Hello,
I have ordered honor play mobile and gift packed (Total cost - rs.15, 029) to silvassa, dadra and nagar haveli on 20th march 2019, payment done by my debit card. Amazon.in order number:[protected]. We received the package on 25th march 2019 at 10.45 am. When we open the package it was gift pack inside which the box was not having the thin plastic wrap as every other product contains seeing this anyone can easily say someone as open the box and removed the mobile from it.
We called the delivery agent, at first he didn't received our call then he came and told as he's duty is to only deliver the package, product might be missing from some other end so you contact customer service.
We have 100% guarantee the delivery agent in silvassa or courier company where the delivery agent belong to have stolen our mobile and handed over a empty box without mobile phone in it.
We have file a complaint in amazon but we don't think amazon is going to take any serious action regarding it so for our money loss and fraud done with a genuine customer we will be filing a police complaint regarding this in local police station if immediate action is not taken from your side.
Hope you will look into this matter and help us to refund our money.

Following are the information of my order:
1. Name of the item: Honor Play (Ultra Violet, 4GB Ram, 64GB Storage)
2. Date of delivery: 25th March 2019
3. Shipment Tracking #:[protected]
4. Order ID:[protected]

I have ordered Honor Play mobile and gift packed (Total Cost- Rs.15, 029) to Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 20th March 2019, advance payment done by my debit card. We called the delivery agent, at first he didn't received our call then he came and told as he's duty is to only deliver the package, product might be missing from some other end so you contact customer service.
We have 100% guarantee the delivery agent in Silvassa or courier company where the delivery agent belong to have stolen our mobile and handed over a empty box without mobile phone in it.
We have lodge a police complaint in local police station for fraud done to us. Copy of complaint lodge is attached with this mail, if we didn't get refund for our loss in 4 days we will register FIR.
I request you to please take serious action for our money loss and fraud done with a genuine customer and refund our money.
Hope you will look into this matter and help us to refund our money.

    Sir/mam... On 5 march 2019 i order a product from amazon nd i cancelled it. But refunded amount doesn't show in my account.. Amazon customer service tell me that amount will be credited till 23 march but still the amount didn't show in my account... I talk canara bank customer service nd he says that there will be no amount credited by amazon... I gave him reference no75503729076027869637314 but he tell me that it is wrong reference no... Sir/mam plse help me... Amazon and canara bank customer service only blame each other... Nd the main problem is not resolved by any one

      But there is 7 days are going on.
      But still i have not received  my  refund amount of ruppes 7, 467.Â

      So plz tell me, where is my refundÂ
      And when it is available.Â

        Dear sir,
        My name is meghna teotia email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is locked from 3 months reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
        After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

            I was charged for something? I know nothing about. What the heck i would like it if my account was refunded please this occured on 3/20/2019in the amount of $126.26 i myself did not authorize this. And what is this amazon india company? Can somebody explain this to me? And it seems like am not the only one. Hope someone can help me with this and get this resolved

              I bought a wd blue 1tb hard disk from amazon.in on 6th march 2019 and received on 9th march. I found some dispute with it, and reported customer service, they requested for one chance to replace the product. On10th march pickup and 15th march received the return. After then i trying to contact the customer service but failed to contact. I wanted to know replacement status. I can not found any email address to contact with the amazon. Where is my order? How long time i am waiting? Its emergency. If amazon cannot sent an original new product, then refund my money. Please do the needful.

                Delivered me with a wrong item for 3 times. Now they are not taking any responsibilities and saying that have to return n refund the product that i had done for last 2 times.                   I orderd a techpool bluetooth headset via amazon.in on 2019 february 1 and i requested for a return of the product and they accepted it..
                  On 11th feb 2019 one of amazon executive pick up the product and the company initaiate the refund..
                  Its been 40 days now, and i didnt get the refund till now.
                  Im attaching some screenshots regarding this complaint..

                  Please solve this issue and give me the refund as soon as possible...

