Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered one watch by amazon on 22-jun-2019 and the order #[protected]. I paid inr 17, 276.00 for this watch and a delivery boy came to deliver this order on 27jun-2019. When he came for delivery i was in office and my wife was at home. When she was receiving the order she saw one hole in upper poly bag and she asked to delivery boy why it's teared then delivery boy said, mam it's happens some times in transportation and very cleverly he asked the pin for delivery. After receiving the package she opened the package and she found one hole in watch packet also and whe she opened the watch packet she didn't find any watch inside and she called me on same time then i asked her to run and catch the delivery boy and she caught him. I talked to delivery boy and i said there is no watch inside so i will not take this order then he said sir as you shared the pin it's already showing delivered in system so i can't take this package and now you will have to complain to amazon. For lodging a complaint i asked some details of delivery boy like his name and identity of his profession then he kept ignoring to give his any identity except his first name (Puroshotam) and he walked away. Same time i called to amazon call center and explained the whole story then amazon executive told me that sir we will have to investigate and we will update you once investigation will be done. I kept waiting for the update and following up with the customer care and at last on 5-jul-2019 i got one mail by stating that
"i understand that you haven’t received your item (S) from order #[protected].

We have investigated this matter with the carrier. It appears that this package was signed for at delivery. We can confirm that the item was included in the package at the time of delivery.

Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time."

I was shocked to see the amazon customer care reply and then i wrote a mail to their resolution team and amazon ceo "jeff bezos"

And i asked their investigation report and requested them to refund my money because i didn't get the item which i ordered.
Then i receive one call on 6-jul-2019 from amazon customer care executive (Hussain) and he assured me that sir

"i've engaged our investigation team to have a check on this issue and help us with further course of action. Please be assured, i’m following up on the same and will get back to you once i have an update from our team."

On the basis of that call i was expecting positive action and thought they will do some thing for me but i was wrong and again they sent me one mail on 10-aug-2019 with same reply which they gave me earlier

"as you may recall, i’m hussain from the amazon.in executive customer relations team.
We have received an update from the investigation team confirming that the order was delivered intact condition. Hence we'd be unable to assist you with a refund/replacement."

After this mail i lost my hope and replied to them by asking the investigation report and said them that if i will not get my money refund then i will take legal action but they kept sending me the same reply and kept ignoring to give any refund.
My wife has taken photo of the package with the delivery body and i have call recording of conversation which i had with delivery boy and in that call he is also accepting every thing so even i shared these proofs to amazon but they are not listening me and they are blaming my wife by saying that "we have delivered the package with item intact condition.
I have doubt on delivery boy because he afraid to share any information about him and he has given wrong statement to amazon.
If i would have get my watch then why i would have complained to amazon.
I have been using amazon services from many years and i ordered more expensive item than this but never faced such issue.

It is my humble request to you that please look in to this matter and provide me justice.
I am a middle class man and i am very disappointed with this fraud.
Please please please solve this issue.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Actually i ordered wall stickers in amazon . The payment has been send to amazon .I got a notification from indian bank us purchased 770 Rs in amazon but they told me we did not get any amount in ur account.so please a take a action from ur side.
I had ordered I phone xr cover and I cancelled the order . 15 days ago I didn’t received the amount in my account of Allahabad bank
I ordered Samsung 23.5" curved monitor and HDMI cable. Delivery was scheduled on July 29. I still haven't got my delivery and my orders page shows that my order has been delivered. Amazon is not resolving this case of mine.
They told me to wait till August 8 for an investigation. Now they are saying my order has been delivered.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 30th july using my canara bank (Through g-pay mode) but due to defective items, i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 31th july, maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

    My order not delivered on time .still i am waiting for mine order. The thing is amazon agent attempted fake delivery continuously.even customer care agent not aware about proper information regarding delivery. Amazon India is totally hopless on customers obsession .
    I order an exercise row bar around 5 months ago for 12.99 and you keep deducting 12.99 out of debit card ever month, I've purchased nothing. since the row bar. quit billing me and refund my money. If you don't refund my money I will never shop amazon ever again and tell other people about how how I got rip of by amazon.

