    I ordered a phone redmi note 6 pro (Order no[protected]) through amazon on february 25th 2019. The phone became dead in a week without any mishappening. Amazon representatives told me that they will replace the phone with a new one. On separate 2 occasions there delivery boys didn't pick up the phone saying the phone is dead which itself is the problem that the phone has became dead in a week. Every day the representatives told me for a week that the problem will be solved in 24hrs. I stayed late at night at office in wait of their delivery boys who after arriving every time told me that they will not pick up phone. Atlast i asked for refund. They said again a delivery boy will come and this time it will only be pick up. Again the delivery boy said that he has not received any such information from amazon. The customer care representatives told me that they have raised the complaint, escalated the issue, sent the mail everyday. I would like to add that the report regarding my dead phone has already been submitted by aamzon technician. Despite then they could not communicate a simple thing and have not taken back or replaced the phone

      I had purchased oneplus 6t phone on 02/03/2019 and it was delievered on 03/03/2019.
      I found that the alert slider on right side of the device is in a damaged condition.
      So, i asked for a technician visit and the appoinment was scheduled on 07/03/2019, that day the technician didnt show up.
      I contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule the appoinment.
      The next date available was 11/03/2019, so i booked it. Again the technician didnt show up.
      I again contacted amazon and they asked me to reschedule, the next date available was 14/03/2019.
      No, my 10-day return window was expiring on 13/03/2019, so i informed amazon regarding this, they assured me that i had raised the issue well within that period and assured me that its their responsibility to look after the issue.
      On 14/03/2019, the technician visited and told me to ask for a replacement.
      Now, when i contacted amazon they told me to contact oneplus as my return window period is over and they cant help.
      Even, the technician had marked my compalint resolved without my concern or anything.
      How can they be so irresponsible and make conclusions on their own?
      First of all, it is the technician who doesnt show up during the initial appoinments and when he does he marks the compalint resolved without my issue.
      Secondly, amaozon assures me for assistance and now is not sticking to its own words.
      They have fooled me during this 10-day return window period and now denying any kind of help.
      I deserve the replacement of a damaged device but not getting any help.

      If you can notice, the technician on 14/03/2019 has marked on tge Bottom-right corner that "CUSTOMER NOT STATISFIED"

      These are the conditions for Replacement as per AMAZON and its so-called policies.
      My product is "Physically Damaged"and even the Technician has marked "Not Satisfied", still they decide to bot help me anyhow and look for my own solutions.
      The product costed me Rs. 46, 099.00
      and evem after spending so much, I get a damaged prodyct without any Replacement, then that a point to worry for all who purchase from Amazon.
      Thats total humiliation and an easy method to fool customers. Claps for Amazon for this kind of disrespect

        Ordered a laptop on amazon via seller shopspare. Instead i recieved bricks in the box. I have full video and images proof. Even the ecom courier guys saw the bricks. Order details are in the screenshot attached.
        I order a laptop worth rs 51500 rupees via amazon but when the package reached me. The box was too small even to accomodate a laptop and was making noise on movement. When i opened the box i found bricks and marbles. I doubt seller shopspare is playing a fraud game. They have bad feedback from other customers as well. Justice shall prevail.

        Meanwhile i saw the seller shopspare also complaining about amazon ceasing the inventory. I dont know what game they are playing but i need my refund... Seller complaint attached

        No action is being taken in this regard. Meanwhile Amazon investigation team is continuously denying this fraud and are alledging that I've recieved laptop even when i provided them with sufficient proof to prove otherwise. The seller is a fraud, Amazon isn't able to digest it. I provided the video proof and all necessary info. Even ecom courrier guy can testify that all I recieved was a few half bricks and a marble piece, he is a witness to this fraud... I have all the proof to fight my case in court but I want it to settle via Amazon as I need the refund urgently, got no time for any of this.

          I have a seller account in amazon india by the name of 'shopspare'. I am not able to login my account from last 7 days. They are not even replying my emails. They dont even have their seller support number. I have inventory in their fba warehouses and also my payment is pending which is more than 5 lacs. But they are not reponding to any thing. They done this fraud with many sellers. Please help me.

