Order placed on-21.04.2019, i paid rupees 7, 174, 00, order #[protected], i have received my item on-06.05.2019, item returned by india post on-09.05.2019, the seller received my item on-12.05 2019 as per my tracking. Item name - ray-ban full rim square mens spectacle frame (Orx[protected]/53). I returned sellers item as per amazon return policy to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 airport s o from - arjuna behera, at - medical campus, po - mohana, dist - gajapati, state - odisha, pin-761015. But ihave not received my refund money till today. It is my 20th time request. So kindly help me for return refund. I returned 2 items but received refund of one item which is nike t shirt and rs.4, 321, 00. But i wait for rupees 7, 174.00 till today.

    I have order product from amazon it should be delivered on 16 aug 2019. Amazon deliver boy has come call n without prior notice he cancelled delivery. Next day same thing has happened he refused to deliver because of he having tempo, n don't want to take u turn.
    I called amzone help care and they requested wait for 24 hours instead of delivered item immideatly. Amzone claims they give fast delivery... I haven't seen they delivered any item in very fast way. So don't claim it.

      I ordered the above article under order #[protected], 13th may 2019, and the shaver i received was broken. I received a replacement on 15th may 2019 (Order #[protected], and used it twice. The third time when i turned it on, a hole burnt in the grill, and i cannot use it. The motor works. The return window is only ten days, not enough to test the quality of the product (One does not use it everyday!). Product review and complaint sent from the site have disappeared. Request refund for the item (Rs 3087).

        I have ordered realme 3 pro mobile on 9 aug 2019 and paid money in advance. I want to gift this phone on occasion of raksha bandhan. Amazon has committed to delivery the phone on 12 aug 2019 but due to holiday on 11 and 12 aug i have requested to change the delivery date from 12 aug to 13 aug and same has been accepted. On 13 aug on amazon app showing the product will be delivered today. But no one contacted me till 2 pm again i called the customer care for delivery of product. They again assured me delivery on same day but product was not delivered. Next day morning on 14 aug have again called the customer care for urgent delivery because it will be gifted on raksha bandhan. I have made so many calls on delivery number [protected] also use 4 digit pin but the person who picked the call said me no delivery with them. When i tracked the same through amazon then it is showing out for delivery and delivery attempted 11.20 pm but no one contacted with me. Amazon has neither shared me delivery boy number. Amazon has cheated me. On 15 aug amazon called me and assured the product will deliver me on 16 august but still no one contacted me. I got upset every day with false assurance. I trust this company a lot but the company is not trustworthy. My experience is very bad for dealing with this company. Due to non delivery of the product i am not able to gift the same to my sister. I feel cheated.

          I ordered dream catcher on 11 april of rs 150 and return it on 13 apri bcoz it was too big.. I didnt got the refund than again i ordered a photo frame on 29 july and cancelled on the same day till now i didnt got the refund of both i called amazon and sbi the didnt help me i fill dispute letter and mail it seral tyms n called amazon to help but both says hum kuch nhi kr skte... Then who the hell can do... Plzzz help me i want my money back

              The above ordered material is not received after 3 months

              There is no provision on amazon.in website for such type of complaints. I have tried and put a review on the site. But the review did not appear on the site nor any action taken by the supplier or any communication.

              Hope this will be resolved on this platform.

                Order id[protected], order date 9th august 2019. I got a bottle with damaged cap, all the oil from bottle was spread outside bottle and it was empty. Infact there was no droper. I have shared all the pics with amazon.in spoke with so many executive, they simply deny to refund my money, i spent 2600 for an empty bottle. They are not ready to show me any proof that how they have investigated? Just by simply denying that they cant do anything. I need my hard earned money back. Instead of refunding they said i can place another order. For them rs 2600 is nothing, i want my money back.

                  Ref my order no[protected] dated 08 august 2019. The order was for almonds 2 kg. However a package weighing only 500 gms has been delivered to me. The package has neither been tampered nor yet opened by me. You are requested to arrange to supply the balance quantity. Please also inquire as to how such a lapse occured.                     I ordered rakhi and chocolates on dated 07.08.2019 for my brother who is serving country in indian navy through amazon and they were showing expected delivery and on 14.08.2019 one day before the rakhi festival the app showed the package is out for delivery. But suddenly they cancelled the order and showed it returning to seller i was shocked as at very next day it is rakhi festival. I contacted on amazon customer care, they firstly informed me that their delivery boy tried to contact on the phone number that i mentioned in order, so i asked my brother who assured me that nobody even tried to contact him and not even he received any text message from the company regarding contact details of delivery boy. I informed the same to their care executive then suddenly he informed that the order was cancelled as the shipment was damaged in transit n seller is not able to provide replacement. I requested them for another replacement of rakhi till 15.08.2019 as my brother was expected rakhi from her sister. I also asked them how you can cancel the order without will/consent of consumer. However on my repeated requests the executive informed that he emailed to seller for any replacement of order if possible till 15.08.2019. So i hopefully again contacted on 15.08.2019 in morning and again requested for my rakhi replacement but the another executive i talked in morning suddenly informed that the order was returned to seller as the pincode was incorrect and address was incomplete/incorrect then i asked them why you are making me fool since last one week you have to check these things when i was ordering the article and i put phone number in address details so you have at least contact him or either on my registered number once before cancellation of my order. I once again requested the executive for my delivery as the day was rakhi festival and i was urgent need of delivery but they had not provided any solution to me. Is this type of customer services are expected from such a giant e-commerce company. They again n again said me that they are refunding my amount. Is this refund will make up for my sentiments and feelings & expectations of my brother. What type of mental harassment and agony caused this cancellation to us. We are requesting for justice with us and not to repeat such type of incident with other persons. Just because of poor services of amazon, in first time of my life my brother is unable to receive the rakhi from her sister.

