I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Amazon India. On the next day, there was an issue with the cooling. On Amazon India's instruction we called the Whirlpool service engineer, who inspected the refrigerator and noticed a manufacturing defect and asked us to get it replaced. We informed Amazon, who promised a replacement within 24 hours. We furnish all necessary documents i.e. service engineer's report, copy of the bill and pictures of the defected refrigerator to Amazon, but haven't received any response.

    This message is regarding the issue that I have faced recently with amazon.com
    I have ordered a canon Eos 1300D dslr camera with order id[protected] 25 August 2019.
    the product is not delivered by amazon to me and the item is missing in my box.
    when I have register complained to amazon customer care and he said to me that give me five days to check and we will refund or replace your order . after five days I call to customer support person to tell me that I can not replace your item. I am a valuable customer of amazon and I have two accounts on amazon. I have ordered 5 lack plus rupees product for both accounts till now.
    it is very unfair to me where is my order. I have paid to you the total amount of my order.
    I think that Amazon is a good website and has a very big name in the market to buy the product but I was Wrong it is very bad to buy and I have felt a very bad experience with you .you are destroying your name with doing this type of things.
    first time I had this issue with you after order 5 lack rupees plus product.

    Amazon has send the money but it has not come in my account. They have also send me refund reference no., Ant was issued on 19 Aug 2019 but still not come in my account

      I ordered trekking shoes from amazon.in and the size did not fit me. The shoes i received was in a bubble wrap without a box. Now i wanted to return the package but the pick up boy won't take it back saying that the box is missing. I spoke to the customer service but they kept saying that the package will get picked up tomorrow guaranteed. And they kept creating the return request but but each time the pick up boy kept on cancelling the return request saying that he needs a box. A box that i never recieved. How the hell am i supposed to give them something that i never recieved. They are trying to sell me these shoes forcefully. I really dont know what to do now.

      I cancelled my order on 10th of august but the refund is still in process.It is already 20 days i hope you can help me get bqck my refund

        As promised by amazon.in of 20 aug, instant discount of 10% using indusiand bank credit card emi transaction.
        I applied my indusland bank credit card to avail that discount but didn't see discount amount.
        I called customer care on same day (20-aug)
        And they told i can go ahead and order, post 3-4 hours i will be getting my discount amount.
        I did same and not got till now.
        It's been 11 days to follow with amazon but solution provided yet.
        They always says you were eligible of this discount so you should get but further that no update until i reach them again.

        No update from Amazon.in end always fake promised from poor customer care end.
        As of now my money has not been credited to my account even though it's been 17 days.
        I got following message from HDFC bank
        "ALERT:Rs 199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx9953 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:23:33:33 without PIN/OTP.

        Credit Card number - [protected]

        When called HDFC bank, they said need to call AMAZON customer care

          Payment made via indian bank debit card and payment is sucess and the transaction failed.. And amazon says they refunded but i haven't received the payment still now.. I have contacted indian banks branch but they say nothing can be found from the referance number amazon sent..

            Since i have requested amazon india to yranfer my amazon pay balance to my bank account.
            Since last 10 days there are saying it will be done within 24hrs
            Always when i call them they put the call on hold for long time and al last say that there is no such request regarding transfer of my pay balance.
            Every time they say that they are launching tt by which they will tranfer but this is day 11 still i haven't received my refund...

              First they sent me a defective piece, which was delayed for 3 days. First they where not ready to take back the phone. They confuses the customer regarding the return. They then refunded the money in amazon pay balance and shows the delivery date to be a week ahead. Contacting the service center about the long gap of delivery, the executive said to cancel and reorder. It was today and now i got no refund and they say it will take 3 days to get my money back. See i had been running behind this for more than a week. They do not even clearly mention their policy,.

              they are not ready to give a clear answer even after all my grievances to the issue . i try contacting the service centre now they say they can only refund me after 2 to 3 days. look how i got fooled. after i get the money to my account ordering it again can cause delay. the product is samsung galaxy m30 which cannot be store bought, it is only available online.

              by checking other complaints i can see that it is not only my case. please take this into consideration. my last order tracking id is[protected]. one thing i need to add is that the service staffs confuses us. one say ull get it by today .one says 2 to 3 days now one says 7 to 8 days. i then told to arrange a call back. then the executive on the phone talked to me as this was my mistake.

Unexpectedly the order were cancelled because of there problem carrier could not locate and another product were also replaced and refunded amount does not reflect on my account.                     i recently ordered a BlueStar Window A-C and it cannot be installed. Despite speaking to your very rude officers, they refused to take it back and offer a full refund. If the matter is not settled, I shall be taking legal action in the consumer court and various online forums.

