I have lodge complaint on 08/09/19 and your company representative mr. Samir so and so, mob. No.[protected] & [protected] & email id : [protected]@gmail.com. He assured to me total cheated amount refund to my bank a/c, then he collected both bank a/c (Andhra & hdfc bank)
No. Cvv no. Pin no. Necessary passward from me on 08/09/19;09/09/19 & 17/09/19. After that i saw my hdfc bank balance of rs. 2, 26, 350/- withdrawn
By he and also andhra bank balance of rs. 2, 04, 578/- withdrawn by he alongwith my fd amount of rs. 5, 000/- then he told me provide by process total money and after that process refunded total amount to my both bank a/c on 17/09/19 & effect within 24 hrs. But i have been seen no amount refunded my bank account till now and i communicated in every minute to him through his mob. Ph. & his email id but did not connected. I request immediate take action and refund my total personal both bank a/c balance as early as possible. I have enclosed my latest bank statement. Now my balance is nil.

    I have order product but some how order is cancelled and amazon intiated refund but till yet it's not receive in my bank account and amazon provided reference number[protected] and i have to bank but bank is also not taking any action against it or against amazon.. And when i talk costumer team of amazon they will also not any strict action against seller

      I bought it on may and it was taken on 3rd june.After some weeks when I updated my passbook i saw that there was no amount refunded from amazon. I contacted to the amazon, but they told there was already refunded the amount.Again I look for it after a month but the same thing happened. Amazon Customer Service says they have refunded the amount and the Bank Customer Care service says that there is no such refund in my account.Where did my money went then?

        Yesterday, i got a call from mobile number +[protected] to do KYC of my paytm account and he asked to transfer 1 Rupee to Amazon. Then he asked me to press keywords and during this period INR 24800 from my bank account has been transferred to AMAZON pay. I lodged a police complaint (no. 14A 20/2019) also.

        I request you to please look into the matter on urgent basis and get my money back. this is also to aware rest of your customers about kind of frauds happening.

            As per told me amzon that they provided me refund with return reference no. Of #[protected] and #[protected]on date of 2sept 19 and 13sept 2019 respectively. But unfortunately not credited in sbi account. I tried many times with bank as well as amazon. The bank need utr no to process but amazon is not providing the appropriate detail.
            Why you are not providing utr no. And i got mail from sbi upi that the amount of 287 rs which amazon sent me on 2nd sept have send again to amazon on 10th september.

                Dear sir,
                I was order an item since 30/08/2019 and the product is too long for the delivered so i cancel the order in 31/08/2019. The amount of the product price is 385 rupees That was deducted from my account and still not reflected in my account yet.

                Soo please help me sir.
                How can i got my money. I want to refund my money in my bank account.

                  I got link from my friends I have filled it with information like name, vehicle number, address then got a message from them to send the document like Raashan card xeroz, voter ID, Aadhar card, Light bill, pan card then I have download the offer letter from Recived link I have send it to the given address and I have message the courier tracking number to them they demanded the security deposit 4700/Rs with condition like I will get confirmation letter
                  Please help me

                    I purchased a product on amazon by a seller named wsstore amounting of 1189 and the seller claims to have processed my refund on 2019/07/29 but upto this date i haven't received any refund. I tried to file dispute charge on visiting bank but they are asking for transaction id and a lot more information which iam not provided with, the seller only gave me reference no for transaction but the bank says it won't work. Neither the seller or amazon nor the bank is talking action which is causing me problem to get my refund back. On similar to this case i purchased a product on amazon by a seller called aspire collection on 2018/11/30 amounting 452.41 and even after months to this date, i haven't received any refund and their reference transaction code no is not accepted by the bank.
                    The sbi customer care don't receive my calls, cut on receiving or talk hastily. I'm in need of serious help if you guys can help me i would be really thankful.

                      I had ordered amazon fire tv stick which i received on 11 the september 2019 but that was a faulty piece.. On 12 after all the troubleshooting steps the agent ganesh told me that we need to make a replacement i agreed but he said that once the pickup was done the new amazon stick would be delivered within 24 hours as it was falling on a saturday and i was out of station till wednesday i requested them if they could deliver on thursday but...

                      However, I had not subscribed this service.
                      In this concern I had done conversations with their representatives many times.
                      According to them no such subscribed by me in my account.
                      Every time they assure that since next month it will not be happened. But it's still continue till this month.

