Updated by Ashie77 This is in continuation of my earlier mails on the issue of non delivery of my laptop ordered from Amazon on 9th Aug'19 where i would like to inform that today is the 3rd attempt to deliver the product with "MISLEADING"the consumer with wrong communication/information in "UNETHICAL WAY" which is stated to be a NON PROFESSSIONAL APPROACH by World's best company.
I[censored] pl refer to my 1st mail where i was not approached by the delivery agent on the 1st day and i was regularly following up with the customer care but no results
2nd day delivery agent asked OTP well in advance and not even reached the location and on denial i received delivery unsuccessful as OTP was not available.
Today was another attempt to deliver the product but to my surprise i got a missed call from Amazon delivery guy and when i called him back at 15.03 pm he said i will not be able to come early & when i said pl see i[censored] can deliver at my friend place which is nearby he refused to do so and after the call i got a message "We could not deliver Dell... as we could not not contact you on the phone.Re-attempt on next working day ...
Is it justify to get a missed call from the delivery agent ?
Once customer call back the delivery agent & he denial the delivery, Customer got the message that we could not contact you on phone ????
Attached herewith the screen shot of the missed call received/call back by me/received the message ...Kindly look into and share your point of view where i am wrong & Amazon team is right ?
In all the 3 attempts customer has been targeted with an intention of harassment by Amazon team.
This is absolutely ridiculous and not at all acceptable.Need clarification by Amazon Team...!!!
Can you help me resolve this.
