Updated by MKNL VERMA please refer to order No.[protected], kindly go through all my trailing mails and several requests to amazon customer care services. In the matter, this is to submit that the product supplied by the seller is apparently not genuine product. If you go through the main website o[censored]ltimatenutrition.com, there has been a list o[censored]nauthorised and unapproved distributor in India given in this website. In this list the same distributor as mentioning in the product given to us has been mentioned. The name o[censored]nauthorised & unapproved distributor is Musclepro Nutrition Pvt Ltd. i.e. MPN. The same name is reflecting in the label on the top of the seal cap of the product which was provided to us.
( I am attaching screenshot of the website o[censored]ltimate Nutrition and the picture of label attached with the product sold and provided to me vide above referred order).
Therefore, on 02.8.2019, I requested for return pickup, this pickup was rescheduled by customer care executive again and again for 6 to 7 times, but all the courier person cancelled it own and not attended for pickup. latestly, on 12.8.2019, a case ticket Id No. [protected] was created and a fresh return pickup also created for 16.8.2019 slot. but it was again failed 8th times. You can scroll through my account and can check all mails and telephonic calls, chats etc to self verify the whole story is continuing since last 18 days. Long period of harassing by amazon transport service, customer care executives, escalation team members, sports and nutrition team all are making fool us again and again. firstly fake product was sold then kept our family held up in home during long weekends and festival season just to ensure anyone available to attend the pickup courier person.
we are the prime members of amazon and regular customer since number of years, what kind drama is going on what treatment is being given to our loyality.
In fresh development of today, when I was called by customer care executive, an executive saying his name as Raju T. He said he is from Retail team. However no solution has been done but Mr Raju has said that he is not created any fresh pickup again but he promised that tomorrow is last date for 10 days of escalation of case ticket Id [protected], he promised that if no update recd by tomorrow, follow up call will made to me and in such case a refund will be initiated without any pickup. I hope this is not false promises I am attaching a audiio clip of the promises made
