very dull. My father is aged and not able to see the screen properly. The screen is very small. I requested amazon to replace with another phone. It is only 24 hours i received the phone. My dad is unable to work easily. It is not a friendly phone and experience. I requested amazon to replace with another good phone. But they are denying and hanging up my calls everytime i call them. I am very disappointed. I request amazon to help. My dad please. I beg you all for help. He is not happy with the phone and i am not happy seeing him not happy. Please please please replace with another phone that is only my request. Help me please and understand the feeling. It is not for money but the smile.

        I ordered a rakhi on amazon, order no[protected], i place order on 10th aug and paid for it, and amazon confirmed me a delivery on or before 19th aug, but not yet delivered, and now rather than refunding money, they are asking more details... I also write to suppliers, but it seems amazon is supporting such fraudulent suppliers, in this way supplier and amazon fooling people of india and making money..

          I have received phone from somebody which i lucky draw winner in between 1st/2nd/3rd and after that received register post letter & scratch coupon on 22/08/19 then he said deposited money in favor of mr. Ranjit kr. Gupta, andhra bank, a/c no.[protected] of rs. 7, 500/- on 23/08/19 (Most probably ranchi branch new a/c) as per company rules (1st prize winning rs. 12, 49, 000/- @ 0.6%). On 26/08/19 he said deposited more rs. 25, 000/- and i have done. Then i have deposited of rs. 12, 500/- repeatedly same day and further he said sir, you just payment another amount of rs. 11, 300/- & rs. 12, 500/- in the ratio of total tax of prize money (I. E. Rs. 12, 49, 000/-) and it done by me on 28/08/19. I have deposited total amount of rs. 68, 800/- to mr. R. K. Gupta andhra bank a/c but nothing get none of single rupee as such prize money.
          Sir, i request to you kindly take necessary action and arrangement returned to my money to andhra bank, a/c and also punished them.

            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 652 rupees was successfully processed on 30 july 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              My name is adarsh raj and i had ordered m3 band of rs. Amount 397 in amazon on 22/08/2019 and after 30/08/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 31/08/2019
              Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but centaral bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

                I ordered smart watch from amazon on 9 august nd that was defected... So i applied for return... And it returned on 15 august... And they give 3-5 days for refund bank on account and now today is 7 september i didn't get my refund back... I complaint to customer care of sbi bank and amazon after 1 week of returning the order and i have followed all the procedure they have told me but they didn't resolve my problem.. Plzz get my refund back...

                  I ordered a microsoft office student 2019 on[protected] & made payment 5149.00 by credit card. I want to cancel it after 1 hour as there was many negative review about the product. But there was no cancel option. I contacted amazon customer care & they assured me by phone & mail that they will cancel it & will refund my full money. At the same time the seller (Name: 360 media, third party seller of amazon) said that this is not physical item, some difficult issues & they will take charge but amazon sent the seller a mail where they said not to take charge for cancellation of the order. To see that i again sent a mail to amazon & they said they will refund my full money within 2 days.
                  But today on[protected], a message sent by amazon to me that they are going to refund only rs 3068.00.
                  The item has not delivered to me & i think the packaging cost may not be rs 2081.00.
                  Please help me to get back my money.

                  They Haven't cancelled the order till now. In my orders section it is showing that arriving by Wednesday.
                  The money(Rs 3068.00 as Amazon said) is not credited in my account yet. I think the seller is fraud. There has many negative review about its product.

                    Had ordered a quick heal antivirus on 1 september2019
                    Order no.[protected] and today i have got the delivery in which they have sent me a blank dvd, no branding no seal.
                    I am totally disappointed with amazon seller and and its service.
                    Its a fraud done by amazon. I want refund for this product.
                    Please help me to get rid of this fraudulent done by amazon.
                    Amazons worst service. Refund me as soon as possible.
                    These sellers are leading amazon to its worst position.. These fraud seller shoud be banned.
                    I want immediate refund.

They are giving me excuse regarding the delivery as they uses gati courier. The gati courier also dose not giving me any answer regarding the delivery only say give us 48 hrs to short out the problem

                          I have purchased zenheiser from amazon by making payment of 808 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they said to file pos. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank.

                            Hi, I have ordered Noise wireless earphones on Amazon and next day it was marked as delivered but I didn't get the product. I contacted several times to the customer care but yet they keep asking for additional 24hr time everyday. They don't even bother to check with their delivery agent whether he has delivered it or not.