                    Further, again a blunder was made by company with me as in evening on 15.08.2019, the company again updated the status of above mentioned order (Which they already cancelled on 14.08.2019 and initiated refund for it, screenshot of email for cancellation of order is enclosed) and showed its delivery of sunday. What is the benefit of delivery at sunday when the festival had already passed on thursday and how company can first cancel the order and again updated this for delivery without consent/will of customer. How can company itself make decisions on the behalf of customer.

                    We are seriously facing trauma bcoz of such attitude of this e-commerce giant. Please provide us injustice on sake of each brother and sister. Please help us.

                      Vide above i ordered for

                      Sinjara metal rakhi combo of 2 rakhi for brother with greeting card roli chawal (Multi rakhi-)

                      It got delivered on 14th morning. As it was rakhi we opened it on 15th and found there is no rakhi inside the packet only

                      Greeting card roli chawal was there.

                      You need to understand this is very imotioanl things and we should we more carefull on despatching and delivering the item which have time bount imprtance.

                      Even if you replace the item it is going to be of no imprtance.

                      So i need apologize letter to be delivered from vendor at recipient address.

                        Refund of rupees 74999 was initiated on 3rd august 2019 by amazon is still not reflecting in my account no.[protected], i called sbi customer care many a times but they are not helping rather they say they cant provide information regarding this, is it the way sbi serve their esteemed customer, should i go for legal course for its redressal? Even attendant of the call is different everytime and all are seems to be # of rude character and seems lacking in knowledge... State bank of india is seems to be a goon of banking sector.

                          We have cancelled the order of sumsung mobile.order placed on 25/07/2019 for amt Rs 13990/.The order is cancelled by Amazon and AMT refunded.till now there is hold on my SBI account [protected].We cantacted the branch the branch unable to remove hold of, Rs 13990.Please remove the hold in my SBI account as soon as possible.I am not able to use my fund.

                            I cancelled an ₹5549 order, amazon says it has refunded.. But no refund in my account.. My bank.. Sbi says.. They can't help.. Ask amazon... I ordered a phn.. And then cancelled it.. But already paid it from my card... Amazon says.. The refund is done from their side.. But no amt is credited in my account.... My bank says.. They can't help.. As amazon is. A3 rd party service... They said to consukt amazon.. But in vain..!!

                              I cancelled an ₹5549 order, amazon says it has refunded.. But no refund in my account.. My bank.. Sbi says.. They can't help.. Ask amazon... Amazon says they have credited the money.. Refund done from their side.. But i haven't received any refund.. Bank sbi says... They cant help... Contact amazon..                                 I booked a ro date 9 aug 2019 and expected date of delivery was 11 aug 2019. But not delivered. Next date given by customer care was 14th aug 2019 but when i have not rec. I call the customer care, new date was given 15 aug 2019. When i have not rec the product i call again. New date was given 17 aug 2019.
                                I ask him, why customer will bear the loss due to late delivery? He has no ans.
                                Can u confirm the date, if i will not rec. U will bear the cost. No i can not say.
                                Have u inform the customer? No ans

                                Can u penalise the company?
                                Pls take a neasary action.

                                  My sister sends me a rakhi by so called amazon prime... And according to company policy it should be delivered in 2 day (As it is a amazon premium feature). But due to the careless staff of amazon it reached somewhere else and not reached to me on time... No one can even compensate me against my sister's love. Atleast a religious item (Rakhi) must be on time as it is a part of festival.. I m very disappointed with this carelessness by a so called biggest online site...
                                  Just bcoz of their carelessness i m unable to celebrate my rakshabandhan...

