Hey,

My name is karn jain. I ordered an oneplus 7 pro on 11th august, 2019 and paid the entire amount with my credit card. The amount got deducted from my card and the order was placed. Within 30 mins, my order gets cancelled from your end. And i get a message from amazon saying that your order has been cancelled and if you already paid your refund will be initiated. It's been 6 days and i haven't received my refund yet. I contacted the amazon support and they told me that my account is on hold. I have given all my details to them including the bank billing address.

I am also getting mails regarding sending them a fax of the details like the end 2 digits of my credit card details. Help me out. What am i supposed to do.

      I applied the amazon recruitment send my resume after i get the confirmation letter selected the supervisor job. Asked money deposited rs1550 for uniform charges and id card deposit the money and send the receipt. After calling one person he is courier boy ask shirt sizes and send the courier parcel picks. After amazon hr calling me deposit the money 2700 for salary account i do not deposit the money it is real or fake please help me

        11th aug 2019 : ordered a tablet {iball slide elan 3x32 tablet (10.1 inch, 32gb, wi-fi + 4g lte + voice calling+ micro hdmi), matte black} it sdelivery date was 13th august 2019. But on13th august till night 9 p. M. I was being told that by day end i will receive y material. Finally not received.
        Material received at pune hub on 12th afternoon as per amazon tracking details.
        On 14th august i was told that my material will be received by day end again same issue. No delivery attempt also. Finally was told that on 16 august 2019 will get my product.
        On 16th i was confirmed after talking to lots of executives that my ordered product has been misplaced in transit so amazon execuitve himself set for replacement order.

        For new replacement order delivery date was 19th august.
        Material received at pune hub on 17 august as per amazon tracking data.

        I received 1 message from amazon on 19th afternoon that material is out for delivery and also received one courier aganet contact number,
        This number when called was not of concerned courier boy anf the person who attended call confirmed that its not his duty to deliver the material. The courier boy has not taken the material with him so his number was given and the material is lying with him.
        I asked him if he can tell his location i can self pick but he disconnected the call and after lots f calling he eventually started shouting and abusing me and told that he has lots of work to do apart from delivering the material and talking with customers.
        By end of 19th august amazon has updated that delivery attempted. For this i wanted to know if courier boy did not carry product with him how can the delivery was attempted.
        Now as per amazon customer care it was technical glitch due which it was updated, so please make me understand i[censored]r courier person does not deliver, does not call and just update the status then will customer get their products anytime??? And on top u try the delivery attempt for 3 times, so if technical glitch occurs like this i will never be getting the product.

        I also wanted to understand is it because the amount has been paid well in advance so am being troubled and mentally harassed so much?

        Being an working person i cannot keep on continuously following up with u people.. And on that though am following but not a single amazon customer executive has helped me out till date. They are just telling me the status what i can see on website.. So what kind of support is that from amazon that a person is being suffered your internal issues from last 8 days.

        Now consumer complaint is the last hope for my money that is looted from amazon else my product delivery.

          One month ago, i had purchased an urbn bang 2000 speaker from amazon on 12th july, 19 at 2049rs only.. And within a month, product becomes non working. And speaker has an one year warranty.

          Now amazon denying to help and denying to replace product via seller.

          Also i tried to contact urbn bang, they were also un responsive till now...

          Kindly help me get my product replaced by newer one or help me get my money refunded..

            I've order products on amazon with cash on delivery option and i didn't like the products so i returned it with self shipment, the refund was initiated from amazon but it has not been reflecting in my bank account. Its been three to four months i've been visiting my branch and contacting amazon customer services regularly, kindly help me to file a charge dispute option on particular transactions i've been doing with amazon india.

              I keep getting charged $13.90, I have nothing to do with Amazon. Every thing order is free shipping. Why am I seeing this charge on my Bank statements.                 I've booked akai lpd8 worth rs.2899/ i've paid the amount and after i noticed that ive given the wrong order the moment i checked ive given the cancel, later i got a mail from amazon regarding the cancellation stated like due to payment issue the product has been cancelled... But the real reason ive given the cancellation and mentioned that i've ordered a wrong product... I've encountered with customer service they told me to share the money deducted details by bank...

