As i have orderd a product from amazon and i have cancelled the order it so there was refund amount initiated from this end on 22.1.2019 and reference number:[protected] but amount has not been credit in my account till late and continously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this as per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but was i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no facility is there please look into the matter at the earliest please look into this matter as it's very seriously please make it as soon as possible

P i have purchased an item amazon india fogg 2038 but i have cancelled that product on 15th january but i have not received my money when i asked amazon about it they said to me that they have already deposited my money in the account and due to same problem money has been not deposited by the bank in your account therefore i request you to solve this problem and deposit my money as soon as possible reference number[protected] please look into this matter as it's very seriously

Hello my name is farzana.p I have purchased an item fogg 2038 2 watches from Amazon India but I have cancelled that product on 15th January but I have not received my money 379 and 369 which I have spent on it when I asked Amazon about it they said to me that they have already deposited my money in the account and due to same problem money has been not deposited by the bank in your account therefore I request you to solve this problem and deposit my money as soon as possible please solve the problem is very seriously matter my money as soon as possible please order I'd[protected] other order I'd[protected] reference number is both two orders.[protected]

    Hello, my name is a. N. Jadhav, i had ordered an electronic equipment from amazon on 23rd jan. The package was to be delivered to osmanabad 413501.

    The order no[protected]

    Tracking id[protected]

    It was delivered today morning which is 28th jan, and to my annoyance, the box was damaged and open again.! And above that i had opted for gift packing, but forget about gift packing, the box was given with the huge hole..!

    This is happening everytime now, that the amazon transport service itself is giving me the damaged opened box! This is total invasion of the privacy, and what is discrete anymore??

    There are personal clothings and personal things which we do not want ppl to know, but instead of gift packing they give a opened butchered box instead.!! Extremely disappointed.

      [protected] order for reebok men black shoe but instant i got different item, so i am email them with all the image regarding this. But they investigated any return the product, but as after the return today i got an email that they didn't provide me money and also close the account.

      Firstly i am not return the product. After getting different product i am mail them and they are created retuns after they investigate. Please check the snap. I want my money back. Previously they cheated my 1700 money as same excuses.

        I brought a bluetooth earphone and it stopped working in just 2 months. It had a warranty period of 12 months. There are no contact no of seller so i can contact them. They just gave me a whatsapp no. Then i whatsapp them and they said you have to review their product and give the 5 stars the they will send me a new product.

          Ii.) 1 of: aplink usb cassette-to-mp3 converter capture, audio usb portable tape to pc mp3 switcher with earphone

          Order total: 2, 880.00

          Both order total rs. 12491.09 including delivery charges rs. 160/- (I. E. Must have been free complained to your so-called customer care failed to tell the reason.) paid by hdfc bank master card same above said.


          But above said order (I) i’ve received on 24 jan.2019.
          Whereas above said (Ii) has attempted 3times but every time demanding the price rs. 2880/- that i’ve already paid.

          When i’ve made complain to the customer care, they suggested that there is a technical issue due to which there is problem, however, i will receive my product by 27 jan.2019.

          And today, 27 jan. 2019 when i opened amazon website to trace my order, it said:
          Delivery attempted
          Amazon is holding your package due to a payment issue
          We recommend you wait and ready payment, as the carrier will likely attempt to deliver your package on the next working day.
          Was expected thursday, 24 january

          How can you hold my package duet to payment that i already have paid via hdfc master card for that you people already have sent invoice. I. E. Enclosed.

          Order Cancelled without any confirmation why such sale r u going to run when we can not provide booked product.
          I was place pre paid order and Amazon worlds no 1 e com company Cancelled my order without my confirmation. Amazon froud to customer.
          How should Amazon Cancelled any prepaid order of customers, I was wait for this product for 4 days status was shown shipped to my pin code 431003 and sudden ly order cancelled.
          If Amazon taking order online. But if AmZone froud with me. It's my right when I pay for any product then Amazon have to deliver this product to me in an any condition because I am already pay for that product. Customer care executive says product is damage I demand for damage product I was agri to take damage product after that he says product is not available now at your pin code. Product is returning to seller although I was call after 15 min when product shows in a app returned.
          Amazon is cheating to customers. I want my product back I was pay for that I don't want my refund I want product.