                                    I order a mi tv through my prime account (In the name of namita arora) as a gift for one of my relatives. The product was delivered to my relative much to his surprise. Subsequently, the installation was scheduled on 31.07.2019. The relevant person came for installation, however, he found that the product was defective. This caused me a lot of embarrassment since the product was supposed to be a gift for my relative and it turned out to be faulty.in order to save my face and ensure that he doesn't go through a lot of trouble, we opted for replacement of the same. The product was supposed to be replaced on 09 august 2019 and the contact details of the person appointed for delivery were shared with us via sms. Thereafter, i shared these details with my relative so that they could co-ordinate further and get the issue resolved. This was further embarrassing for me since i had to ask them to co-ordinate for their own gift. This process proved to be a hassle for me as well as my relative who had to regularly follow-up and tolerate the unruly and rude behavior of the seller company. The delivery time mentioned in the sms was between 11 am to 6 pm of 09 august 2019. Since, it was working day no one was there at home. As no call was received from the delivery boy, we called him to enquire about his visit. He said that he is downstairs in the society and he is coming for delivery. Since no one was there at home we requested him to visit between 2 pm to 4 pm (Which was well within the scheduled delivery time). He (Delivery boy) told us that he will not be able to come today (I. E. On 09 august 2019) and that he will deliver the product on the next day i. E. On 10 august 2019 till 12 pm. The installation for the product was scheduled on 10 august 2019 between 12 pm to 2 pm. On the next day no call was received from him nor was the product delivered and hence, my relative called him to enquire about the status of the delivery. He (Delivery boy) told us that he is not having the delivery and that the delivery has been assigned to other delivery person. However, the details of the other person (The new delivery boy to whom the delivery was assigned) were not shared with us. Later on, the delivery boy stopped answering our calls. Considering all these and also keeping in view the installation scheduled on 10 august 2019, we called the customer care and appraised him about all the facts. The customer care executive promised us that the delivery will be given by 1 pm on 10 august 2019. The product was not delivered and we again called the customer care at 2 pm and the customer care executive promised us that the delivery will be given today only (I. E. On 10 august 2019) by 9 pm alongwith the installation. On 10 august 2019 at 9 pm, i was informed that since, the compliant is filed today only, it will take 48 hours to resolve. During this time, i had to severely apologies to my relatives for the grave inconvenience caused to them and the repeated follow-ups they had to make because of my gift. This caused me further embarrassment and mental agony. I could not even face them as my gift had caused them so many problems. Since, then we have been following up with amazon but the product has not been received yet. Further, the defective product is still lying at my relative's place, much to their dismay. I am requesting them for cancellation of my product and refund of the amount paid. Till yesterday, we were told that the product cannot be cancelled and it can be cancelled only when it is delivered. Today (I. E. On 13 august 2019) we finally urged them to cancel my order and give the refund of the amount. For this action also, we am asked to wait for 24 hours. We took this action in light of the inaction in part of amazon and the seller in replacing the tv which caused grave inconvenience and agony to me as well as my relatives. This whole experience has been harrowing for us despite being a prime customer. Amazon has time and again advertised their prime services as being a premium service which brings the benefits of faster delivery and customer satisfactions. However, the present situation is totally averse to the same and calls for action against such false advertising. We are going through a grave harassment from amazon including their customer care executives and delivery boy. I request this forum to take strict action against all the concerned persons and get me the refund from amazon. I also want the compensation for the harassment through which i am going through as well the mental agony that my relatives have faced due to the lacklustre services provided by amazon. I have faced more than enough embarrassment already that i had to take the step to cancel the order. We have time and again told them that if no action is taken in the present situation, we may approach the present forum, however, amazon had no reaction to the same and it seems that they are not serious about this forum and consumer rights.

                                      Order microsoft pro 6 from amazon.in. It's a prime delivery which was suppose to reach in one working day. They charged 100 rs extra for it. But product got delivered after 3 days after pursuing delivery team.

                                      When laptop reached it had laging issues and hanging. Registered my complaint same day. But engineer visit was scheduled after 4 days. Engineer came and approved that laptops had issue. When spoke to supper team they said it replace product and than refund as it's company policy.

                                      Now after it's was rescheduled for delivery it was suppose to get delivered by yesterday which was13/8/19. When i checked with delivery guy in the evening why they haven't come they said they came in morning we dint open the door. To which i said we were there only why dint you call he said he forgot and he's really sorry about it. But will surely deliver by tomorrow 10 am that's 14/8/19.
                                      But today all day we will waited till evening. Alas in evening i called again to check he said he will be there in one hour. Around 8 amazon updated that we refused the delivery and they are sending product back. Which never happened.

                                      Being a regular customer i feel completely duped and cheated with such a process where customer is kept aside and the whole team lie. Want my refund back it's been a harassment and wild goose chase.

                                      Kindly help us to get our refund back as the customer service team is not helpful at all.

                                        I brought a mobile ASUS ZENPHONE MAX M1 PRO from amazon amount 7489/- on 26/06/2019. due to phone problem this mobile i returned. amazon returned this mobile on 9/07/2019. from these date i do not get the refundable amount. refund id - 74332749191919011072291.. please verify it.
