I had ordered an oppo k3 from amazon and there was an assured cashback of rs.1000 through amazon pay. Amazon is not responding to any queries or mails sent to them. This a scam because they are not willing to take the product back as well.

There are many customers facing the same issue and amazon is behaving indifferent to all queries. Please look into this because the phone was sold of in the first day and if they scammed all those buyers, it is a big amount that the company has cheated on

Soo I ordered adidas jogger and got a different brand received since then I’ve been trying to get an update for my refund.. 2days back you customer support executive said to me that I’ll receive my refund by 6th of October coz it’s an UPI payment soo it’ll take time .today when i called up your customer services your executive told me that “mam it’s a issue of junk product received from your side and we wont be able to initiate the refund” like seriously??? I mean I returned the product on 27th of September and since then I’ve been waiting to get the refund you guys are not even providing cash on delivery option to your customers you take our money and send us the wrong product and then blame it on us?? If this is what you’re saying then your pickup executive should’ve told me at the time of pickup only!!! Or when i filed a return request stating I’ve received a different product with a brand named ONLY then you shouldn’t have initiated the pickup!!! You’re just making a fool out of your customers . This is not the kind of service i was expecting from amazon and literally this is the last time I shopped from you guysi won’t be repeating the same. l Myntra and Flipkart are a gem and when it comes to refund they initiate it immediately after the pickup is done but you guys literally took 10days made a fool out of me and now are blaming me for it.. I WANT THE REFUND TO BE INITIATED ASAP THATS IT.. now how am I supposed to share the pictures of the product that you already took?? And even in that case you should’ve asked me to share the pictures at the time of pickup only you took the wrong product and my money too!!!

    They have contacted me and said me to return the wrongly delivered product, but they are not submitting tge return request so courier boy is not accepting the product and then i contact again to the amazon they said they can't help me. They are doing wrong and wasting my time also. From last 15-20 days they have really wasted my time and not helped me even i am saying i have receipt of wrong product they have sent.

      Order cancelled as some product got damaged in the transit even without informing
      I ordered some pantry items on amazon india during the sale
      The status got confirmed and i even paid for the order
      The after 2 days the status showed as returning to seller without any call or intimation
      Then i contacted customer care, first time the customer service representative told me that they are not sure of reason and gave me a number to contact the delivery guy. When i called the deliver agent he did not receive my call.
      I called the customer care again, after 10 mins of hold time they told me that some product got damaged in the transit and so they want to cancel the order. When i asked for replacement they said they cannot as the items are not available.
      If a product is damaged in the transit then it is not customer fault then we should be getting a replacement and not refund.
      If we buy it on sale and then they cancel the order without even informing what is use of sale and what is use of customers wasting time
      There is no proof that the product is damaged or etc.
      I feel they are just playing with customers, planning a sale and cancelling the orders.

        I ordered some product through amazon.in on 16th july 2019 order no.[protected]. Ariel liquid detergent and fiama di will's soap is not delivered till now. I contact to amazon but they regret my request to deliver product due to damage in transit. I want replacement product but amazon refuse my request.

          Sir, i want to know why the price for seagate expansion portable 2 tb external hard drive hdd – usb 3.0 for pc laptop and mac (Stea2000400) is different on your amazon.in web site and different on amazon prime now when both the sites are of amazon.
          On amazon.in it is priced at mrp ₹ 7, 499.00 less 31% off which comes to ₹ 5, 199.00 and on amazon prime now it is priced at mrp ₹ 11, 699.00 less 56% off which comes to ₹ 5199.00.
          Isn't this cheating the customers by amazon? The mrp price has to be the same at both the above mentioned sites for the same product though the discount offer could vary, but inflating the price and luring the customers showing higher discount offer on the same product is purely cheating and misleading.
          Please explain and respond to this with a satisfactory reply at the earliest.

              Ordered on 10 august 2019 order#[protected]. The watch is not working. No options mentioned in the description are working. When we tried to replace the item, it was not replaced and no assistance was also provided in solving the problem. Your person (Pragnya phone no. 44 [protected]) told that we need to provide a certificate from the company that the watch is not working then only he will replace the item. I think it is not my work. Please provide the official letter that you need a certificate from the company, i will do the same.

