i did not receive the order and amazon is sating that product is lost in transit and but i placed the speakers for 229 rs and now price is increased to 1699 and i am requesting to amazon please send me a product or else please send me a compensation of now the product is listed price

      Dear team, if you can't return any product then don't do any kind of false promise with customers. I bought a nokia mobile from your website but unfortunately it has some technical fault. I asked to your customer care executive to replace or refund this item. They promised me to send new one and the defective product will be collected from me by your executive. But neither the product has been collected nor the new one has been received by me. When i called again to cce of amazon they make an excuses and sad to send the defective product by myself. No one will come to collect it. And also they didn't send any new one. Sir my question is that if your executive were unable to reach me then why your cce has assured me executive will come to collect. Why they false promised me, my new mobile will be dispatched shortly. Please listen the conversation between your executive and me, when replacement initiated. I literally disappointed by your team. I will throw this garbage phone out if you guys will not return it. My contact number is[protected]

          Respected sir,
          I request you to please help me because i got scammed and have paid to the fraud an amount of 1550/-
          On 26th july i got a job offer from amazon and i sended my resume to the email id - [protected]@amazoncare. Online. Later on 3rd august i recieved msg and emailed me that i have been selected for supervisor. I recieved the appointment letter, job application form and have applied in the email. Morover they asked for uniform charge of 1550/- which i paid. Now they want me to apply/open for icici bank and deposit an amount of 5150. Please help me.             Sub- Reminder Complaint against Amazon Online Marketplace for not placing my return request for damaged packages on Whirlpool Split AC delivered on 04/06/19.

            Honorable Prime Minister,

            Please refer to the trailing mail and I have already sent images taken on day of its delivery . Even after 13 days no action has been taken for its return while I have read that customer has a legitimate rights to return the product within 10 days as in this case . I have written many an email and also mentioned that I must not be compelled to attend phone calls as I have some issues of speech impairment .

            Really its a horrible experience to purchase this product from you.

            There is nothing in name of customer care as I have written very clearly and multiple times that I need its immediate pickup followed by its refund and there is no compelling rules to have undesirable product .

            Its beyond my understanding that how your personnel are compelling me to attend phone calls just for its return even when I have clearly mentioned that I have Medical issues so its impossible for me to have a telephonic conversation.

            Please be clear that either its being returned with applicable Refund at the earliest because its enough be harassed by Amazon and I have no trust in you and also shameful on your CEO Mr Jeff Bezos who had recruited inefficient and unprofessional personnel like you are.

            I have cancelled my Prime Membership and please deactivate my Amazon account as I feel that its nothing but wasting my time and resources on worthless conversation with reluctant personnel of Amazon and now without a legal suite its not possible to protect my legitimate rights being as an Indian Customers with Disabilities .

            Thanks a lot and feeling ashamed on me to have a prolonged marketing relationship with Amazon and also unsatisfied with working style of your CEO Sh Jeff Bezos who is carrying a burden of inefficient personnel like you are .

              I have been ordering cocojal for the past many months from amazon.in the last lot i ordered there were ghastly floatings in one of the bottles which was packed along with the other 5. I have kept that bottle with me. The best part which is really shocking is instead of posting this review i made on amazon they just removed it and a message appeared which is as follows:-

              I tried chatting and talking to the customer care to haripriya who just went offline in between instead of solving this query.
              Again in another lot which was pack of 6 bottles, one bottle was half empty even when the seal was intact.
              Something needs to be done very strongly for this complaint.
              Please help!!

                In continuation all my trailing mails related to order no.[protected], the return pick up of this has been reschedule by your side fourth times but noone came or called for picked up item, our family has been held at home for last 5 days every time false promises have been made again and again.

                Firslty amazon sold fake product then people kept my family in waiting for courier service for 5 days to return pick up

                I m reqesting again to please look into the matter.

                please refer to order No.[protected], kindly go through all my trailing mails and several requests to amazon customer care services. In the matter, this is to submit that the product supplied by the seller is apparently not genuine product. If you go through the main website o[censored]ltimatenutrition.com, there has been a list o[censored]nauthorised and unapproved distributor in India given in this website. In this list the same distributor as mentioning in the product given to us has been mentioned. The name o[censored]nauthorised & unapproved distributor is Musclepro Nutrition Pvt Ltd. i.e. MPN. The same name is reflecting in the label on the top of the seal cap of the product which was provided to us.

                ( I am attaching screenshot of the website o[censored]ltimate Nutrition and the picture of label attached with the product sold and provided to me vide above referred order).

                Therefore, on 02.8.2019, I requested for return pickup, this pickup was rescheduled by customer care executive again and again for 6 to 7 times, but all the courier person cancelled it own and not attended for pickup. latestly, on 12.8.2019, a case ticket Id No. [protected] was created and a fresh return pickup also created for 16.8.2019 slot. but it was again failed 8th times. You can scroll through my account and can check all mails and telephonic calls, chats etc to self verify the whole story is continuing since last 18 days. Long period of harassing by amazon transport service, customer care executives, escalation team members, sports and nutrition team all are making fool us again and again. firstly fake product was sold then kept our family held up in home during long weekends and festival season just to ensure anyone available to attend the pickup courier person.

                we are the prime members of amazon and regular customer since number of years, what kind drama is going on what treatment is being given to our loyality.

