I haven't received refund for my order no[protected] from amazon..
But amazon has already processed the successfully refund on 05/02/2019. And provided me with refund reference number is[protected] and amount sum of ₹349 is not yet received..in my sbi bank account no [protected] to date.
And sbi home branch not help to me this type of refund/ or no file charge dispute form. Pls help and solve this query. So no satisfied answer amazon and my home branch.

I have ordered a book (Lakshya) on 07 Feb 2019. Payment of the book has already been paid. Now nothing updated or delivery has yet done. Copy of payment slip is attached for ready reference...

    Hello team,
    It regards my cashback for the product which i purchased in august month, as per amazon terms and conditions i should receive cashback on or before 31st december but it didn't happen.

    I approached customer service for multiple times, for every instance they will say different strange reasons to escape for that moment but i never got proper response and never had accurate information.

    Soon after filing complaint with amazon service asked me to wait for week days of time, post week they said it has been refunded, if it is refunded it should reflect in statement, i cross checked and called back to them they asked me to share bank statements for that particular duration, i did which am not supposed to share confidential information, they asked me to call back after 48 hours, approached back after 2 days this time they conveying that the product which i purchased is not falling in the list of cash back offer, but it's false i had a proof, screenshot of products/cashback terms and conditions, once i shared that screenshot, they come up with one more lame reason to escape - they are throwing ball in icici banks court.. From amazon end they refunded but icici didn't credited to my account, i asked for reference or transaction id for this cash back which they are claiming that it's sent from amazon to icici, they denied and refused for saying transaction id cause they do not have it.

    I have recordings too when i spoke with customer care of amazon. I need help for the above issue.

    It's not only about cashback, but it's all about trust and hipe which they created towards customers to sell their products, don't they have trust on customers, everytime they were asking for screenshots or proofs, i did and i shared what ever they asked me to do, still i never had proper response.

    I need my amount back which they are promised to pay me back and it's been more than 45 days still am following up with them but never ever i received a call or message or mail from amazon about this case. It shows how much they are interested to resolve customers issue.

    On my last Mastercard bill I have been charged $13.07 for something I did not order. Please remove this from my bill and please credit my account.

    I was charged two times for amazon Prime . the $12.99 is the charge for the month and it was charged on 1/20 and also on1/23. would you please rectify this by a refund.. Reference number for 1/20 was 8656 and for 1/23 was 5159.

      Amazon has billed me for a item, i didn't order, and they have no records, on this date of jan 22, 2019 of the charge of $13.88. They give me the records on what i have ordered, in jan. And all is correct but the jan 22, 2019 they have no records on this, but still have charged me for something.. I pay my bills, and am willing to listen to them about this but i can't even get to first base, with them to get help if they won't help me with this, then i have no other option, but to quit using amazon..         This is regarding my last order, the person who came for delivery was extremely extremely rude. When the parcel came home, no one was there at home except my domestic help who didn’t have enough money to pay for the parcel. Neither i was in position to do online payment so requested the guy to come again later. This guy was extremely rude to me over the phone as well as created a scene at my house causing lots of commotion here.
        I want strict action taken against him and expect you to keep me posted about the same. Unfortunately i do not have his no with me but his phone no is -‭+[protected]‬.

            Dear manager,
            I did not get the book still now. Please deliver the shortly. I have an urgent need. Although, i have submitted all valid documents, yet i am not getting your cooperation. It's really very shocking for me. I don't know the status of my purchase also. It is absolutely hidden. A huge amount i have submitted for this purchase, yet i am completely in dark. Please take necessary action so that i can get this resolved.

              I have ordered an item from amazon order no.-
              [protected], and product is-"ekam musical - harmonium - 3 1/4 octave, double bellow, 39 keys, 7 stopper, bass - male reed with cover", when i received the order it was totally different and also defective and has many issues. Then i contacted customer care of amazon they told me that they gonna investigate the matter, but after investigation they came to a conclusion that the product can not be returned and told me to contact seller and require an email from seller that he accepts the return then only they can make the return request but after showing them required mail proof they refused to accept it and finally they are not returning the product. The seller is ready to take the return but amazon is not doing anything. I need return of the product please take legal action against amazon.

