I have purchased one one plus 7 (Mirror blue) via order no.[protected] dtd. 13.08.2019 from amazon india, it has 5% cashback offer by hdfc debit card, but on queering with amazon they replied to contact hdfc customer care and also said generally it will credited within 3 working days to your account, then i contacted to hdfc and they assured about cashback but also replied to contact amazon about cashback, it is now more than 20 days but no cash back received till now.

    I had ordered for rhe product from amazon app. Package was missing one accessory. After that i requested for replacement, the next day 6-sep-2019) amazon was suppose to make deluvery of replacement product. Delivery agent made a call but did not waited for the call to be picked. I made a return call but that person kept on disconnect the phone.

        Hai all this is konankisurendra from chirala, andhrapradesh 523157. I have returned the vitrico digital band which i purchased in online thru amazon. But
        Still i didnt reveived my refund amount, even after 30 days. Everytime they are framing a new story, even i have given my bank account details with ifsc code. Such a shame on the gaint company like amazon, when small companies like snapdeal and flipkart are doing brilliant service to customers in delivering right products in right time. Its shame on amazon in depending on customers
        Hard earned money by cheating, they can beg if they want so that every body can give some amount, instead of cheating people with their brand name.

          Pls help me i paid by cod they i check the package i front of delivery boy there is i kall mobile delivery boy said they can not do anything complaint on amazon they can help i also have unboxing video
          And i complaint on amazon they said they do refund or replace he said wait for 5 days then after 3 days i got mail they said they can not issues refund in based od investigation report they said he delivered product but he don't know what in the package very poor and worst service
          Pls any buyer/seller/other people/ can any help to solve the issus comment me pls help i m not born with silver spoon this is huge lose for me
          This is my first order before i nevered order anything online first time = worst time

            Hai this is konanki surendra, iam from chirala, andhrapradesh, actually i returned the vitrico digital band to amazon as it was defective item and old. I gave complaint regarding refund one month back, but still i didnt got refund of 470/- rupees to my account, even i gave my account no, with ifsc code to them. Every time they are framing new stories. Iam very pitty on amazon as it is cheating people for small amounts and saying it is no 1 online shopping.
            Instead of amazon, small online sites like snap deal and flip kart are doing well in suppling the right products in right time. I really appreciate and recomend flipkart, snap deal instead of amazon. This is not the first time amazon doing like this, it also cheated my dear celebrity sonakshi when she booked ear phones. Every body wants to sue this company. To day as a common man iam filing the complaint in consumer forum and even go to media on my personal intrest to discourage amazon products in society.

              I have purchased one plus 7 on 24th july and as per the offer available on amazon page if i purchase one plus 7 in between 24th and 31st july i was eligible for 12 month protection plan.

              It was mentioned that the details would be received within 7 days but until now i didn't receive anything and amazon is telling to contact one plus team for the offer. One plus has denied the offer and amazon is not giving any response on email and in call they are denying the offer.

                My name is monal gupta and I had ordered Product amount of RS 999 (back support belt) from Amazon on (24 June 2019) and product delivery date is 29 June 2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2 July 2019 on which refund initiated .
                Amazon initiated the amount to my card (ALLAHABAD BANK) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
                and told me to fill charge dispute form but Allahabad Bank doesn't have such policy.
                So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I had ordered a homecentre standing mirror worth 10320 (Mrp: 17000) on 24th august, wrong product was delivered on 1st september whose mrp itself is worth 7900. When i arranged for return of the order, they initially said within 4 days the order would be picked. On 2nd september they said pickup is out for picking the return item, no one showed up. The very next day they say 2nd september was public holiday so the 4 days return period starts from 3rd september not 2nd september. On 4th a pickup was scheduled and i got a message saying it will be picked today, pickup person called around 4:30pm saying there is no one to pickup the order today will do it tomorrow and you can call me back on the same number. When i contacted this person on 5th september morning 10am he said it will be picked up by 4pm today, when i called him at 4 his number was switched off, when i contacted at 6pm he says he wont pick my order no matter what, complaint to whoever you want. These amazon people still say wait till tomorrow it will be picked.

                      I had placed an order for 3 books. I have received only one. When I checked 'track your orders' it's showing delivered on 2 nd September. I want to know why this delivered msg is shown for all the 3 though the delivery is still incomplete. Moreover tell me where are my rest of the books are. Otherwise I will cancel the order and then want the amount paid to be refunded. I had such a bitter experience that I will never ever do any shopping on Amazon. I will very soon discontinue Amazon Prime membership too. Horrible service.

                          I have ordered a product on amazon online shoping site. Here the courier boy refuse to take cash on pod. I haven’t enough money to my card that's why i ordered on pod and he refused. The deliveryboy's behaviour is too bad. And if i ordered a pod order why he refuse to take cash. He have constantly saying that the card is the only way to take to product, is the only way to take to order. There i felt lot of trouble during amazon shopping. Its a bitter experiencefor me.

                            Its been more than a month now, i received a wrong item and then i filed a return, on very next day they took away the product but my refund is still stuck somewhere, all of my banking details is up to date, i have complained many times on amazon indias customers care and they always says pls give us 5 business day and you refund will be 100% in your bank account, i had complained almost 5 to 6 times and its been almost 40 days still i don't have my refund. Pls do something about it.

                                I ordered a tatasky dishtv via amazon and paid the amount fully they said that it will be delivered within the given time but it delayed and again I contacted amazon customer care they said that it will be delivered within 2business day. But again it got delayed and I contacted amazon customer care about the issue after some times they itself (third party) cancelled the order and sent a message that the amount of rupees 1, 149/- will be refunded soon but still now it is not refunded.i need my money immediately. if it gets delay again then legal action will be taken against amazon and the third party.

                                  I purchased two kurtas from amazon rs 598 but i didn't like it so i returned them delivery boy pick kurtas next on same day only 299 rs reflected in my account rest amount is not processed in my account trasction date is 23rd may i called SBI branch they asked about UTR no. but amazone give me refund reference no. with this no. bank denied to help me

                                    I had purchased vivo v15 pro.. It had some issue with night mode camera.. The technician deputed by amazo requested to raise for replacement as product was defective.. A pickup guy comes and picks up the product.. The pickup message not recived despite telling him to send it immediately.. Nowadays they dnt give any receipy except ereceipt.. I conveyed to customer care.. Since last one week i am struggling with amazon to explain the events.. Amazon website says my replacement prodict has been delivered which has never been delivered so far..
                                    At the end of day my money gone, my mobile gone but no phone received back..
                                    Kindly look into it

                                      Delivery boy called me by 8:30am for product (Order #[protected] delivery and i told him if he can delivery product in between 10:00am to 5:00pm as my office time. Today i was trying to call on nagpur office on [protected] about 15-20 times but he was not responding, then i made a call on [protected] with pin 2018 and call was attached to delivery boy but he refused to deliver product within office time and disconnected twice with rude behavior. So, give a solution to get my product on time, otherwise it reflects bad service by amozon.

                                        I was orderd a product from amazon which was received in 24 august. Due to to the issue with my machanic was unable to came to fit the product on my car on 25th aug. I came in my home town on 28th aug to install the product. When mechanic open the box all we are shocked that box is filled with stones no product insight on it i was shoot a vedio at the time of box openning. I registered a complain on amazon but after 5 days of complain they denied my refund request and said the product was inside of the box.
