Hi, my name is sandesh chokhandre and my email id is chokhandre. [protected]@gmail.com. My account was hacked on 30th march 2019 and i had immediately raised a complaint with your team on the same day about my account being compromised and being controlled by someone else. All my credentials like registered email id, contact number, account holders name were changed by the person who took control of my account and i was kicked out of my own account. Also i been a customer with an active amazon pay emi credit account no steps were taken by the team to block the account till the veracity of my complaint was verified to prevent me from any further financial loss. The person has even purchased a tv costing 18900 using amazon pay emi which is linked to my bank account. This was confirmed to me by the amazon pay emi partner capital float yesterday. It has been 14 days since and i haven't received any resolution nor complete control of my account as of today i. E 12th april 2019. During this time i have tried contacting your team multiple times using all possible means of communication to get any update but your team is completely clueless and hopeless. Day before yesterday i received a mail that everything has been rolled back to the original state but still cant login as they did an incomplete job and just changed the registered email id to my original one but didn't change the registered name and the contact number to original state. The person controlling the account had activated a 2 step verification and all the otps are being sent to that person's number. This is very poor customer service being provided by a global company like amazon.in and that to for such a serious security breach of a customers account who has been their customer since last 5-6 years. The a account was hacked by some ramu with an email id [protected]@gmail.com and number [protected].

    I ordered a book written by ruskin bond "captain
    Young's ghost: ghostly tales from the indian hills" with amazon.in
    Order #[protected] priced rs.185. The seller amazing books
    Didn't deliver than on 30th march which was the due date & when i
    Asked about delivery they cancelled my order. Next day i received
    Refund of only rs.19 on amazon wallet but the rest of rs.166 was not
    Added to my bank account. The pnb customer care has confirmed that no
    Refund has been initiated by amazon. I asked amazon to provide the
    Transaction reference number for this refund but they are not ready to
    Provide that. Amazon agent akash said it will be provided on 11th
    April but i received neither the transaction reference number for this
    Refund not the refund of rs. 200 in my bank account.

      I already talked with your customers service she told me it's take time of maximum 14 days but till it is not created.

        Sir / madam,
        I ordered a product on 14 march 2019, with order no[protected]. Now, honestly today is 12th of april. Its been a month still i havent got my product. I waited patiently for over a month now please help me with the product if it dont get delivered to me then, please give me the money back.
        Last time i did a complaint about a product from amazon yet to my horror not even a message neither calls were attempted to me.
        I am beginning to loose faith in amazon.
        I am never going to buy from amazon ever again.

          Maine amazon se 28th march ko product purchased kiya tha woh seller ke end se amazon ne cancelled kiya nd 2ndth april ko mera refund processed hua. Mene customer care ko call kiya customer klcare me bataya aap nishchint rahite aapka paisa aapke account me 101% aajayega jo card se aapne payment kiya hai us account me. Aaj me call krke puch to bataya li aapka refund aapke bank account me aaya hai me 2 bar bank ke chakkar kat aaya lekin refund status bank me kuch bhi nahi mila. Bank valo me bataya jo bhi hai amazon wala hi krega jo aapka refund aayega woh aapke account me directly system through aajayega still amazon customer care talked to raised the bank dispute form fill the against of the bank not credited my aacount.. Its ashamed amazon indai its big brand and 3rd class experience of the amzon its worst... I want my refund anybody help me.

            Sir,
            I haven't received refund for my order no[protected] from amazon..
            But amazon has already processed the successfully refund on 01/04/2019. And provided me with refund reference number is[protected] and amount sum of ₹12990 is not yet received..in my Indian bank account no [protected] to date.
            And Indian bank home branch does not helped me for refund/ or not filed a charge dispute form. Pls help and solve this query.
            I have enclosed my Copy of mail order reference no.

              Hello,

              I ordered a back brace posture corrector (Order ID:[protected], and instead received a faulty cheap product of wrong size not matching the description given on the website, and costing 4 times more than the actual price of the product I received.

              Contacted Amazon, they told me to contact the seller. Seller said he won't process refund even though the product was defected, not matching the description and of the wrong size.

              Contacted Amazon multiple times after that, and finally filed the A to Z guarantee refund. Got mail from Amazon and one from seller telling me to send the product to an address they sent. I sent the product. Few days later I received a call and status update from the courier telling me the seller rejected the courier.

              Contacted the Amazon customer care again and they told me to send an email to the email address from which I received the mail about A to Z refund details (buyer-guarantee). It's been three days and they haven't replied. I sent a reminder mail too and they still won't reply.

              After over one month of contact - 9 customer care chats, one phone call (where the customer care agent hung up mid way just saying 'Thanks for contacting'), and multiple mails, I am now left without the money, and without the product. In fact I even lost some more money in sending the product back. This entire process only wasted my money and time.

              I would like to get refund for the product.

                Hello Sir,

                I have added 4520 Rs. in my amazon pay on 18th Feb 2019 For bill payment, but due to technical issues my payment was not done. and added amount is unused, I have raised 4 time queries for refund my amount in my original payment mode.but all the time they had decline for refund and says according to RBI Guideline amazon not transferring that amount. I have asked for close my amazon account and refund that amount then amazon customer care executive says if you closing your amazon pay account then your amazon pay balance amount is lapsed / gone. for the same thing i had talk 3-4 hours with customer care i have recorded that conversation in my mobile phone.
                So please help me out or update me for the same where to complaint for the same in RBI.

