    I ordered a merlin suit from amazon but it had stains on it so i requested for refund. They told me that i would be refunded in my bank account but refunded in amazon pay balance. I then contacted them after which they deducted the amount and from a month, they are not refunding the amount. They put some or the other excuse. I contact them frequently but don't get a proper response.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My name is Arijit Samaddar, today my amazon account was hacked by some miscreants through fake call, later i retrieved it.
    Though i retrieved it during that short period of time they initiated a refund.
    Kindly stop that as i donot get any help from amazon customer care
    I have cancelled the order but my amount has not been refunded

      I had ordered Skechers shoes from Amazon and for an appropriate size I have refunded it and Amazon issued the refund on 17 July and and they are telling that bank has received it on 21st July but I have not received any refund from Amazon in my bank. I have buy it on cash on delivery and the refund I have done in my Allahabad Bank I have also put a complaint in the bank customer care for this issue but after digging a long time they are telling the issue was cancelled because they couldn't find any transaction from Amazon the complaint number was 111969 and the amount of money was rupees 2361. The Amazon has provided reference number of the refund that was initiated that is[protected].

        I had ordered a speaker for 3000 inr and then cancelled the order for a refund.
        The amazon team has issued a refund but the amount is not credited to my account. They ask me to speak with my bank cutomer care centre and follow steps to check if the money is credited to my account but they do not have any proof of the refund and it doesnt reflect in my bank account statement. Getting back to amazon they say they have refunded the amount but want to talk with the bank again. I have tried almost everything but i am unable to resolve this issue.

        I purcjased kurta from amazon but i didn't get my amount yet they give me refund reference no. but bank cuatomer care want UTR no. they amazon said they have only refund reference no.
        My amazon account is unable to reset my passwor and iam unable to login...

          I am Darapureddy Raja Shekar. Purchase Airtec tv on 17-08-19 with order no[protected] and cancelled the order. I have intiated for refund of my order amount of rupees 6999. I have received SMS on, 25 of August 2019 again I have received another sms on 29-08-19 saying that refund has been processed. When I called customer service and asked same they asked me to wait till 5th of September on 3rd again I called Amazon customer care asked for same wait till 5th September. On 3 September I called Sbi customer care and informed about my refund. He openly told me that we don't have any kind of meditation in between you and Amazon. How your account got debited and Amazon account got credited in the same way when they inatiate directly your account will get credited back. We don't have any system to check with the reference numbers what they have given to you. He said we done have a my thing to do with your refund. Please contact Amazon only we can't do anything in this case.
          Today I went to Sbi bank where I have account. I have updated my pass book till today. I don't see any refund. I went to operations manager and told him about my refund and your reference number. He also said same how can we check a reference numbers given by Amazon people he said there is no credit of rupees 6999 from 17 of August to 7 September. You have to ask Amazon people not we. He said we can't do anything. Then went to bank manager and asked about same. He showed his system and asked to type my reference no. I asked him where to type. He said when we told you we don't have any software to check Amazon refund. If anything is there it comes to your account not to bank account.
          Today again I spoke to your Amazon customer care Ms Anitha she bluntly say our system shows the refund of your amount on 29 of September 2019 with reference number. I have narated all the story she says we have refunded your amount our system shows then only our system generated reference no. What the hell I have to with your reference no. When my pass book copy shows clearly there is no credit of rupees 6999. I want my amount by Monday evening in my account or else I ll file a case against Amazon in my area police station with media statement. I have seen so many non refundable cases against Amazon. So now I request you to credit my account by Monday evening. I thought it's a multinational mediating company I for online shopping. I am scared to do any online shopping. You people have thorn the tv at my residence after repeated calls on 5th day of delivery it got installation. About this issue I have not received even a single mail till today 4 o clock. Now when I called your customer care today I received your email. I can't trust or wait anymore about refund. Monday evening after 5 pm I ll lodge a complaint against Amazon with press release.

            My name is abhishek ingale and i had ordered tos nokia battery of rs.699 from amazon on 7th august 2019.
            And after i returned this order 12th august 2019 due to personal reason. And on (Date on which refund initiated)-29th august 2019
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
            (602367) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                I brought a new redmi note 7s on 5th September.Its already 4 days now.But it's not opening now.I made a complaint on Amazon regarding this and told him to replace it as its in replacement period.But Their answer is just disgusting.They can't understand my problem.They are saying to wait for 12 September for a technician visit to confirm its fault.I don't understand why ? As it in replacement period.

                  I had ordered the Realme 2 Pro phone(Renewed)-cost Rs.10970/-.
                  By mistakenly ordered Refurbished one.
                  Once i received the product, I observed that charger is very old and it is not even matching the refurbished policy.
                  I wanted to return this and buy a brand new mobile.
                  I placed for return by contacting customer services and the scheduled it on 6th September 2019. But Agent rejected the return saying it is old one.
                  I have even shared the pic with Amazon customer services.
                  Same happened again on 9th September 2019.
                  Agent didn't even wait for a min till i contact the customer services to have a word with him.