                  One guy from this number [protected] called me and introduced himself that he is from AMAZON customercare services and asked for my DEBIT CARD NUMBER and CVV, and he claims that he can refund the money by this way only, and finally asking for the OTP code too...
                  some frauds take advantages of this situation and trying to steal money from my account...
                  please take care of these type of froadsters...

                      I placed my order with amazon on the 13th of feb and was expecting my product by the 25th of feb. However, the tracking id provided to me by the seller was incorrect and hence i could not track the order. I emailed the seller a couple of times with no response. After not getting my delivery in time, i called amazon customer service regarding the same but did not get any substantial information regarding my order. I was then sent a mail on the 2nd of march in which my tracking id was updated. Upon checking the tracking id it showed that the product was delivered to me, which in fact was not delivered to me at all. I was then given an option to raise a a-z complaint regarding the same. The claim was then denied by amazon because the seller said that product has been delivered. After trying to re raise the claim, i was denied of it and was told that i would not be getting any further information regarding the same.
                      After than i bymistake reversed my complaint and cancelled the refund. As soon as i realised it, i called amazon and asked customer service to re raise my refund request which has not been done yet and neither have i received any information regarding my product.

                        I ordered a smart watch which tracks steps bp sleep etc it costed me something around 600 rupees.
                        The feature were really appealing this i ordered the watch. When i recievd the watch i did not know how to carge and start so i went to a shop to learn it. When i tried to connect it with the mobile phone it did bot connect. Again i thought i did not know how to connect so i went to electronics store and asked for help i went to 7 stores but no one was able to connect it. They said that this watch has connectivity issues and rhus it is not being connected. It was really disgusting. I am trying to call amazon but their number either comes not available someimes busy and half of the times they say the number is wrong. It is a disgusting product on the very first day the screen cane out and i had to fix it back. I dont want such a thing but they are not replying thus i cannot do anything. It is a fake watch and amazon is selling fake products.

                          After one day i see my account is locked . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account.                             I have ordered 4-5 times the portable amplifier from Amazon India and always found that the product sent by the sellers have been either damaged (looked old) or had some defects/ technical issues and each of them costing between Rs. 4, 000 to Rs. 5, 500.
                            Each time I request for refund, though in the policy from Amazon that the refund would be initiated from the time it reaches (1 or 2 days extra is fine though) the seller but in all the 5 times Amazon has not initiated the process automatically but made me literally to call them again and again 3-4 times and after giving the same excuses stating that the initiation would happen in a day or two made my life so miserable as if I HAD TO LITERALLY BEG THEM FOR THE REFUND. They made to feel that in case I don't call them to initiate the refund almost after 15-20 days they wanted not to refund the amount but just keep it to themselves.
                            I feel that this is how Amazon is cheating me and I am sure other customers to get the profit as they know that the customers at some point in time would forget to call for the refund and Amazon can keep that amount for themselves.
                            Even today 22-Mar-2019 when I called and talked with the rep. Ms. Pranaya she was initially reluctant to initiate my refund manually and started saying that it would be done in a day or 2 as usual but when I insisted that I may have to report this by raising a complaint in the Indian consumer forum, she immediately said that she would initiate it manually but not sure if she did it or not.
                            Also, she said that I can raise a complaint against her or Amazon and no action can be initiated against the company as she seemed to say that Amazon is a big company and no one can take action against it.
                            I feel I am being harassed and tortured by Amazon on every occasion when I purchase the products from them as I, unfortunately, was forced to subscribe for the Prime Membership and this is how I am being ill-treated and feel a threat from them too.

                              Greetings for a good a day.
                              Could you please investigate and inform me what went wrong with my Order #[protected]Wonderland Prarthana Tiller with Wheel and Blade Mini Tiller, Cultivator, Inter Cultivator, Weeder, Rotary)?
                              Why the Seller called me and informed Amazon Transportation Agent refused to accept the Packet which is weighing above 45 Kgs? What he advised me is that, they will send an empty box; upon receiving it I should contact Amazon and return it by saying the product is not up to my satisfaction; so Amazon will refund the amount I paid. Upon receiving that money I can place a direct order through their website! Their Transporting Agent did not have any restriction on weight of the consignment so safely it will reach me!
                              Please check the credibility of this Seller and remove their products from your list. However through your helpline support personnel I canceled the order due to fear that the Seller many not include some of the parts in the consignment.
                              I hope you will promptly inform me the outcome of your investigation.

