I have been charged 14.22 for a subscription that i know nothing about. I would like this canceled immediately! I rarely use amazon to order merchandise and had no idea that this amount was charged to my account. I want my money refunded as soon as possible. This is probably the third or fourth time i have used amazon to order. I did not know that they were as sneaky as they are. I only found out that they had taken my money when i checked my bank account. I did not even realize that it was amazon until i went on the site that was listed in my bank information. I am very unhappy with amazon, to say the least.

    I don't know what happens to the Amazon India or amazon.in whenever I am trying to make payment regards My Order then Money got deduction from My account or from My Amazon Pay Balance but order for My chosen products is not placing, And getting SmS regarding REVICE PAYMENTS again and again. This is the second time that I experienced nonsense by Amazon India App or amazon.in vendor. I'm really frustrating with this.

      I ordered an item and selected one day delivery option as i m a prime customer i was not charged for it, however you people changed it to two day delivery. And today i got a message that the product is out for delivery and i called the delivery person several times to confirm that to deliver it before 4pm, and he agreed for that. However it wasn't delivered. And when i called customer care they denied to help and said that they cannot call delivery boy. I m really frustrated and i want to cancel my prime membership and i want the refund for the same

      On 3/16 & 3/23 my card was charged 119.00 from Amzn.com/bill it did not go thru but would you please check it out as I have not purchased anything for that amount or on them days. card ending in 6381. Thank You.

        As i have placed two orders on amazon on 26march 2019 and 30march 2019 and the orders was cancelled and the refund was intiated but i haven't received my money yet. It's been a week i have to get nearly 1000 rupees for cancelled order. But i haven't received a penny. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. They say the refund is success but i haven't received my money atleast i need to know the reference id to check this issue with bank, slove this problem.

        It is very bad review policy. I purchased
        Moisturizing Silicone gel heal socks from Amazon's store by above order. It is very poor quality product it tear up in two days.when
        I try to write product review your policy not allowed it should be allows to every purchaser.

          Dear sir,

          Please refer to the subject line mentioned above.

          There were unauthorized debit amounting to inr 393/- from my amazon pay account. On 2nd apr'19 at around 1.15pm, i received two consecutive messages that inr 250/- and inr 143/- has been paid from amazon pay balance on komparify.

          Please note that these transactions are not authorized from my end. I never made any purchases on amazon today. These transactions have taken place due to system issues of amazon and hence, request you to forthwith refund back inr 393/- back to my amazon pay balance.

              1. I had ordered Sony Extra Bass SRR -XB10, portable splash proof wireless speaker with Bluetooth and NFC on 17th Feb 2019 for which I made an advance payment of rupees 3299. The order number is[protected] .
              2. I was informed by the Amazon app that the item has been delivered on 27th Feb 2019. However i had not received the item . Neither the delivery boy rang me up on my registered mobile number, nor i received any prior notification about the arrival of my order ( which always happens for any online purchase).
              3. I had repeatedly called up customer care number of Amazon to register a complaint on non receipt of the item. Finally i was told that Amazon had investigated the matter and they come to the conclusion that it was delivered at my address
              4. So i have finally approached you for help

                This is to inform you have I have bought a Panasonic TV 49 inch on 23rd of Jan, 2019 which got delivered on 31st Jan, 2019 from Amazon.in

                Price of TV - Rs 53, 990.
                Invoice - SCCB - 60504

                On checking with agent for brand installation, he said he can do it according to my convenience. I also checked the terms and condition for installation(Amazon) where it was mentioned it can be done at any time according to customer's convenience.

                When the installation guy unpacked the box for installation of the TV, he found the display panel completely broken. He shared the photos and has mentioned the same on his "Job Sheet" which was later shared with Amazon.in as well.

                I requested Amazon for replacement since the product was damaged but they misguided us giving false policy statements. When we checked the return policy of large appliances, it was clearly mentioned that the product could be returned within 10 days from the day of installation.

                Secondly, they were reluctant to the point that the product has to be installed within 2-4 days from the day of delivery whereas In the policy it is mentioned that installation will be done as per customer's convenience and the service will be provided within 2-4 days.

                We followed up with the customer care for over 2 weeks but each time, they have either misguided or denied directly for help. I assured that the Panasonic brand is ready to help and has given all the supporting documents and proofs which Amazon asked for but they mended the policies according to their convenience and did not produce any proofs of terms and conditions, whenever asked.

                Please look into this seriously and since this is a big amount please help us in either replacement or refund of money.

