I purchase one product with amazon india and then after i return that product to amazon due to some problem in product. But still after 20 day past but still we not received my refund in my bank account and amazon people told that he send the amount in my bank account. Sir pls look this matter and do the needful. My ref no is[protected]. So sir kindly look this matter we are suffering from last 20 days. If it not possible we take legal action against firm.

    Dear team,
    I have ordered a book named soil science on 13 feb. And still havenot received yet.
    I need compensation for delay.
    Please note following points are observed during talking to your helpline number;-
    1-no tracking for delayed product by amazon employees.
    2-after too many follow ups, there is no action taken by customer care.
    3-amazon cannot pay compensation for delayed product.
    4-there are millions of customers, so amazon cannot track the delayed product as informed by amazon executive.
    5.-there is no benefit for prime customer as there is too much delayed.
    6-there is no proper email id provided by amazon care.

    If such type of problem exist then how can we trust on amazon.
    This is not the first time that prodcts are getting delayed.
    Please look for this and take a strict action and provide me the compensation.

      I ordered two books from amazon.in on 24 february 2019 in my sisters college (My order was paid), but non of them got delivered to my sister and they were marked as delivered and signed by my sister (Shivani) on the amazon.in site (Photo attached) when i tried to contact amazon customer service regarding this issue for my first package that was marked as delivered on 28 feb 2019, they said to fix it (Chat with vivek attached as 1st chat). My sister received only a msg from the delivery boy for this (Photo attached). But it was not delivered to where she asked them to delivered it (In girls hostel office) and when i tried calling the delivery boy he didn't pickup the call every time i called him.
      But for the second package there was not even a msg from the delivery boy and when i randomly check on amazon.in to track my package it was marked as delivered. When this thing happened to another book then i again contacted them they asked me for more time, and i was not feeling right about it so i ask them for the refund but they said they cant do anything about it so i am stuck plz help me.

        We registered trademark owner of copper heritage brand copper glasses.. Sir our copper glasses are sold by ayur patra in amazon.. But we are not giving our product to them..             My package should deliver yesterday 2nd of march 2019 but they did not come and deliver my package. And told me your package will deliver on tomarrow morning at 9 am but then i got a call from delivery guy that he was saying i put wrong address and can't deliver my package on today. He was harsh. No manners to talk. I want to complaint against him. If this the service you provide and let your delivery guy to do whatever they do, you shouldn't promise customer to deliver the product on time.

              I was charged $13.99 from amazon prime when i did not give any authorization
              My bank charged me $34.00 for insufficient funds i want my money back and now i have to speak to a bank associate about not been charged for this transaction, this happened on march 1 please i need this resolve. Also, i have never done business with a company that does not have an email to contact or a customer service phone number, it is a shame that i trusted you and you without my permission take my money from my bank, shame on you.

                I am totally disappointed today because of the worst service provided by amazon india. I have ordered a laptop on 1st mar, 2019 (1 am) cost around 36k from amazon just because as i needed that asap to give as a gift and as a prime customer i thought of getting this on time. As promised by amazon in "shipment details" i found this tag "one-day delivery at rs 100. Free with prime". I was totally impressed and was eagerly waiting for its arrival. On 2nd mar, 2019 i got a notification for its arrival in the app with delivery agent number.
                Around 12 pm i placed a call but unable to connect. Till evening 7 pm i waited but didn't got any response from the agent. After some time got connected but that agent told the package is not available with him and some other agent have that. Then i connected to the customer care and one lady picked the call. After listening to my query she assured me that the package will arrive on time. I asked her to provide the agents mobile number so that i can communicate with him but surprisingly she told that they can't trace it. Again i waited till 9 pm still i have not received any call but in app its showing to be delivered today. I tried to connect the customer care again and told the same story but he changed the story and told to raise a complaint, also scheduled the delivery to the next day.

                As a prime member if am not getting those facilities and getting treated as a regular customer then please revoke my membership and please refund my monthly membership money.

                Don't give fake promises if you are not able to keep it. Also living in a city like bangalore if amazon is not able to deliver things on time and most important thing is tracking is just for name sake.

                  I purchased redmi 6a in january 2019. It was returned by me due to some fault in the product. It was retuned on 7 feb 2019 to your courier boy.. Moreover, the pickup bit did not give any receipt after picking the product from my home. When i checked the status on amazon customer care no, the representative said the product did not reached at warehouse... I have complained several times about issue. But my issue is yet to be solved.. It is requested to please update my status. I am enclosing the product's details with this email.

