Dear sir/madam,
I have ordered one watch by amazon on 22-jun-2019 and the order #[protected]. I paid inr 17, 276.00 for this watch and a delivery boy came to deliver this order on 27jun-2019. When he came for delivery i was in office and my wife was at home. When she was receiving the order she saw one hole in upper poly bag and she asked to delivery boy why it's teared then delivery boy said, mam it's happens some times in transportation and very cleverly he asked the pin for delivery. After receiving the package she opened the package and she found one hole in watch packet also and whe she opened the watch packet she didn't find any watch inside and she called me on same time then i asked her to run and catch the delivery boy and she caught him. I talked to delivery boy and i said there is no watch inside so i will not take this order then he said sir as you shared the pin it's already showing delivered in system so i can't take this package and now you will have to complain to amazon. For lodging a complaint i asked some details of delivery boy like his name and identity of his profession then he kept ignoring to give his any identity except his first name (Puroshotam) and he walked away. Same time i called to amazon call center and explained the whole story then amazon executive told me that sir we will have to investigate and we will update you once investigation will be done. I kept waiting for the update and following up with the customer care and at last on 5-jul-2019 i got one mail by stating that
"i understand that you haven’t received your item (S) from order #[protected].
We have investigated this matter with the carrier. It appears that this package was signed for at delivery. We can confirm that the item was included in the package at the time of delivery.
Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time."
I was shocked to see the amazon customer care reply and then i wrote a mail to their resolution team and amazon ceo "jeff bezos"

And i asked their investigation report and requested them to refund my money because i didn't get the item which i ordered.
Then i receive one call on 6-jul-2019 from amazon customer care executive (Hussain) and he assured me that sir
"i've engaged our investigation team to have a check on this issue and help us with further course of action. Please be assured, i’m following up on the same and will get back to you once i have an update from our team."
On the basis of that call i was expecting positive action and thought they will do some thing for me but i was wrong and again they sent me one mail on 10-aug-2019 with same reply which they gave me earlier
"as you may recall, i’m hussain from the amazon.in executive customer relations team.
We have received an update from the investigation team confirming that the order was delivered intact condition. Hence we'd be unable to assist you with a refund/replacement."
After this mail i lost my hope and replied to them by asking the investigation report and said them that if i will not get my money refund then i will take legal action but they kept sending me the same reply and kept ignoring to give any refund.
My wife has taken photo of the package with the delivery body and i have call recording of conversation which i had with delivery boy and in that call he is also accepting every thing so even i shared these proofs to amazon but they are not listening me and they are blaming my wife by saying that "we have delivered the package with item intact condition.
I have doubt on delivery boy because he afraid to share any information about him and he has given wrong statement to amazon.
If i would have get my watch then why i would have complained to amazon.
I have been using amazon services from many years and i ordered more expensive item than this but never faced such issue.
It is my humble request to you that please look in to this matter and provide me justice.
I am a middle class man and i am very disappointed with this fraud.
Please please please solve this issue.