                        I am nagaraj, on 25/8/19 couple of jio recharge (Of 99rs, 69 debited from axis as i used 30rs amzon pay balance) attempts were failed, my axis account debited twice & only one of them has been refunded.
                        When i contacted amazon regarding this, they confirmed me that the other pending refund amount will be refunded by evening but i didn't get my refund amount.

                        Amzon did not contact me!! I spoke to amazon customer care ( for 59:57mins) they could not justify. They are not ready to refund 362rs as the product I got is of 239 & I had paid 561rs.

                          I have buy a smartphone from amazon india online on 30 august 2019 and 31 august 2019 i found that the mobile phone operating system is not comfortable for me, so i contact the company and offer the return /refund the mobile phone but company person told to me that our company have not any return /refund policy. I shocked that how can possible a custmer with out physically check the item, buy only on site display and company had no return policy.

                                Have you taken any action against of the your employees how they are bheave with customer's i have the name in the email for your reference purpose.

                                I am believe in you and waiting for justice.
                                Definitely you will do the best.

                                Money is secondary and respect is first.
                                You have to deduct the salary of these employees then they will come to know what is respect of customer's and value of the business otherwise they will take it grantly.

                                  I have ordered buddha head decor (Tracking id:[protected] and japanese chopsticks (Tracking id:[protected] days ago. Delivery supposed to be completed by friday august 30.2019. Delivery address is very simple mentioned below.

                                  101, ground floor, sai krupa plot no 27.
                                  Friends colony road, miyapur
                                  Pin number 500049/50, hyderabad, telangana.

                                  Delivery person doesn't know where miyapur is or he is so lazy fellow to contact for the same delivery, i don't understand.
                                  I have not been contacted any time. But every time receiving the message that could not delivered, because we couldn't contact. I have provided contact number. I am very angry. I want to ask that what is wrong with these orders? If you don't wish to deliver, then just say it. Why are you keeping customer in waiting. I would happily cancel the order and put this on twitter. Do you have any idea to play with customers?

                                    Regret to inform you that (This is what was not expected from amazon), i have placed an order on 15th august with a assured delivery within weeks time and the status as date is not clear and no clue as well. When i check with your customer care, they simply ask me to cancel the order. Surprisingly as on today the product i looking for is in the listing and i don't understand why i'm being advised to cancel the order. This is a matter to be taken very seriously on top priority. I'm writing here for a quick resolution at least from you, else i may have to take my own steps to proceed further. Looking forward to hear from you soon. My order details as below:

                                        On august, 11th 2019, through online shopping i have ordered a product namely inalsa food processor inox 1000 worth rupees 7590 from amazon.in with order no.:[protected], but they supplied a chopper of costing rs.100-200/- in a very small packaging of 5 inch x 5 inch of approx. Weight 250gms (Weight written on the outer slip of packing is 7.12 kg which probably is of the product i ordered).

                                        Immediately after receiving wrong delivery on 15th august 2019, we inform amazon.in customer care, and they told that investigation has to be done in the matter and will be informed by e-mail about the investigation results within 5 days, but there was no result, further after 7-8 days i requested the amazon.in customer care regarding the replacement of product, and they replied that their investigation is complete and they will not replace the wrong product. Again we tried to convince them by the proofs we had and they agreed for re-investigation in the matter and informed me that within 3 working days they will be revert back to this matter. This time we called after 12 hours, and they were informing that there were no re-investigation, after requesting them several time for re-investigation, they communicated that re-investigation is complete and they are not returning the product or any amount to refund.

                                        We have also contacted the amazon.in seller who have supplied the product through amazon. The amazon seller (E - emporium) of the product accepted his mistake and realize that product was wrongly replaced at his end, as the parcel was exchanged and he was ready to provide replacement.co-operating in the matter he also mailed me regarding his position and is agreed to provide replacement accordingly.

                                        This was communicated to amazon but no response from them. This show such arrogant employees have placed in india dealing to the customers who are their main source of business. They don’t even ready to listen to complain in this regards with sympathy.

                                        As you know, india is progressing in e-commerce services being world one of the most developing country. But this is the situation/condition of customer when they encounter any fraud from 3rd party or seller.

                                        Lastly, i am sending you this mail after i gone through severe mental agony from amazon customer services. I am a amazon.in customer since 2014, and have received several products with satisfaction. But this time it is very pathetic experience from amazon.in and we are feeling been cheated by amazon.in.

                                        I would like to request you to intervene in this matter and take some strong steps against these customer service employees who are sitting there for cheating innocent people without any reaction.

                                        Please do the justice to us. Kindly arrange to replace the wrong product (With the correct one we have ordered & invested our money for) or arrange to return back our money.
