This is to inform you that i ordered titan raga watch order #[protected] and i received a packet with missing watch inside the box also the packet is damage at the time of deliver so i called delivery boy but that time he left.
So i raised a concern to amazon c. C.
But now as i checked with team they are denied to do anything on this.
I want my refund.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

On the daily basis i am taking follow up with amazon c.s but they every time denied by saying they have investigated and cant do anything on this.
I paid money for the empty packet without watch i am very fed up of taking follow up with amazon on this and very frustrated.
I want my fully refund .
What is the status of my complaint against amazon

From the day first i am taking follow up with amazon and everytime they said they investigate and can't do anything on this
So let me know you charge me money for empty box why???

      Have you taken any action against of the your employees how they are bheave with customer's i have the name in the email for your reference purpose.

      I am believe in you and waiting for justice.
      Definitely you will do the best.

      Money is secondary and respect is first.
      You have to deduct the salary of these employees then they will come to know what is respect of customer's and value of the business otherwise they will take it grantly.

        I have ordered buddha head decor (Tracking id:[protected] and japanese chopsticks (Tracking id:[protected] days ago. Delivery supposed to be completed by friday august 30.2019. Delivery address is very simple mentioned below.

        101, ground floor, sai krupa plot no 27.
        Friends colony road, miyapur
        Pin number 500049/50, hyderabad, telangana.

        Delivery person doesn't know where miyapur is or he is so lazy fellow to contact for the same delivery, i don't understand.
        I have not been contacted any time. But every time receiving the message that could not delivered, because we couldn't contact. I have provided contact number. I am very angry. I want to ask that what is wrong with these orders? If you don't wish to deliver, then just say it. Why are you keeping customer in waiting. I would happily cancel the order and put this on twitter. Do you have any idea to play with customers?

          Regret to inform you that (This is what was not expected from amazon), i have placed an order on 15th august with a assured delivery within weeks time and the status as date is not clear and no clue as well. When i check with your customer care, they simply ask me to cancel the order. Surprisingly as on today the product i looking for is in the listing and i don't understand why i'm being advised to cancel the order. This is a matter to be taken very seriously on top priority. I'm writing here for a quick resolution at least from you, else i may have to take my own steps to proceed further. Looking forward to hear from you soon. My order details as below:

              On august, 11th 2019, through online shopping i have ordered a product namely inalsa food processor inox 1000 worth rupees 7590 from amazon.in with order no.:[protected], but they supplied a chopper of costing rs.100-200/- in a very small packaging of 5 inch x 5 inch of approx. Weight 250gms (Weight written on the outer slip of packing is 7.12 kg which probably is of the product i ordered).

              Immediately after receiving wrong delivery on 15th august 2019, we inform amazon.in customer care, and they told that investigation has to be done in the matter and will be informed by e-mail about the investigation results within 5 days, but there was no result, further after 7-8 days i requested the amazon.in customer care regarding the replacement of product, and they replied that their investigation is complete and they will not replace the wrong product. Again we tried to convince them by the proofs we had and they agreed for re-investigation in the matter and informed me that within 3 working days they will be revert back to this matter. This time we called after 12 hours, and they were informing that there were no re-investigation, after requesting them several time for re-investigation, they communicated that re-investigation is complete and they are not returning the product or any amount to refund.

              We have also contacted the amazon.in seller who have supplied the product through amazon. The amazon seller (E - emporium) of the product accepted his mistake and realize that product was wrongly replaced at his end, as the parcel was exchanged and he was ready to provide replacement.co-operating in the matter he also mailed me regarding his position and is agreed to provide replacement accordingly.

              This was communicated to amazon but no response from them. This show such arrogant employees have placed in india dealing to the customers who are their main source of business. They don’t even ready to listen to complain in this regards with sympathy.

              As you know, india is progressing in e-commerce services being world one of the most developing country. But this is the situation/condition of customer when they encounter any fraud from 3rd party or seller.

