My self rinki, a refund (326rs) has been made by amazon on 19th oct 2018 of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responded is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action

    I have ordered a boat rockerz 255 bluetooth earphone with order id #[protected] from amazon and have replaced the item as it was not working properly the audio was cracking and the replacement unit i got was also defective and had the same issue as the previous one so i returned the item on 6th of feb.
    I have logged a return request prior to delivery and have return the product with its original packaging and accessories as i received it.
    And the product was checked by amazon agent while returning and he specifically took it out of the box and matched its description and asked me about the problem i was facing and also he matched the item with the photograph he had in his device and logged the return request as received.
    Now amazon is saying we have received an old and different product and not refunding my amount of rupees 1099.
    And now they kept my returned product and money too.
    This is a blatant fraud, i have been patient for so long and my numerous
    Chat with their associative had me no resolution.
    I would request you to please provide me a solution.

        Furny damaged 3 seater sofa was forcefully delivered even after i refused to accept the material. How amazon can show a material delivered when customer has not received the material.
        Now they are telling that it will be lifted with in 4 working days.
        Their services are very poor & appropriate action should be taken for harassing the customer like this.

          Saturday 16 feb i returned a pendrive 128gb to amazon. Pick up agent checked and received it, it's was original pendrive on that time when i returned it to him... But when i said amazon for my refund, they said we received old or damage pendrive and we can't initiate any refund for that...
          I don't know what he done with pendrive..

          But i have returned only same product and that too was checked by pick up agent how could product can be changed... What should i do in this situation...?

          I just want my refund from seller or amazon...

            i have purchased a boat bass 225 earphone of around 570 rs ..i found is defective and returned it on 17th jan 2019 but this now the money have not be refunded to me, when ever i call them they say an investigation is going on the product as the recieved one is not the boat bass 225 headphone ...i have received a msg of retun picked up and i have mailed the too but no response from there side ..

              My prime membership is expired and since i am vodafone user - i have got free prime membership of amazon for one year as i fall in a category of a particular post plan i am using - how do i get the confirmation as to my membership is continued - please response - i have been trying to find to mail to amazon but could not find any way hence approached through site - i request you to have an customer care phone and mail too so that any issues arise can be addressed to you through these medium - there is only option either to cancel order or return of item where in a mail is sent to you otherwise no option - please open these two options of mail id and customer care hone number - thanks

                Amazon india offered a cash back offer for the purchase done during during 18th - 24th oct & the promo was great indian festival. The offer was to get an extra cash back of 10% if the purchase is more than 50000.00 with icici card. And they were supposed to give the credit for cash back by 3rd week of jan19. I have been following up with amazon from last 1 month to get my cashback but every time i talk to their customer care, i get the same response that they have escalated the issue & a form has been filled. When i asked for complaint no. They refused to give the complaint no. Also. Every time a new person come online and then they want me to narrate the entire story once again. And they have accepted that i am eligible for cashback but still i am not getting the refund. This is the way they are cheating their customer by giving false promises.

                  I have ordered for "Godrej 1 Ton Inventor AC 5 Star"

                  Date of Delivery - 27th Feb 2019

                  I received the product in time, however the product was packaged in March 2016, I notified Amazon, however they refuse to change / exchange / refund the product. I have called the customer service, the product has a refund policy of 10 days, however they refuse to accept exchange / refund now, stating that only if product is faulty, will exchange.

                  I tried to reason them, why should I accept a 3 year old product, Kindly provide a recent packaged product, to this the customer service team advised that Amazon has purchased in bulk in Sep 2016, so I have to use this, I have registered my protest, however the team is offering no solution.

                  Further, Amazon site says that this product was first sold by Amazon in Sep 2016, however package that I received is from March 2016, when it was not on sale on Amazon.

                  I feel this is a way of trapping customers & cheating them, by offloading old products. Also their refund / exchange policies are contradicting, on this product they have 10 days refund, but then a counter policy states that if you accept delivery then a exchange is not possible. This is an attempt to fraudulently offload old and non selling items.

                  All I am asking is to replace the product and give me a fresh product. I have tried multiple ways to contact the service teams, however they accept the issue, but do not want to resolve.

                  Kindly assist / help...

                  I received a reply from Amazon, as an exception they have agreed to take the old product back & refund me the full amount, I have received an email notification to confirm same & also my Amazon account has a refund update on the product.

                    I have ordered my honor band 4 on 20th feb 2019, which is supposed to come within 25 th feb... But the product was not delivered and the status is shown as being delivered. On asking about this, they say that they would solve the problem, but has not made any progress. I have asked for another product or refund. And they deny it.. Such a poor service by amazon and its members.. They say that they have no details about delivery agents.. And such a poor method for managing the delivery...