      I ordered a couple of products on 18th august 2019. On morning of 19th august, i received a message in my mail, amazon account that the product is delivered. But, the fact is i did not receive any product nor any phone call from the company too.

      I will highlight to bring the fact that, similar episodes have occurred several times in the past and on occasions they have delivered the product to maid of some other neighboring family without my acknowledgement. I have lodged complains 3 times in amazon for these issues, but apparently they are not taking any action and diverting the issues by saying it is their internal matter.

      Kindly suggest me how can i legally proceed ahead for this issue.

      Ordered the sunflame 3 burner gas stove on 13/8/19. Order number is[protected] . Amount paid is 8404.On 14/8/19 morning got a message that it is delivered. But we have not received the product.

        I had ordered crust small cloth arier cloth drying stand on 07.08.2019 . It was delivered on 12.08.2019 however the product was defective. On the same day I had registered for return of the product.
        Pickup date given was 13.08.2019. But even after 6 days nobody has contacted for pickup . Return id was[protected] .

          Hi team,

          I have placed an online order (Order number #[protected] for puma shoes worth rs. 1049 on 08th august 2019 to be delivered to my sister before raksha bandhan as a gift.
          Now on 17th august amazon told that order is misplaced by the courier company and they are processing the refund of rs 1050. Meanwhile they have inflated prices from rs. 1049 to rs. 1574.
          This is a clear fraud by amazon. Ideally they should raise re-order the same product on their own as we a customer hasn't cancelled the product.

Amazon is not giving the order after making me wait for 7 days and now the product is not available in Amazon. Customer care is helpless. The delivery person is dictating terms for Amazon & it's customers.

              Day 1: aug 11, 2019 – order #[protected]
              I paid for red oneplus7 (8gb, 256gb) on amazon app. As per the promise by amazon, the product was suppose to be delivered by aug 14, 2019.
              Aug 13, 2019:
              I never received the product on aug 14, 2019, instead got the status updated on the app as that "i rejected the delivery" whereas the delivery was never attempted, i called the amazon customer service, i was told that the delivery was attempted but i rejected, when i confronted the customer service associate, he said that it was a mistake at amazon delivery vendor and the product was damaged and so the product was not delivered to me. The customer service guy said we will refund the amount paid. I agreed to the refund but the refund was not processed till next day (Aug 15, 2019).
              Aug 14, 2019 (Day3) – replacement order# :
              I called customer service amazon, as per the associate he said that they have sent the replacement for my order. (First information misinformed to me). I agreed to the replacement of the order because the first order was never delivered.
              Aug 16, 2019 (Day4) – the product didn’t get delivered
              I called customer service to inform that i haven’t received the product, the manager told me that the product has been sent to a different courier vendor instead of the one near my vicinity (Sector56, gurugram). I requested to check if the name on the invoice was the same as requested in the first order, it was missed in the replacement order, so i had to request for a cancellation as the amazon associate couldn’t update the name as i requested in the invoice for the replacement order.
              Aug 17, 2019 (Day5) – refund not initiated by amazon
              I called customer service as the order status in my amazon app started showing that the refund of rs.100.00 is initiated but no mention of rs.31, 399 which i paid for the phone online. Spoke with the associate who informed me that the refund for rs.31, 399 is not possible because they don’t’ have authority to refund for more than rs.30, 000 (Hahahahaha).
              Aug 18, 2019 (Day6) – refund not initiated by amazon
              Spoke with associate called viraj, who again started the story by telling me that the order was rejected by me, it was very frustrating that every time i called, i had to repeat myself with the entire story of my misery and pathetic experience of amazon india. It seems there is no account of all the telephonic conversations i have had in last 5 days with the customer service team of amazon india.
              After talking to viraj, to my surprise he informed me that he is working in amazon escalation department and assured me that the refund will be initiated in 2 hours. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded to me….
              Please someone help me look in to this, it is humiliating and frustrating to follow up for my own money where i have not used any product or services from amazon.in