            I had ordered mk988 mens hoodie longline winter fleece lined quilted jacket parka coat outerwear khaki m. Order no.[protected]. Today i got the product and inside they put a women dress instead of my original product. Are you thief or you think costumers are stupid. Just look at the package how small it is even a blind men can tell you that such big jacket won't fit in it what kind of employees you have, you think rs 4381.25 is a small amount. We work all day honestly so you can steal from us is that what you think. Amazon seller switched the product and you didn't check before final delivery, instead of original product they send a women dress in it. I m sending you the package i received. I want my money back as soon as possible. Take your women dress with you. You fraud.

            Amazon seller are not returning my money instead they are offering money. i want my full money back why would i keep your women dress while i ordered men jacket. what kind of ### are you. i want my money back and you take your product. never expected such service from amazon. first they send a wrong product and now they are not returning full money. i want my full money back you fraud. i am sending you the copy of mail i received today where they are offering money instead returning my full money.

              I have ordered real me 2 pro from amazon. I got delivery date between 22 to 25 from a seller named krrish hero selling central zone. According to last updated status this product was shipped on 12th. However till yesterday there was no status change. And suddenly yesterday evening it changes to late delivery by 31st. How ridiculous. This was a product listed on amazon and amazon disappointed me again this time. I have mailed to seller multiple times but there is no reply from them. I googled about this seller but no information there also. I purely understand now this was either a fake seller or a fake product or an error from amazon. Amazon customer service representative says they have raised a claim on this guy but i don't get anything for this harrassment. How absurd. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid purchase from amazon.

                  Ordered honor play from but received soap inside iphone6 box. Contacted amazon to solve this issue, but their attitude is worst to say the least. They are talking like robot, at first they said that it will take 48 hours and now they say to wait till 31 jan. What i am asking is my hard earned money back but they are acting like cheats. Extremely disappointed by amazon, being a prime customer more so. The mental harassment done by amazon is very difficult to take. Whenever calling them they are resorting all sorts of manoeuvre to not accept my complaint. Financial and mental duress caused by amazon to me.
                  Luckily, i made video, so guys please be careful with amazon. Take extreme precautions.

                      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                      Same behaviour by amazon and bank also.

                        As per order scandisk 256gb micro sd card purchased order id:[protected] amount:5389/- dated 11 jan18 and delivered when i open the box pack it contains scandisk 64 gb card suddenly i contacted customer care regarding this and they will arrange a pickup of wrong product and assure to get me replacement and on 16 jan 18 pickup done and after 2 days a mail received my amazon account is blocked and they will cancel my replacement order and now they will not responds me kindly do the needfull

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased the one plus 6t in november but the device got damaged and i have requested for replacement. But amazon executive said that replacement is not available in your place and we can initiate only refund. I also informed him that my emi is initiated but he informed me that once your refund initiated the amount will be credited in your account early so i have opted for refund and purchased the phone from other source. But instead of refund they have replaced the product and as per amazon executive suggestion i have rejected the courier and refund was initiated.
                          As this process took little bit time and my bill date is 15th of every month & i purchased the product on 8th nov my emi was initiated and 2 emis has been generated before i get refund... I have paid 1 emi amount too... As per amazon no cost emi offer was given by hdfc and hdfc paid 39006 amount towards the product which we returned[protected] amazon pay balance) to your hdfc bank and said what ever the deviation in amount i need to check with hdfc. But hdfc says that it was provided by amazon and no cost emi amount will be discounted at the time of purchase and we will pay the merchendise intrest as you have returned the product they will provide it. Both are playing blaming game on each other and not even responding with concrete facts. But the fact is i need to get 950 rupees more... Details of payment 13/11 6750 & gst of 76 rs and 13/12 6750 & gst of 64 rs and 16/12 26284 pre close 19 rs & gst 4 rs total of rs 39947 rs towards this transaction. Since returned the product i need to get all my amount but amazon as returned 38006 towards this purchase returned on 15/12 and amazon pay balance of rs 1000 which will make the total in 39006. The deflect amount is 941 rs. If exclude gst it will be 750 rs... Why i need to pay the amount for the product which i did not purchase. Both amazon and hdfc are blaming each other and not giving my money back... I am attaching the screen shots too.. Please solve the issue.. And help to get my money back.

