My account is in hold for years. I mistakenly put wrong debit card details while placing an order after placing the order it took time to confirm my order, in that mean time i realise that the details i provided was wrong, so i headed forward to cancel the order but they already hold my account and asking for that particular card's details which i don't have. They're continuously asking for the details about that nowhere card. I provided them my card's details which is correct but not successful... I want my account to be unholded. Even they're not closing that useless account of my.

    Hi I have an account with Indian bank I bought something from amazon from my Indian bank debit card amount is 357.10 I replaced the item because I didnt liked that .. Amazon said they intiate the refund on 09th Aug 2019 but its not showing in my account.

      As I have dont translation from Amazon and the success but I cancel it so there was refund amount intended from there and on same day 9 / 08/ 19 of 2.30 pm and the reference number is 123760 but amount has not been credited in my account fill date and fuslie I am contacting customer care for this but not getting getting your reply for this as for them contact branch for complaint there but decide when our branch contact to the department they side today will credit it but still in bending no action is been taken Amazon instructed to file recharge distributor please look ine the matter at the earliest place look in half into this matter as the very serious amount was 9498 rupy not refund in my account

        Dear amazon,

        It's been the worst experience of my life to shop with you. You can check my track records none of the items are delivered on time, on top of that customers fault has been highlighted for no reason.

        *i ordered for led lamp, (Order #[protected] which on the delivery day, agent took otp no. But didn't gave ny package.

        * i ordered for iphone x (Order #[protected] which was bought from my savings for many months, to gift as a birthday present to my mom was not delivered as well, delivery agent again took the otp and said he can't hand over the package as there is some problem.

        * i was delivered with an broken yo-yo (Order #[protected].

        * i ordered for raksha bandhan celebration pack (Order #[protected] which was delivered way after the occasion has passed already.

        My question to you guys is when you know there is any kind of problem with the package why did you deliver the package in the very first place.
        Secondly the customer service whom we spoke to were of no help as well, instead of getting the correct information they blamed the whole matter on us.

        Is this the way to do service, i thought you guys were amazing when it comes to customer satisfaction but your services are being pathetic day by day. U may check my purchase history am a very active member of amazon when it comes to purchases. But i am highly disappointed of the present scenario.

        *i would like to know why delivery agent ask for otp without package being delivered?.
        * why it shows in my track records that the item was rejected by us or customer was not available when it was not even delivered to us on the first place.

        You guys should know that it's a matter of joy and excitement when someone recieves present. But with poor services from your end the whole experience is ruined.

        I would really like to have a reply with an proper explaination from your end. And would expect to have hassle free delivery for the below mentioned orders.

        ** update for order #[protected] Now my tracking status says the order has been cancelled... But who cancelled and why?. The purpose of purchase was to receive it, which never reached me.
        *Firstly Amazon agents did not gave me any package but put an update in tracking that delivery was returned by me.
        * Secondly Amazon services by themselves cancelled my order without any valid reason.

        But do Amazon delivery agents have authority to cancel order whithout consent of customer.
        Who gave you right to decide on behalf of me.
        Now in my account page there is no option to approach customer service through chat. I hv to travel very often out of country and not all the time my phone number is in service. How am I supposed to reach you people. At least provide with an valid email address where I can contact you.
        All these things are really annoying.
        I didn't get my refund of amount 3104. It initiated on 15th August but I didn't get.
        From the Mobile no:[protected] getting unsolicited calls very frequently.

          How to recover money if your bank account, credit card is hacked misused
          The hacker made illegal transaction worth 165, 000 rs online. I got sms – “dear customer, rs 165000 was spent on your sbi card ending 1483 at amazon pay on 03/08/2019 while getting this sms, he was surprised and he immediately contacted bank authority. I made a complaint at the bank, that it is illegal transaction and it is not made by me.. Before any action is taken another sms received with transaction value worth16, 5000 rs i am immediately asked the bank to block credit card so that further transaction cannot take place. I visited a bank. He was expecting a bank to repay this money similar to any other victim. The bank, however, refused to pay this money. Bank official said that transaction was done using card number. As the transaction is already done with the legitimate credential bank cannot refund this money. He tried hard to convince bank official but no success. Bank redirected to police.
          I went to police station and filed fir for this fraud. Police acted fast and contacted cyber cell to trace the hacker.

            I have ordered a mens thong yellow coloured based on the description and picture but the product delivered is not the one which i have ordered and also it is not matching with product description and pic shown in the website.. I request you to either replace the product or refund.. This shows the seller is a cheater and this effects the trust between the amazon and the buyer...

