I ordered kieana cute earphone on 5 jun 2019 and i recived another cartoon earphone so i returned on next 2days till now i dont recived any money from the amazon but the amazon customer pick the product back to me i wait for 10-15 days to recive money... Till now im waiting for that so plz file my complaint and also i will my order id[protected] and the product price was 429rs...

I purchased a poco f1 phone for a cheaper rate. I was given a docket number/airway bill number which is untraceable, i contacted the seller a number of times and the seller never responded back. Later i contacted amazon india and lodged a complaint. I had ordered pack of 10 nespresso capsules. Most of capsules received have damaged rims which makes them unusable. As per return policy i cannot return goods. What remedy do i have against this defective product supply

Not refunds received amazon and seller blaming each other,
Spoke to samir at triveni saree gujrat he says its auto refund always and it should not take this long for the refund, he said its amazons fault for the delay.
Amazon call center people say its the delay from the sellers end..
They didnt even let me review publish on this issue to make people aware of it.
Stil no refund though so writing a complaint here...

I ordered the above product twice but Amazon failed to deliver...

Left hand burner is not working and when we try to light it, it comes up with very high flame and it blackens the vessels. It always show up with yellow color instead of blue.

Need burner replacement.

What a joke, Amazon packed 8 no's of approx.420gm + 1 no's of 800gm Maggi noodles in one polybag topped by 4 bottles of 1 litre each mustard oil and they think the delicate noodles won't get damaged, they require proof.