                        While placing order the product didn't specified that it is not returnable. The product is not authentic, the name of the seller or manufacturer nor the company name is printed on the product as per indian guidelines. Now when i tried to return the same they are showing it is not returnable. the product was received on 16 September 2019. It is the worst product i have ever bought. It destroys your skin completely. Make sure to remove this product and stop cheating consumers. I request a return and refund of the same.

                          I parched one mobile accessory product amount of rs/-549 from amazon, and i initiated return after 2 days, they took the return now more than10 days over but i still not get my refund of that money, they told they processed the refund on 11.9.2019 but still it’s not reflecting in my account, as per their process they should refund it by last week, please solve my issues about this refund as soon as possible as amazon is not helping me now

                            I bought samsung galaxy m40 from amazon india website when i was in india in august 19. As soon as i received the mobile i traveled to australia without testing the mobile.
                            However when i tested for the first time in australia, it shows the mobile is locked.
                            The advertisement doesn't show any information regarding the mobile lock.
                            When i tried to reach amazon india, they are so rude to help the customer and said they are not responsible afree 10days of delivery.
                            I have ordered few more items and the quality of the product is not good at all.

                            I have all the doubts with amazon india as they are not sending the products which they publish in advertisement.

                            Through this forum i want to complaint on amazon for their irresponsibility in publishing wrong advertisement.

                              Hai i m harsh i order power bank in amazon complaint was regarding towards the courier boy he calls me on 18sep afternoon that time i'm in little busy work didn't attend call evening i called again and i asked him 2maro bring that item very recklessly saying we are getting pressures from amazon i cant to bring u 2maro and he was scolding me not all giving respect towards customer i said tell me u r name he was saying come to office and talk with me i stayed at many cities i never saw like this is the 1st time i saw amazon shame to take like this person i[censored] take any action on that person then he changes he was simply saying go and complaint i don't care and he was saying because o[censored] i cant come to u r house very vulgar language there not giving perfect intimation also very bad service i[censored] encourage like this kind of people i will never buy in amazon

                                I have ordered on urban clap by paying from Amazon pay with the offer of 20% cashback on 25july 2019. But till now I have not received my cashback. I have contacted to Amazon customer service around 6 to 7 time. Everytime they said me that your amt will be received in 3 to 4 working days. It's almost 2 months completed but I have not received my cashback.

                                  Decoration item for birthday order no.[protected] was defected and was total waste of money.. The letters of words are missing which has become a spoil spot.. Please do take this into consederation and please try to refund as soon aa possible... This cheap quality and missing items were never expected of amazon.. Take reliable action before we take any strict action.. Thank you

                                    This is regarding my recent purchase with samsung. I am planning to shift in a new house and i bought three 1.5 ton 3 star ac and 55' 4k uhd smart tv from amazon which were delivered in last week of july 2019. Due to sudden family engagement, i had to leave town and i came back on 06 sep 2019.

                                    On 07 sep 2019, i registered the installation request and on 08 sep 2019, installation executive visited my place and installed two ac's. But when they opened the third ac they found that the product is mismatched, meaning thereby, indoor unit of ac is of samsung 1 ton 5 star and outdoor unit is of 1.5 ton 3 star.

                                    I called amazon and they requested me to submit samsung jon sheet as a proof of evidence of mismatched units. I collected the job sheet from samsung and send it to amazon.

                                    Suddenly, amazon changed their statement and denied to exchange the product. And requested m eto bare the loss of rs 40, 000 rupees

                                    Ordered item not yet delivered to my address. So many correspondence made with sellers and Amazon, but no solution.

                                      Dear concerned,

                                      I was sold a faulty mobile handset by Amazon, which has crossed the 10 days replacement window. Upon approaching the authorized service centre i was told that it in an out of warranty product and they denied any service within the warranty period. Amazon is demanding a " Service denial letter" from me. The service centre has already given them in writing as to why they can't provide any service . According to Amazon this information is nor sufficient for them to initiate the refund. They are demanding that i visit another service centre to get a proper formatted service denial letter.

                                      Pls note that it is not possible for me to run pillar to post for no reason. They are simply playing games with me. Attached email details escalated to amazon authorities.

                                      Kindly help to resolve this matter and recover the handset amount.
