This has reference of the order #[protected] dated 24/02/2019 and the materials received on 01/03/2019. After open the packages the materials defected.

I had already return through your online system on 01/03/2019 but still not collected the materials from my address. When will be materials replace or refund the amount.?

          Dear sir,
          My name is manu kumar email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my no. Is [protected]which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 20 days. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
          After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

          I'm kannan! I have returned the product and the delivery agent picked up on 4th of February and till now I have not received my refund as my account was on hold since that time. Please proceed with the refund as soon as possible and I have mentioned my order details below

          But I had placed 2 units in Jugular men's cotton short. So I received the refund for the missing item and I made the return for all products ending with 2343 after that my account was hold my account specialist team.

          I have explained all details but you the investigation team not responding to me.

          I have put wrong card name due to which after completing payment and balance cut from my account my account get blocked on amazon.in. I tried various channel to unhold my account but no resolution received. My order value is 3.5 lacs approx. And no solution received from amazon. Please unhold my account.           i am a very old customer of amazon and did shopping many times but last year my account was hacked and unable to access my account after resetting password many times even sending a complaint many times i was unable to regain access to my account.

          1. my amazon upi is working fine
          2. my amazon merchant account is working and setup fine
          3. I have also valid amazon pay icici credit card linked with this account.
          4. When I use my credit card issued by amazon i am also getting cash back in the same account.
          5. but i am always getting a message my account is temporarily on hold pls contact customer care.

          i have done kyc provide all my legal and genuine proofs i still don't know why my account is on hold and i really fed up keep on calling your company didn't get any resolution of that whether u will continue block my amazon account but it is my right to use cashback of my credit card which i am getting in same account whether i will not use this account for shopping but my amazon pay should work like recharge and pay bills which cashback i am getting in this account that is my problem.i currently have 1159 rs in pay account. my mobile number [protected] whether u can visit to home or office or verify anything i am genuine person and never breach and kind of law but its really makes me upset that my account u put on hold without any reason whether u check location of last one year where my account has been used u will come to know about truth. for your reference i am sending u screen shots of my account as well as my id proofs so that u will help me to get this problem resolved as soon as possible whatever things or verification or documents u want i can provide but dont harras me without any fault of reason by putting my name or number on google you can check my record online also what type of person i am .

                2 refund issued later this order but not reflect in my account.
                RS.155/- & Rs. 525/- .
                Amazon refund issued.
                But not got to me.
                I update Passbook Today. But no amount will be credited.
                Amazon has processed a refund of Rs1288.32 on[protected] but it is not showing in my account statement.they have provide the authorisation code (refund reference number) for the transaction which is[protected].please process the refund of this amount

                            I placed an order with amazon india as follows:

                            1 of zhou nutrition saw palmetto capsules for prostate health extract & berry powder complex to reduce frequent urination 500mg 100 caps

                            The item should have been delivered by 27-feb-2019. Till date it has not been delivered. I do not need this item as i made alternative arrangement. When i contacted amazon india they are not cooperative to cancel the order and refund my money. Please help.

                            Amazon does not bother about my emails asking them to cancel the order and refund the money.
                            They keep supporting the seller instead of supporting the customer/buyer.
                            Worst of all the Amazon operations.
                            I am Amazon app used to Airtel Recharge Rs.179 (Monthly Pack) Ny no [protected] Recharge from my Debit card. Rs. 179 Rupees deteced from my card. But Recharge was failed. Amazon is send the Massages was Recharge failed Amount is Refund in 24 Hours. But no Refund from three days.

                              I perched one mobile on 15 the feb.
                              On 18 feb, when i started using the mobile found its not working properly.
                              Immoderately i lodge complaint and send mail to amazon.
                              On 22 feb technician visited my place and confirmed about faulty mobile. He promise me to refund or replace. On 25th i called customer care they said your complaint has been resolved.
                              Again i lodge complaint again technician visited my place on 28th feb, and he provided certificate for faulty mobile and software.
                              Certificate uploaded for reference.

                              Now amazon is not ready for refund due to time over.
                              But is was not my fault, amazon technician did not visited my place on time.

                                  I purchased generic table cloth (152cm).in the item description, they mentioned the size is 152cm, but delivered 137cm table cloth. I couldn't return the same because i understood the cheating after one month.
                                  You should take the matter we, the customers put forward seriously.

                                  1) in item description, details should be correct.
                                  2) ensure the sellers integrity.
                                  3) don't allow the sellers second sales thru' amazon india.
                                  4) customers review should be given.

                                  We trust amazon, but the sellers are not honest. They will spoil amazon's goodwill.
                                  Take the matter seriously, please...

                                  Higher authorities should be understood the matter.

                                      3-amazon cannot pay compensation for delayed product.
                                      4-there are millions of customers, so amazon cannot track the delayed product as informed by amazon executive.
                                      5.-there is no benefit for prime customer as there is too much delayed.
                                      6-there is no proper email id provided by amazon care.

                                      If such type of problem exist then how can we trust on amazon.
                                      This is not the first time that prodcts are getting delayed.
                                      Please look for this and take a strict action and provide me the compensation.

                                        I ordered two books from amazon.in on 24 february 2019 in my sisters college (My order was paid), but non of them got delivered to my sister and they were marked as delivered and signed by my sister (Shivani) on the amazon.in site (Photo attached) when i tried to contact amazon customer service regarding this issue for my first package that was marked as delivered on 28 feb 2019, they said to fix it (Chat with vivek attached as 1st chat). My sister received only a msg from the delivery boy for this (Photo attached). But it was not delivered to where she asked them to delivered it (In girls hostel office) and when i tried calling the delivery boy he didn't pickup the call every time i called him.
                                        But for the second package there was not even a msg from the delivery boy and when i randomly check on amazon.in to track my package it was marked as delivered. When this thing happened to another book then i again contacted them they asked me for more time, and i was not feeling right about it so i ask them for the refund but they said they cant do anything about it so i am stuck plz help me.