                  I am Gaddam Srinivas from Hyderabad. While I was trying to subscribe Amazon Prime Membership with Syndicate Bank Rupay Debit Card. Amazon shows only 5 Banks Rupay cards are allowed i.e., Citi, ICICI, Kotak, Canara, Deustche. Please take strict action against these Foreign Businessmen stealing all our money by accepting Visa & Master Cards only. Even there are no other banks like SBI, Andhra Bank.

                    I had bought a RO of make purolite un dated 15th dec 2018, order no[protected] with warranty of 1year .Till now the seller has not completed a single service .Since last 2 months very huge abnormal sound is coming from the product.The seller is refusing for repair and saying is not selling this product on showing the invoice he agreed and now charging cost for parts as well as service.He is now not responding and even not sending anyone to fix the problem .I request please take up the matter to resolve the issue before it break down completely.And do not allow such money oriented people who using online platform to sell defective products and not bother about post service.

                      I have processed refund through amazon against My order no[protected] and it's got initiated on 8 august and should be in my account on 16 august but till date no amount received

                      The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].
                      And the amount is Rs. 150
                      And when I called t OK allahabad bank customer care it's sounds not answering continously
                      And after so long someone picked somehow so he said ee can't check with the reference no..

                        I have ordered eveready base b22 30-watt led bulb (White) on amazon on 7august 2019 and delivery date given to me is 9aug to 13aug 2019 but till today i have not received my order. And now i want compensation from seller for not delivered the product as date given.
                        I have already contacted customer service several times but no appreciate answer is given by them for the order.
                        The seller also not contacting for the information regarding product that he is delivering the product or not or he will give me compensation or not.

                            I have order laptop on 11th August 2019 which suppose to reach on 13th
                            August but it got delay and even now it has not reached. When I saw the
                            order summary it was showing that it reached final checkpoint but from last
                            4 days no one is coming to deliver it. The distance between final check
                            point (Bharuch) and ankleshwar can be cover within 30 minutes max. Than too
                            from 4 days no one delivered it. I raised complaints regarding this but no
                            action has been taken. The phone number of delivery agent is also invalid
                            and the product was a amazon gift which should reach to my sister before
                            15th August for Rakshabandhan occasion. I didn't even got a call from
                            delivery agent. On 13th August after raising my concern I got a call from
                            [protected] and he said the product will reach on 14th morning but it
                            didn't. when I called on same number on 14th the guy who picked the phone
                            said me ' u can cancel the order' (rude). Even than also as I wanted to
                            give that product to my sister on Rakshabandhan so I waited but
                            unfortunately it all ruined. It 19th August and they are not even canceling the order not providing package. I mailed them many times but no serious response from there side came. I think they are not fear of anything about losing anything. That is why they are not bothered to take this matter seriously. Now Rakshabandhan is gone but I didn't even got product nor my money and they are telling me that they are not getting option to cancel it. They allocate the delivery to someone else but he is saying he didn't got any product. Tell me what to do I complaint on there forum many times but...
                            I hope this platform can do something.

                              On 23 jun i order 2 items from amazon they was defected when then come to my hand and on 28 jun i return it today is 19 august my refund is not given to me at all...                                 Dear sir/madam,
                                I have ordered one watch by amazon on 22-jun-2019 and the order #[protected]. I paid inr 17, 276.00 for this watch and a delivery boy came to deliver this order on 27jun-2019. When he came for delivery i was in office and my wife was at home. When she was receiving the order she saw one hole in upper poly bag and she asked to delivery boy why it's teared then delivery boy said, mam it's happens some times in transportation and very cleverly he asked the pin for delivery. After receiving the package she opened the package and she found one hole in watch packet also and whe she opened the watch packet she didn't find any watch inside and she called me on same time then i asked her to run and catch the delivery boy and she caught him. I talked to delivery boy and i said there is no watch inside so i will not take this order then he said sir as you shared the pin it's already showing delivered in system so i can't take this package and now you will have to complain to amazon. For lodging a complaint i asked some details of delivery boy like his name and identity of his profession then he kept ignoring to give his any identity except his first name (Puroshotam) and he walked away. Same time i called to amazon call center and explained the whole story then amazon executive told me that sir we will have to investigate and we will update you once investigation will be done. I kept waiting for the update and following up with the customer care and at last on 5-jul-2019 i got one mail by stating that
                                "i understand that you haven’t received your item (S) from order #[protected].