                    1. That he has placed an order with m/s amazon.in on 01.01.2019, for the supply of one mobile phone (Moto e-5 plus black, 3gb ram storage / bo77pwk5bt moto e-5 plus indigo black) vide order no.[protected] – 5376305 dated 01.01.2019 for a sum of rs. 9449/-, said good was to be delivered vide invoice no. Del2-78560. When the said good was delivered, the same was not allowed to be open by the delivery boy from the courier company. After opening the said parcel by the complainant, he was shocked to see the said parcel wherein two small pieces of detergent cake ‘ghadi’ in place of the mobile phone. The complainant suddenly made online complaint to the above said person but of no use. The complainant has been cheated by the above name companies for which they are liable to be punished under the provisions of indian penal code for cheating and playing fraud upon the complaint and a sum of rs.9449/ has been misappropriated.

                    It is, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary criminal action against the above said at the earliest possible.

After that when i placed a call amzon customer care for my refund that time they said that the product which is send to us is not that one sir i dont where the product get change. Sir i send the samsaung level u headphone that u can conformed from curior boy.. I send orginal product and they are giving me fake reason..

                            I made a recharge for my phone through amazon pay wallet as i was making the payment at the first attempt the page took me to home page of amazon and the recharge was not done so i made another payment because in the first transaction there were no conformation message or any type of mail at the moment so i went to my amazon wallet and saw money was not deducted from my account so i made another transaction and i received a message that your payment was successful and after that i received another message that your recharge was successful again and they recharged my number twice.

                            And now when i talked to them and said that their server made the problem and my money was deducted the refused to return cashback and said our server may not have shown problem it was your fault as i told them i made a loss they said you recharged two times where is the loss !!
                            and don't show any responsibility for their error which i am bearing the loss, so what should i do with two recharge on the same phone.

                              I am registered with amazon india as a business buyer elite (Due to my purchasing limits they hve upgraded my business buyer level on top of amazon prime as well) using the email id mr_arya. [protected]@outlook.com for more than a year now. Everything was going okay but all of a sudden since 14th of october this company has put my account on hold my breason they never explained to me in a comprehencible manner. I have sent their customer support team various emails using [protected]@amazon.in; [protected]@amazon.in; [protected]@amazon.in and they only called up once on 17th of december 2018 "sir please don't worry your issue will be resolved soon and you shall receive an email to unlock your account after we unhold your acount". That email never came in. I have called up their customer support number[protected] atleast 100 times if i am not lying and they keep on saying "sir we are just a call centre and we can only forward your request to the concerned department". I feel like a beggar begging for amazon's mercy here. What crime did i commit for qualifying as a amazon india business buyer elite i do not know. Can you help us straighten this matter please? I feel grossly insulted and rather cheated.

Why my password has been locked, any justifiable reason or Amazon Customer Support follows emotion more than reason to derive conclusion about playing around with their customers' biuyer accounts? Never knew a company like Amazon being a Global Leader inRetail Industry shall have such a plebian attitude towards dealing with their customers! Can I expect a meaningful resolution PROMPTLY or is it true that Amazon Customer Care is worthless?!

                                I purchased a prajapati gems blue sapphire 11.25 ratti 10.42 carat unheated & untreated (Neelam/nilam stone) 100% original certified natural ceylon quality gemstone aaa+ quality from amazon.in

                                I received it on 20th feb since it was a lesser carat stone when i received it i requested a refund. The seller willingly agreed.

                                So a pick was created and the courier was expected to come on 23rd to pick up. The person who came didnt pick up.
                                Following that i made 30+ phonecalls to amazon from 23rd feb to 2nd march trying to organise the pickup.
                                Each time i was told wait for 24 hours and pickup will happen. But nothing happened. So i would keep calling and no one tells me what is going wrong.
                                The pickup person is not coming to my place and not even making a phone call. Simply cancelling it.

                                Its very very poor customer service of amazon where they dont know what is happening in the pickup team and simply making false promises. To top it up they have no contact information to give you to help yourself. They are any way incompetent to help you.
                                How do i get my problem solved?

I had requested return and return has been done on 2 feb but from 2 feb i did not get my refund and i have called customer care many time and every time they say it will get refunded in 5 days and its almost 1 month i did not get refund of 5999/-.                                       Since the beginning of 2019 i have been billed by amazon.com twice a month. There was a charge jan 8th, a second charge jan 22nd, a charge feb 8th and another feb 20th. The second billing in february caused $62.50 in overdraft fees. I want the total of $55.08 in amzn fees for jan and feb and $62.50 for my overdraft fees refunded and i want to cancel any and all accounts with amazon.
