I bought whirlpool ac worth 40, 999 on amazon. The product delivered ks defective. Though i raised a return pick up request, no one has come to pick up the product. Even after calling them repeatedly for pick up they are not coming to pick up. They have committed to me on mail that the refund will be initiated on 8th july irrespective of the pick up for which i have been calling them with no one taking the responsibility for refund....

This order i made for 5 items amazon pantry.. Here are the issues i had with them:
1. Missing item (I ordered 4 received only 3 of amul milk tetra pack)
2. Poor condition of item. - almonds packet was eaten by rats. And all tetra packs were in terrible condition.

I talk to the delivery executive and he refused any help.
I need an immediate refund on these items....

The site has mentioned the total items to be 6 but also by using shrewd ways mentioned items considered as just one diary and one pen.