                          In one of the screen shots the refund amount initiated is 40999 but they have returned 39006.

                          My question is why i need to pay the money for the product which i do not have (As it is returned) and also mentioned it as nocost emi.. Else i would have gone with single payment...

                          The phone which i returned cost is 41999 which i need to get as i returned
                          1000 amazon balance remaining will be paying 40999
                          1500 instant bank discount at the time of purchase 39499
                          38006 which you have returned.. Extra 1490 i need to get

                          But i am asking you to refund only 950 which was deducted as i have paid[protected] amazon pay balance[protected] returned by amazon

                          950 remaining amount

                          From the past 1 month i have send 100 mails but no response from them

                          Please take appropriate action

                          Its been 2 months still you are not solving the issue...

                          Are you trying to cheat customers are do you think customers are fool...

                          please use little brain before you reply(do not reply standard format)

                          For the low IQ executives of Amazon or those who are trying to cheat I am giving detail explanation

                          there are no offers currently for oneplus 6t which cost is 41999

                          If i choose total down payment through card I need to pay 41999(see attachments amz14)..if i return i need to get same amount refund

                          As there is no cost EMI available which mean you are not charging interest which i can pay for 6 months i have opted for that (see attachments amz13)

                          The 41999/6 which will make in to 6999.83 this does not mean that you are not giving any discount to me...

                          I am paying the same amount to you through card in 6 months

                          Similarly see attachments amz5 amz6 amz7 where i have paid 39950 towards phone but you have paid me 38000 so remain interest 950 you need to pay me as i have returned the phone...

                          If the interest which was applied need to bear by me then also you need to give me 1000 rs as on that day i got 1000 amazon pay balance which you have deducted ...as you need to apply both promotions

                          Or i will as HDFC to reverse the transaction or i will pay 38000 which i returned send me the phone

                          do not try to cheat customers with your trics

                                I had ordered a kent grand 8 ro and i was delivered a kent excel +
                                I intimated amazon about the same the very same day it was delivered. I got a mail saying the investigation is on. It's been four days now and i have got no intimation from amazon about the same. When i call them - all they say is "we understand ma'am,"we are sorry"or" we will look into it" but none of them can give me a direct answer as to why it is taking long. And in the last call the lady meghna was super rude and to top it all her superior names shubhojeet cut my call while was talking to him.
                                First, u send me a wrong product, then u take my money and don't return it, then u take a week to do a investigation that in the first place was your mistake and then tell me call them to find out about the what's the update of the investigation and when we call to find your guys so rude to the extent that they bang the phone on the customer! This is pure harassment, this is my complaint and i am you g further to the consumer court with all the communication between us. U just cannot treat your old customers like this!

                                    I recharged my jio number from amazon. But i got two different otp id and otp for same transactions. Customer service says that u can continue with latest otp. But why they need to generate two different otp id and otp for same transaction? Customer service says that u can use latest otp. But i got another otp after entering first one. If i entered otp again then they will deduct money for second time. This is my loss. Now i have recharged with first otp id and otp and i have cancel second one. But this will affect security of transaction. How can i trust?

                                      It's been a week, since am not receiving my order handy, i've contacted customer support for more than 10 times but there is no proper updates everyone saying please wait for 24hrs, the same i've waited for more than three 24hrs, the main thing is the delivery boy was not at all responding, even if i called multiple times there is no updates and finally updating they're updating the status like "unable to contact', i need immediate solution for this problem otherwise this would be my last purchase in amazon ☹️