                  Can it be resolved as soon as possible.
                  It is eating my time.

                  How can Amazon agent except the customer to return new product when customer actually received defective/old product.

                    I purchased a pants from amazon and want to return it due to a dislike in style. They accept the return and there agent cancelled the return four times saying he couldn't come to my office in first floor. Every time on delivery the same agent insisted that he couldn't come to first floor and someone should come down to him to collect the things. And every time i complained to there office and he will come at last to my office. This time again he called me and said he will not come upstairs and won't collect the item and said madam you will not get the refund. I complained there customer care and they said they will pick up with another agent. And as usual the same agent called and said he won't come upstairs. There is no such criteria at the time of purchases that they will deliver items only downstairs. What should i do to solve this problem? The amazon agent is so arrogant and don t know how to give service.

                        I booked one refrigerator from Amazon on exchange basis, then they supplied defect one and taken my old refrigerator.. After that i request for replacement and they supplied again the defected one.
                        Now I requested for new piece again but they denied to supply new one and also they denied to return back the old one.

                            One of my friend booked the product the tracking information shows the product will be delivered to you on friday 06/09/19. But it was extended to the sat 07/09/19 but it will be delivered to you on wed 11/09/19if this continues i will as the friend to cancel my order your service to the customer is very very bad no one is ready to verify the value of customer.

                              Warning : in public interest (First hand experience)

                              Since august they have started defaulting refunds ।
                              If you happen to return goods they won't pay you । they behave cheap and keep, lieimng and lieing pushing dates ।
                              They issue gift card from your own money, which is illegal and funny and they wont pay you. Even gift card has expiry date, means your refun money will expire. It is crime and misappropriating your money by amazon india.

                              If you insist to get refund in bank account they start making excuses after excuses, lieing, and keep dragging matter but don't refund ।
                              Meaningless mails are sent as lies, which are of no use ।
                              Only dates are given or "we are processing" message i
                              Shamlessly they lie and lie and defer dates ।

                              Sellers on amazon :
                              Cheap and poor quality. No service

                              So many of sellers are also cheats and small guys ।
                              No after sales service, no honesty, no replies ।they bypass amazon order system to escape 1० days return period ।
                              For example, if you return goods, they won't update it on order status on amazon thus showing pending return for weeks । amazon won't even refund ।
                              Goods are also frequently received in damaged condition।

                              Just avoid this cheat mismanaged company amazon ।
                              It has staretd fuad and refsing to refund from july onwards.

                              No one is answerable here ।no address and senior officers details, are not given on website।

                              Every time new guys write john, sheela, lallu, paplu, pandey, venkatesh, arti and they lie new ways । looks like same person keep writing fake names.

                              Avoid amazon and flipkart (It is now same company)

                              Fraud has started since july 2019 as they built huge offices in hyderabad and bangalore and pay heavy salaries to staff.

                              Even sellers are now leaving them.

                              The coutnry head also did not respond.

                              My two refunds they refuse to pay since 23rd agust 2019 and keep saying we are looking into this every week. A complaint is being filed agast this amrican frauid compnay managed by lieing and corrupt indians

                              So avoid buying on amazon and flipkart । specially any technical and costly product beyond 1000 rs. Your money will be sunk!

                              Also my order no[protected] is pemdign for refund.Today again a pre formatted mailw as sent again saying same line 7-10 mopre will take place .this is going omn since 3 weeks. every time same line.Nothing is being done .my gifts card have also bee locked so i cant buy anything. It is outright fraud and misappropriating money

When i get receive information about it through sms i complained to amazon customer service and they said your account is hold by concern team.                                   My refund has been proceed by amazon on 31st august which were supposed to reflect in my acct by 6th sept. Authorization code (Reference no) is 484580.. And no branch is ready to help with this number.. Transacted amt is 30049, i have charged dispute file but it's showing pending, please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. The amt is proceed by amazon then y this issue has occurred. And y is problem not solved till now it's been 10 days. Solve the problem as soon as possible

                                    On 18/08/2019 Amazon refunded 154.72 rupees into my sbi account. But even after waiting for 1 week that amount has not been reflected into my account. For your help I have also got the reference number against which the amazon has processed the money[protected].
                                    Please give my money into my account.

                                        The phone is heating whenever we put on charging. Also the display is very very dull. My father is aged and not able to see the screen properly. The screen is very small. I requested amazon to replace with another phone. It is only 24 hours i received the phone. My dad is unable to work easily. It is not a friendly phone and experience. I requested amazon to replace with another good phone. But they are denying and hanging up my calls everytime i call them. I am very disappointed. I request amazon to help. My dad please. I beg you all for help. He is not happy with the phone and i am not happy seeing him not happy. Please please please replace with another phone that is only my request. Help me please and understand the feeling. It is not for money but the smile.
