I have requested for refund but the refund is not process the order no of the item is[protected] and amount is 259. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and golm its you problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can no do anything for this refund we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in my acount they told me that your refund is initiated on 29 of jan abut still i have not received it.

मेरे द्वारा अपने मोबाइल संख्या[protected] को रिचार्ज कराया लेकिन रिचार्ज ना होने के कारण मेरे भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के अकाउंट से 98+98+148=344 रूपए कट गए कृपया ₹344 वापस करने का कष्ट करें।
Recurring charge of 13.09 on credit card. Do not know what this charge is for. Please delete as this is unauthorized.' Ordered from Amazon for first time in 2018. Was not aware of any recurring charges. Would like explanation and charges terminated. items ordered were received as ordered. Please refund to card and terminate any charges scheduled.

    Its been 2 months still you are not solving the issue...

    Are you trying to cheat customers are do you think customers are fool...

    please use little brain before you reply(do not reply standard format)

    For the low IQ executives of Amazon or those who are trying to cheat I am giving detail explanation

    there are no offers currently for oneplus 6t which cost is 41999

    If i choose total down payment through card I need to pay 41999(see attachments amz14)..if i return i need to get same amount refund

    As there is no cost EMI available which mean you are not charging interest which i can pay for 6 months i have opted for that (see attachments amz13)

    The 41999/6 which will make in to 6999.83 this does not mean that you are not giving any discount to me...

    I am paying the same amount to you through card in 6 months

    Similarly see attachments amz5 amz6 amz7 where i have paid 39950 towards phone but you have paid me 38000 so remain interest 950 you need to pay me as i have returned the phone...

    If the interest which was applied need to bear by me then also you need to give me 1000 rs as on that day i got 1000 amazon pay balance which you have deducted ...as you need to apply both promotions

    Or i will as HDFC to reverse the transaction or i will pay 38000 which i returned send me the phone

    do not try to cheat customers with your trics

      Financial frauds dept & consumer court of India,

      subject: Amazon is not giving complaint number so we can't go through judiciary system & they are making big financial frauds using small amounts.

      Resp Sir/madam,
      I ordered product of 2443.80₹ on 30dec 2018. After that seller gave me fake tracking id & amazon accepted it in our further conversations. Amazon also declined my request of providing complaint number, so that as per indian law i can file for case after 60 days. they denied help even i narrated them the law. after many calls later at 25 jan 2019 they told me my money is refunded but stuck in sbi server.. they just gave me 6 digit reference number.. now not SBI nor Amazon is helping me..

      again when i cancelled 2nd order which i ordered on 22jan, i pleaded them to transfer my refund amount in amazon wallet but they refused with very arrogantly and gave me one more 6 digit code claiming that transaction is stuck in sbi server... now once again not SBI nor Amazon is helping me.. & Amazon refused to give formal complaint number...

      Please help me get my money back as well as give hard lesson so that amazon can't underestimate "Consumer Law Of INDIA"

        I orderd redmi 6 pro from amazon it is having a battery problem because of that thr back panel of phone is getting pressed there is a hollow gap between back panel and battery so i request u to refund or replace i m getting tensed for this problem please resolve it the worst experince i m getting from amazon india for the first time i buy this device before 3 days so please i requset u to refund for that

          Delivered a wrong product which costs just 450 in place of force 2 which costs 11000. I am about to give the model to my uncle who is going abroad because of one-day delivery. My plan also spoiled.

          I was completely disappointed with this service from amazon... Pathetic and worst...

            Fraud amazon and appario seller. Don't buy product from them. I have ordered macbook pro 2017 from them. It's last piece available. When i got the product, the product had problem with hardware. I have discussed with apple executive regarding the product, told me that there is hardware problem. Subsequently i have returned the product. Now after i returned the product, they are again showing one piece available. That means it is the same piece which i have returned. They again ready to sell the damaged product after wrapping plastic. What a pity.
            When i have written the review to amazon about appario seller, they have refused to publish the review, so that the seller does not get a bad name.
            So guys please avoid this seller and never buy any laptop from amazon, specially from appario seller.
            Don't buy that last piece of product. It's damaged and they are reselling that to make all fool.

              On or about 24 dec 2018 placed order for power pressure xl 8 quart (Ppx8twb2). Product has not been delivered. Delivery time standard is 7 - 10 business days. Contacted customer service on 1/21/2019. After giving them product info, name, address plus first and last four of credit card, rep named renee advised, "unable to located order". They claim being unable to locate my name and address that was given for shipment of the product order, but amazingly they were able to retain and use my credit card information to charge full payment when my order was for three payments which was offered. I request refund of the $119.00 charge on my credit card.

