      I purchased samsung galaxy m20 mobile yesterday from amazon india. Quality of that product is not satsifactory as given in description before purchasing and the representitive of amazon refused to return it. I want to return it back. Either give my money back or give me a chance to place order for another mobile from amazon. Nobody told me before purchasing about any policy of not returning of the item and now they are telling that item cannot returned. Please do needfull for return the item and gave my money back. Thank u

          But they also dont know reason
          I contacted customer care many times he told wait 24 hrs or 48 hrs your ac will be unhold but nothing happen

            Amazon has been cheated on me for my money transfer to my bank a/c.. Sense december 18 they have not transferred to my bank.. The items i have perched from amazon, and it was some or the other problems so i use to return back. It is nearly some of rs 13, 623 just i visited to the bank and was shocked..               Non delivery of order no.[protected] life line 4 in 1 sold by gold fitness (Lovely sports). Ordered on 23rd feb 2019 and likly to be delivered by 4 th march 2019, again tracking showed the expected delivery on 5 to 8th march 2019, but still stuff not delivered yet on 9 th march 2019.
              If lost please refund my paid amount to my account number.

                My laptop got delivered on 8-3-2019, and the seller name is appario pvt ltd.. I switched on my laptop and i checked my warranty details in the amazon official website by typing laptop serial number.. I was shocked to see that warranty has been already started on[protected].. I finally come to know that seller sent me the refurbished product..

                I am requesting other people also to check their warranty details who purchased products from amazon

                I asked amazon for return and refund my amount.. They are not giving proper response..

                Friends dont purchase any products from the amazon. Especially the seller appario pvt ltd..

                  I was purchased samsung m20 4+64gb from amaxlzon flash sale but ithr was a manufacturing defect in mobile coz it was hang too much so i replace it through amazon and receive new phone on 17/02/19 and use it for a day but same problem face in that model also than i face an accident and admit in hospital so i was unable to contact amazon again and on 08/03/19 i come bsck to home and contact amazon but they said we can't help you.
                  So i approch to you because i have valid reason behind this. I request you please help me in this issue.

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 10989 rupees was sent from Amazon account to my account (refund reference no[protected]. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have attached all the photos to my previous email. The pantry order i received this time did not have a box. All the items were just put in a plastic bag.
                        At the time of order it was never stated that no box.

                        This time i thought of switching the phenyl i use to Prsto as I have great faith in Amazon in house brands but imagine my dismay when the entire order as delvered with Prsto phenyl spilt all over the products.
                        Even the edible products have phenyl on them. The presto bottle was damaged and has leaked all over my order.

                        I tried for a resolution through your chat but person there is asking pics of phenyl spilt product, please understand that phenyl is transparent, when it spills on product you can’t see it in pic. I’m ready to return the products and your return executive can check that the products are sticky and smelling of the leaked phenyl.
                        Please don’t cheat customers like this and treat us like we are lying to get a refund of 2900 rs. I am deeply disappointed by the attitude of customer service on the chat. I tried explaining many times that the pics will look ok as the spilt phenyl cannot be clicked due to it being transparent and the stickiness in other products can’t be shown in photo.

                        How am i supposed to use any products that are covered with phenyl. Does amazon expect customers to eat unsafe products which has phenyl all over the outer packing.
                        I spent 2900 rs on this and this is my monthly grocery.
                        I need a complete refund. I am a regular amazon customer and i'm deeply disappointed with this service.
                        You can check my account and see how much i order from Amazon.

                        Really disappointing. Kindly find a resolution for a prime customer. I will never want to order anything from pantry again. I really regret at having ordered the amazon brand Presto, has I stuck to my previous brand all my groceries would be intact.

                        I am not even able to return this order. I have to post here to get a resolution because after many mails and chats to customer care my issue has not been solved. I cannot eat or use products on which phenyl has been spilt.
                        The chat agent said that it is waterproof packing, if it is so kindly send me validation and barrier properties of that packing material which states it protects the items inside it from phenyl spillage and my good items are safe to eat.

