I ordered a xbox one game.. Was suppose to be delivered on 13th but not yet received.
I tried calling but unable to reach any advisor. The ivr replied your package is out for delivery and sent me a confirmation text with delivery guys number. When i contacted the delivery guy, he does not have such package with him. Tried reaching on fb but no reply, tried reaching on call but no help, no help on website nor on app.

    Before 3 months tried to purchase products, but till not delivered. Somany times complaints to your customer care because without our permisdion order cancelling unnecessary.. Till now we didn't got product as well as payment refund, when we called customer service they told same thing, we need to order another priduct, before 3 - 4 months the same thing was happening, we ordering some one canceling.. Till now we didn't get any proper solution regarding this issue.

      Dear madam/ sir,

      I had ordered one bosch aquatak125 1500-watt high pressure pump. While making payment

      I had swiped my debit card but i received a meesage from amazon that there was a payment failure. Than again i swept my

      Card & the payment was made good. A message was received by me about this, my account was debited by rs 9999/ &

      Balance was reported by my bank after deduction of rs 9999/.

      Today when i received two parcel of bosch aquatak125 1500-watt, which i accepted,

      Than i saw my statement that deductions were made twice in this matter, & one payment be returned. (Rs 9999/=).

      I have applied for returned of one parcel today itself. Another issue is that i had to open both

      The parcel, as the 1st parcel had been received with little bit damage (Near water gun placement) aplastic edge has been

      Broken.

      I have jio internet which is not working, many a times it is unpredictable, that work on internet

      Will be successful in our area. I request you to please look into the matter & payment may be reversed.

        Hello, i shopped at amazon for a total amount of 4307 rupees in the month of april. After returning the item, i got the refund of 4307 rupees in the month of june. But recently, in the month of august, the amount got reduced again from the bank. Please help me with the problem as i need my amount back. The amount was not initiated by me. I also contacted amazon and they said to file this compliant form.

          The mike mk-858 was delivered on 27/08/2019 but the charging point of the mike ws-858 was defective and i have complained to the amazon site it was picked by amazon[protected] on 28/08/2019, with amazon agent no ([protected]) the pick up agent said you will get new one within 24 hours not till date 13/9/19 i have not received the new mike

              I’m Mohana. I ordered a phone for my friend from amazon last week Wednesday and my Order#[protected]. Since, I’m a prime customer, I’m supposed to receive the product by last Friday. Unfortunately the delivery got delayed and I couldn’t gift it to my friend and my friend got a new phone already. Now, I want to return the product. I haven’t opened the package yet. When I ordered the phone, I saw it’s prime and fulfilled by Amazon. Under fulfilled option, I saw return is eligible which is the main reason I bought the product. I didn’t see any of your return policy there. I even attached the copy of return policy details mentioned in the order page. Now, they are not accepting the product. I don’t need it anymore so, I don’t want replacement but I want to return and get my money back. I’m a huge customer of amazon and now, I’m completely disappointed with amazon. The customer support team is very worst.

                I had ordered analogue to digital audio converter with amazon. They kept on postponing the delivery and after a month said the product can not be delivered. They have paid back but after a month. Amazon app does not accept negative comments but keep on asking for customer feed back. Not bothered about the customers problems.

                I had in the past ordered seeds of cassia fistulla but the product turned out to be something else.

                The feed back was conveniently rejected.

                I had returned product to Amazon on 23 rd August. The Amazon claims that the refund had been done on 29th August. But still I have not received the money. Had been contacting the Amazon people regarding this. I have provided all the required details acquired from bank regarding the refund. The money had been reversed back to amazon.

                And claiming my money back..but they are delaying the issue.

                  The refund of my cancelled order is not yet credited to my bank account. It has been more than 15 days now. Every time I call customer service they tell to wait for a 3-4 days but it's of no use. They are saying the product has not reached their warehouse. Well that's not my look out. Contact the delivery guy and ask him about where he has lost the package. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                    On 23rd of august i've made a payment to swiggy via amazon pay balance for the order nos [protected] & [protected] with rs 139 & rs 139. But they have not provided the food for both the orders and also not re-funded the money back for one of the order till date. Of contacted to swiggy they are blaming amazon.in and if contact amazon they blaming swiggy. Both the service providers are cheating the consumers. Still amazon asking more time for refunding the money back.

                      I have purchased a copper bottle from amazon india on 25th aug 2019 with order #[protected] worth rs 899

                      I have received a defective piece so requested for replacement, seller has promptly shipped the replacement product and on 11th sep 2019 the replacement product was supposed to delivered and old product to be picked up for return.

                      Amazon delivery agent without calling me or visiting my home marked delivery attempted on 11th sep 2019, when i complained to customer care on 11th sep 2019 they confirmed they will deliver it on 12th sep 2019 at evening after 5 pm. But on 12th sep 2019 also the delivery agent called at 12:30 pm to know my house address and when i told product was scheduled for evening delivery and why did you get now and since morning i was trying to call why he did not pick my call, then he did not answer at all and told someone will deliver in evening, but yesterday evening without out for delivery they have marked the product as delivery attempted, and last night amazon escalation team confirmed on 13th sep 2019 morning early hours product will be picked up for return and delivery of the replacement product will happen but till not it did not get delivered. Kindly look into this harassment case and take proper action against amazon india.