                I had placed an order for a tent and a packet of balls a month back for which I paid via the debit card.i cancelled the order shortly after as I no longer needed it . I received a mail confirming the cancellation . It satated that the money would be refunded withon 4 to 5 Business days . It's been over a month since the cancellation and I still haven't received anything I tried contacting their customer care but have had no luck . I am very dissapointed with this site as I am a regular shopper. Please look into this matter as fast as possible and fix it.

                  Hello team,
                  I placed an order from amazon.in of order number[protected] on 05th july.
                  After delivery of this product, i just returned it on 13th july, as it was cash on delivery order so refund of 2782rs processed by amazon.in on 13th july.
                  But the amount was not received on my bank account till now.
                  Even i raised dispute to citi bank for the refund status they told me there is no transaction from reference number[protected].

                  In the mail sent to amazon i also attached the dispute form which i raised to bank and reply that i got from bank.

                  Now can you help me with the issue of refund by providing refund my amount in my amzaon pay balance.

                  Looking forward to hear from you.

                    I placed an order with amazon, and since the order was large in size and of inferior quality, i had to return it. On return, amazon dis not refund me the complete amount. I deducted the amount they gave me as cashback. I asked them to debit the cashback amount from amazon pay balance and move it back to my account, however, they straight away refused. I am being forced to use amazon pay balance which i do not want to. Their customer support team says that it is a part of their refund policy although it is jot mentioned anywhere. Why do i convert my actual money to amazon pay balance amd limit myself to using it. This is ridiculous

                      I had ordered product worth of around 13k from amazon and looks to me it was old and scratches on product and raised return request on delivery day itself. Scheduled delivery and cancelled without customer intimation. Called customer care and raised return request again scheduled and cancelled without prior information or justification as it happened last time. Today morning reached them and said it happens and raised request but when chat with them nothing has been raised and my due date is tomorrow and called many times nothing happens and playing around customer time because of poor support and wrong information which is really frustrated. I have all recorded details for the whole issue. Please some one help on this

                        My name is tejavenkatesh. My bank is state bank of india guntur (Guntur bazar branch). I purchased a laptop for rs.45990 from amazon india. Date 22.01.2019 by using sbi debit card. But some reason i cancel this laptop on same day. On 22. Jan 2019 amazon issue a refund reference number 566745. But till date i have not recvd refund to my bank account against amazon oder is #[protected] then i call amazon customer care number to provide the refund but they provided reference number: 566745 only and they told go to bank and give charge dispute filling. Here is i conversation details-dear amazon ji today i am going for bank for dispute charge filling but bank denying these type of filling and provide bank statement for the period of 22th jan 2019 to 30 jan 2019. I am very upset these thing harping & as i am old customer of amazon. So you give my solution and credit amount to my a/c against order # if#[protected]. I am also attached my bank statement. Till date i am not recd my refund rs.45990. So kindly provide proper solution sir. My mail. Id is [protected]@gmail.com.

The same issue is also done in the early order no.[protected] dated 11/01/2019. So i return the item and order the same item vide order no.[protected] dated 22/01/2019.                               Please help me because my money block from 12/11/2018 but amazon customer care don't want to refund my money because i am contacting to care from 12/11/2018 and received a repeated reply (Sorry), but bank send proof (Pfa) that showing money transfer to amazon. Amazon again and again wants different things and provided by me but still no response from amazon (Care executive and senior person said your proof showing payment transfer to amazon but i have no power for further process.

                                I would like to inform you that i have purchesed some item from amazon through order[protected]. Due to personal reasons i return the product through amazon return pickup on dated 08/01/2019.
                                My issue is no one is taking my issue seriously, every time they are reverting please wait one to two weeks.
                                I can not understand what is my fault to wait more and more time to receive my refund.

                                On 1/28/2019 i was charged $13.90 for amazon prime. I did not authorized this transaction. I request a refund and do not want to be charged with anything that i do not order. I did not sign up for amazon prime, nor do i want to. Please do not charge me for something i did not order, and do not use my credit card unless authorized to do so. Hopefully, this will not be a reacurring action.

                                    Amazon is behaving totally fraud they have charged me for cancelled order

                                    I've order a mobile on 30th december and immediately cancelled after bcoz of wrong model but the product was not shipped at that time.
                                    Since 1 month they are cheating me every time i call they are giving 72 hrs time and refused to send mail on this. Almost 100 times i call to amazon sometimes they told the regular executive statement have no value only senior team will tell you the truth means amazon have a cheater team

                                    I never expected such a wrost service from amazon it's like hell
