Sir/madam,
I was very pleased with the quick response and delivery of amazon but to my horror my product has been already used, damaged and was is pathetic condition.
The product (Formula 1 613762 carnauba paste wax) with
Order id[protected]
Was ordered on 3 september and i got it on 9 september. I was expecting the product to be very good since i have been ordering from amazon many a times but nowadays amazon has failed to keep its promise and we the customers are badly affected by it.
Please help me with my issue, i tried returning it but there was no option to return the product.

    I booked one refrigerator from Amazon on exchange basis, then they supplied defect one and taken my old refrigerator.. After that i request for replacement and they supplied again the defected one.
    Now I requested for new piece again but they denied to supply new one and also they denied to return back the old one.

      Within 3 days of purchase, the above product product stopped working. I could not complaint within 7 days as per your policy and you are saying now you can’t do anything.
      You don’t have manufacturers contact details which goes to prove that you have no quality check and you select products without verifying their quality.
      I am with the defective watch now for over months. Made hundreds of calls and mails.
      The only thing you say you can’t help.
      You think consumers are all fools.
      Pl help otherwise i m going to court and consumer forum.
      I m your customer for decades.

      I am purchased CCTV five camara in CC plus branded last two weeks on good condition I have got a efficient fitting . one day full condition work . But after one day one camara is improper working . So I want to change the camara please.
      Another camera also stopped working . please replace both cameras as soon as possible

        One of my friend booked the product the tracking information shows the product will be delivered to you on friday 06/09/19. But it was extended to the sat 07/09/19 but it will be delivered to you on wed 11/09/19if this continues i will as the friend to cancel my order your service to the customer is very very bad no one is ready to verify the value of customer.

          Warning : in public interest (First hand experience)

          Since august they have started defaulting refunds ।
          If you happen to return goods they won't pay you । they behave cheap and keep, lieimng and lieing pushing dates ।
          They issue gift card from your own money, which is illegal and funny and they wont pay you. Even gift card has expiry date, means your refun money will expire. It is crime and misappropriating your money by amazon india.

          If you insist to get refund in bank account they start making excuses after excuses, lieing, and keep dragging matter but don't refund ।
          Meaningless mails are sent as lies, which are of no use ।
          Only dates are given or "we are processing" message i
          Shamlessly they lie and lie and defer dates ।

          Sellers on amazon :
          Cheap and poor quality. No service

          So many of sellers are also cheats and small guys ।
          No after sales service, no honesty, no replies ।they bypass amazon order system to escape 1० days return period ।
          For example, if you return goods, they won't update it on order status on amazon thus showing pending return for weeks । amazon won't even refund ।
          Goods are also frequently received in damaged condition।

          Just avoid this cheat mismanaged company amazon ।
          It has staretd fuad and refsing to refund from july onwards.

          No one is answerable here ।no address and senior officers details, are not given on website।

          Every time new guys write john, sheela, lallu, paplu, pandey, venkatesh, arti and they lie new ways । looks like same person keep writing fake names.

          Avoid amazon and flipkart (It is now same company)

          Fraud has started since july 2019 as they built huge offices in hyderabad and bangalore and pay heavy salaries to staff.

          Even sellers are now leaving them.

          The coutnry head also did not respond.

          My two refunds they refuse to pay since 23rd agust 2019 and keep saying we are looking into this every week. A complaint is being filed agast this amrican frauid compnay managed by lieing and corrupt indians

          So avoid buying on amazon and flipkart । specially any technical and costly product beyond 1000 rs. Your money will be sunk!

          Also my order no[protected] is pemdign for refund.Today again a pre formatted mailw as sent again saying same line 7-10 mopre will take place .this is going omn since 3 weeks. every time same line.Nothing is being done .my gifts card have also bee locked so i cant buy anything. It is outright fraud and misappropriating money

When i get receive information about it through sms i complained to amazon customer service and they said your account is hold by concern team. I give my all account information to them but i am unable to access my amazon account. Kindly unhold my amazon account.

              My refund has been proceed by amazon on 31st august which were supposed to reflect in my acct by 6th sept. Authorization code (Reference no) is 484580.. And no branch is ready to help with this number.. Transacted amt is 30049, i have charged dispute file but it's showing pending, please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. The amt is proceed by amazon then y this issue has occurred. And y is problem not solved till now it's been 10 days. Solve the problem as soon as possible

                On 18/08/2019 Amazon refunded 154.72 rupees into my sbi account. But even after waiting for 1 week that amount has not been reflected into my account. For your help I have also got the reference number against which the amazon has processed the money[protected].
                Please give my money into my account.

