I have ordered Samsonite bag on[protected] and paid the amount in advance through my bank. delivery date was 25 june to 1st july.
But till 6th july no intimation was there regarding my bag so I send a message to amazon to inquire about my product
on 7th july I recd. a mail and demanding KYC a proof of identification for custom clearance. there was a promise of fast delivery also, after giving this personal information but neither...

My product boat 225 wireless headset. I ordered on 16/7/19 l. My delivery date 17/7/19.. But i don't receive my product.. But the delivery person marked as my product delivered.. I had my many call to amazon customesr care.. But they can't response about my complaint.. Finnaly i registered complaint to here.. Please resolve my above concern. Sir, i booked a product on 14 July 2019 in amazon.but the order cancelled by amazon, and till now I don't get my refund.i called the amazon care but they don't respond my refund.please solve my issue....

I placed an order with Amazon worth Rs.1549 on 9/07/2019 and payment done via SBI debit card.

For some reason, they are unable to deliver the product and it was returned to the seller on 11/07/2019.

They initiated the refund on 11/07/2019 and said it will be credited in 3–5 business days. It is 22/07/2019 and I don’t see any refund in my bank account.

When i add 10k money from my friends krazy bee credit card shown funds added successful then i was trying to place a order they said account was holded and i tried to contact them they said send me fax they didn't mention fax id and also didn't tell me which documents ineed to sent from last 1year i am struggling.

Sir, i ordered a kodak brand 32"smart tv through amazon on 1 jun 19 (Vide order no.[protected] and i received the product on 10 jun 19.

It's no sense to buy any any anything from amazon. Their customer care is ruthless. I ordered stand under offer. Delivery people gave fake excuses and did not deliver to me. Put it all on my reputation giving false excuses for not delivering. Mentioned natural...