                My order russell hobbs rgs1800-professional garment steamer (Black) was never delivered. I got a reference call from rajasthan stating to get ready with your money by 6th or 7th of august but after that nobody came to deliver it. I got a call afterwards to come and receive my package but as there was no means of transport, the delivery never occurred & i received a message stating "couldn't deliver as payment was not made".

                I have done online shopping through different sites before & it's my first time on amazon. Could i be informed if i'm getting my delivery anytime soon in the near future.

                I had booked an order in amazon but it's not delivered attached images of order details
                I have booked amazon firestick in prime day sale on july 15 and returned it because it is not supported to my TV. Product returned on 19th July at KOMALI LOGISTICS - amazon's local dealer. As they didnt updated the product status and not received the refund.

                    This process started yesterday my order came and in my account old number was given so the number didn't worked and they took my delivery back. Then i asked customer service and they said give your new number we will update it and the delivery boy would get my new number. Today at morning i called delivery boy and said to call me on this number and then he said ok then i got message at 2:30 your order is cancelled the owner cancelled it. I called delivery boy and said why did he do so he said u didnt gave me new number i said i have told customer service my new number. He said sry i can't deliver it. Then he said the order is with me wait for sometime if i could i will deliver then i instantly called customer service and they said to tell delivery boy to deliver product and when i told him that customer service had said this he refused and said sry i couldn't deliver product has gone... Plz amazon take vig action.

                    N 5th Aug, 2019. I got surprised to see 199/- debited from my ICICI debit card. I did not got any message about this deduction. It was debited on the name VSI/Amazon Stan.

                    Can you help me resolve this.
                    I am vartika Parmar, and i had a cancelled order on 7/13/19 whose amount has not yet been initiated to my account. The refund reference number for the transaction is 421808. The amount should reflect in my account by 7/18/19 but it has not occurred.

                      I have ordered one mobile phone from amazon during there sale with exchange offer. When the delivery agent visited my place and the way he was talking is not at all acceptable. Then he connect me to one of his senior who told me that he will be visiting my place in another 15 min and will delivery the product. But in the meantime he cancelled my order without telling me. When i call the amazon customer care they have given me the surity that they will arrange a replacement for the same. But again when i called them again they refused to do the same and the person from the call center sort of head told me that was the wrong commitment and we can't do anything for the same and do whatever you want to do. So request you to please help me with the same. My request to other people not to buy any product from amazon it's a fake company.

                              The vendor has sold us the refurbished phone even though we didn't order the refurbished phone. The details regarding the refurbished phone came to our notice after two months of purchase from the motorola service centre. The service centre informed us that the motorola company has reverted back to their mail stating that the warranty of the phone has expired long back even though we purchased it two months ago. The service centre stated that it's a refurbished phone then.
                              Kindly please look into the matter. Either put the phone into the warranty or provide us with a new phone

                                I have ordered 1 product from amazon order #[protected] dated 9th aug'19 with a confirmed delivery on 10th aug by 11 am after paying additional amount. As per the tracking process i was following up but to my surprise i got an mail at 10.48 am stating delivery attempted but failed due to no otp available. This is to confirm that i didn't received any calls on my registered mobile no and no delivery agent has visited at my home. I am continuously trying to reach the no given by the amazon ie [protected]#1797 (Delivery agent pin) but same is coming busy since 11 am till now. I have tried for min 25-30 times.
                                In between i have called amazon customer care as well since 2 pm till 22.45 but i didn't get any satisfactory answer from them except a sorry /an assurance for the delivery in 2 hrs/1 hr and max upto 9 pm which didnt happen. I called them for atleast 6-7 times and invest 78 minutes. Also to my surprise i didn't get any return call from amazon cc from their side for the follow up.
                                Today i have to leave for chandigarh being long weekend is coming apart from independence day/raksha bandhan and i will be back only on monday. I requested for the delivery of the same on next monday ie 19th aug but they refused as max they can postpone till friday & 2ndly i requested for change of address to near by area but same has been rejected as well.
                                I was supposed to go back at my home town in the 2nd half but with an assurance by the amazon cc team to do the delivery by 9 pm i changed it but it didn't happened and now i have to leave by tmrw morning at the earliest.
                                I tried for cancellation but this option is also not there.
                                Now who will accept the product in my absence?
                                Who will bear the cost of my expenses as i have to travel tmrw morning?
                                I have certain family commitment which has failed?
                                I have bought this product for my close one to give as gift but now what?
                                Who will bear the cost of my harassment?
                                No support and cooperation from amazon team?
                                False & wrong communication /information by the delivery team?
                                Attached details of calls made to delivery agent & amazon customer care.
                                Need action on the same.