                I had ordered a pair of running shoes from amazon.in. I got a notification on 15 august 2019 that the product has been delivered but it was not delivered. Initially the customer representative told that it's a mistake from the delivery team and they will deliver my product and now they are just ignoring my case stating that they have issued a investigation for this. I am sure they don't want to deliver and i doubt about their intentions now as they keep changing statements.

                  Tracking id[protected] you have given promise day of delivery on 16th one week you took time from dehil to bangalore
                  Through own logistics i. E ats and it is also one o[censored]seless logistics in india on 14th i got message your shipment is out for delivery
                  And with in one hour it got updated as delivered status as self collected by ranjith but physically i have not received.
                  On same day i called to amazon customer support please check your field exective delivered the shipment some ware
                  Please check with him and come back no response i have followed up 3 to 4 times on same day which is no use till now.

                  Cs esc team response :

                  1st time : due to technical issue it got updates as delivered but your shipment is at destination it will delivered next day which is not happened.
                  2nd time : your case is under investigation before 16 it will be delivered which is not happened.
                  3rd time : due to high aging your shipment life cycle no of days is getting increased that's why we marked as delivered.

                  What a useless response given by useless team with well trained not body is there to take of the customer can some one remove your feathers and look in to this i have already paid for this order.

                    I ordered a led tv of rca 55 inch 4k smart led tv in rs 12999 from amazon india. They have taken order generated order details of same product, sent me messages and mails of my ordered product but they sent me micromax 32 inch hd ready tv and billed of same 32 inch tv. When i saw i rejected to take delivery. I complained customer service many time but they didn't replace the product and after that the show the status 'rejected by customer'. Please do the needful and deliver my product. They canceled my 9 ordered product in last six months without any reason.

                      This is related to order#[protected] which was given on 3rd august 2019 and expected to be delivered latest by 8th august but on 6th august in evening the status of product is changed to delivered, however we didn't received the product till date. I called customer care first time they told its because our delivery guys update the status but they deliver mostly next day and asked to wait till 8th august. I waited and called again on 11th august and customer care told me that we are investigating the issue for proper reasoning and product will be delivered by 14th august, please wait till that date.
                      However i am still waiting for the product to get delivered. Product was mixer grinder which was urgently required but such a irresponsible service being provided by reputed company is not expected. Its a belief of customer who order product and expect it to be delivered by expected date. Please help me out and get product delivered. Also i am complaining here so that strict action to be taken against such false hope company and their relevant partners who play with customers.

                        I ordered a rakhi from amazon on 1st aug 2019 at 12.30 am which was showing a expected delivery date of 13 aug 2019. After that i received a email that the item has been dispatched on 1st aug 10.30 am. After that i didn't receive a single email. I was tracking the shipment which only showed the status as shipped and even on 13th aug it was showing as "arriving today".
                        But the package did not arrive even after the expected delivery date and amazon initiated a refund without giving a proper reason for the non delivery of the product. Festivals like rakhi is o[censored]tmost importance for anyone and by not able to cater to the orders they are hurting the feelings and sentiments. If they are not able to deliver a order they should inform beforehand so that at least people are left with an option to order again or look for an alternative. When an order is nowhere close to delivery still amazon waits for the last day and finally what they do is initiate a refund. People will get there money back but the occasion they had been waiting for will not come back. The happiness, the main purpose of celebration depends on that product which is not delivered. It will just look like a technical fault or just another order which cannot be fulfilled but one will not understand the emotions behind them and how it ruins a festival or occasion, the gift send by brother may reach her sister but rakhi send by sister does not reach his brother. Just a mere refund does not help. So amazon should take the effort to verify the seller, remove the sellers whose track records are not good and take the responsibility to deliver the orders placed, not just accept payments and refund them.