              Lastly, i am sending you this mail after i gone through severe mental agony from amazon customer services. I am a amazon.in customer since 2014, and have received several products with satisfaction. But this time it is very pathetic experience from amazon.in and we are feeling been cheated by amazon.in.

              I would like to request you to intervene in this matter and take some strong steps against these customer service employees who are sitting there for cheating innocent people without any reaction.

              Please do the justice to us. Kindly arrange to replace the wrong product (With the correct one we have ordered & invested our money for) or arrange to return back our money.

                I have ordered redmi note7 pro from amazon.in on the 28th aug 2019 with an exchange offer, the product was attempted to deliver on the 30th aug 2019. The amazon delivery boy have came to my place and have checked out the exchange phone and found it to be satisfactory.
                Even though the delivery boy cancelled the delivery and given the reason like old phone exchage verification failed because imei number is not matching. When we asked delivery boy to show the imei number for confirmation, it was matching with my old phone which iam applied for exchange offer. But still delivery boy rejected order. Finally delivery boy told no issues with ur side, but verification failed. So can not delivery the phone. We will check with supervisor and we will deliver tomorrow. But finally he cancelled the order. We have contaced amazon customer care. They dont have proper justfication for this order cancellation.
                Now i want ask amazon that, why the verification was failed even though we had given correct imei number after multiple checks. First of all imei validation will fail if we gave wrong imei while ordering for particular model.
                Dear, amazon, be truthful to your customers and don't let them suffer by simply cancelling the order without proper justification.

                  The order for the tab was placed on 19 august if i am not wrong but, i didn't received my order and the amazon app was showing delivered. I am not happy with the customer service experience and i haven't received my refund as well so regarding it can you help me. The investigation team has not even done the investigation properly and i didn't received the delivery boy number also.

                    But Amazon charged extra money by claiming Rs 866 as MRP

The order clearly mentioned about samsung galaxy m20 (Ocean blue, 3+32 gb) and i have paid rs 9990 on 14 august 2019. However i received the material wide order no[protected] and name mentioned is mukul sharma 101/26durga puram bagpat meerut, uttar pradesh in billing and shipping address. As mentioned in my order[protected] i should get samsung but i got mobile of red me 6 wide order no[protected]. The image of box also attatched for ready reference. The invoice copy attatched with delivery packet has invoice no hr del[protected] and on packet invoice no is del4-140182. I have attatched all four images

                      1.0 red me 6 cover photos
                      2.0 invoice no del[protected] and invoice detail hr del[protected] in the name of mukul sharma of meerut
                      3.0 image of amazon packet mentioning invoice no del4-140182
                      4.0 image of order given to amazon and payment of rs 9990\-

                      Please note that this a case of wrong delivery, if mukul sharma has ordered red me 6 which is cheaper then samsung galaxy m20, he will not raise the issue. You are requested to

                        I ordered a mobile without knowing i selected regular delivery on 27th august 2019 3:00am and the product is showing yet to be shipped till now (29th august 2019). I called customer service and the response i got is we don't have access to verify where the product is, the tracking is only enabled only after the shipment is done. Its been i am call from 28th august 2019 to see if i can get it early. Also i am ready to pay for the day delivery option. I don't have a way to change the option from my end also customer service team end. As per amazon the product has to be shipped with in 24 to 48 hours or else customer should be informed for the delay. Tracking is not proper and customer service is not proper and it is a leading company all over the world. [rita, kamal, mounika were the executives]. Customer service team is also talking about their designations over call. Do i really need to know what position they are in as a customer? I am also in a good position compared to them. Amazon has to have a good candidates as a service team. Hope i will get a proper response here at least.

                            I ordered a phone redmi y2 on amazon on 7th august and when i opened the pack, i found rin soap in the box. I have already paid 7199 for my order. Amazon customer team has closed the issue, not accepting the responsibility of the cheating case and not issuing me refund. It is their fault that my correct product was not sent and now they are harassing me in mail and phone. I am very frustrated with the experience. Even the amazon india head amit aggarwal also not responding. Amazon has been delaying the investigation of the case since a month.