                                I have purchased "rayale hi design foldable mosquito net flexible for double bed, king size bed, queen size bed with 2 window zip door (Blue). The same was received on 10.03.2019. Since the above item is not correct size and not with the required feature and hence, the same was returned vide pickup id no.[protected]. As online return center, the item has to be pickup between 07.00 to 13.00 hours of 11th march 2019.

                                Even after laps os 12 days, the above said item was not pickup till and not refunded the paid amount.in the mean while i have booked another model in amazon and received as required.

                                  As per order no[protected]Order dt[protected] i had ordered for respro auto star cpap and i had paid rs 30689 through federal bank pattom debit card. Order was delivered but the machine was different. So it was returned through amazon agent on[protected]Tracking no[protected]. On[protected] i received another machine (Vide order no[protected]ord date[protected]. But that was also not the machine i ordered for. So i returned it with machine through amazon agent vide tracking no[protected] and requested for refund. I wrote to health bazar who supplied the machine twice but no reply. Hence i am forced to raise this complaint against amazon to get my refund of rs 30689 at the earliest period to avoid further complications

                                    Hello, i purchased sandisck's 32gb memory card when i delivered it and made use of it, i lost my all data so, i contacted sandisk's customer corner they asked me some specific things like unique id of memory card etc. I provide all details and after checked out all these they inform me that memory card (Which i ordered from amazon india, i mean amazon.com) is fake or duplicate. So contact with amazon, so when i contacted them regarding this fake product they assured of prevention of my money, they told me that we will give you money back or original memory card. So they asked me to share photos and sandisk's mail, so i mailed them and share all details which includes memory card's photos, its cover photo and order number photo, sandisk's mail photo also. After that they send me mail in which they write that procedure is ongoing and it may finish in 5 to 7 business days. So after 5/7 days no action is visible to me through any way so i contacted them today again and they told me suddenly that we cant do anything about this because of our return policy, if you have complaint within period of returnable we can do something for you. So i told them its fake product your policy cant imply on fake product its nothing to do between fake product and policy bcoz from your platform somebody doing illegal things, instead of taking action against it, you looting only consumer. And i said them that who makes this type of fake products they have sense atleast that if consumer complaints within returnable period, they may be caught and they cant make profit so ofcourse illegal fake producers make sure that fake product is made in such a way that it creates problem after somedays. So they and amazon both can escape from responsibility and they both can be continue looting customers. I demand to return back my money but they are in denial mode. Now i feel cheated, amazon doing fraud with me. Agar product hi fake he to paisa vapas karna hi hoga na, policy tabhi apply hoti jab product original hoti. So i complaint on this platform hope some action will be taken by you and amazon india have to give back my money. It may be possible that amazon and these all fake production parties work for each other's interest. This is cheating with customers. Please take action very soon
                                    Here i shared details because photo limit is 2 mb only. On its back cover (Made in taiwan, xy201901 05, mmb32b8t22hzkm-t0/o, xy201901. I have bill also but photo cant upload bcoz of size. Money which i spent on fake product is 374.00rs. I dont know video of bill is uploaded or not but i tried to upload through video.

                                      I haven't received my refund from amazon for the order i paid and cancelled on 12/03/19. From amazon end they started refund process on 12/03/19 which i have been got through mail and also said that the amount will credit by 18/03/19.
                                      No amount has been credited tilll date
                                      Amazon gave a reference number :[protected]
                                      They asked me to contact bank with this transaction number but no response from bank customer care.
                                      I still didn't get my refund. Its been 10 days
                                      Please do the needful

                                        I had returned the order from amazon, but i have not yet received the rupees. I had called amazon costumer care, but they are asking from their side my rufund is complete. They are asking that there is problem from your bank side in giving your money back.