                                This is in continuation of my earlier mails on the issue of non delivery of my laptop ordered from Amazon on 9th Aug'19 where i would like to inform that today is the 3rd attempt to deliver the product with "MISLEADING"the consumer with wrong communication/information in "UNETHICAL WAY" which is stated to be a NON PROFESSSIONAL APPROACH by World's best company.

                                I[censored] pl refer to my 1st mail where i was not approached by the delivery agent on the 1st day and i was regularly following up with the customer care but no results
                                2nd day delivery agent asked OTP well in advance and not even reached the location and on denial i received delivery unsuccessful as OTP was not available.
                                Today was another attempt to deliver the product but to my surprise i got a missed call from Amazon delivery guy and when i called him back at 15.03 pm he said i will not be able to come early & when i said pl see i[censored] can deliver at my friend place which is nearby he refused to do so and after the call i got a message "We could not deliver Dell... as we could not not contact you on the phone.Re-attempt on next working day ...

                                Is it justify to get a missed call from the delivery agent ?
                                Once customer call back the delivery agent & he denial the delivery, Customer got the message that we could not contact you on phone ????

                                Attached herewith the screen shot of the missed call received/call back by me/received the message ...Kindly look into and share your point of view where i am wrong & Amazon team is right ?

                                In all the 3 attempts customer has been targeted with an intention of harassment by Amazon team.

                                This is absolutely ridiculous and not at all acceptable.Need clarification by Amazon Team...!!!

                                  Order id:[protected]. Honor 9lite received with a faulty battery. Hence request for replacement to amazon.in response, amazon informed that you have to send this mobile through your courier service. Hence i have sent mobile to corresponding address through tracking id: eg[protected]in indian post. Return order id:[protected]. At 30/07/2019, seller received this product return but didn't send it back to me. Hence after several follow up amazon representative told me that seller received a different product. I don't know why such fraud has been created by amazon seller & amazon. Please look into the matter seriously & solve my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, i will raise a complaint against amazon into court & all social media. Even after 15 days, i didnt received any response. All reference document is attached herewith.

                                      I have purchsed daikin 1.5 ton 3 star inverter split ac (Copper, atkl50tv, white) on 10 april 2019 and order number is order#[protected] by amazon.

                                      Amazon promised the 2000 cashback offer with this product for every customer by july 1st 2019.
                                      When i communicated with customer care executive last week, she said it has been transferred to bank and she is escalating for refund cashback.

                                      Today i called to customer care, he is saying that product is not eligible for cashbak. This is really fraus and strict action should be taken against amazon and amazon must cashback 2000 inr as promised.

                                        This is to inform you that i ordered a product mentioned as above from amazon india on 3 aug 2019 which was shipped from bright lifecare pvt ltd (Gurgaon) and it was delivered to me on 8 aug 2019. When i checked the product i found that product was fake, seal was broken and mud was puffed inside the box instead of protein which is very serious issue and very harmful for health. I request you to take cognisance of same and take some stringest actions upon amazon and its associated seller who are selling fake products frequently and playing with life of customers. Heavy penalties should be imposed on them and license of distributor should be cancelled so that it should be happened to anyone. I have already returned the product and demanded for refund of amount in my account. Kindly look into the matter and do something to restore the faith of customer.