                In fresh development of today, when I was called by customer care executive, an executive saying his name as Raju T. He said he is from Retail team. However no solution has been done but Mr Raju has said that he is not created any fresh pickup again but he promised that tomorrow is last date for 10 days of escalation of case ticket Id [protected], he promised that if no update recd by tomorrow, follow up call will made to me and in such case a refund will be initiated without any pickup. I hope this is not false promises I am attaching a audiio clip of the promises made

                My order return nad refund not comfortable Amazon customer service very bed my order 4/09/20 and refund 6/09/20 and delivery 15/09/20, order price 899 rs today 3/10/20 but not working problem and refund balance for very bed sarvice Amazon customer service very bed

                  My name is abhinav sharma (Email id is abhinav. [protected]@gmail.com) which is registered with amazon.

                  The complaint is with regards to my account which got locked without any warning. I have tried their customer care on phone, email ([protected]@amazon.in) and social media but they have been completely incompetent to solve the most basic of issues. They now sent me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no mentioned against my name is wrong. I also tried to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                    I am a very old customer of amazon. But 27 july 2019 my amazon.in acoount on hold. I don, t know why my account got hold. My amazon email is [protected]@yahoo.com. And my name is prem kumar. My mobile no. Is [protected]. After july 27, i have mailed amazon several times. I have connected on the amazon helpline 15 time via call and chat. But every time someone avoids saying something. Yesterday (06 aug. 2019) i once called amazon care and it has been so long that why not remove the hold from my account so far. He replied that i’m sorry sir. Our officer had mistyped your information. There was no response from us for this reason. I have mailed this email acoount several times.                       Ordered on 3 july 2019 order#[protected]

                      I ordered igcse o level extended mathematics book on july 3 rd on amazon worth inr 1630 it was supposed to reach me by 31 st of july. But till date i havent received it. I tried to notify that to amazon and i got a mail from the mk books with a tracking number. But that number shows it's in transit and complained to amazon and also to the seller that its beyond time and its still showing its in transit and i cant wait any more. I need the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. There is no such option on the amazon website and neither are they responding on customer care.

                          I hv collected a offer jus for prime 100% cb up to rs1000 by collecting 5 coupons of rs20% cb up to rs200 each on 6th july. I placed a order on 8th july for rs982 n got cb of rs982 immediately. After dat i was shown rs18cb for the next order.
                          After dat i cancelled a product of rs228 and after dat i tried to place order and 100% cb was applying and was shown rs246 cb on rs399 order in checkout page as i hv already availed rs754 cb for the product.
                          Til 13th or 14th july remaining cb of rs246 was showing for next order as in terms n conditions nowhere its mentioned cb applicabke only on single order. Cc also told orders can b split for getting cb.
                          After dat due to technical issue cb was not showing in checkout.
                          Cc person informed even if cb is not showing in checkout page if eligible cb wil b processed.
                          So i ordered a product on 31st july for rs215. I have to receive cb of rs215. Stil now not received cb. Cc saying cb applicable only once. I know only once is up to rs1000. I was shown cb of rs246 til july 13th n i know m eligible. Collected offer is valid til july 31st. Cc denying cb.
                          I hv attached the screenshot of the cb of rs246 showing in checkout page on 9th july after cancelling a product.
                          Pls help me getting the cashback for the offer as promised.

                                  Amazon provided a bad quality led and they are denying to refund n return it....

                                  I bought tcl led from amazon on july 26th, 2019 with return policy till august 5th, 2019.

                                  Today, i updated at amazon that i do not need the product as picture quality is not matching. Amazon executive said that if led is broken or has any fault then we can replace it but we cannot take the refund back.

                                  My concern is why would i keep a led when i am not satisfied with the picture quality. I am planning to buy sony now so i need refund and return of the product.

                                  I have a 6 month old kid - what if his eyes gets some problem by looking at a bad quality led. My wife has eye glasses with high number, she is not at all comfortable with the picture quality.

                                  I had a very long discussion with amazon executive and amazon's escalation team but they said no to return and replace it.

                                  I need my money back, please advise with the process of filing a case. Thank you!!

                                  I bought TCL LED from Amazon on July 26th, 2019 with return policy till August 5th, 2019.

                                  Today, I updated at Amazon that I do not need the product as Picture Quality is not matching. Amazon executive said that if LED is broken or has any fault then we can replace it but we cannot take the refund back.

                                  My concern is why would I keep a LED when I am not satisfied with the Picture Quality. I am planning to buy SONY now so I need refund and return of the product.

                                  I have a 6 month old kid - what if his eyes gets some problem by looking at a Bad Quality LED. My Wife has eye glasses with high number, she is not at all comfortable with the picture quality.

                                  I had a very long discussion with Amazon executive and Amazon's escalation team but they said No to return and replace it.

                                  I need my money back, Please advise with the process of filing a case. Thank you !!

                                    Refund was initiated by amazon of ₹10100 on 6th may 2019 but still didn't come to my account, when i contacted amazon through email, and call they were saying the process is done by us and you need to contact your bank, they sent a referral amazon refund reference code 270920 that is to be given to the bank as suggested by amazon, please solve my problem of refund and if possible contact amazon to reinitiate the fund to my account directly,

                                    But bank is saying that they do not value the referral code send by amazon and when i asked amazon to give me the utr number of that bank they sent the amount, they refused

                                      Order number - #[protected]. Order placed on-21.04.2019. Item name - ray-ban eye wear frame. I paid rupees-7, 174.00. But i returned the ray-ban eye wear frame on-09.05.2019 as per amazon return policy by india post to amazon seller gmr airport city pin-500108 r. G. I airport so from arjuna behera at-medical campus po-mohana district-gajapati state-odisha pin-761015. As per my tracking shows the seller received this item on - 12.05.2019. But the seller is not return my money till today. So kindly help me for my refund amount. Thanks