                            I have seen previous complaints of the same seller Rocker Kommerce (read fraudsters). Amazon has not investigated the matter and blindly closed the case. Extremely bad service

                                    As I have dont translation from Amazon and the success but I cancel it so there was refund amount intended from there and on same day 9 / 08/ 19 of 2.30 pm and the reference number is 123760 but amount has not been credited in my account fill date and fuslie I am contacting customer care for this but not getting getting your reply for this as for them contact branch for complaint there but decide when our branch contact to the department they side today will credit it but still in bending no action is been taken Amazon instructed to file recharge distributor please look ine the matter at the earliest place look in half into this matter as the very serious amount was 9498 rupy not refund in my account

                                      It's been the worst experience of my life to shop with you. You can check my track records none of the items are delivered on time, on top of that customers fault has been highlighted for no reason.

                                      *i ordered for led lamp, (Order #[protected] which on the delivery day, agent took otp no. But didn't gave ny package.

                                      * i ordered for iphone x (Order #[protected] which was bought from my savings for many months, to gift as a birthday present to my mom was not delivered as well, delivery agent again took the otp and said he can't hand over the package as there is some problem.

                                      * i was delivered with an broken yo-yo (Order #[protected].

                                      * i ordered for raksha bandhan celebration pack (Order #[protected] which was delivered way after the occasion has passed already.

                                      My question to you guys is when you know there is any kind of problem with the package why did you deliver the package in the very first place.
                                      Secondly the customer service whom we spoke to were of no help as well, instead of getting the correct information they blamed the whole matter on us.

                                      Is this the way to do service, i thought you guys were amazing when it comes to customer satisfaction but your services are being pathetic day by day. U may check my purchase history am a very active member of amazon when it comes to purchases. But i am highly disappointed of the present scenario.

                                      *i would like to know why delivery agent ask for otp without package being delivered?.
                                      * why it shows in my track records that the item was rejected by us or customer was not available when it was not even delivered to us on the first place.

                                      You guys should know that it's a matter of joy and excitement when someone recieves present. But with poor services from your end the whole experience is ruined.

                                      ** update for order #[protected] Now my tracking status says the order has been cancelled... But who cancelled and why?. The purpose of purchase was to receive it, which never reached me.
                                      *Firstly Amazon agents did not gave me any package but put an update in tracking that delivery was returned by me.
                                      * Secondly Amazon services by themselves cancelled my order without any valid reason.

                                      But do Amazon delivery agents have authority to cancel order whithout consent of customer.
                                      Who gave you right to decide on behalf of me.
                                      Now in my account page there is no option to approach customer service through chat. I hv to travel very often out of country and not all the time my phone number is in service. How am I supposed to reach you people. At least provide with an valid email address where I can contact you.
                                      All these things are really annoying.
                                      I didn't get my refund of amount 3104. It initiated on 15th August but I didn't get.
                                      From the Mobile no:[protected] getting unsolicited calls very frequently.

                                        How to recover money if your bank account, credit card is hacked misused
                                        The hacker made illegal transaction worth 165, 000 rs online. I got sms – “dear customer, rs 165000 was spent on your sbi card ending 1483 at amazon pay on 03/08/2019 while getting this sms, he was surprised and he immediately contacted bank authority. I made a complaint at the bank, that it is illegal transaction and it is not made by me.. Before any action is taken another sms received with transaction value worth16, 5000 rs i am immediately asked the bank to block credit card so that further transaction cannot take place. I visited a bank. He was expecting a bank to repay this money similar to any other victim. The bank, however, refused to pay this money. Bank official said that transaction was done using card number. As the transaction is already done with the legitimate credential bank cannot refund this money. He tried hard to convince bank official but no success. Bank redirected to police.
                                        I went to police station and filed fir for this fraud. Police acted fast and contacted cyber cell to trace the hacker.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