                  I order a bag and cancelled it on amzon and did my transaction through my debit card. Cancelled the item before i received it and still i didn't received my refund. The amazon customet serive given me the reference number of[protected] and the order id was[protected]. I am complaining because i didnt got my money still and completed more than a 45 days

                    The phone is heating whenever we put on charging. Also the display is very very dull. My father is aged and not able to see the screen properly. The screen is very small. I requested amazon to replace with another phone. It is only 24 hours i received the phone. My dad is unable to work easily. It is not a friendly phone and experience. I requested amazon to replace with another good phone. But they are denying and hanging up my calls everytime i call them. I am very disappointed. I request amazon to help. My dad please. I beg you all for help. He is not happy with the phone and i am not happy seeing him not happy. Please please please replace with another phone that is only my request. Help me please and understand the feeling. It is not for money but the smile.

                      I ordered a rakhi on amazon, order no[protected], i place order on 10th aug and paid for it, and amazon confirmed me a delivery on or before 19th aug, but not yet delivered, and now rather than refunding money, they are asking more details... I also write to suppliers, but it seems amazon is supporting such fraudulent suppliers, in this way supplier and amazon fooling people of india and making money..

                        I have received phone from somebody which i lucky draw winner in between 1st/2nd/3rd and after that received register post letter & scratch coupon on 22/08/19 then he said deposited money in favor of mr. Ranjit kr. Gupta, andhra bank, a/c no.[protected] of rs. 7, 500/- on 23/08/19 (Most probably ranchi branch new a/c) as per company rules (1st prize winning rs. 12, 49, 000/- @ 0.6%). On 26/08/19 he said deposited more rs. 25, 000/- and i have done. Then i have deposited of rs. 12, 500/- repeatedly same day and further he said sir, you just payment another amount of rs. 11, 300/- & rs. 12, 500/- in the ratio of total tax of prize money (I. E. Rs. 12, 49, 000/-) and it done by me on 28/08/19. I have deposited total amount of rs. 68, 800/- to mr. R. K. Gupta andhra bank a/c but nothing get none of single rupee as such prize money.
                        Sir, i request to you kindly take necessary action and arrangement returned to my money to andhra bank, a/c and also punished them.

                          Dear sir

                          A refund of 652 rupees was successfully processed on 30 july 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            My name is adarsh raj and i had ordered m3 band of rs. Amount 397 in amazon on 22/08/2019 and after 30/08/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 31/08/2019
                            Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                            [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but centaral bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

And they give 3-5 days for refund bank on account and now today is 7 september i didn't get my refund back...                                 I ordered a microsoft office student 2019 on[protected] & made payment 5149.00 by credit card. I want to cancel it after 1 hour as there was many negative review about the product. But there was no cancel option. I contacted amazon customer care & they assured me by phone & mail that they will cancel it & will refund my full money. At the same time the seller (Name: 360 media, third party seller of amazon) said that this is not physical item, some difficult issues & they will take charge but amazon sent the seller a mail where they said not to take charge for cancellation of the order. To see that i again sent a mail to amazon & they said they will refund my full money within 2 days.
                                But today on[protected], a message sent by amazon to me that they are going to refund only rs 3068.00.
                                The item has not delivered to me & i think the packaging cost may not be rs 2081.00.
                                Please help me to get back my money.

                                They Haven't cancelled the order till now. In my orders section it is showing that arriving by Wednesday.
                                The money(Rs 3068.00 as Amazon said) is not credited in my account yet. I think the seller is fraud. There has many negative review about its product.

                                  Had ordered a quick heal antivirus on 1 september2019
                                  Order no.[protected] and today i have got the delivery in which they have sent me a blank dvd, no branding no seal.
                                  I am totally disappointed with amazon seller and and its service.
                                  Its a fraud done by amazon. I want refund for this product.
                                  Please help me to get rid of this fraudulent done by amazon.
                                  Amazons worst service. Refund me as soon as possible.
                                  These sellers are leading amazon to its worst position.. These fraud seller shoud be banned.
                                  I want immediate refund.

                                        I have purchased zenheiser from amazon by making payment of 808 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they said to file pos. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank.
