I ordered 3 havells electric ceiling fans worth 5000₹ each from Amazon and on 21/01/2019 instead I received one ceiling fan and an electric iron. The deliveryman did not even take the signature for the delivery verification.I did not receive the other two fans . I was unavailable at home when the package arrived.
Delivery person marked the product as delivered. When i asked the amazon customer care, they said trouble ticket was launched to locate the product. Then they said investigation has been raised for the same.

After almost 8-10 days, now they are saying that investigation has been closed....
