I have account on amazon which is linked with email id [protected]@gmail.com, and reg mobile no [protected]. I have done kyc online ana manually. But my add money option is temporary blocked now. I have called them so many times regarding this and mailed. They do not nothing regarding this. But still it is temprary blocked. Kindly do action regarding this. Kindly get unblock add money option in my amazon account....

Main 2 july 2019 ko amazon india se ei fry pan purchse kiya jiski value 509 rs but after some time i cancelled my order and refund 509 usee din ho gaya but bank ki taraf se abhi tak mera refund mere account me reflact nhi hua hai jab maine amzon sw bat kiya to unhone refund reference no diya 540048 aur kaha k bank customer care pe call kar k ye no bata dena ap ka refund ajayega lekin jab bank customar me call lagaya to kahte hain k yahan...

I purchased samsung galaxyM30 mobile phone Rs 14990 from amazon on 2/07/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 4/07/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank account so contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me Transaction id# 75503729187031083572352 and refund reference no. 712302
But customer service saying they can file nothing like refund reference number...

I bought Kent water purifier delivered on 5th July, 2019. Companies ' installation person came and refused to install that machine reason being genuine that TDS is very high and this machine will not be compatible for the requirement. Instead we need to get RO water purifier.
Now I'm asking the same to Amazon either refund my money or exchange it with RO
But they are simply refusing saying since no problem in product we cannot...

I purchased a food product, from amazon India and the seller sent me a product which has got a expiry date on Nov 19. When I inquired Amazon in regards to expiry, they told as per Amazon internal policy the food product should be above 60 days.But there is no mention of the expiry date in the product page neither it is mentioned anything in their return POLICY. Recently I have ordered through amezon which is already delivered to delivery station as per online m information but when I checked at delivery station I.e. I have received defective smart phone, I have complained about it to Amazon their executive cheated and lied to me saying that it is the manufacturing way of smartphones, I visited Samsung store to confirm that it is a defect.

I have pleased one order on 1st july. My delivery date is 10th july to 11th july. I have wait for call till 6.30pm but they didn't call me. I had placed 3 orders (Order no[protected]) on 21st june 19 from amazon india which is suppose to get delivered on 28th june19 and payment of the same well made in advance and on 29th when product not delivered i checked the status calling customer care and she said product is lost in transit and advised me to place a replacement for the same, so it did but after 2 days when i checked the status on app it shows

I purchased one mobile named oneplus 6t which cost 32999 inr on 8th may 2019 from amazon.in, i received the product on 15th may but the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount, they picked up the product from my office and according to them refund was issued on 13 june 2019 in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support...

I purchased a hangbag in Amazon but i got different colour so I returned that bag but my amount did not refunded.i have called customer care
They told me they have initiated the amount the problem is at the bank so consult the bank or fill the charge form so that your problem will solve so I did this so please kindly do the needful....

Surya stove was supplied to me with broken parts on 18th July 2019 with a promise of 10 day return. The defective stove was rejected by me and Amazon scheduled 7 pickup dates with the assurance that refund will be made after completing pickup process.
