I had purchased oneplus 6t phone on 02/03/2019 and it was delievered on 03/03/2019.
I found that the alert slider on right side of the device is in a damaged condition.
So, i asked for a technician visit and the appoinment was scheduled on 07/03/2019, that day the technician didnt show up.
I contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule the appoinment.
The next date available was 11/03/2019, so i booked it. Again the technician didnt show up.
I again contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule, the next date available was 14/03/2019.
No, my 10-day return window was expiring on 13/03/2019, so i informed amazon regarding this, they assured me that i had raised the issue well within that period and assured me that its their responsibility to look after the issue.
On 14/03/2019, the technician visited and told me to ask for a replacement.
Now, when i contacted amazon they told me to contact oneplus as my return window period is over and they cant help.
Even, the technician had marked my compalint resolved without my concern or anything.
How can they be so irresponsible and make conclusions on their own?
First of all, it is the technician who doesnt show up during the initial appoinments and when he does he marks the compalint resolved without my issue.
Secondly, amaozon assures me for assistance and now is not sticking to its own words.
They have fooled me during this 10-day return window period and now denying any kind of help.
I deserve the replacement of a damaged device but not getting any help.
I am attaching some images to support my cause.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Joy0702 If you can notice, the technician on 14/03/2019 has marked on tge Bottom-right corner that "CUSTOMER NOT STATISFIED"
Still, AMAZON decided to mark my complaint Resolved

Updated by Joy0702 These are the conditions for Replacement as per AMAZON and its so-called policies.
My product is "Physically Damaged"and even the Technician has marked "Not Satisfied", still they decide to bot help me anyhow and look for my own solutions.
The product costed me Rs. 46, 099.00
and evem after spending so much, I get a damaged prodyct without any Replacement, then that a point to worry for all who purchase from Amazon.
Thats total humiliation and an easy method to fool customers. Claps for Amazon for this kind of disrespect