                                We have investigated this matter with the carrier. It appears that this package was signed for at delivery. We can confirm that the item was included in the package at the time of delivery.

                                Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time."

                                I was shocked to see the amazon customer care reply and then i wrote a mail to their resolution team and amazon ceo "jeff bezos"
                                Resolution-in+[protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com

                                And i asked their investigation report and requested them to refund my money because i didn't get the item which i ordered.
                                Then i receive one call on 6-jul-2019 from amazon customer care executive (Hussain) and he assured me that sir

                                "i've engaged our investigation team to have a check on this issue and help us with further course of action. Please be assured, i’m following up on the same and will get back to you once i have an update from our team."

                                On the basis of that call i was expecting positive action and thought they will do some thing for me but i was wrong and again they sent me one mail on 10-aug-2019 with same reply which they gave me earlier

                                "as you may recall, i’m hussain from the amazon.in executive customer relations team.
                                We have received an update from the investigation team confirming that the order was delivered intact condition. Hence we'd be unable to assist you with a refund/replacement."

                                After this mail i lost my hope and replied to them by asking the investigation report and said them that if i will not get my money refund then i will take legal action but they kept sending me the same reply and kept ignoring to give any refund.
                                My wife has taken photo of the package with the delivery body and i have call recording of conversation which i had with delivery boy and in that call he is also accepting every thing so even i shared these proofs to amazon but they are not listening me and they are blaming my wife by saying that "we have delivered the package with item intact condition.
                                I have doubt on delivery boy because he afraid to share any information about him and he has given wrong statement to amazon.
                                If i would have get my watch then why i would have complained to amazon.
                                I have been using amazon services from many years and i ordered more expensive item than this but never faced such issue.

                                It is my humble request to you that please look in to this matter and provide me justice.
                                I am a middle class man and i am very disappointed with this fraud.
                                Please please please solve this issue.

                                Actually i ordered wall stickers in amazon . The payment has been send to amazon .I got a notification from indian bank us purchased 770 Rs in amazon but they told me we did not get any amount in ur account.so please a take a action from ur side.
                                I had ordered I phone xr cover and I cancelled the order . 15 days ago I didn’t received the amount in my account of Allahabad bank
                                I ordered Samsung 23.5" curved monitor and HDMI cable. Delivery was scheduled on July 29. I still haven't got my delivery and my orders page shows that my order has been delivered. Amazon is not resolving this case of mine.
                                They told me to wait till August 8 for an investigation. Now they are saying my order has been delivered.

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 31th july, maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                                     I ordered a couple of products on 18th august 2019. On morning of 19th august, i received a message in my mail, amazon account that the product is delivered. But, the fact is i did not receive any product nor any phone call from the company too.

                                    I will highlight to bring the fact that, similar episodes have occurred several times in the past and on occasions they have delivered the product to maid of some other neighboring family without my acknowledgement. I have lodged complains 3 times in amazon for these issues, but apparently they are not taking any action and diverting the issues by saying it is their internal matter.

                                    Kindly suggest me how can i legally proceed ahead for this issue.

                                      I had ordered crust small cloth arier cloth drying stand on 07.08.2019 . It was delivered on 12.08.2019 however the product was defective. On the same day I had registered for return of the product.
                                      Pickup date given was 13.08.2019. But even after 6 days nobody has contacted for pickup . Return id was[protected] .

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have placed an online order (Order number #[protected] for puma shoes worth rs. 1049 on 08th august 2019 to be delivered to my sister before raksha bandhan as a gift.
                                        Now on 17th august amazon told that order is misplaced by the courier company and they are processing the refund of rs 1050. Meanwhile they have inflated prices from rs. 1049 to rs. 1574.
                                        This is a clear fraud by amazon. Ideally they should raise re-order the same product on their own as we a customer hasn't cancelled the product.