For recharge transaction on date 19 february 2019 through my mastercard i got notification from the bank punjab national bank but my recharge transaction not successful it is shown in amazon pay after this i called amazon services through the amazon application the he told me your transaction is refunded it will 4-5 days after this period your transaction money will be reflect on your account so i kindly request to you solve my this problem as soon as possible

                            I have online recharged which is transaction unsuccessful I have paid 95 rs.only for recharge transaction on date 19 February 2019 through my MasterCard i got notification from the bank Punjab national bank but my recharge transaction not successful it is shown in Amazon pay after this I called Amazon services through amazon application then he told me your transaction will be refunded within 4-5 days after this time period your transaction unsuccessful money will be reflect on your pnb account so I kindly request to you solve my problem as soon as possible I will be highly obliged for this favour !
                            At first I buy this device from amazon and after I return this but amazon did not refunded my balance of 469 Rs. I wants amazon refunded me this immediately

                              I placed a pre-paid order on amazon on 18th feb and supposed to receive my order by 22nd feb.
                              On 21st they updated tracking for out for delivery but never delivered the product and such instances occurs repeatedly.
                              Since then after following up they assure to get it delivered in 24-48 hours but those hours never ends.
                              Now they are not ready to provide replacement for order and i refuses to took refund after 10 days.
                              I wish to have my products or double amount of my order so that they should get penalized and should not repeat the same mistake with others.

                                    Please do not reply. Totally fraud company. Your investigation team not even contact at shipping address and taken unilaterally dicision. Your company have cheated rs 61500/- from me. Mr amit (Ceo) should resign if he is not able to plug loopholes in delivery system. You know billeniours facing insolvency due to looting innocent customer. You know each and every thing but unable to tell right things. Thousands of missing complaint can not fake.

                                      Dear mr. Jeff and amit ji.
                                      My daughter jyoti bansal working as deputy branch manager in icici bank (Shipping address). On dated 21.02.2019, when she received delivery in bank and opened the box in front of her staff, she found multiple boxes within main box but laptop was missing. Myself (Dharm brat bansal) working as manager in ntpc. I have purchased this laptop for official purpose. After official declaration laptop will be ntpc asset. If you have any doubt from my side you may follow following steps.
                                      1:your investigation team may inquire in bank (Shipping address) and can take a statement from bank staff (Witness) because box was opened in front of staff.
                                      2:for your system loopholes customer should not be suffered.

                                      But sir, after 6 days, your investigation team did not contact at shipping address and refuse for any refund. What is the meaning of your organisation without ethics. I have lost rs 61500/- in your company. If possible please help me.
                                      Just for your information :

                                      There is no meaning to be worlds richest person without moral value of your company. Thanks and regard. If possible please help. Your investigation process is totally eye washed. Both of you should face legal action.

                                        I, abhishek saha booked one order to m/s amazon india (Order no[protected] dated[protected] making full payment of rs.689. I made the payment using visa card ending *0001 (Tran id [protected] in towards amazon pay on[protected]. According to m/s amazon india to product was to be delivered within[protected]. But i received one popup message from m/s amazon india on 14th february 2019 that the "product may be delivered delay due to external factor". Now on 15th february i came to know from the tracking id[protected]Provided only till 16th february 2019) that "the product was lost by courier". I call the m/s amazon india from my registered mobile no.[protected] several times and send complain from my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com. Each and every customer care person misguided every time and told to wait another 7-10 working days. They are trying their level best to deliver the product, otherwise the paid amount against my product will be refunded. I asked them to give the reply by email registered to m/s amazon india account. They told that they could not give the reply via email but it was a verbal promise that they are still trying their level best as on 26th february 2019 at 11.30pm while i made last call to customer care.

                                        Why my product was not delivered in time and if not so why there was not a single email or any message about the reason of delay of the delivery. Apart from that the customer care executives harassed me making false promise.
                                        Now i demand my product intact and the compensation of delay and my harassment made by m/s amazon india several times.
                                        Here i attached my product purchase details and the tracking record provided by m/s amazon india.

                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My name is Bhupesh, I order ordered Samsung Galaxy M 30 S mobile and the expected date of delivery was 04 Oct but still not received the product.

                                        1. Day 1 : Courier guy came to my place and he was not aware of scanning the product and take back the mobile.

                                        2. Day 2: Amazon app shows out for delivery then later false status the delivery attempted, when call to Amazon call center they mentioned - wrongly out that status.

                                        3. Day 3 : Again the guy is out for delivery, still waiting for delivery.

                                        Multipl call has been made to Amazon call center - same reply - we have filled the escalation form and sad part is mobile already factory reset - no much option as of now.
