Hi, I have ordered Noise wireless earphones on Amazon and next day it was marked as delivered but I didn't get the product. I contacted several times to the customer care but yet they keep asking for additional 24hr time everyday. They don't even bother to check with their delivery agent whether he has delivered it or not.

    I chirag savala had cancelled order of rs 1037 given on 3august 2019 so kin dly refund my money the amount in break up -199 then 145.67 then 172 then 104 then 416 total - 1037 rs i had orderd a to z mysteries book from amazon india, in on 3rd august and my amount was deducted then i had cancelled my order so plz look in this matter my reg mobile no [protected]

      I did ordered a product from amazon.in on 8th of august. But till date it did not got delivered, but on their site status of delivery got updated to "delivered", but i have not received. Amazon customer care representative asked me to raise a refund request as i have not received the product. I applied for refund, but it got rejected. Now customer support team is telling that they can't help in this case further, i had to contact "[protected]@amazon.in". When i try to send an email to this email id, its not getting delivered. I got stuck here. Attaching the screenshot o[censored]ndelivered email message.

      I have been following it up from almost 20 days, no one is helping me.

      Please do needful.

        I have order on 29 aug s5 wireless headphon rs. 1999/- product from amazon. It was place order twice and once i cancel the one. But cancel item refund rs 1999/- still not refunded to my sbi credit card till 7 sep. My sbi card shows the bill of 3999/-till now. I have already ask so many times to amazon about it. They will answer me it will come to my ac by 5 sep. Yesterday i ask to them they will told it will come today. But today now they refuse to give any positive answer. Kindly do the needful

          Hi sir
          I have purchased a mobizzila local air pods from amazon on 21. July.2019 in rs 539.00 under order id#[protected] which has been received after 2-3 days. I tried to use that gadget but it was defected, poor quality product and non-workable as well. So i raised a return request on 25. July.2019 after that no one pickup that thing from my address and amazon send me a packing label with incorrect address of seller. So i agree to send this product. I shipped this packet from delhi to jaipur on 27. July. 2019 via dtdc courier with docket#z11683178 freight cost rs 120.00. But due to incorrect address it was return back to me after 15 days.in this shipping span i contacted amazon multiple approx. (10-12 calls) to track this docket from dtdc web that it’s not delivering due to incorrect address but no one respond me properly. After again reach out to amazon rep again told me provide me same address to send again with different carrier if this time it was not delivered we will initiate the refund with all courier cost. So i again this packet on 29. July. 2019 via trackon courier with docket#[protected] freight cost rs 100.00 but this time it’s still not delivered with same problem after many attempt. So i called again to customer care but they did not generate any refund or even freight cost and still on same statement that you need to send third type on same address after that we will refund you. Now that product listing also not available in amazon website due to poor quality. No one contact me or help me about this concern, so i am totally frustrated with their services or going to logged a consumer court case on amazon and their seller. I have some call recording and paper work so please suggest how can i processed out.

            I had placed an order for an ipad on the 8th of august 2019, when i recieved the ipad it was damaged with the amazon cover intact, the products box had a hole and the glass was shattered. That very day i placed a call to customer care and they had initiated an inspection which they messed up and i had to wait three days for this to be done. After that product was to be returned, i have contacted them for 25 times plus easily. They assured me pickups for 6-7 days claiming first that it was a contact issue, then a courier issue and now say that the product was damaged after it was delivered. They are refusing to pick it up. They have been giving false info. The product costs 82, 900rs.

            It's going to be a month since i placed this complaint.
            May I please, I am ordrded a mobile phone from my conduct no.[protected] on 13.08.2019 and paid a sum of Rs.999.00.to Paytm. Through my SBI debit card. That amount deducted by Paytm. But till date no result, please believe me.

            My complaint against Amazon and Paytm. I am ordered a Mobil through my conduct no.8754857456 and paid a sum of rs.999.00 form my SBI.debit card on 13.08.2019. That amount deducted by Paytm. But, Mobile not delivered to me. I am given my another conduct no.9629317667 to my SBI account.

            I am ordered a mobile phone from online in amazon through my conduct no.8754857456 on 13.08.2019 . mobile phone offer price of Rs.999.00 paid from my SBI.debit card to Paytm. Paytm deducted that amount on that same date. But till date no responsibility from Paytm and amazon. Please notify it. Please delivered a mobile phone or refund my amount. I given my another conduct no 9629317667 to my SBI. Account. Please believe me.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased a mobile phone through my debit card from amazon and paid rs. 18750 on july 28, 2019. But due to some technical reason i requested for refund from amazon and in the meanwhile i have closed my account on august 6, 2019 and amazon has refunded the money of rs. 18750 on august 21, 2019 into my account that has closed on august 6, 2019.

