Surya stove was supplied to me with broken parts on 18th July 2019 with a promise of 10 day return. The defective stove was rejected by me and Amazon scheduled 7 pickup dates with the assurance that refund will be made after completing pickup process. The pickup was never done and hence refund also not given. Request Refund....

It has been more than a week since i renewed my membership for prime.. Money has been debited but membership has not been renewed. The same issue has been addressed multiple times via chat options with customer care executive who was least helpful. Call backs were requested twice but we're not available. The money has not been credited back to the account as well....

I had recently bought a evistr mic on amazon and it was not up to marks so i returned it and requested for refund. Amazon customer service are talking they had iniited returned and you have contact your bank but when i contacted pnb customer they said you have to talk to amazon team. Why amazon isn't delivering any order by COD (Cash On Delivery) method???? This needs to get fixed... I used to order my gadgets and phones from amazon before but after they ditched the cod, i didn't order a single thing... I ordered a fossil smartwatch. After delivery, when i opened the box, there was no watch and charging cradle, just user manual.
After complaint, they investigated and said that there is no fault from seller or delivery side and indirectly blaming me for the missing item.

This order i made for 5 items amazon pantry.. Here are the issues i had with them:
1. Missing item (I ordered 4 received only 3 of amul milk tetra pack)
2. Poor condition of item. - almonds packet was eaten by rats. And all tetra packs were in terrible condition.