                  I ordered an product on 18th march And on 19th march i made a request to cancel my order. Order was prepaid and Was already shipped so, It delivered on 20th March. On 20 march i placed an return request and they aksed me to self send thr product to amazon warehouse. On 22nd march i returned the product and on 25th i got a message from My courier that product is successfully delivered to amazon with stamp. I Called customer care. They asked to wait for 3 days, so we should check the product authenticity. On 29th i received a call and they are saying we haven't received your product. Please give us a proof of delivery so we can cross check if The product is delivered or not. I submitted all the documents. Today i got a message that the product is still not received by Amazon but My courier is saying we have successfully submitted the courier and even the stamp Is of amazon service pvt limited. Amazon somehow misplaced my package after receiving. And now asking for Time and time so that their investigation team will come up with a answer. Totally bad experience. Even after 7 days of return am not getting a refund. Also Amazon is responsible after my package is delivered to them with stamp of amazon. What more i can do with this help?
                  Attachment is of proof of delivery. The first Tracking no. Is my parcel tracking no. And it is received my amazon with a stamp. Now who is responsible for product not found my amazon?

                      payment of Rs 980 was deducted from my account via debit card but order was not placed
                      i was asked to revise payment for the same
                      i have since cancelled my order
                      i was told that my money would be refunded in 2-4 business days

                      i am yet to get my money back

                          I placed an order on Amazon India Android App for Mic enabled with speaker. I made payment via my Amazon's Pay Balance but still showing unpaid and asking about update Payment even after deducting my Amazon Pay Balance. My Money already deducted from my account and from my card too but still prepaid payment is outstanding. And when I tried to make a Call to Amazon India then BSNL IVR recording asking to make calls again and again.

                            Above subject product order but supplied to us was card holder old find the attached photo. Now Amazon is not able to supply the product on time and requesting amount will be refunded which is intiated by us.
                            During my conversation with customer care it was clearly indicated not to refund the money and supply the product which is ordered by myself.
                            Kindly advise how to take up the matter with Amazon to deliver the product rather then money.

                            How could u rate the product without receiving the original product. Simply bleam the product without offering the efficient services, poor handling of logistics and negligence of dispatching the required product to customer.
                            In my case amazon feels that, they done great job by refunding the money. But, thats not the case and not value the time and money being spent by the customer.

                              I have purchased a TV as per order no[protected] on26.3.19 and the scheduled delivery date was 30.3.19.The item reached the destination point on 28.3.19 morning and even after many requested they did not delivered it early.
                              Now to day also they did not delivered even though today is the scheduled date.I have contacted them and complaint.no response and not delivered the item

                                I was ordered a headphone on 18.3.2019, order no. #[protected], received on 24.03.2019. But product was not as per order (Image shown in the order). I returned this item for replacement, order no.#[protected]. 2nd time also i received headphone on 30.03.2019 was not as per my order (As shown image of headphone of order). I complained for this on line to return this product on 30.03.2019. I have paid rs. 879/- for this product but i surprised that this is now received for rs. 629/- how is it possible. This is not for good for your customer not for your goodwill.

                                    I have full talking on chat menu but once again i have shortly write down my problem
                                    Actually i have purchased lowest price mobile on date 21feb,
                                    So very fast service i have received on date 23 feb end of day so i am happy with fast despetch and received,
                                    After then i have 24 mid day charged and used but voice and bettry prob then i have return process on 25th feb after then not your pickup service so i have my city available courier men despetch on 26 feb also with attachment mahavir courier tracking screen sort
                                    Unfortunately my parcel return by mahavir courier return reason show on box not accepted seller or deliver address not accepted
                                    After then i have amazon care mailed so amazon care reply me if you have return product so again sending other courier so after then i have courier by indian post through on 13 march also with attachment of speed post slip after then i have mail amazon care with speed post slip so amazon care reply me wait 2 -3 days but still not response also with attachment of indian post tracking screen sort
                                    Again mail amazon so amazon care reply me wait on last 26 march so i am also waiting but not reply, after 27 march i have again mail
                                    All screen sort and tracking site is not me and i have not make this also you searching with tracking num

                                    Now amazon staff knowing speed post not provide return proof
                                    So amazon now want deliver proof then post not provide its
                                    But online tracking is deliver same address all are now tracking available

                                      On last thursday i. E. 28. March.2019 i placed an order from amzon.in worth rs 26999. Order details

                                      It has already reached my location and they don't want to deliver it to me!! They said they did not receive money from me "but ofcourse they received it". Ofcourse amazon.in received my payment and send me a confirmation email and sms messages, and they despatched my order on the same day. I have received a payment confirmation from sbi also. I do not know why they refused to deliver it to me. Next week is my grandmother's birthday and i need to use it on the same day that's why i place an order.

                                      Why would you refund and return which is already in my location??

                                      I have contacted amazon courier manager and he said "we didn't receive your money and his behavior is too rude" and when i told him the amaz have received the money and he replied "we are going to refund your money".

                                      *why would they refund my money without my agreement while it has also reached my location?? I would have no camera on my grandma's birthday!! I trusted you and ordered from you. Please help me

                                      Worst experience and this is the second time it happens.

                                        This is dhanendra gadale a prime customer of amazon. Actually a was having the prime customer and amazon was blocked my account on the basis of returning old products. But unfortunately amazon courier is not having good in our area. And repeated request on mail amazon is not replied satishfactory and taken one side decision to block my id with out warning or alarm. After blocking my id i was returned no. Of products but unfortunately amazon is not returned my amount.