            I am being billed $13.54 a month for something that i don't know what for. I asked to not be involved with this and have gotten another bill for it. Please take me off of whatever this is. I don't want it. On my chase statement it is listed as: amazon prime amsn.com/bill wa. This started when i purchased a sewing machine on ebay. Something popped up on screen about a payback and when i tried to find about it they said i had signed up for this whatever it is. I don't even know what they were talking about but i would like to get off this billing each month.

                I had received this product and i checked it upto my knowledge. But the mobile body was bloated at the centre of mobile screen that i saw after the replacement date was over.. So i decide to go for gionee care.. And they told me that it cost me 4000 for repair it. Actually it is manufacturing defect so why should i pay for that.. So please kindly do something as soon as possible

                  I have done the full kyc through amazon. Still they dont release my amazon pay emi limit. Plus they also counted a cancelled item in my remaining limit as used. But in the amazon pay emi page it says it is irrespective of cancellation and refunds. I have talked to capital float as well where amazon always redirect my complaints to as they are their lending partners. Capital float don't realise that iam saying im not a otp based kyc user anymore and they dont really seem to care for reference i'm attaching the snapshots

                    I have bought helicon gas burnor from amazon in nov. 2018. It has service provider's number in description. Before purchasing this, i called up raj singh (Whose number updated on amazon as service perovider). He assured me that they provide service when required by just giving them a call.

                    Then only i purchased this. Initial weeks it was working fine, but it started trobling me in dec. I called up [protected] (Raj singh the service prvider) he forced me to send him video of gas on whatsapp which i denied as i am facing gas leakage issue from burnor which is highly dangerous. He asked me to send him address to send his machenic for replacement. I did, but no responce and amazon is denying any help in this stating this is service provider's job.

                    Service provider is disconnecting my calls and not even responding on msgs.

                    This is highly dangerous as it is regarding safety of my family.

                    It is still under once year warranty.

                    I seek help in this asap as amazon is bluntly denying any help and i cant take risk regarding with safety of family.

                    Seeking help on priority.

                    This is cheating case.

                      We ordered dairy milk silk heart pop chocolate through amazon, we have received the product but at the time of opening the chocolate l, it was in normal dairy milk chocolate shape there is no heart bite in the middle of the chocolate and there are no partitions in the chococlate and more over we have received only 3/4 th of the chocolate only. We have ordered it for 300 rs. But we are not satisfied to the worth. We don't know where and why the problem has arisen. Below iam attaching the images and please you see how we have received the product. Please do the what ever you can do.

I. 005 laptop 18165 order no.[protected] and cancelled the order.in this regard, amazon released money refund reference number 7550372 9 [protected] on 3 january 2019 and asked to contact the indian bank's customer care, whose complaint was filed by the petitioner on[protected], whose number-ibe022020 is the completion of the complaint process when the applicant approached the indian bank's e-banking care. Told and the money refunds have not been received by amazon in the account of the applicant till date[protected], so the urgent resolution of the complaint of the applicant needs to be resolved. Necessary to engage independent evidence.

                          I have been trying to schedule the (Rbi mandate) kyc document pick up repeatedly from amazon and their preferred vendor karvy in hyderabad.
                          Every time they’ve missed the appointment and now they want me to reschedule the appointment for the 3rd or 4th time.
                          How can i trust a vendor to handle my documentation when they cannot even keep up their appointment or their commitments? I think they have acted in a very irresponsible way and this issue needs to be handled at the highest level possible particularly because this is a government and reserve bank of india mandate.

                                I bought a orpat blower of rupees 958 from online merchant amazon.in on 16th october 2018 with one year warranty but it stopped working in march month itself. Now no one is responding for the warranty on amazon customer care neither repairing nor exchanging the product. Kindly repair or provide replacement of my product.

                                  I requested delivery guy and added rs 5002 in wallet where amazon have to add rs 500 more for adding money but from 13 feb 2019 executives are saying money will come but the cashback team not adding money. These guys are making fraud by giving offers. I have the recordings also that i am eligible for cashback but they are making fool of customers every time by telling to wait for 7 days.

                                      The subject product was delivered on 22nd feb @ cash and returned on 23rd feb. On 24th got a message for refund initiated and after 2 days as refund approved.

                                      Today we are on 12th march znd not a word of refund? Also along with that item one more item was returned and refund came in account very next day.

                                      For all these years such delay never happened to us.

                                      Could you please check and have it rectified.
