Mobile battery drain and heating problem... On stand by without network in overnight it goes down 35-40%. Take more than 3.5 hours to charge and not last long for whole day battery discharge in 4-5 hours that means i have to spend more than 7 hours a day to charge mobile.2 time charge need in whole day.
Amazon service is very slow expert will come to check mobile in 10 days after that process will start of return that means entire month i have to wait

I have cancelled a order on amazon, amazon have sent a email reference tat they have refunded money to my bankon 5/4/2019 but it has bee 5 days there is no refund of money in my account...plzz refund it soon Refund referene num:[protected]

    I’m being billed monthly for amazon prime. I’m assuming this is a tv thing. I never ordered this service. I was sent a confirmation email to return. I never responded to the letter. Why? Because i never ordered amazon prime. As a side note i don’t have a smart atv and i use an antenna to receive tv. Oh! And i don’t have the net. So i have no use for this service. I would like you to stop billing me. And return what has already been paid

      I ordered Sparx Men's Olive &Yellow Athletic and Outdoor Sandals - 7 UK (SS-604) at 29/03/2019 for Rs.799 the amount dedicated then i cancelled my order but my refund not yet credited to my account. I contacted amazon customer care & they told me that they processed refund already but banker not yet credited to account. Refund ref no[protected]

But on same address amazon deliver many time. Like 5 days in a week. The amazon deliverer also not call on order registered mob. No.. If they call then I receive on another address as easy for them

          alexvyan woolen cap order no. 402-4864151-1445942

          I ordered three caps of same brand but different colours. Blue and grey colours are amazing but red colour is not as good as expected. It is bit gaudy however i like decent colours so red cap does not suits my eyes. Moreover colour is different from one shown in the picture.in lieu of red it is mehroon. That's why i want to return the red cap....

          Sir I ordered a feto scope from Amazon. I make payment double time once in phone pe(Indian bank) and another in debit card(SBI).Sir 2 time money deducted from my account. BT Amazon denie no money receive 2 times or phn pe customer service told me payment confirmed by Amazon service.amazon customer service told me that SBI debit card payment confirmed. Phn pe told me to complain in bank because phone pay payment confirmed by Amazon service. Plz help 10 days above I don't found my problems solution. Plz return my money.plz take some steps.

            The item delivered was a face epilator, it was a expensive product.
            The item delivered was defective, did not work at all.
            When we filed a complaint to amazon, they did not take any responsibility at all.
            We have dropped several mails and called several of times, but no help.
            Its a fraud that you deliver such product and then you say that it is seller delivered and also that as it is beauty product you cannot return it.

              Dear sir,
              My name is Pappu Kumar email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with Amazon. My Amazon account is locked from 5 months. Reason is that i placed a order on Amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
              After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong . I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request .

                I have ordered products several times from amazon and they have delivered it to my door step. But few days back the products i ordered are returing to the seller since the delivery team has updated that my pincode is incorrect and so service is unavailable to my pincode. Our postoffice is aruvappulam and the zipcode is 689691. But the delivery agents here are arguing that google is showing 689699 is aruvappulam's zipcode. But 689699 is the zipcode of manneera postoffice. I am attaching the screen shots of chats and other statements i have as the evidences.

                  I have bought sony xb 10 speaker from amazon on 8 march 2019, after some hours of performing the product i realized that sound qaulity of the speaker is not good and there is distortion on high volume also.

                  So i had requested for return but even there is returning policy i. E (Performance or qaulity adequate) amazon declined return request by giving unusual answer.

                    My name is venkatesh. I have ordered memory card on 31st march 2019, it's delivery date is 6th april 2019. The product didn't delivered on that date. But, in my account orders page it showing product delivered to the customer with signature on 6th. I intimated amazon care about it, they have asked me to wait for one more week to solve it, it's a technical issue, wait for a week we will try to solve it.
                    It's prepaid order. They are not even giving courier partner number also. I need proper action on them. I need to know who took my product with my signature.

                    No amazon support in this. No calls from their side. I found my near by amazon office and taken the phone number of boy and asked him directly. He replied some technical issues so it happened. He lied once again. What ever it happens, I have taken it. Amazon gave me a good lesson from this. Rest amazon

                        I have ordered a product godrej professionals argan oil from Amazon, I have waited for product delivery but it's showing on site that product lost in transit and will come late.. than I have contacted Amazon customer care they said they are not responsible, so I have contacted seller, but seller also denies to refund and shown some fake signature hand written and both seller and Amazon denies to refund for my product I haveailed them contacted them so many times..

                          I received damaged product and they are not giving me refund or replacement and also blaming me for that. Please help me. My money got stucked. Also they says, that their enquiry team says that she sent right product and indirectly blaming me for all that and deny for any help with that.
                          I'm calling their customer service since 15 days and everytime they made any other excuse and this time i talked their head (Mamta) she says we can't help you so don't waste your time in that, etc etc.

                              After that transaction has failed due to some error...after that my balance Is. 5500 have been debit in my account...
                              I call customer care in amazon...
                              He told me that I have to wait for 5 working days for refund...
                              But still I have not get my refund...
                              I call in bank and fill pos refund form on 6 April 2019

                                    I purchased samsung galaxy m30 and paid full in advance. During purchasing time they offer that the product delivery will be on sat (06/04/19). But it won't delivered on that day and they gave the information that delivery should be postponed to monday (08/04/19). I have received a message from fedex service that the delivery will be delayed and not given any reasonable explanation regarding the delay. So i need to keep up on the exact delivery date as possible.

                                      I purchased mi a2 mobile on[protected] and delivered same day at 8-40pm. Appreciate for quick service.

                                      However when login to mobile i found following issue.

                                      1. I was trying to change ringtone and i found voice recorders and fm recordinngs instead tones.

                                      2. Scratches on mobile case and when it cleaned myself.

                                      3. Ringtones, screenshots options are not available.

                                      4. Battery drying very fast and kept for charging twice matter of 3hrs use.

                                      All this incidennts further affirming that it's used product.

                                      Infact i would have accepted exchange if product has a problem but here it's used products and i can't even think that amazon does such with customers.

                                      Appreciate immediate resolution to it. Otherwise i wi be forced to go to consumer forum.
