I did ordered a product from amazon.in on 8th of august. But till date it did not got delivered, but on their site status of delivery got updated to "delivered", but i have not received. Amazon customer care representative asked me to raise a refund request as i have not received the product. I applied for refund, but it got rejected. Now customer support team is telling that they can't help in this case further, i had to contact "[protected]@amazon.in". When i try to send an email to this email id, its not getting delivered. I got stuck here. Attaching the screenshot o[censored]ndelivered email message.
I have been following it up from almost 20 days, no one is helping me.