                          I had ordered ifb microwave oven (Order #[protected] on 9 aug and cancelled the same on 11 aug, because due to some bank transaction problem i had to order the item twice and subsequently the amount was deducted from my bank account twice. I don’t understand that why did amazon sent the item on 29 aug which was ordered on 9 aug and secondly the item which i had already cancelled
                          On 11 aug. And till date my amount has not been refunded in spite of contacting amazon customer service number of times. They talk about rules of regarding refunds but no one gave a proper reply about sending the item which have cancelled in advance,

                            I have purchased this black ox 80cm (32 inches) full hd - smart led tv 32lxf3202 television from amazon on 27 june 2019 and got delivered on 02 jul 2019. I have purchased this television only because it was sold by amazon india. I didn't expect that amazon will sell a fake and unreliable product to me. It was working fine for 30 days, all of a sudden, the display of the television went off (Note: i am living in a community apartment with 24/7 power backup) i have reported the issue to ticket id-9h2-34339basc[protected] to the black customer care (Third party call centre) on 2 august 2019. But still today[protected], i have not got any update from the company.

                            Issue:
                            Amazon sold me a product (Black ox 80cm (32 inches) full hd - smart led tv 32lxf3202 television), which seems to be produced by a fake company.
                            Manufacturer will not provide any support and service for the product.
                            Amazon will not support for product replacement, even though the manufacturer will not support the product.
                            Now i have forced to keep the television with me, which is not at all working.
                            I have tried to reach the amazon customer care, they have conveyed me that they will not support after the return window is closed.
                            If i have brought this product in showroom, i will have option to resolve the issue via the showroom, but here amazon also washed their hands saying that they will not support and manufacturer also will not support for the service and replacement, even though i have warranty for the product.

                            This are the ways i have tried to get the resolution for the issue.
                            1. Called the blackox television (Which is maintained by third party vendor.)
                            Contact number[protected]. No mail communication for the issue i have raised. Still today[protected] i don't have any update. Also from 9-9-2019 i am not even able to call the customer care from any number.
                            2. I have tried to reach brand manager of black ox
                            Sahil[protected]
                            Ibadat[protected]
                            Upanyas[protected]
                            Who doesn't even want me hear, what am i saying for past 40 days.in past 40 days, they have picked my call thrice to say that they are busy in some meeting.
                            3. Called amazon customer care, they will not return window is closed.

                            Question to amazon support team:
                            I have purchased a product from amazon believing that, the amazon will sell reliable product and provide extensive support in case of any issue. I would to understand, why your not supporting to get a resolution for a product in my case. Return window closed is a convincing answer.
                            Even though the window is closed, if customer don't get support from the manufacturer for 1 month old product, which is sold by amazon. Then they should help me to resolve the issue or they should taken back the fake product sold to me.
                            Is there any other way to get my money back,???

                              Hi, My name Is Vasishta Ram. My father has got a message like this -

                              "Transaction o[censored]SD12.99 made on SBI Credit Card XX2577 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI, at Amazon Prime on 13 Aug 19 ."

                              we have not purchased any item nor subscribed to Amazon Prime. I have got Prime account with Airtel for free. From two months I am noticing the amount of 12.99 USD has been taken from my fathers's credit card twice. So far 1900 rupess unauthorized transaction done on the credit card. What might be the reason? Please help me in this regard. How can I get the amount back?

                                I had ordered for a canon eos 1500d 24.1 digital slr camera on 25 august 2019 (Order#[protected], i paid rs 19, 999 and the delivery was expected by 30th of august. Item was sold by shakshi exports, they shipped item with usps and provided tracking id:[protected]. When item was not delivered on its due date i called amazon they told me to wait for next 2 working days. After 2 working days they told me that the order was cancelled on 26th of august. Your total amount will be refunded to you. But still i am not refunded with the amount and amazon is not giving any satisfactory answer.

                                Actual scam behind the scene: shakshi exports is a fake company and they never shipped any item against my payment yet they provided me tracking id which is actually fake. Further amazon is trying to defend shakshi exports to do this fraud.
                                Now fraud is this, if you sell an item in amazon 5000 cheaper than other sellers then people will definitely get attracted to you. Now i guess at least 100 people all over india must have ordered this amazing camera and since they didnt kept cash on delivery option, they have earned rs 20, 000x100 i. E a total of rs 20lac without any effort. And they earned it as an interest-free loan from public.
                                This is a scam which amazon is supporting.

                                      I ordered shoes in Amazon and made payment online through state bank of india.
                                      Later I cancelled product on 12 August 2019.
                                      I received message from Amazon that refund initiate shortly.
                                      But amount was not refunded