                I have a charge for $12.99 on my credit card bill for january 21, 2019 transaction. I cancelled amazon prime months ago because they were charging me for prime and i didn't order it. The price of it is to high and i don't order much from amazon in the first place. I am requesting a refund for this invalid charge. It is listed under amazon prime and the site is amzn.com/billwa, reference number 5731 on my statement. I had a hard time cancelling amazon prime which is very frustrating in the first place. The site is somewhat odd and obviously easy to add to a person's account or order without their knowledge. I have heard many good things about amazon but after my experiences i am definitely not in agreement.

                  I did not authorize two charges on my card. D0l[protected] for $1.99 and d[protected] for $12.99.

                  This charges need to be off my card by next billing as will turn over to attorney general's office of nd.

                  My name is carla houghton my old address is 110 4th st ne, steele, nd my new address is 306 e interstate ave, bismarck, nd 58503. These charges appeared on my february 2019 statement. They were charged on 1/4/19 and 1/11/19. My card is amazon credit cards from chase. I will not give out the number until i get contacted through email, and that is houghton. [protected]@yahoo.com.

                    On 14th feb i purchase samsung a7 mobile phone on amazon but due to some reason i have to cancel my order and amazon accepted my cancel request and amount of 19538.51 which was spent on my credit card was refunded by amazon and same was confirmed by hdfc credit card. But still refund is not reflecting on my credit card account, please credit this refund on my account

                        The delivery boy of my city (Pin 244412 chandausi, district sambhal, uttar pradesh) made me much disappointed.
                        ●when he came to deliver my product, his way of talking and attitude was so rude. He misguided to me about amazon services.
                        ●he said to me that make an id on amazon pay otherwise from next time he didnot delivered my product.
                        ●i have call recording on which he missbehave and missguide me about product.
                        Next time again he misbehave with me in front of my neighbours.

                              I bought sparx shoes on amazon, but they are not comfortable so i returned them. And they said your refund is processed, and this is your reference number * on[protected]. Today is[protected], in between, i contacted amazon and they said i have done my payment so i just give your reference number, when i go to bank they are saying we not going to stop any payments to you so it's not our problem. I even file a dispute form in my home branch of sbi. But these all are just throwing the issue on other people. This is my email associated with amazon "darsi. [protected]@gmail.com".                               What is wrong with Amazon? They didn't do anything and I didn't get my money back. They just ask my review on order. But here it is marked as "problem solved". What's going on here? I'm going to loose my Patience. This isn't good Amazon.

                                I paid 558 rupees to amazon sellers through paytm upi for the product delivered to me on 2nd february 2019 at 4:05 pm. But the delivery boy has told me that amount is not credited to amazon sellors account. He asked me to pay again and i made the payment again at 4:45 pm.
                                For both the times when i made payment money has been debited from my account but the amazon customer care executives are saying that they did not receive the money during the first transaction. Even in my account statement a it is clearly showing that money is credited to amazon sellers account.
                                Regarding this i contacted many times with amazon customer care executives and i asked them to refund my money but they are saying that they didnot receive the money. And when i contacted with the paytm customer care they said that it is credited to amazon sellers account on that day itself. Kindly help me in this to get my amount back

                                  The product was returned on 28th jan, 2019 to amazon pick up agent. The return slip is attached. The company is not providing the refund inspite of several emails sent, only fake promises are given.

                                  Inspite giving all proof to amazon india that i have returned the same, cctv footage is also available, they have failed to provide the refund.

                                    It has been 3 days now, i have also contacted the amazon customer service, but there's no relief. They have really been troubling us since these 3 days.
                                    I ordered some products, right after a few days they updated in the app that the delivery would take some time since the products were unavailable.
                                    The past three days i have been receiving messages from amazon that they are trying to get the products delivered, but since no one is available at the address thus they weren't able to.
                                    No delivery guy ever came to deliver nor did anyone ever call to enquire.
                                    I am so fed up with this, when i registered a complaint with them, they kept apologizing but didn't take any action. Even today i received the same message from them that they were unable to deliver. There's always someone home, it's impossible that they are unable to deliver due the fact that no one's home.
                                    Kindly suggest what to do because this is really disturbing me each and every day
