I am tinu Thomas from uk. I have purchased a wheelchair (Rs.9750) for my father in Kerala, in India last year from chaithanya care through amazon online. But unfortunately it is completely broken within one year that cannot be refixing now due to low quality and damageable

I have many a times informed this complaint to both amzone and chaithanya care but not responded at all

so pls give solution to this problem either refund the money or replace the stuff

    My name is Akshay and I had ordered book of RS. 1120 in Amazon on 20/07/2019 and after 26/07/2019 I returned this order due to personal reason.
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 955500 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      We are ordered mobile through Amazon prime membership they gave on time garantee date delivery but they missed delivery date and it's an out for delivery now we can't cancel also so they gave number of delivery partner but that number is who already left job with an Amazon and this people making to fool customer I am ordered mobile for my Girl friend birthday gift but this people made me frustrating so I need justification because this is second in two days only so please take necessary action to on Amazon company

        Hi
        I ordered optimum nutrition gold standard 100% whey through amazon.in on 12th aug 2019.
        But on 14th aug 2019 the app shows the tracking as delivered and signed by me.
        But real scenario is i didn't received the product, and even i didn't shared the pin to any one no one from amazon delivery contacted me, simply the written of as order delivered.
        Even multiple times calling their customer care they are not responding properly and the just way wait for 2 more days.
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I cancelled a order of Rs. 9490 on 10th August on amazon but that amount is still not refunded to my union bank of India account as I paid the money online with debit card.
        What should I do now?

          Always amazon cancelles my order before delivering it.. Its totally very harresing.. And their customer services never support for this... Delivery boy does not come till my home.. Or he never calls my number before cancelling order... I am really fed up by amazon service...

          That order was very important to me.. I have to gift it to my brother...

            As discussed with one of your employee below is the alert message i recieved from amazon when i first pruchase the product :

            Alert: you've spent rs.33453.70 on credit card xx8677 at amazon on[protected]:15:16:10. Avl bal - rs.25638.30, curr o/s - rs.124361.70. Not you? Call [protected]

            When the money got refunded as i returned the card :

            Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 8677 for rs. 32296.70 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:20:52:29

            Refund initiated: rs.449.00 for vinayak crafters marble chakla/marble roti maker/marb..., available on original method of payment. Details http://amzn.in/orders

            Where is my remaining balance and when it eill be credited??

                Hello team amazon, what nonsensical response from your side?
                Said item is supposed to be delivered by today, 14-16.08.19 where you are intimating that it's cancelled.

                What's wrong with you?, it's simply disgusting and nonsensical approach from amazon.

                Unwillingly i will take up this matter in consumer court as my valuable time has been wasted with very high level of irritations causing severe health issues patterning to above.

                  I purchase a cloth of 729 rupee
                  But after that i requested for return the product. The product is receive by distributer but my refund process is not finally proceeded to my bank account.
                  I got a message by amazon constomer
                  I. E :- your refund of rs 729 is proceed successfully.
                  But i not received my payment in my bank account.
                  So, sir informed me what a issue behind it and plz take action immediately..

                    Worst exp of my life... I have ordered the shoes but the same was not delivered saying that refused at delivery address.. But no call made from your end so called up to cc they are not helpful & not giving any resolution... If i not got the resolution then i will definitely post this social media with the screen shot & call recording & will give worst reviews on ratings perspective..

                      Dear 1st my package not arrived on time.. And your team not picking my phone on 13 aug.. And now they switch off the phone... This worst service by amazon... Package is important to me... It was a gift for some for 15 aug... You should call amazon facility ludhiana and give a quick update to me... I hope you should work o my complaint and help me on this time

                        The delivery person without contacting me or reaching the pick up point keeps cancelling the pick up and making me re schedule. He has already done it twice. How am I supposed to return the item? All items have a return window of 30 days and it has already been two weeks that I'm trying to return it!

                          This is the worst experience i have had with amazon. I got my order in my city facility and they've returned it by saying that your address is out of our courier partner area. This is ridiculous. They want me to reorder the product which was discounted. As soon as i came to know that product is in my city i have called costumer care and he confirmed i will get my order delivered before estimated date. And the same day they returned the product.

