    I collected amazon fashion offer of rs300 cb on rs1000 valid til june 5th and one more fashion offer of rs100cb on rs1000..and ipl offer of rs100cb. So in total i ws shown rs500 cb first til 28th of may mrng. Evng wen i tried to place order 300 cb was not showing at checkout. So i chatted with customer care executivr for 2 to 2.5hrs and after getting the assurance dat even if cb not shown in checkout page i wil b receiving the cb i placed the order.

    Then later i recd onli 200 cb out of 500 after placing the order. I again chatted with dem.and cc person told me u hv been assured u wil not incur losd and we wil.escalate the issue and issue ur refund if not credited within 3 days.

    Even after 3 days i didnt receive the cb as promised. Then i raised a complaint on 1st june dat i collected the offer and its valid til june 5th and after getting assurance from cc person only i placed the order but i didnt receive cb like dat. I was told to wait for 7 wrkg days til june 12th.
    If i ask now dey r saying fr all customers maximum cb is rs100.
    I chatted with cc for almost 5 to 6 hrs regarding dis before and i sent screenshot of all and mailed dem several times.
    After getting assurance from cc person onli i placed the order. They cud hv told dat at dat time itself. But after me following up for 18days dey r denying the cashback.i was informed they wil escalate and issue me the cb and wil not allow to incur losd.
    Pls help me get my cb of rs300 as assured by dem

      I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy A70 handset from amazon on 3rd of June 2019. On 7th of June amazon delivery boy delivered me a package. When I opened the packet an hour later, it had a Samsung J6+ instead of A70. I immediately informed amazon about the wrong product that was delivered to me. They said they'll do an investigation and get back to me. Today, they mailed me that according to their investigation team, they've delivered me the right product and they won't be able to provide any refund or replacement. When I called them after reading the e-mail, their customer service executive initially said that they can't do anything about the issue and after a lot of discussion the executive said that OK I'll confirm it from our ware house team if there was a glitch from their side. They said they'll get back to me by Monday as there is least possibility that I can get any information on Friday or prior that. Now the thing is if they don't reply me by Monday, my 10 days time period for refund or replacement will already be over. And I'm now left with the wrong product which I did not even order and also it's half the value I had paid them. and they're not even considering it for once. I'm attaching the photographs of the product delivered and also the screenshots of e-mails from both the sides. Please help me out on the matter.

        Two weeks before i ordered some products through amazon app. But till now in didn't get my product or the amount get refunded.I have called and complaint the customer service 3 times, but there is no use.

          Hi team,
          I am Aakash and I purchased one plus 6T from Amazon on 30th May and due to overheating and hanging problem I don’t like the product. As per their policies there is a 10 days replacement offer was there and I called up after 4-5 days and requested to return the product and they refused to do so. I requested that the product is still packed in same box and their technical team can visit and check the product and after that initiate the refund.
          I really don’t like this product and wanted to go for refund now on urgent basis as they are not responding. The amount is INR 33k which means to me, so please interfere and help me to get the refund.

          I had a pvc fitness item purchase from Amazon online on May 23rd.Cash was paid by my debit card, and later I had a mail from amazon.so that the item you purchased was not available and the cash was refund you soon.Till now i didn't get any cash.
          I bought a ustraa hair wax. When I opened only half of container was present.. I looks like it was already used...I need a replacement..

            Hi Thanks for consumer Complaints, I got call from amazon customer service and pushed me to make this order as refund and reorder if needed and I refused it. Then i got replay email from [email protected], Then only improvement in complaint and i received product on 12th June 2019.

            i got call from amazon senior person - contact no : [protected] on 11june 5:30PM, simply says to make this compliant as resolved.

            Worst response from amazon, now a days very bad to hear about amazon products.
            I want to return my canceled orders bill.
            Tomorrow on 12:25pm I order iPhone x in Rs 1449 in my Amazon application in your order there is no order about iPhone x
            My order is not being processed till now.while I had resister a return on 4th June and the last date of returning is 8june.please help me to solve it out this.

                        A woolen men sweater was purchased but its delivery was not received, on inquiry it is stated by amazon that it was sent to wrong address hence sending refund of Rs 2287.23 which was confirmed vide mail 30 march 2109 from [protected]@amazon.in, authorization code 392794, approaching to bank official/ manger it is found that no amount of Rs 2287.23 is received in bank and resulting no reflection in my account. Accordingly this fact of non refund was again sent vide my mail dated21/05/19 to [protected]@amazon.in.

