I added money rs. 1139 and rs. 1258 through my credit card account to amazon pay to purchase online.
1) i ordered item of rs. 1139.00, which was not in stock with amazon, and they didn't supply. I was cancelled this order due to non availability of stock.
2) i ordered item of rs. 1259.00, received and return to amazon, due to not as expectation.
Both amount credited by amazon in my account on 15th and 16th january 2019 respectively.
I was requested to amazon to reverse amount to my card account, from which i paid. They agreed for that.
I phoned many time to amazon to reverse, they given false commitments that, money will be reverse in 7 days, then says money will be reverse in 15 days, again ther says it will take more 5 days, but money not reverse / refund to my credit card account.
Today 01/02/2019 i again call to amazon and they revert call back and says that they are unable to return / refund. Call was attended by ankita. I insist to record call for future communication.
Now i want my money back. Amazon force to me to use money to buy product form them.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