                  Our refund of rs.3050.00 has been processed successfully initiated on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

                  The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. But still we don't have received our refund.

                  We have complained to amazon india, they have advised us to fill the canara bank dispute form, because this money they have already send us the transaction id, so this amount struck with canara bank.

                  Please check at your end and release our money.

                    I am highly thwarted with my recent purchase from amazon prime account wherein i’ve placed an order of a mobile phone of xiaomi redmi 6 (Black 3 gb ram, 32 gb rom).
                    The shipment delivery was scheduled on 5 april, however post receiving the order; it was observed that the seal of the packet was broken and there was no product inside the box, and invoice was also missing.
                    The box was delivered only with a charger and a cable
                    Amazon being one of the most known market brands, it left me in a shock to receive this order.
                    The first complaint was registered on the same day i. E. 5th april, and after several follow ups i have been informed by your customer care executive that there would be no replacement and refund. I disagree to your investigation results and request you to deliver the ordered item in original packing without any further delay.

                    I’m highly disappointed with your services.

                      A refund of 1099 rupees was successfully processed on 2/04/2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        Bought tata sky from amazon.in on 19th mar 2019. Facing issue getting warranty on that product as no invoice was provided with the serial number of set top box.

                        Trouble ticket raised with amazon.in on 26th march & 3rd april 2019 but still no proper invoice was provided.

                          I've ordered a phone, oneplus 6, a while ago the day it arrived i noticed the volume rocker key was harder than usual to slide. I received the replacement which again had the same issue.
                          When i reported this for second time to amazon, the executive told me that it seems since the phone is new it will loosen up with time. Ever since i've called amazon multiple times, even sent emails but all in vain. No help whatsoever.
                          I'm being referred to authorised service center who said it is because i may not have used this slider much and it is normal, alternatively i need to contact amazon.
                          I'm being sent from pillar to post with no one taking any ownership or responsibility to resolve the issue. Every time i receive a reply it is from a different person and every one is washing off their hands.

                          Someone please help.

                          In addition, the phone freezes and needs a restart if install more applications. In case I only keep few applications this doesn't happen which again is adding to the existing frustration.
                          I order the book and I return it half of the amount the refund to Amazon account by the balance Amy they issued but my bank didn't receive so for I charge dispute filing to get my refund

                              Dear sir i had order one item on amazon india dated 28/03/19 and i had paid them by my debit card then the order is cancelled by amazon then amazon had issued refund on 02/04/19 which last date of the refund was 09/04/19 but i had not recived refund till now. I request you sir please help to get my refund. Bank exectives are not responding me and they are saying that we dont get any refund from amazon. So sir please help me.

                              I have ordered the laptop on Thursday, they told me that the order will be delivered by 31st. I haven't received the order on 31st, not on 1st either.

                              I have to urgently gift this to someone. Try to figure it out by today it's mandatory. Take the charge and act in response as soon as possible.
                              I have order 2 mobile case with rate 495... With delivery charge 96 means it will be 591.. but delivery boy collected 640 from me.. why??

                                  I have ordered my product"ritu creation women cotton" no[protected] dated 07/march/ 2019 but till date i have contacted many times amazon team via chat and telephonic regarding undeliver of my product and the traking id provided by seller is wrong. Traking id m73366919 which was wrong. My delivery pin is 262501. I also done a-z claim for refund, but my claim rejected without any proof. The amazon team replied me we understand your problem but wecant do anything. Uff how can we expect this kind of reply from big company like amazon. The amount is very low 389/- but the question is harassment and cheating done by company. Ihave all essential proof kindly lodge complain against amazon team i will provide all electronically document as proof

When i am going for returning this product its showing customer care contact no of samsung. As you are having 10 days return policy but still you are not returning the product.                                       Hi.. I had ordered samsung m30 from amazon on 26th march of 2019 with order id:[protected]
                                      But before product getting delivered to me i made one cancel request and it was accepted by amazon team and my product returned again to amazon. But on 2nd april i got one mail regarding refund that your refund has been initiated to your account but still today also that amout has not been credited to my account. I talked to amazon customer service and they told me that you talk to your bank regarding this and bank people's are telling me that we cannot help you with this.. Bank also not accepting my charge dispute form. So please if possible can you make a complaint against this order.
                                      If they had initiated the refund then why dont it is not credited to account after 8 days also..
                                      Wish i should get help regarding this..

                                        I ordered redmi note 7 from amazon website worth rupees 14999/-. The order with order number - order #[protected] was done on 30th march and order received on 3rd april 2019 contained xtra soap instead of redmi phone inside the box.

                                        A complaint was raised against this in amazon and after 5 working days of their investigation process they closed the complaint without asking any details or proofs and decided not to process any refund. The items worth rupees 14999/- with 75/- delivery charges was missing and no proper action is being taken in this regard. The amazon website says the package started from maxell times hyderabad.
