I ordered a beetel f2n (Dual sim) (Fixed phone) from my amazon account by paying rs. 2167.00 through net banking on 1st may 2019. On 4th may 2019, i got an email from amazon that the product has been delivered, which actually i have not received till date. Since 4th may 2019, i contacted amazon customer care several times regarding this issue. Every time they assured that the investigation is going on and told you can call after 16th may 2019. Today, on 17th may 2019, when i contacted to the amazon customer care, they refused to take any action. They replied that i have received the product according to their investigation team, which i have not received till today. Also, they refused to give any evidence of receive of the product.
Is there any system by amazon which assures the product is delivered to the right person or not? They should have a strict system by which the product should be delivered to right person.
I, hereby, complain that i have not received the product till today and claim the amount should be refunded immediately or the product should be re booked to me.