                        We are sorry to say that till date neither any reply or nor the refund amount of Rs 2287.23 is received .

                        Therefore again requested to look in to the matter and arrange to send the refund amount immediately.

                          I had ordered two 64gb Pendrives, one is normal and the other was OTG, while I received the product I received only the OTG but not the normal one. I opened the package in front of the delivery boy but he said for this issue talk with the customer care, while I talked with the customer care they are not responding and telling Amazon is not responsible for the missing. Now, what shall do to get the money of rs 800?

                            Hello,
                            I had ordered a phone from Amazon on 5th June, 2019.
                            The expected delivery was 7th june, 2019 in working hours. (before 6 pm)

                            The package had reached the final destination by 11 AM on 7th. But, it was not out for delivery till 6:30 PM. That to afdter calling the customer service repeatedly...

                            I waited till 9 PM for delivery to arrive. My office is 1 hour away from my home and it was raining profusely in Pune.
                            At 9 PM, they sent a message that delivery won't be possible on that day and rescheduled to 10th June.

                            The package has still not been out for delivery and on calling customer care, THEY KEEP ON REPEATING THE DETAILS and THEY DON'T HAVE THE CONTACT DETAILS OF DELIVERY PERSON...

                            The customer care is now saying that the delivery is expected on 12th June... And I have to go back to my home town on 12th.

                            I want the delivery of my product lately by 10th June in the afternoon.
                            And, they should compensate for making me wait till 9 PM in rains and for not having any sort of contact details.

                            Please help me. It is a big amount for me and I have already paid.

                              I have ordered iball nirantar UPS from amazon. I have received the item in defective condition. I called up amazon to return the product and issue me a refund or provide me a replacement of the same as the item is not working. I have made several calls and conversations on chat and on emails but anyhow they are not ready to provide any kind of resolution for the defective item. They will not take it back and they will not replace it.

                              also I would like to inform that first they said that they have issued refund for the same and it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to credit in my bank account. I waited for 3-4 days and asked again as I did not receive the refund. Then they said that refund will be issued within 24 hrs and apologied for inconvinience caused. Again I did not receive it. So I contacted them again. Now they said that its a non returnable product so we cant do anything about it. We will not issue refund and earlier we have promised to issue refund for that also we are sorry that we have made false promises.
                              They have wasted many hours of my time and not provided with any resolution. Pls stop buying anything from amazon as they dont take responsibility for the item once its delivered. and they have started to send defective and duplicate items misusing the plateform.

                                I am being charged 12.99 per month. Please provide proof of contract or verbal agreement of same. I ordered a product about a year ago which was shipped through Amazon. There choice not mine. Ever since this charge of 12.99 has been taken out of my debit account. Please explain in full detail as to why this is being taken out of my debit card account. To my knowledge I personally have never used or purchased any products through your company. If you require dates and times I am sure you have better records than I. A prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

                                  I had bought a baby car on 25.10.2018 with order no.[protected] by paying an amount of Rs.11415 which the simply a waste of money i.e not worth for the money i had paid. The product is worst and i had requested for return and refund. But nobody bothered at that time. I had kept in store room. Now atleast my baby wanted it and took out for ride, but remote is missing
                                  i have been requesting the supplier (baybee galaxy incorpation) for the remote and he is least bothered. Even i have been trying to get it through amazon, they are are also least bothered by copying and pasting the same message in reply that i have to contact seller as i have contacted the seller many time through WhatsApp (see pic)

                                    I ordered a book "How to Be a Brilliant Leader, revised 2nd edn (Brilliant Business)" on 15 may 2019 [ Order ID:[protected] ]. i had done the payment of Rs.1180.92 by SBI online netbanking.

                                    I received a mail from [protected]@ marketplace.amazon.in telling me that the seller of the book from "Sunrise Book Store" is unable to process my order and hence the seller is requesting me to cancel my order so that the money can be refunded back to me. However, there is no cancellation option displaying on my Amazon account.

                                    i have been trying calling Amazon customer care since a few days but its always showing "all lines are busy plz try after sometime".

                                    Please help me cancel the order and give me back my refund of Rs.1180.92 via the same payment mode at the earliest.