                                I did ordered a product from amazon.in on 8th of august. But till date it did not got delivered, but on their site status of delivery got updated to "delivered", but i have not received. Amazon customer care representative asked me to raise a refund request as i have not received the product. I applied for refund, but it got rejected. Now customer support team is telling that they can't help in this case further, i had to contact "[protected]@amazon.in". When i try to send an email to this email id, its not getting delivered. I got stuck here. Attaching the screenshot o[censored]ndelivered email message.

                                I have been following it up from almost 20 days, no one is helping me.

                                Please do needful.

                                  I have order on 29 aug s5 wireless headphon rs. 1999/- product from amazon. It was place order twice and once i cancel the one. But cancel item refund rs 1999/- still not refunded to my sbi credit card till 7 sep. My sbi card shows the bill of 3999/-till now. I have already ask so many times to amazon about it. They will answer me it will come to my ac by 5 sep. Yesterday i ask to them they will told it will come today. But today now they refuse to give any positive answer. Kindly do the needful

                                    I have purchased a mobizzila local air pods from amazon on 21. July.2019 in rs 539.00 under order id#[protected] which has been received after 2-3 days. I tried to use that gadget but it was defected, poor quality product and non-workable as well. So i raised a return request on 25. July.2019 after that no one pickup that thing from my address and amazon send me a packing label with incorrect address of seller. So i agree to send this product. I shipped this packet from delhi to jaipur on 27. July. 2019 via dtdc courier with docket#z11683178 freight cost rs 120.00. But due to incorrect address it was return back to me after 15 days.in this shipping span i contacted amazon multiple approx. (10-12 calls) to track this docket from dtdc web that it’s not delivering due to incorrect address but no one respond me properly. After again reach out to amazon rep again told me provide me same address to send again with different carrier if this time it was not delivered we will initiate the refund with all courier cost. So i again this packet on 29. July. 2019 via trackon courier with docket#[protected] freight cost rs 100.00 but this time it’s still not delivered with same problem after many attempt. So i called again to customer care but they did not generate any refund or even freight cost and still on same statement that you need to send third type on same address after that we will refund you. Now that product listing also not available in amazon website due to poor quality. No one contact me or help me about this concern, so i am totally frustrated with their services or going to logged a consumer court case on amazon and their seller. I have some call recording and paper work so please suggest how can i processed out.

                                      I had placed an order for an ipad on the 8th of august 2019, when i recieved the ipad it was damaged with the amazon cover intact, the products box had a hole and the glass was shattered. That very day i placed a call to customer care and they had initiated an inspection which they messed up and i had to wait three days for this to be done. After that product was to be returned, i have contacted them for 25 times plus easily. They assured me pickups for 6-7 days claiming first that it was a contact issue, then a courier issue and now say that the product was damaged after it was delivered. They are refusing to pick it up. They have been giving false info. The product costs 82, 900rs.

                                      It's going to be a month since i placed this complaint.
                                      May I please, I am ordrded a mobile phone from my conduct no.[protected] on 13.08.2019 and paid a sum of Rs.999.00.to Paytm. Through my SBI debit card. That amount deducted by Paytm. But till date no result, please believe me.
                                      I am given my another conduct no.[protected] to my SBI. Account.

                                      My complaint against Amazon and Paytm. I am ordered a Mobil through my conduct no.8754857456 and paid a sum of rs.999.00 form my SBI.debit card on 13.08.2019. That amount deducted by Paytm. But, Mobile not delivered to me. I am given my another conduct no.9629317667 to my SBI account.

                                      I am ordered a mobile phone from online in amazon through my conduct no.8754857456 on 13.08.2019 . mobile phone offer price of Rs.999.00 paid from my SBI.debit card to Paytm. Paytm deducted that amount on that same date. But till date no responsibility from Paytm and amazon. Please notify it. Please delivered a mobile phone or refund my amount. I given my another conduct no 9629317667 to my SBI. Account. Please believe me.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have purchased a mobile phone through my debit card from amazon and paid rs. 18750 on july 28, 2019. But due to some technical reason i requested for refund from amazon and in the meanwhile i have closed my account on august 6, 2019 and amazon has refunded the money of rs. 18750 on august 21, 2019 into my account that has closed on august 6, 2019.

                                        I have received the credit message through hdfc bank as well and as amazon share the refund reference number is 961310.

                                        Kindly trace the fund and help me out as bank is helpless at the moment and when i have visit the bank they asked me the settlement report from amazon and amazon is saying that they have refunded the amount as back to source and they don't have any settlement report.

                                        I am sharing the snapshot of the same.

                                        Kindly do the needful.