            As it is explained in the description thatbthe product is made of net material and with the metal ring...but the deliverd product is different than the product shown in the website

                Hello this is sneha. I have been charged 27k for amazon job in bangalore. The hr manager told first pay 7k for documents verification and you'll get offer letter immediately than again he charged 10k commission and again 5k and at last he said your offer letter is ready he will mail me immediately only if i pay more 5k...                       I bought Lenovo ideapad S145 from Amazon on 10th August 2019. I received a defect item, then asked for replacement. Troubleshoot team has visited and confirmed it as defective. Replacement order was placed. Then I was provided with hand to hand replacement. I called customer care executive to change the pickup date, but she cancelled the replacement order and I asked for why did you cancel the order. She disconnected the call. Then later I raised an escalation regarding. They mentioned that we couldn't provide replacement, but refund will be possible. Everyday pickup is being scheduled and delivery executive denies the pick up as it is defect one. I raised escalation many times and they are just rescheduling pickup. I arranged for conference call with customer care executive, delivery executive denies that his supervisor told him not to take the product. I even spoke to his supervisor, he told me that we will not take defect product and he told that they have mailed you regarding the same and will not pickup until they get response from you. I want replacement or refund immediately. I've been calling customer care team, they are just rescheduling the pickup. Kindly resolve my problem. I need my money back or give me replacement. Give me you office address I'll return your product, if they don't pick it up

                        I ordered lg washing machine on 14th aug 2019. The features listed on the website included "smart closing door" but when the product was delivered it did not have "smart closing door".
                        I had to be on the phone for 2 hours with customer service before they agreed to replace it. I received the replacement machine on 26th aug and again the same problem. Id did not have the "smart closing door". I have tried to contact them about this, but the team is not helpful. They ask for a job sheet from the lg technician that the smart door is not available, but the lg technician refuses to give it. He says he will give the job sheet only when he installs the machine. Amazon customer service are not ready to help me and insist on a job sheet. So basically i am stuck with a product that does not match what i ordered and paid for.

                          My self gautam kumar and i order one product (Order no[protected], amount rs.379/-, dated[protected] from online with amazon side but they send me wrong product, then i refund it and request amazon re send me correct product still they send wrong product again then i finally request amazon refund my money asap. I again order another product (Order no[protected], amount rs.429/-, dated 15/08/2019). When i receive said product its not charging then i request amazon to replace and refund my money.

                          After so many time discuss with amazon customer care regarding this matter where was i am profestanaily as a busy person but amazon commit me to refund your money very soon but not it done from their side.

                          All over phone conversation attached for your reference, please help me for refund my money as also harassment penalty which was my rights as an indian customer.

                            I have been recharge my tata sky dth through amazon on 17th august witch is cancelled from their side and initiated for refund. But till date amount is not credited in my account. When i call then they tell me to contact bank customer care and when i call bank customer care they tell me to contact bank branch. Amazon provide me a refund reference number witch is not valid tell me bank customer care. At first they tell amount will be credited 3-5 business days. But now 10days is cross. Please help me...                               I have been charge every month $14.16 every month from this company, idid not authorized them to charge my credit card. Please stop this payment so they can not charge my account anymore. Please hel me to remove this charge from company i did not authorized them to do it.
                              Please help me to resolve this issue so in the next bill i will not be continue charges $14.16 anymore.

He said that investigation will be done within five days after that they provide me refund I said ok.after one day on 16th Aug I was getting mail from Amazon, they said we will close your account because you have done transaction for refund so many times for so many products from your account. I have asked them by mail give me a proof for that type of activities which I have done, like refund so many times for so many product. Sir I have proof screen shot that is my single Tarasaction for refund on amazon account bcoz I am not getting product inside the box.

                                Kindly get reactivate my account and provide me refund.

                                        We bought the product on 17th july from amazon where in it was mentioned that product has 3 years seller/manufacturing warranty.
                                        The product defect was found in 10 days when return window was over.
                                        Contacted yamaha they refused to repair since the product was an online purchase.
                                        We also had a warranty card received when the product was delivered.
                                        Post yamaha's denial, we further contacted amazon for giving false information that product is covered under warranty.
                                        Amazon asked us to provide in writing from yamaha that they do not repair online purchases.
                                        We did the same and submitted the written reply on mail to amazon for almost 4 times.
                                        They are just sitting idle begging for more time to resolve the issue.
                                        The moment i took this issue over social media (Twitter) they became active and now they ask for service denial letter from authorized retailer.
                                        Yamaha too has refused to give any sort of letter because they have replied to our query on mail and have also redirected to the terms and conditions on their website where it is mentioned that it is against yamaha's policy to repair products purchased online.
                                        We have no where to go and i have been sitting on this issue making a fool of myself.
                                        Amazon doesn't want to help in any possible way.
                                        Here the consumer has been impacted between two companies yamaha and amazon.
                                        I am attaching amazon's screenshot where it is mentioned that product is under warranty.
                                        Also attaching the mail communication screenshot between my father and yamaha where in they have mentioned in writing that they do not serve products purchased online.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        The product supply partson from company behaviour is very poor. They doesn't know they are taking to the customer. They talk like rowdies. Really they are creating bad name for the company
