Hello team,
I placed an order from amazon.in of order number[protected] on 05th july.
After delivery of this product, i just returned it on 13th july, as it was cash on delivery order so refund of 2782rs processed by amazon.in on 13th july.
But the amount was not received on my bank account till now.
Even i raised dispute to citi bank for the refund status they told me there is no transaction from reference...

I placed an order with amazon, and since the order was large in size and of inferior quality, i had to return it. On return, amazon dis not refund me the complete amount. I deducted the amount they gave me as cashback. I asked them to debit the cashback amount from amazon pay balance and move it back to my account, however, they straight away refused. On 1/28/2019 i was charged $13.90 for amazon prime. I did not authorized this transaction. I request a refund and do not want to be charged with anything that i do not order. I did not sign up for amazon prime, nor do i want to. Please do not charge me for something i did not order, and do not use my credit card unless authorized to do so.