                          Regarding my order

                          I have placed an order on 5th August 2018 and i have received the same on 8th August 2018.

                          I have placed this order on COD. While delivery time i have tried online payment by using a link which is given by courier delivery person.

                          I was tried payment by using my state bank Internet banking username and password. But that transection got failed but amount debited in my account.

                          So next i have tried the payment with my HDFC bank debit card and i got that item.

                          Debited amount SBI account amount yet nit credited to my account.

                          I have called more than 100 times to SBI and amazon customer care, but both are saying as Amount is not with us.

                          I given complaint to sbi (both branch and online ) regards my issue.

                          SBI confirmed as the payment settled to amazon on 10th august 2019. Also they saying that was confirmed with amazon.

                          But amazon not accepting there statement.

                          Please help me to get refund

In this regard, Amazon released Money Refund Reference Number 7550372 9 [protected] on 3 January 2019 And asked to contact the Indian Bank's Customer Care, whose complaint was filed by the petitioner on[protected], whose number-IBE022020 is the completion of the complaint process when the applicant approached the Indian Bank's e-banking care. Told and the money refunds have not been received by Amazon in the account of the applicant till date[protected], so the urgent resolution of the complaint of the applicant needs to be resolved. Necessary to engage independent evidence.

                              I have ordered for two products on the same day from amazon india as a gift for my friend at chennai being at vietnam. One product had been delivered on time with few items missing. Another product delivered with one week delay and product was damaged. I had raised a query on that to amazon customer care and they were very casual in reverting for that query.

                              Written so many mails across and asked for a replacement and in all the mails, i have only got feedback that they will improve on their quality. But that is not the right answer. I needed a proper explanation and they ignored to do it so.

                              After few follow up's, there were no reply at all and they didnt acept my request.

                              So i would like to file a complaint on them and need your support to take severe action for this incident. Thought from them is since it is a very less amount no action is required.

                                Couple analogue watch (Jainx - jc424) was ordered dated 24th feb 2019 at amazon.in. I have received order on 01/03/2019. Received product was of different brand and different design.
                                On the same return request was made and requested for said jainx - jc424 brand and ordered design. They have accepted request and return item was picked up on 03/03/2019. On again receiving revised ordered, they had sent me different brand and different design.
                                Customer service representative is also rude while conversation.

                                It was not expected from amazon to make repetitive mistakes several times and they have not been action.

                                  I have purchased two kurtas pyazamas from amazon vide
                                  Order id #[protected]th march 2019.
                                  I was guaranteed delivery by 7th march 2019. At morning when i checked tracking status message "item not deliverable returning to seller" appeared on the screen. I have not been even contacted, if need be i would have mentioned nearest address.
                                  I haven't got any response from customer care team, despite raising the issue twice with customers care team. Either
                                  Customer team forcing me to cancel order and switch to other competitors like flipkart or what else i don't know. During
                                  Jan 19 and march 19 i had made purchase of rs.80000/- plus.

                                  Sir, i am a amazon prime member and have deep trust in services of
                                  Amazon. I want punitive action against person responsible and request you to make delivery of product at the earliest. Hoping needful will be
                                  Done by you.

                                        Address: Sriram nagar, Thamarai veedhi, backside of jipmer., Pondicherry, Puducherry

                                        We bought three sarees in amazon. They had sent us wrong sarees that's why we have asking for refund amount. But they told that refund process has been done successfully. They debited 20 before. But still we are not receiving amount. So we have called to amazon they told problem with in indian bank only. This is the problem.. Plzz consider this complaint.. And we need amount immediately...

                                        i am not sure whether amazon is going to reply you/solve your query here as their customer satisfaction rate is pretty low in this site.

                                        The best thing you can do is to call the AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER and inform them directly/ask them your query .
                                        Am pretty sure they'll resolve your issue within 48 hours. Good luck!