                            Hi i have purchased a printer order#[protected]. It is clearly mentioned on website that it is a returnable product still amazon is not taking return.

                            They are forwarding to vendor website to get the repair. If this was not returnable product than why 10 day return was mentioned??

                            Worst thing with amazon is they don't have customer care. If you dial customer care they will just keep forwarding to one ivr to other ivr and wasting time.

                            Since it was mentioned as returnable it must be returned. Why should we accept a faulty repaired product?

                              Amazon not taking return of order#[protected] ordered on 12 august 2019 despite mentioning it as returnable. Product supplied is poor quality and non working. Still it is forwarding to vendor website for repair.

                              I do not want repair. Why should i accept a faulty printer? Why did amazon mentioned it as 'returnable'???

                              Worst thing is there is no way you can call them for complain. They only keep you forwarding from one ivr to another and keep wasting time.

                                  This complain is regarding two aheli brand rakhi which i had booked on 30 july 2019 and 31st july 2019 for pune and kolkatta location respectively. My bookings was 15 days before the festival rakshabandhan, which is an appropriate time for any product to get delivered to the desired location. But as per the mentioned delivery dates earlier that was between 5th to 9th august 2019 but as per the details it didnt got delivered. I had waited till 8th of august as the details were showing that the product will get delivered on 8th august but irrespective of that the product didnt got delivered.
                                  So the next day i. E; on 9th of august i called customer care of amazon india. I told them about the incident and instead of helping me the customer service provided asked me to contact the seller and get to know about the whereabouts of my individual rakhi which was supposed to reach on 9th august for pune and kolkatta location.
                                  I denied doing the further work which was supposed to be done by the customer care and instead of helping me he suggested me to cancel the order or wait until 16th august i. E; till friday, the day after rakhi is over.
                                  This is the kind of service online shopping haul are providing to their valuable customer. I have called so many times and instead of helping me they came up with the stupid idea of cancelling my order. I have gone through the mental harassment of calling these guys again and again without getting any help from the amazon india side.
                                  My question is when they are not capable of doing the task, what is the use of mentioning on their products that the rakhi or any product will get delivered in two - three business days. Their selling moto for rakhi was that "you order on or before 12th august and we will make sure your product will be delivered before rakhi". This is the motto what they have followed. Irrespective of that i had order my rakhi on 30th july 2019 for pune and 31st july 2019 for kolkatta, both of them are metropolitan cities.
                                  I demand from them a compensation, i had to go through the trouble and harassment and getting to know on 10th of august before 4 days of rakhi that the product wont get delivered on time and mostly it will deliver after rakhi, which is of no use. I demand a high compensation from amazon india pvt ltd, for not solving my queries and either coming up with a solution which was highly offensive.
                                  The online shopping sites should know by doing this they are not only compromising with their business ethics but also with the emotional ethics of their customer.
                                  At last, without any choice i had to cancel my order. But the refund is still not initiated. As with the refund i demand a compensation from the company asap.

                                    I made a payment of 1000 rupees from my state bank of india account to beneficiary account through amazon pay upi on 5 july 2019. After making upi payment money deducted from my sbi account instantly but and the transaction status shows successful but money not credited or reflected in beneficiaries central bank account. I contacted both amazon pay upi support team and state bank of india customer service but of no response. Both blame each...

                                    I had ordered muscleblaze super gainer xxl 3kg. Which was empty box i got.
                                    On 3 aug 2019 my refund has been initiated in my canera bank account. The reference number for the refund is hsbcn[protected]. But by mistake i give a one digit of account no. Write wrong.[protected] now untill my refund has not credit in my right account no.[protected]. Pls take a immediately.

                                      It was marked as delivered sunday package was handed directly to the customer. Signed by: narayanan govindaraju.

                                      But, i never received the package and didn't signed. It is clear case of fraud since it was marked as signed by me.

                                      No proper response from call center. It is more than getting the refund, i am bothered about the marked as signed...