              I have received the credit message through hdfc bank as well and as amazon share the refund reference number is 961310.

              Kindly trace the fund and help me out as bank is helpless at the moment and when i have visit the bank they asked me the settlement report from amazon and amazon is saying that they have refunded the amount as back to source and they don't have any settlement report.

              I am sharing the snapshot of the same.

              Kindly do the needful.

                My iPhone screen is not working properly it’s screen get hang. From 1month we take this iPhone from amazon on November.

                  got the refund and still requesting amazon to give some attention towards your fraud seller who are making much inconvenience for us. totally disappointed with this purchase.. hope amazon will give some better experience in future.

                      I have purchased one one plus 7 (Mirror blue) via order no.[protected] dtd. 13.08.2019 from amazon india, it has 5% cashback offer by hdfc debit card, but on queering with amazon they replied to contact hdfc customer care and also said generally it will credited within 3 working days to your account, then i contacted to hdfc and they assured about cashback but also replied to contact amazon about cashback, it is now more than 20 days but no cash back received till now.

                        I had ordered for rhe product from amazon app. Package was missing one accessory. After that i requested for replacement, the next day 6-sep-2019) amazon was suppose to make deluvery of replacement product. Delivery agent made a call but did not waited for the call to be picked. I made a return call but that person kept on disconnect the phone.

                            Hai all this is konankisurendra from chirala, andhrapradesh 523157. I have returned the vitrico digital band which i purchased in online thru amazon. But
                            Still i didnt reveived my refund amount, even after 30 days. Everytime they are framing a new story, even i have given my bank account details with ifsc code. Such a shame on the gaint company like amazon, when small companies like snapdeal and flipkart are doing brilliant service to customers in delivering right products in right time. Its shame on amazon in depending on customers
                            Hard earned money by cheating, they can beg if they want so that every body can give some amount, instead of cheating people with their brand name.

                              And i complaint on amazon they said they do refund or replace he said wait for 5 days then after 3 days i got mail they said they can not issues refund in based od investigation report they said he delivered product but he don't know what in the package very poor and worst service
                              Pls any buyer/seller/other people/ can any help to solve the issus comment me pls help i m not born with silver spoon this is huge lose for me

                                Hai this is konanki surendra, iam from chirala, andhrapradesh, actually i returned the vitrico digital band to amazon as it was defective item and old. I gave complaint regarding refund one month back, but still i didnt got refund of 470/- rupees to my account, even i gave my account no, with ifsc code to them. Every time they are framing new stories. Iam very pitty on amazon as it is cheating people for small amounts and saying it is no 1 online shopping.
                                Instead of amazon, small online sites like snap deal and flip kart are doing well in suppling the right products in right time. I really appreciate and recomend flipkart, snap deal instead of amazon. This is not the first time amazon doing like this, it also cheated my dear celebrity sonakshi when she booked ear phones. Every body wants to sue this company. To day as a common man iam filing the complaint in consumer forum and even go to media on my personal intrest to discourage amazon products in society.

                                  I have purchased one plus 7 on 24th july and as per the offer available on amazon page if i purchase one plus 7 in between 24th and 31st july i was eligible for 12 month protection plan.

                                  It was mentioned that the details would be received within 7 days but until now i didn't receive anything and amazon is telling to contact one plus team for the offer. One plus has denied the offer and amazon is not giving any response on email and in call they are denying the offer.

                                    My name is monal gupta and I had ordered Product amount of RS 999 (back support belt) from Amazon on (24 June 2019) and product delivery date is 29 June 2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2 July 2019 on which refund initiated .
                                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card (ALLAHABAD BANK) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
                                    and told me to fill charge dispute form but Allahabad Bank doesn't have such policy.
                                    So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                      I had ordered a homecentre standing mirror worth 10320 (Mrp: 17000) on 24th august, wrong product was delivered on 1st september whose mrp itself is worth 7900. When i arranged for return of the order, they initially said within 4 days the order would be picked. On 2nd september they said pickup is out for picking the return item, no one showed up. The very next day they say 2nd september was public holiday so the 4 days return period starts from 3rd september not 2nd september. On 4th a pickup was scheduled and i got a message saying it will be picked today, pickup person called around 4:30pm saying there is no one to pickup the order today will do it tomorrow and you can call me back on the same number. When i contacted this person on 5th september morning 10am he said it will be picked up by 4pm today, when i called him at 4 his number was switched off, when i contacted at 6pm he says he wont pick my order no matter what, complaint to whoever you want. These amazon people still say wait till tomorrow it will be picked.
