Dear sirs,

I have intimated you vide my e-mail dated 7th january 2019 that the delivery man who came to deliver the item against my order no.[protected] home sizzler abstract 2 piece eyelet polyester door curtain set - 7ft. Brown have cheated me rs.1, 000/- by deducting rs. 1, 439/- instead of rs. 439/- (Value of the item) only. My mail was attended by mr. K. Yousuf from your end asking me to send a snap shot of mini statement of the bank. It was done on the same day.

On 9th january 2019, mr. Tejarawind confirmed the receipt of the mini statement sent by me and assured that amazon team would make sure to refund my hard earned money.

I regret to mention that more than 30 days have lapsed, but the amount of rs. 1000/- has not yet been credited to my account. Since the payment has been made by credit card there can not be any problem to find out the veracity of the fact. Tally the statement where money has been credited against payment of the above order and you will find the truth. By now, the concerned department should have realized that an amount of rs. 1000/- has been credited excess. With this finding, the amount should have been credit to my account even without my writing to you. Your endeavour to build earth's most customer-centric company will only be successful when you address the customer's complaint promptly and smoothly.

I am attaching herewith a photo copy of my credit card statement incorporating the details of the payment of rs. 1, 439/- for your perusal. Hope, the amount of rs. 1000/-will be credited to my account without any further delay.

    They called n said we r from Amazon u have selected for I phone 7 but u have to buy Amazon gift card of 5000 n caller id was showing Amazon.in too...so I paid the amt via paytm n there also symbol of Amazon was showing on no they gave to me ...I was such a fool n than he said pay 11999 more as a gst amt which we 'll give u with in 5 min ...I paid that too ...no from which I recd call is [protected] n amt I paid to no.[protected]

      I received my credit card statement for last month and there is a charge on there from this company. $7.99 for amazon music, which if it pertains to my alexa, was supposed to be a free 30 day trial. And also a charge for amazon prime of $128.52, which i did not agree to in any shape, form or conversation. I didn't not request this nor do i want it. I would like both the amazon music and the amazon prime cancelled and the money credited back to my credit card as soon as possible. Please and thank you

        Hello,

        I have a SERIOUS concern about the order - Order#[protected]
        which i had ordered on 25th jan, 12 days back, the package was damaged, so i requested to replace the same, the next day it was picked up, and the return date shows 29th.

        And i did many complaints regarding this
        this is extremely dull service by amazon i can see by this much of delay..

        Today its 6th of feb, and i have also paid for the prime membership, but no such benefit is being given, and i'm facing the worst situation instead, who takes 12 days for replacement?? This order is not being imported from Russia or china, its just one day transportation. Despite of the prime membership and the amazon fulfilled order, they are not sending the replacement...!

            I ordered adult diaper from my amazon prime account linked with [protected]. But the payment was getting failed 2 times hence i called to customer care n he said that ur mail i'd is not registered hence he is unable to chk. Hence he requested me to order the item my doing email id login. But it didn't took my mob no. As it was already registered. I already told him that i need this urgently n told him all issues. When i ordered this from my mail id, my all request got spoiled as i failed to get prime delivery coz my no. Was not registered in this account n called to customer care for again urgent delivery n marked 3-4 mails to seller but no help got as they are not doing any reply.

            This is how amazon is dealing with critical cases. When they have only normal items so why they are hospital and medical related accessories when they are unable to deliver it fast for some exception.

            I am also working in customer service and know that there is always some exception and urgent cases which the company should handle it carefully.

            But really highly disappointed by this company

              I have ordered yonex voltric 10dg badminton racquet (Red) which is cost of 4950 rs but have received wrong product once so i have requested for the correct ones for whcih again they had sent me the wrong product and this time wrong product with different price that is they have sent me yonex voltric 2dg graphite badminton racquet, yellow and which is worth of 2990rs and the price tag on the racquet shows 4990 which means they are cheating the customer the proof of both the racquet prices and the invoice for which they had sent iam attaching

                Item already picked up, it was an incorrect item. No refund or replacement, had spoken to the amazon representative. They assured to credit the refund through amazon pay balance by -5th feb'19... Lets see when you guys wake up for your customers.

                  Dear amazon team,

                  I have ordered samasung galaxy note 8 on 05.02.2019 wich was suppose to get delivered on 06.02.2019 (Under prime 1 day delivery).

                  Details as under:

                  Order date -05-feb-2019

                  Order total - rs. 44, 040.00 (1 item)

                  Unfortunately my order was cancelled. Upon calling your executives with got 3 different reviews from 3 different agents.

                  1) brijmohan - customer care executive.

                  He informed due some internal issues your order got cancelled.
                  Upon pressurizing to know the issue he inforned that product was not available at seller.
                  If item was not available what shipment you did.

                  2) usman - customer care executive.

                  He informed that it was mistake from our delivery agent. He accendently cancelled your order whereas he was suppose ro cancel someone else order reason been that someone else refused to take delivery.
                  Now why i should suffer.
                  If this has been done why they can not create replacement from their backened team.

                  3) nikita b - customer service executive

                  She informed that i cancelled the order. If i have cancel it i would have done it immediately.
                  I am following up with your team since morning 6:30 am. If i would have cancelled why i should start following up in morning hours.

                  All of above executives never promised me to reaolve the issue. Sply they told i
                  We can not do anything.

                  Upon refund none of above agent promised for faster refund.

                  The only thing they asked is to replace the order and we will see this thing wont repeat again.

                  I have spent already 44000 for this order how i can reorder again.

                  This is you amazon who claim to be biggest ecommerce website of world.

                  This is your standard.

