I placed two orders from Amazon.in on 25th and 27th July but none of the products got delivered however status was showing it's on the way but delivery attempt wasn't made and both the products were sent back to the seller. I called the customer support team to raise the issue and re-deliver the products since I didn't any item or order. The representative took time and said there was some technical error in price hence order has been rejected...

I have been following up from amazon for more than 15 days now, i have received samsung not working phone in one plus 7 pro. I did everything they asked from, provide photos and everything. My 53 thousand are at stake here now there are saying that they can't do anything.
