I ordered ddr'4 'type ram in amazon app on 9th feb 2019. I recieved my order on 12 feb 2019 but when i opened what am recieved was its ddr'3' type. When i contact to customer support they will simply say there is no return policy but they are doing investigate the process given time is 10days. I contact to he seller and seller was agreed for replacement. But amazon service take too much tme.

Still no response from amazon. Kindly reslove my isuue. Either refund or replacement my correct product ddr4 type.

    I have purchased a roti maker on amazon but found some problem in its working so i decided to return it. Next day only i have returned it from the day i have purchased it and their message is also there with me about the return they have accepted along with my refund but till now i haven't got my money refunded.
    On the site there is mentioned that your money is already refunded but it isn't actually. This is not good they have done very wrong ethically. Such type of complaints can seriously deplete the image of company.
    So please help me to get refund as early as possible..

      The delivery boy of my city made me much disappointed.
      when he came to deliver my product, his way of talking and attitude was so rude.
      he misguided the people. he said to me that make an id on amazon pay otherwise from next time he didnot delivered my product. i have call recording on which he missbehave and missguide me about product.
      next time again he misbehave with me in front of my neighbours. Such kind of people can hit the customer also. i saved his contact no. and some call recording.
      i wish to change the delivery boy for my area or for me.
      Plz try to improve on it.

        The delivery received contained a mobile box which was of oppo (Real me) model no. Cph1859 / color : red imei 1 : [protected] / imei2 : [protected] / s/no. Qkgaceayrcgmlziz but inside the box it had only a surf excel soap bar. These details are available in the sticker affixed on the backside of the box.

        There was no invoice copy also found alongwith the delivered package.

        I have been following up with amazon to refund the amount paid me, but till now they have been stating that they are investigating on the same.

        Every time there is a false commitment given & bloody no one honors their timeline also.

        Such an "amazing" customer service where consumers like us to put to hardship due to the scrupulous miscreants at either the seller or their fulfillment centers or their delivery partners.

        I need refund of the amount i had paid in full.

          I have ordered an viva philips induction on amazon.in and they have delivered me the wrong product in the package, the label and product details are right on upper box but the product i received was wrong in the internal package and even the printed label on the internal package of product was wrong and the shipping address is of another state
          And now after complaining to many times they are telling we have send the correct product and neglect to replace with my correct product or refund the product.
          Please help me out. Take necessary action

            I ordered a philips viva collection hd4938 induction cooktop from amazon on 24 december 2018 & recieved the package on 26 december 2018. After receiving the package i opened the external amazon box after that i opened the philips induction cooktop box which was not sealed after opening that i found multiple number of polythene airbags and among them there was a white colored polythene bag inside it i found a piece marble stone and a small brick inside it. Just after that i contacted to amazon customer service that said please wait for five days we will provide you resolution after waiting for five days i again contacted them they said to me that we are unable to provide you replacement or refund. I contacted them multiple times but their response was same.

              Today, i've placed an order worth rs 120.
              Around 10:49 pm, i've got a mail that i had requested seller to cancel my order.

              After few minutes, my order was cancelled..

              Order #[protected]

              The moment i got to know about this spam, i called their customer care support.

              Their executive took 20minutes to transfer my call to their senior..

              Over phone, their executive agreed that one of executive has done this order cancellation by mistake, and afterwards they said due to limit reached, your order was cancelled.

              Then their senior said, that you had requested for..

              What a spam! Now they are misleading us completely, so that we don't have much options left to clarify..

              Also i'm attaching their recording here, so that everyone knows about how fake they are. They completely agreed that mistake was from our end, then told due to limiy exceed, and then their senior faking out me completely.

              Kindly take action against such executives... Worthless amazon company..

              Already know how to keep our money without giving services..

                  I was trying to add money to my amazon wallet from my debit card on 1 February but the transaction failed and the amount was debited. I was supposed to get the refund within 2-3 business days.

                  I contacted Amazon customer service. I was told that the amount would be refunded within 5-8 working days but nothing happened so far.
                  I perched this mobile last yer and its battery swelling problem

                      I have received a message from amazon stating that a refund was initiated and will show in my account on 2.7.2019 but that has not happened. Kindly sort the issue out or dispute the transaction as 'transaction not processed' so that i can take it up to the higher authorities. Thank you kindly and i do hope that the issue is rectified as soon as possible

                        I order a product on 19th january 2019 and after few days it showed that the product is delivered but i didnt receive any product and i didnt even receive a call from the delivery man i spoke to the customer care they told me that the will place a replacement order they did that and again on it showed that the product is delivered but still i didnt receive the product again i spoke to the customer care executive they told me that i have to wait till 12 feb 2019 i did that and i dont know why but they blocked my amazon account and they denied refund request

                          I always always purchase from amazon, i was billing but somw technical fault was there but again i did billing by card and it had been done still my account is locked not getting unlocked while i got mail i have been unkocked but when i talked to customer care i found it was locked again.
                          What the hell is this?

                            I ordered a t shirt which I didn't liked. So, i returned it . The actual cost was 422 rs with 40 rs delivery charges. Though I returned the package but I got only 422rs as refund. Left 40 (delivery charges) was not refunded . It was a very bad treatment given by Amazon. I don't think it suit to the ethics of Amazon Group .

                                        It was very disappointing to see such a big company, who are also misleading the consumers.. And committing errors and not even resolving even after admitting the mistake and after half a dozen follow ups.
                                        Deposited 10k in amazon pay using credit card with an intention to use pay a retail shop like paytm.. But could not make the payment using scan and pay option.. And the customer service explained the it infrastructure is currently under development and the option is currently only available in bangalore. This is not mentioned/ cautioned anywhere. Still havnt got the refund even after couple of dates and deadlines to resolve promised after multiple followups and still continuing my follow up.