                  Now if you can help me to get the order delivered do that or atleast refund the money immediately. I shall order from flipkart or paytm. At least they are better than you.

                  They resolve the issues far better tan you. Infact you have zero capacity to resolve.

                        Hello team,

                        I am very disappointed for service i received. I purchased a pair of shoes worth cost 3000 inr. On 26th january morning i received a message that your order will be delivered today with pin which has to represent at delivery time. After that 11 am i got status in app. That it has been delivered however i didn't received any packet for delivery. Same day 26th jan i called customer care a guy responded and said we are investing it and asked me to call back after 3 days. After 3 days i called no status and amazon representative said there were no complaint registered for your item. I was so surprised.

                        After that he said you can file and investigation we will get back to you before 5th feb and said i will receive a call but no one called me i have all records handy and phone calls recorded too. Your representative lie and said they tried reaching me but number was not reachable. My both number works well and i live in place where there is no problem of network. I can show proof of that. No again i called amazon and girl name deepika said they tried calling me... But didn't connected. This is very strange and disappointing. Today i purchased only 3000 rs item if i would have purchased bigger item then i would have be in mess. This is very shamefull and unprofessional support. Now again i have told to wait untill 12th feb. How can a company be like this in sorting out a small item. This is ridiculous. I want a replacement of my shoe pair as soon as possible if not then money back and i will never purchase anything from you bogus company. I have all call recordings with me i spoke to you guys

                          I order a product for my my family and 0n 9-jan my product was out for delivery but some busy shedule
                          They unable to receive product. Yesterday finally product arrives on the address after delivery boy call me but i was not there
                          On the address actually i live in gujarat and my family was live in jaipur
                          And they were out of the home that's why the package was recived by landlord lady. At late night when my brother
                          Open package, in the package have (Intex 4.1 hometheater) not that shown in the website but my family
                          Don't know about that what i ordered for them but in the next morning when i talk to my family
                          After they tell me that he received wrong product and i call to delivery man about this but he says i can't do
                          In this matter you can directly contact to amazon.in team.

                          After i share all the issues that i faced after they take almost 1 month and finally they give me fix date that was 5-feb but when i talk today's morning they said wait till evening. Than i contact at late night and they told me wait 3-4 more days because we can't receive any update from our team and they unable to do anything.
                          They only give me dates on dates and wasting my time.
                          This money lot's of matter for an middle class family.
                          Resolution = i requested to you give my money that i already pay to amazon.in and let me out of this problem, and stop wasting my time because i am very ireetated now!

                            I want to tell you that for the past 2 days, someone is tampering with my amazon account someone transacted ₹ 800 with my amazon account which took place around 4:00 to 5:00 am in the morning, information about this fraud transaction happened through email when i came to know of this, i immediately filed a complaint with the customer care you should investigate this matter as soon as possible and i have a fraud of ₹ 800. I should get this money back as soon as possible, please improve your services so that no one can fraud anybody else

                            I want to say that on february 2, someone hacked my amazon account to buy a google play gift card whose price was ₹ 750

                            Two gift cards ordered from my account let me know this fraud address via email

                            I immediately cancel this order by calling customer care but i have not received my money back yet.

                            Amazon customer care is not taking any action on my complaint

                            I am being repeatedly waiting to wait 24 hours

                            My account is blocked and i can not order any of my fire tv due to my account block is not working properly please help me in this regard, i am very upset

                              I ordered shoes in november but the delivery agent gave me a wrong msg as product not delivered but the product was delivered.. Next day i returned the product but till no refund till now.. Around 15 times i have called the customer service. They say that we have emailed your issue and you have to wait for so many days.. I am waiting since november but no refund till now.. Nobody is taking any responsibility.. How much i have to wait for my money only

                                I got a call from an amazon delivery boy named kashif shaikh (Mobile: [protected]) today regarding delivery of water kettle (Tracking no:[protected] i had ordered. He told me that he can't deliver the parcel due to some issues at the entry of building. I requested him to enter through the lobby and have it delivered to the office boy i was sending for parcel pick up. He said rudely, he will cancel it or reschedule...

                                I received a call regarding offers to selected customer from amazon. I was asked to choose a gift. Initially i was asked to pay 5k to generate the transaction id. And then another 12000 for some gst purpose. When i asked to cancel all this and asked my money back, after that i didn't receive any further calls once they knew i figured it out.                                   I have ordered the redmi note 6 pro (Red, 64gb (6gb ram) in exchange of my old red mi note 5 pro, ordered on 25th jan 2019 and i have received the wrong part on 29th jan 2019, i returned the wrong shipped part which was sent from amazon, i also, waited for the new part delivery but the replacement was not intiated may be of out of stock, so i finally cancelled the order because of amazon mistake why customer has to suffer, till today my refund is not intiated and i am fed up with following up with customer care. @ present i am not having my old smart phone nor new ordered phone nor funds to buy another phone. Totally frustrated with amazon prime.

                                    I have returned my product which was shipped to me by amazon with missing parts. I have placed a return and the order of three packs were picked up. Its been 20days and no refund has been processed. It usually takes 5 days at max. The customer service is terrible and always asks to keep patience. They gave a deadline of 24th january to initiate the refund which they failed to keep. After that when i contacted the replies were flimsy and unwanted. All they say is to keep patience and with no reason stated for the delay.

                                      I order a camera worth 20990 on amazon india using my indian bank debit card. On the same day i cancelled my order and they intiated refund same day itself on 16/01/2019. With the reference number[protected]. But its been more than 15 days the amount is not credited on my account. The amazon want to file charge dispute for further move. But indian bank, my branch and customer care is not giving proper response. I want to file charge dispute for my money refund