                          Order placed on-21.04.2019, i paid rupees 7, 174, 00, order #[protected], i have received my item on-06.05.2019, item returned by india post on-09.05.2019, the seller received my item on-12.05 2019 as per my tracking. Item name - ray-ban full rim square mens spectacle frame (Orx[protected]/53). I returned sellers item as per amazon return policy to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 airport s o from - arjuna behera, at - medical campus, po - mohana, dist - gajapati, state - odisha, pin-761015. But ihave not received my refund money till today. It is my 20th time request. So kindly help me for return refund. I returned 2 items but received refund of one item which is nike t shirt and rs.4, 321, 00. But i wait for rupees 7, 174.00 till today.

                            I have order product from amazon it should be delivered on 16 aug 2019. Amazon deliver boy has come call n without prior notice he cancelled delivery. Next day same thing has happened he refused to deliver because of he having tempo, n don't want to take u turn.
                            I called amzone help care and they requested wait for 24 hours instead of delivered item immideatly. Amzone claims they give fast delivery... I haven't seen they delivered any item in very fast way. So don't claim it.

                              I ordered the above article under order #[protected], 13th may 2019, and the shaver i received was broken. I received a replacement on 15th may 2019 (Order #[protected], and used it twice. The third time when i turned it on, a hole burnt in the grill, and i cannot use it. The motor works. The return window is only ten days, not enough to test the quality of the product (One does not use it everyday!). Product review and complaint sent from the site have disappeared. Request refund for the item (Rs 3087).

                                I have ordered realme 3 pro mobile on 9 aug 2019 and paid money in advance. I want to gift this phone on occasion of raksha bandhan. Amazon has committed to delivery the phone on 12 aug 2019 but due to holiday on 11 and 12 aug i have requested to change the delivery date from 12 aug to 13 aug and same has been accepted. On 13 aug on amazon app showing the product will be delivered today. But no one contacted me till 2 pm again i called the customer care for delivery of product. They again assured me delivery on same day but product was not delivered. Next day morning on 14 aug have again called the customer care for urgent delivery because it will be gifted on raksha bandhan. I have made so many calls on delivery number [protected] also use 4 digit pin but the person who picked the call said me no delivery with them. When i tracked the same through amazon then it is showing out for delivery and delivery attempted 11.20 pm but no one contacted with me. Amazon has neither shared me delivery boy number. Amazon has cheated me. On 15 aug amazon called me and assured the product will deliver me on 16 august but still no one contacted me. I got upset every day with false assurance. I trust this company a lot but the company is not trustworthy. My experience is very bad for dealing with this company. Due to non delivery of the product i am not able to gift the same to my sister. I feel cheated.

                                    I tried to add funds to dream11 through Amazon but their is no sufficient funds in amazon pay so I made a request to phone Pe using upi I'd in phone Pe transaction was successful but in amazon wallet money in not reflecting kindly refund the amazon and confirm me

                                      Payed by my credit card.

                                      The above ordered material is not received after 3 months

                                      There is no provision on amazon.in website for such type of complaints. I have tried and put a review on the site. But the review did not appear on the site nor any action taken by the supplier or any communication.

                                      Hope this will be resolved on this platform.

                                        Order id[protected], order date 9th august 2019. I got a bottle with damaged cap, all the oil from bottle was spread outside bottle and it was empty. Infact there was no droper. I have shared all the pics with amazon.in spoke with so many executive, they simply deny to refund my money, i spent 2600 for an empty bottle. They are not ready to show me any proof that how they have investigated? Just by simply denying that they cant do anything. I need my hard earned money back. Instead of refunding they said i can place another order. For them rs 2600 is nothing, i want my money back.
