I have ordered the asus gl553vd-fy103t 15.6-inch full hd laptop (Core i7-7700hq/8gb) on[protected] from my wife's amazon account (Priyanka awasthi)

Being a govt. Officer i need the laptop invoice name in my name i. E sachin awasthi instead of my wife name. Payment is also done by my hdfc credit card which is also in my name.

I have also send the mail to the seller regarding change of invoice name but no positive...

On 03/08/2019 i have recharged one of my jio mobile for ₹ 49.00 but i have received a failed recharge sms and refund will be credited to original account. Recharge was initiated under 2 amazon pay offers received for amazon.in * site. Thereafter another sms say that refund has been successfully done net banking account. Please contact us for details at https://amazon.in/help. on searching on that site nothing is available. Please help to refund the amount.

        I saw vaccancy in Quikr for data entry in amazon India Pvt Ltd applied for the job they conduct interview through telephone and ask me to wait for selection confirmation .next day they call and told me iam selected and check the email and also send me offer letter application form and QR code for sending money rs 1500 for security uniform and I'd card and will Refund after completing 7 days training .I paid the money bcoz when I try to scan the code it mention the amazon name and also the offer letter are also very clear about their terms but one thing they not properly say about the job location next day received another call ask rs 5000 for starting salary account in hdfc and apply for mediclaim also send account opening form in hdfc ask scanned signature and personal bank account details .I feel something fishy so I not paid the amount bcoz without knowing the job location and also without complete the training how they start bank account

          Order#[protected] / ordered product 23rd july and product not delivered till date. We call them 3-4 times and they give no resolution and they ask for time again and again. Product was ordered as gift of birthday of family member. Neither they were aware what to do if vendor is not dispatching product nor they are arranging it from any other vendor. Every time false commitment from amazon india service team asking for time.

              I ordered 1 suit and amazon cancelled it by themsef, now not giving return
              After hundreds of follow ups still no response recieved and they are just harrassing.

                  The worst, idiotic and stupid service I have ever seen from Amazon India. This response that I got from them was ridiculous. I think they've started fooling customer these days. I have placed an order MI band 3 (black) and not received that yet but they claim that they've delivered it to the right address and they will not take any action even if I didn't receive it

                  I'm attaching a picture which tells that order has been delivered on 21st august. But I never received it.
                  I've talked with customer care executive on 26th August and they said, the order will be delivered next week. and when I called them this week, they're saying that sorry according to us it's delivered at right place. Now my only question as a customer is that if you're a customer, will you ever be satisfied with this? What is my mistake? I can give it a try to understand that sometimes order gets delivered to false address but Can't you give refund or at least place return and get it back from the same place where you delivered? I request a refund on this or they deliver a product

                    I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Amazon India. On the next day, there was an issue with the cooling. On Amazon India's instruction we called the Whirlpool service engineer, who inspected the refrigerator and noticed a manufacturing defect and asked us to get it replaced. We informed Amazon, who promised a replacement within 24 hours. We furnish all necessary documents i.e. service engineer's report, copy of the bill and pictures of the defected refrigerator to Amazon, but haven't received any response.

                      This message is regarding the issue that I have faced recently with amazon.com
                      I have ordered a canon Eos 1300D dslr camera with order id[protected] 25 August 2019.
                      the product is not delivered by amazon to me and the item is missing in my box.
                      when I have register complained to amazon customer care and he said to me that give me five days to check and we will refund or replace your order . after five days I call to customer support person to tell me that I can not replace your item. I am a valuable customer of amazon and I have two accounts on amazon. I have ordered 5 lack plus rupees product for both accounts till now.
                      it is very unfair to me where is my order. I have paid to you the total amount of my order.
                      I think that Amazon is a good website and has a very big name in the market to buy the product but I was Wrong it is very bad to buy and I have felt a very bad experience with you .you are destroying your name with doing this type of things.
                      first time I had this issue with you after order 5 lack rupees plus product.

                        I ordered trekking shoes from amazon.in and the size did not fit me. The shoes i received was in a bubble wrap without a box. Now i wanted to return the package but the pick up boy won't take it back saying that the box is missing. I spoke to the customer service but they kept saying that the package will get picked up tomorrow guaranteed. And they kept creating the return request but but each time the pick up boy kept on cancelling the return request saying that he needs a box. A box that i never recieved. How the hell am i supposed to give them something that i never recieved. They are trying to sell me these shoes forcefully. I really dont know what to do now.

                          As promised by amazon.in of 20 aug, instant discount of 10% using indusiand bank credit card emi transaction.
                          I applied my indusland bank credit card to avail that discount but didn't see discount amount.
                          I called customer care on same day (20-aug)
                          And they told i can go ahead and order, post 3-4 hours i will be getting my discount amount.
                          I did same and not got till now.
                          It's been 11 days to follow with amazon but solution provided yet.
                          They always says you were eligible of this discount so you should get but further that no update until i reach them again.

                          No update from Amazon.in end always fake promised from poor customer care end.
                          As of now my money has not been credited to my account even though it's been 17 days.
                          I got following message from HDFC bank
                          "ALERT:Rs 199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx9953 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:23:33:33 without PIN/OTP.

                          When called HDFC bank, they said need to call AMAZON customer care

                            Payment made via indian bank debit card and payment is sucess and the transaction failed.. And amazon says they refunded but i haven't received the payment still now.. I have contacted indian banks branch but they say nothing can be found from the referance number amazon sent..

                              Since last 10 days there are saying it will be done within 24hrs
                              Always when i call them they put the call on hold for long time and al last say that there is no such request regarding transfer of my pay balance.
                              Every time they say that they are launching tt by which they will tranfer but this is day 11 still i haven't received my refund...

                                First they sent me a defective piece, which was delayed for 3 days. First they where not ready to take back the phone. They confuses the customer regarding the return. They then refunded the money in amazon pay balance and shows the delivery date to be a week ahead. Contacting the service center about the long gap of delivery, the executive said to cancel and reorder. It was today and now i got no refund and they say it will take 3 days to get my money back. See i had been running behind this for more than a week. They do not even clearly mention their policy,.

                                they are not ready to give a clear answer even after all my grievances to the issue . i try contacting the service centre now they say they can only refund me after 2 to 3 days. look how i got fooled. after i get the money to my account ordering it again can cause delay. the product is samsung galaxy m30 which cannot be store bought, it is only available online.

                                by checking other complaints i can see that it is not only my case. please take this into consideration. my last order tracking id is[protected]. one thing i need to add is that the service staffs confuses us. one say ull get it by today .one says 2 to 3 days now one says 7 to 8 days. i then told to arrange a call back. then the executive on the phone talked to me as this was my mistake.

Unexpectedly the order were cancelled because of there problem carrier could not locate and another product were also replaced and refunded amount does not reflect on my account. Despite speaking to your very rude officers, they refused to take it back and offer a full refund.
