I have ordered Godrej inverter AC from Amazon and they delivered normal split AC. Amazon or it's partners are trying to do such illegal activity by delivering low cost products as there are so many models(with different numbers) available for each home appliance product especially Air conditioners. The product I ordered is bit costly compared to the product they delivered. If am an illiterate or a non techy guy I would have used it and cheated by Amazon.
I recognized it and immediately reached out to support team they transferred calls to multiple departments and asked me to send photos of the order product and delivered product. I sent photos [protected]@amazon.com
I got a response from them saying it is a same product you ordered and we delivered(some one who is really blind or does not know alphabets)

The product delivered is: GSC 18ATC3-WSA, white -Godrej 1.5 Ton 3 Star split AC
The person who verified it must have product knowledge at least they could identify product model numbers & codes.
Now they are asking me to submit job sheet from AC installation vendor(Amazon provides these vendors), after multiple requests and phone calls a person thoroughly checked product and said there is a difference in model and it is not an inverter AC. asked them a proof that installation team confirmed it is a wrong product delivery. But they ignored and said I should reach out to customer care and request for return. I requested them so many times but they ignored.
Now again I reached out to customer care department -home appliances team a called Manish is the person assigned from large appliances customer care team. I explained him whole scenario and what happened with till now, today installation vendor team ignored to provide job sheet. I requested him to coordinate with vendor to provide job sheet for the wrong delivery but Manish said it is not his duty and providing job sheet is their duty and asking me why they are ignoring? he said he can only resolve if I can provide job sheet. Installation vendor should know all these things what to do if wrong product delivered, they does not have basic knowledge about product and models. they are ignoring my request, customer care team asking me the sheet which they are ignoring to provide. How this can be resolved?
I have ordered this product on May 27th, amazon promised me it will get delivered in 48 hours and installation in 24 hours but it 8th day and not at all happy with customer care team. they are not able to understand customer's concerns.
I would have ordered from flipkart, also I can get Rs.4000 cash back but deliver time is 5 days so I boked it from Amazon.
Worst experience with Amazon.
