I ordered a shoes from Amazon on 14.03.2019 order no was[protected].this order is cancelled by the seller on the same days.which amount was 2796.Amazon send me a message after cancell of this order my amount will be refund within 20.03.2019.But after 20.03.2019 my money is not refund by Amazon.when I call to Amazon they told Me that me account is now hold.pls rcheck this and refund my money sir .

      I ordered a laptop on 9 mar and it was expected to be delivered on 16 but it arrived early and without any prior notice that it was out for delivery it arrived and the person by blue dart came without swapping machine i told him to return the next day he replied i m quitting i called amazon 2 times blue dart 1 time all assured me that it would be delivered
      Here i am disappointed as my order is being returned
      Never using amazon again

            Sir I bought some books from Amazon
            through online mode of payment and return one of them and the refund do not came to my payment account .When I call to Amazon customer care number they told me that refund has initiated. But the refunded amount did came to my account .When again I call them, the told me to contact sbi customer service to tell them the reference number for refund amount, but the told me that they can't help me with any reference number.
            Please solve it sir

                I had ordered a mobile phone on 8th march worth rs7, 378 and the estimated delivery was 18th march. Prior it was showing that my item is late so, the estimate delivery will be 28 th march.
                But now, it is showing that my item was delivered on 12th march. How is it possible???

                I am still being charged for shipping charges for the months of 2/12/19 and 3/12/19. My last order was 01/13/19. I did not place any orders since 01/13/19 The original purchase was for Peptiva prodigest and the order was for two. The cost for each was $34.99.                     The similac which was ordered by us is shortly going to get expired. Since it is a baby product we cannot take risk by using such an old manufactured product.

                        I ordered a keyboard and the quality was very bad it looked like a fake one, i contacted customer service for a return and i was told to return the package and pickup has been arranged. I waited since non one contacted or turned up i again co tatted customer care and i was told that i cannot return the package, now i ama forced to keep a product that is expensive and also not good in quality, it’s like forcing customer to keep bad quality products

                        I’ll enaure that i never buy any electronics in the future

                            To the Manager at Amazon.

                            I had placed an order Order #[protected] for Lenovo T480 laptop
                            What I ordered was Lenovo T480 with 8250 processor, instead what I received was Lenovo Yoga 510 with i3-6006u processor.

                            I had sent all the photos of the product that was received to support my claim about the wrong product shipped.
                            I was informed by Amazon that an investigation would be launched into this matter and the product would be returned.

                            Since I am the complaining party, its natural for me to assume that if there is an investigation, even I have to be informed of the status of the investigation as I had complained about the wrong product shipped.
                            Also there were many observations like the product was i3-6006U with just 4 GB ram and internal graphics, but there were stickers on the laptop to pass it off as an Intel i5 processor and having AMD Graphics. These pictures were also passed to Amazon.

                            Now my complaint was how is it that when an order was given for T480, how exactly do I get shipped a an older, lower model like Yoga 510? Also what were the stickers for i5 and AMD Graphics doing as neither was the laptop an i5 and nor was there any AMD graphics, so surely there was a deliberate attempt to pass it off as a higher end model so that the customer feels happy at getting a better configuration and would be quiet about it, but in reality, those are only stickers to fool the customer, the real product is lower end cheap model.
                            Now having complained about it, Amazon told me there would be an investigation. The investigation was perhaps a bigger farce. Someone called me from Amazon, and had no clue about the problem. It was surprising when the Amazon staff conducting the investigation is not even aware that the product was already picked up for return.
                            After about 12 hours from this incident, I connected with amazon to know the status of investigation because even I was curious how exactly was I shipped a Yoga 510 instead of T480. Even the outer carton of the laptop screams Yoga 510, who can be this dumb? Or perhaps they did try an attempt to cheat?

                            I connected with person called Arin, D. of Amazon service, She informed me that since the product was returned and money refunded, so I have no right to know about the investigation. This is one of the hilarious thing to know. I am the party thats has reported the matter of cheating, and I dont have the right to know who is the guilty party? When the product was apparently picked from seller, it was first shipped to Amazons Sonepat facility (tracking) and then it was sent to Bhiwandi. So my guess is that someone at Amazon facility tampered with it and changed the product? Surely I can see this a possibility.

                            Now I see this matter as ATTEMPT TO CHEAT. And surely on that basis I have the right to know what they did with their "investigation" maybe they are covering up one of their comrades. I think that if I do not get a suitable answer then I should take the matter with the police as surely this becomes an "attempt to cheat"

                            This is the second time that Amazon has done an "investigation" the first time it was when the shipped to me a fake Sennheiser earphones and they had clained that "our products are genuine"

                            Also I would like to say that I am very disappointed with the attitude of your Staff Arin D, who I just chatted online. Rather that explain to me what the issue was, she simply disconnected the line. Amazon is not only an online platform but a service, and if this is kind of service they offer, then perhaps amazon best hire new staff.

                              The thing so happened that, someone else used my account, and the last I remember that I logged my account to a random computer in the cyber Cafe, but today when I opened Amazon, I found that 2 orders were there which were not done by me and even I asked [protected]@amazon.in for help, but they are asking me to provide billing proof, but the credit card is not mine!!!

                                  I ordered hushpuppies mens oily fisherman black leather sandals of size uk/india 7. Worth 2449rs via amazon shopping app, i got the product which was different from the online discription and it was a used product. The sole of the sandals was seperated from the base. There was dirt sticking to the bottom of both sandals. Order number[protected]. Order was ppaced on 18/3/19 and delivered on 19/3/19 at 10:30am. The package was sold by cloudtail india private limited. It was a total disappointment., even though we pay 2500 for a sandal and still getting a used and damaged product from a much popular company like amazon.in

                                      My amazon account has been closed by amazon but in that account my amazon pay balance about rupees 3500 was left and that's my money and i need to pay installments against that balance.
                                      I've been continuously mailing you on this issue but no reply from the company i can't even contact them on phone as this department won't have any mobile service support it seems.
